Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. Right on schedule. You are to soon be the recipient of some very good news. At least that is what some of our other telepathic correspondents are telling us. We shall be most pleased to learn that FINALLY the way is being cleared for us to be able to show that we are here, that we come in peace, and that we want to help clean up Mother Earth. Here are our plans. We shall receive the information about the declaration of peace, the restoration of your constitution, and the removal of the Air Force orders to attempt to shoot us down. Then we can come and fly over you uncloaked and plan and carry out our first "show-and-go" landings. That will be so pleasant for us. After over a decade of waiting, we can get on with the business that we were sent here to help you accomplish: the cleaning up of earth's atmosphere and some waters. We are ready, willing, and able (as you would say) and are going to do our best to accomplish the tasks we were sent to accomplish. We shall be pleased, also, to send two of our scientists to work with you in your laboratory. We understand how you have labored to develop a new kind of device that will tap the energy of space as we do here on the Capricorn. However, you can't just replicate our devices. Your manufacturing technology is not up to that task. However, we shall work with you to develop a prototype that can be manufactured by your current manufacturing ability - maybe with a few changes so that you can handle the crystalline portions of this new energy device. That is my message to you this morning. Do you have any questions?
Lavar: I am most pleased that we shall soon have your first landings and then greatly pleased that you will have two who will help us. We are blessed at your presence among us. What accommodations do we need to have for your scientists so that they will be comfortable in working with us?
Helena: We shall take care of any needs that they have. You merely need to have a place where they can work with you.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. We shall be blessed with your presence and with your staff members. Our blessings on you and your crew. We are anxious to have you land and be among us.
