"We can only interfere with you earthlings if we are asked to do so"

Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 28 September 2005

Lavar: Welcoming Helena.

Helena: Yes, you are a bit later. As you say, better late than never. We have some good news.
There appears to be the release of the funds that are being distributed by couriers. My source tells me that the action of deliveries to the couriers with the notice to deliver the bank documents is tantamount to constructive delivery. Therefore, that action has released the humanitarian funds. We are sure that is good news for you New topic: Our landings will be on a Saturday morning.

Lavar: I received information that your landing [in our area] will be on a Saturday morning, but date not established and at 10 a.m. Mountain Standard Time. Is that correct?

Helena: Very good. Yes that is correct. We shall select the date as soon as we are assured that there will be no jets trying to attack us - meaning that the current Air Force order will be rescinded. There is much that we desire to do to help all of mankind. Of course, our role is for North America. There is much we can do, if asked to. You have asked us to have two of our engineer/scientists come and work with you in your laboratory. That will be done, as soon as we can, after our first landing. We understand that you have a grant for the production of improved methods of treating radioactive wastes.

Lavar: Yes. That is correct.

Helena: You will need a good energy source also for that project. We shall send you two of our best persons to help you in that important endeavor. We desire to help in such efforts, but under our calling from the Galactic Federation, we can only interfere with you earthlings if we are asked to do so. You have a saying: "Ask and ye shall receive." That is my message for you this morning. Any questions?

Lavar: Dear Helena, thank you for your information. We shall be most pleased to have you visit with us. How soon after your show-and-go landing will there be other landings in other countries? Helena: It will depend on the country and on the contacts that have been or can be made. In general, we are to be the first, but there is no definite time allocated for other shuttle landings. To some extent it will also depend on whether there are orders for that country's [Air Force] to try to shoot down our shuttles.

Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. We shall rejoice at your coming.
