Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 09 September 2005
Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. Right on schedule. We are looking down at the beautiful, but polluted earth, which we shall soon visit. You are to be commended for the work that you are doing to help clean up Mother Earth. However, you really need our help and we shall soon be there to help you and, in turn, many others. We are soon to be able to land. The war will be declared over. Peace will be declared. The U.S. constitution will be back in force, the way it was meant to be and those who abandoned it to work on their own version to enrich themselves shall be properly "handled." New topic: There is much we can do to help you in your great efforts, "to change the way the world produces and distributes energy." I applaud you for your dedication to this task. You deserve our help and we shall soon be there to help. As soon as the standing order to the Air Force to try to shoot down any Unidentified Flying Objects, is cancelled, then we can come and visit with you in peace. Your government has long known that we come in peace. They have been denying our existence and maintaining an order to the Air Force to try to shoot us down. Strange people in your government and they will soon be out, thanks to the good work of many of you Americans. We have some new energy technolgy for you. Your lab has been working to develop new energy devices and have partially succeeded. We shall soon be there to help. Then the combination of your great world-wide communication system, your ability to manufacture vast quantities of devices, and with a bit of help from us to make a proper prototype, there will soon be the type of energy devices that the world needs. That is my message for you this morning. Any questions for me?
Lavar: Thank you dear kind Helena. We shall greatly welcome the arrival of your crew and, of course, the two [crew members] that will be working with us in the laboratory before long. Is the Capricorn stationed above the earth and in orbit or powered so that it remains above North America?
Helena: No, not quite. However, we can be seen at night over much of your U.S. You will be able to tell us from the stars because we have instituted a process of flashing our lights during the times from about 8 p.m. to 12 p.m. your time.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. We shall be most delighted to have you with us in the near future.
