Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good Morning. You are on schedule. Thanks for your daily communication with us. There is much going on in your country with the terrible disaster in New Orleans. We did our best to reduce the strength of the hurricane and did get it down to a category 3 as you name them. However, the breeched sea wall was what caused the most damage and loss of life. We grieve with you for such a terribly calamity.
New topic: Much of our preparation to land has been delayed for a bit due to the floods at New Orleans. We would like to help but with the standing orders for the Air Force jets to shoot us down, or try to, it would risk the lives of many. Therefore, we need that return to Constitutional government that will allow the Air Force command to be changed and the notion dropped that all UFOs should be shot down! What nonsense prevails with your present government! However, better times are coming. There will be and is now in operation, a great deal of help [to New Orleans] from the various organizations and from just concerned citizens who want to help. The real helpers range from the Red Cross to the Radio Amateurs who are providing communication when much communication was destroyed. Many volunteers have gone to help and others are on the way. It took your government most of a week to gear up and do anything effective. There is much to be learned about disaster relief by the present administration. Most of your military is involved in helping to obtain oil and the profits that can be made from the oil in Iraq. There is no fundamental desire on the part of your president and his advisors to begin a war to help the people of Iraq. All of that could have been handled by diplomatic means. Sorry about all the preaching, but it is discouraging to have our landings delayed while you humans have to try to kill off each other. What ever happened to the concept of brotherly love? Nevertheless, the way will soon be cleared so that we can plan for and handle our first landings among you. According to the latest information that we have been sent by some of our telepathic friends, the Government will soon be restored to its constitutional format. Apparently that kind of announcement could be made this week, if all goes according to present planning. There has been a delay of [announcement of the NESARA program] at least one week, due to the disaster in New Orleans and around that area. However, we shall soon be able to make an annuncement and it is important that your country returns to Constitutional Law. That is my message for you this morning. Any questions?
Lavar: Dear Helena, Thank you for your concern and your desire to help. Are there any barriers to your planned landings that we can help to overcome?
Helena: There are no problems in the areas in which we had planned to physically land our shuttles. There will be additional shuttle fly-overs. All that we need now is the timing of the day and hour selected for our landings and then to notify those who will arrange the welcomes for us, such as the landing in your valley and the assignement to you to have the media present.
