At the moment a day in the U.S is a long one, as so much information comes out about the events surrounding Katrina. As a country you have moved well beyond the days of slavery but even that was not solved without a civil war and the loss of many lives. Ever since, you have integrated into your society so many different races and cultures. The overwhelming consensus is that all of them should be welcomed to become part of the biggest nation upon Earth. After all, you all have your roots elsewhere, and remember that the slaves were forcibly brought to your country.
What you see now is the last opportunity to address karma that has been with you for quite some time. Those of the foreign or colored races have in fact made a contribution that has added to the multitude of different cultures that exist. This is where the diversity and richness of the U.S. lies. Never before have the inequalities of life been so obviously apparent, yet even in their hours and days of need there is still a reluctance to act. Humans normally have no problem in mentally placing themselves in the position of the survivors of Katrina. They feel their anguish, their suffering and loss, and want for them what they would want for themselves. That is real love in action, except that certain prejudices exhibited by others are preventing it from fully happening.
The response to the tragedy of Katrina has shown what a marvelous re-action has occurred. It has brought out the best in many people and much activity is taking place. You are shaming your authorities into taking action, and their response is being overseen to ensure that you are not being fed hollow promises. The whole world looks on, and in a friendly response offers their individual help for humanitarian reasons. I will not speculate on what difference it might have made had it been accepted. However, in times of emergencies you can hardly have too much help. When people are dying, time is of the essence and as you often say, you need all hands to the pumps.
With both natural and unnatural forces at work, you have not seen the end of events that are re-shaping the surface of your world. Natural events are those which we can control and do much work to keep the repercussions to a minimum. Contrived events and deliberate intentions to cause chaos have to be allowed up to a certain point, as this is linked to Karma. As unacceptable as it may seem, there are energies that have been built up over eons of time that have to be manifested to be cleared. It is all part of the cleansing that is taking place on many levels at once.
In time to come, you will be able to look back at this period and see it from a different perspective. You will do so because you will see the whole picture which at present is not given to you. You will understand the necessity for the final acts of cleansing and know that out of it a new Earth was born, and also the paths created enabling the old to be transmuted. You will also know that not one life was lost that prevented that soul from climbing the ladder of evolution. None of the experiences in duality are without value and the challenges have been part of the learning curve. One day you will stand together and know that the horrors of war and the constant struggles to survive will have been consigned to the history books forever.
Remember that what you see now is not your true reality, it really is an illusion and created by you as a vehicle for the projection of opportunities to experience. At this same time you are projecting another reality onto the screen and setting out another path to travel. It is true that the Creator also has a plan for you, and your future will dovetail into it given that you will still have freedom of choice. The trauma and intensity of life leaves a heavy mark upon you, but soon that shall be lightened as you move into the higher vibrations. Already many of you can stand back and view life this way, and in so doing the lower energies cannot touch you. Such confidence is born of understanding and the realization that the end of this cycle is assured and is already drawing to a close.
Dear Ones, the energies of Earth are in quite a turmoil and we of the Spiritual Brotherhood are as close as ever, pouring the calming energies of love and compassion upon you. We encourage you to go about your work in peace and harmony, and you too can help dampen the energies of anger and fear that presently abound. You often wonder what you can do to help, and those that are able to bring balance and steady the ship are doing a wonderful service for mankind. The dark have created a situation that they hoped would engulf you, but have reckoned without realizing the depth of your understanding and caring for your fellow man.
Think about the renewal of Earth, the cleansing and its return to its pristine condition which will take place before Ascension. Does this not tell you that all will be restored in the perfection of the original vision and creation. Gone will be the monuments to Man’s destruction and despoiling of Earth. Gone will be the use of manmade materials and instead all that is used will be natural. I am alluding to the fact that you by yourselves you could not restore New Orleans in the time frame that is left. With help it will come back into being in a manner that will show it in its true potential and its uniqueness for which it is known. This renewal of all upon Earth will show you that your fabled Garden of Eden will not remain a dream for much longer.
I am St. Germain and as always wish you to continue to hold your focus on what is coming into being, rather than what is disappearing. Changes are inevitable but see that out of it all will come the new Earth. These really are volatile times, but they are settling down and soon there shall be a totally different scenario as the result of First Contact becomes apparent. Keep your feet on the ground and know there is not much longer to go. With you are a multitude of different Beings from all over the Galaxy, who come to share their knowledge and Love with you all.
