Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 22 September 2005
Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. You have, I sense, a special request for me this morning. Is that correct?
Lavar: Yes, Dear Helena. Many of us are asking you and your crew to do everything that you can to lessen the severity of the hurricane that is now moving toward Texas. We suspectd that it is being augmented by some of the present leaders so that martial law can be declared. Will you do your best to decrease this hurricane in intensity?
Helena: It is difficult, but we will do what we can as we did with the previous hurricane that damaged New Orleans, especially [damaged] due to a break in the dikes.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. Do you have a message for me?
Helena: We are pleased with the progress that is being made by many of you erthlings to finally get through the barriers that have been raised to prevent the distribution of the prosperity funds. It has taken over three years for your new leadership to break down the incredible obstacles that have been placed in the way of the distribution of the funds. We are in contact with so few of you, due to the lack of telpathic communication among you earthlings that, in general, we are never quite sure of the extent or timing of some of the important events that are being planned. New topic: There are many of us who will greatly rejoice in being able to set foot on Mother Earth. It won't be long now, if our understanding of your developing events is correct, before there will be a declaration of peace and where your military will be allowed to be a more peaceful backup for disasters, instead of killing each other in useless wars. We are pleased with the coming changes that will be instituted througout the world with some of the dramatic impacts that our coming and the coming of many other alien shuttles will have on your world. You have been so greatly isolated from the truth about us for so many years that it will come as a great surprise to many of you that we exist in large numbers and that we can move around the galaxy and provide help where it is needed. Mother Earth needs our help to restore the atmosphere and some of the waters of Mother Earth to a more pristine condition. Any questions for me, this morning?
