Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good Morning. Welcome to our morning conversation. We are pleased with the developments that will lead to our coming to be among you. We were greatly distressed that we could not help with the terrible tragedy in New Orleans. However, there is still the standing orders for the Air Force to shoot down any UFOs. We shall be most pleased when the new administration is in place so that we can come among you as the peaceful people that we are. Here we have been waiting for over ten years to help you clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere and there has been no acceptance of our presence by your government. We are pleased that the coming events will soon change that condition. If our information is correct then there will soon be the change, FINALLY, of your government so that we do not have to cloak our shuttles when we fly among you. New topic. There is much to be done to clean up the atmosphere. Your company is well prepared to complete the development of the new-energy device that will be able to replace the burning of fossil fuels by tapping into the vast energy of space as we do here on the Capricorn. We shall, hopefully, soon be there to help you. Then there can be a great outpouring from some of your marvelous manufacturing facilities and distribution facilities so that anyone can replace the burning of fossil fuels in their homes and soon in their automobiles. Your work on the "on-the- vehicle" battery charger for electric vehicles will soon be a known standard device. That will be the beginning of a large change in the burning of fossil fuels. Mother Earth's atmosphere will become less polluted as these devices are put into large- scale production and use. That is my message for you this morning. Any questions?
Lavar: Dear Helena, we shall be most grateful to have you among us with your shuttles and your help in cleaning up the atmosphere. When can we expect your first landing?
Helena: With the final distribution of the funds and the announcement of the NESARA program, there will be the arrangements that will allow us to land. It will take us a couple of weeks to ensure that the Air Force orders are rescinded and that it is known that we come in peace. Your communication that is posted week days, is doing, and will do, a lot of good to help us ensure that we can land in peace. It won't be long now and we have some happy crew members who look forward to landing and being among you on Mother Earth. Then our friends in other parts of this beautiful planet will also be coming and be among you.
