Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 19 September 2005
Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. Right on time for a Monday morning, in your world. We are most interested in following the latest developments in the sending out of the information about the distribution of the prosperity funds. Our sense is, from some other telepathic inputs, that there was a delay and that distribution of documents will be made tomorrow. We hope that is the final time that there are these very frustrating delays. We are anxious to get down to your earth and begin the tasks that we were assigned more than a decade ago. We have two scientists who are also anxious to get down to your lab and help you with the work that you are trying to accomplish. However, the best evidence that we can obtain, tells us, finally, that it won't be long before we shall be able to land and be among you. New topic: There is much that we need to do to accomplish our mission, and it will take many of your months to clean up the earth's atmosphere and restore some of its waters to a more pristine condition. Your [laboratory's] work with both of these activities are of great interest to us. We have been pleased to be in contact with you these many months to be able to find that there was a research facility that was already working on the problems that we were assigned to do by the Galactic Federation. Not only that but you have provided us with a communication vehicle so that our messages are reaching many earthlings. We rejoice that you have been doing this work. You must certainly have been inspired in your work by our guest aboard who is also interested in communicating with you. There is much to be accomplished and we shall soon be there to complete the assignments given to us over the next many months with the help of many of you earthlings. Please tell all of your friends that we need a lot of help. Our assignment is for North America. If you, a reader, of this message live in North America and desire to help, please try to contact me telepathically. Call for Helena, or just call on "anyone on the Capricron." We will reply to you. However, if you are not telepathic then await our formation of a system for connecting the Capricorn to your earth-girdling Internet. We shall try to get that accomplished as soon as we can after we have our first landings among you. That is my message, this morning. Any questions?
Lavar: Dear Helena, thanks for all you are doing and planning to do. How soon after your "show-and-go" landing will it be before we can expect to have your crew members working with us?
Helena: It depends on the role that your government decides to play in this affair. The NESARA program must be announced so that the war will cease and that there will be a cancellation of the standing Air Force orders to shoot us down. So, the timing of our coming will depend, to some extent, on the actions of your military government. We would expect to be there in about two weeks after the NESARA program is announced.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. We have great love and respect for you and your crew. We look forward to your coming to be among us.
