Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 23 September 2005
Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. A bit early but that is good. We have been doing what we can to diminish the strength of the hurricane that is approaching the Texas gulf-coast region. There are other human interferences. One group is using some highly-advanced technology to strengthen the hurricane but thanks for your interesting Internet, there are many minds that are dedicated to helping to reduce the strength of the hurricane. You earthlings are amazing in what you are doing for communication when you have so few that can communicate in the normal telepathic manner. We shall soon be among you and will help to teach more of you how to communicate mind-to-mind. You need to start with your young children and they will find that they can communicate with each other and even with their pets. But that [topic] is for another time. We shall soon be able to land and have our first "show-and-go" landings among you. The barriers to our landings (the standing Air Force orders to try to shoot down any UFOs) will, we believe, soon be changed by the new government administration that will soon be established. The decade-long wait for [accomplishing] our tasks will soon be over. We have so much to do to fulfill our assignment: to help restore Mother Earth's air and water to a more pristine condition. I sense that you have been working on a proposal to rapidly increase the size of your water processing equipment so that it can be used in some of the areas devastated by the former hurricane that innundated New Orleans. You are to be commended. That is an enormously important application of the charge-cluster technology that your lab has been developing. It will not be long now before we are there, in your lab, as you requested, to help you in the development of the space-energy sources of electrical power. That [development] will make an excellent combination [electrical power & water processing] of technologies for the handling of contaminated waters from a variety of sources. We are anxious to be with you and to help you. Your lab is certainly a leader in this type of development. You will be blessed for your good works. That is my message. What question do you have for me?
Lavar: Dear Helena, thank you for your interest and your coming to help the earth. Please continue to do all you can to lessen the strength of the current hurricane that is threatening so many people [and their properties]. What can you tell me about the planned connection with an Internet server so that communications can be established [with the Capricorn]. What bandwidth do we need?
Helena: Please try to have a video bandwidth accommodated by the server in its connection to our equipment that we will provide. Other than that, just a method to store and transfer incoming queries and enable our outgoing messages to be fed to your Internet is all that is necessary. Thank your friends for their dedication to this important linkage that will be established between the Capricorn and your Internet world.
