Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. A bit late this morning. You are to be congratulated today. As we understand it this is, finally, the day that the announcement should be made of the change back to the original constitution that existed in the 1930s. We hope that there will be no further delays. At any event (as you would say in your idiom) we shall be prepared for our coming among you as soon as we determine, for sure, that the orders to shoot us down on sight have been rescinded. We suspect that it will take a few days for the removal of that Air Force standing order. We are anxious to get to work with the assignments that we have been given to help clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere and some of her waters. Also, it will not be long before we will have a couple of our scientists working with you in your lab. It may be of interest to you to know that many of our group have volunteered to work with you. They are aware of both your lab work and your abiity to communicate with us. We shall have some kind of a selection process that will be fair to everyone. Perhaps we will hold some kind of a drawing (as you would call it). However, be assured that those we send will be highly capable of helping and also that they will pretty much resemble humans. We are soon to be landing among you. That is a great relief for us. A decade is a long time to wait. Many of us are ready, willing, and able (as you would state it) to be among you, learning from you, teaching some of you about the truth of the vast civilizations that adorn our galaxy. We shall also help you move into space. There is a time for all planets that are inhabited by inteliigent species to come to the stage where they make the transition from planet-bound to become spacefarers. Of course, the big item is not just getting into space but having the technology that allows for inter-dimensional travel so that one can travel beteen planets and systems much faster than the speed of light. We will have that technology to share with you. It will be of great interest to some of your scientists. That is my message this morning. We welcome this soon-to-be time to finally be among you in the near future. Any questions?
Lavar: Dear Helena, we shall be most grateful with you at the final developments that will rescind the orders to try to shoot you down. We hope that those orders are now quickly rescinded. Are you still planning the "show-and-go" landings?
Helena: Yes. We must introduce our presence to your citizens who have been lied to for so many years. "We are here, we are friendly, we come to help." - will be our message.
