Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. There are huge problems in the southern part of your country with a below-sea-level city essentially destroyed. We are most sorry for such a tragic event. Had we not been kept from landing by your government orders to shoot us down, or try to, this catastrophe would not have occurred. We did what we could to lessen the strength of the hurricane and were successful in lowering it from your 5 to a 3. However, the sea wall was breached and that allowed the ocean to pour into the city which caused great additional damage. As soon as we are allowed to land, we will be pleased and most willing to help in any way that we can. Your government has to make that decision. [Note: The U.S. Air Force has standing orders to try to shoot down any unidentified flying objects.] New topic: Much of our efforts to help to lower the level of global warming are in place. Thanks to your efforts and others, there are many who are contacting us (or trying to) to offer help. In addition, some [who contact us] are being directed to other starships over their areas. We are most grateful for this kind of help. We shall land as soon as we can and establish a link to your marvelous internet faciities. As you have probably been told, we are providing the means for the announcement of the NESARA program and that will soon occur. None of our crew are involved in any of the problems that are associated with the storm damage or any other nefarious happenings that are sometimes inaccurately reported as deeds coming from aliens. There are alien races that would come and sample earth's plants, animals, and even humans for study without the background of help that we bring to you. We know of no aliens that would be wanting to destroy or fight any of your population. For over ten of your years we have been here and there are no other unkind nor uncaring aliens or alien starships that are involved with this beautiful planet. You have been left to your own devices for thousands of years. Now it is time that you joined the Galactic Federation. We come in peace to help and we will do so very soon now. That is my message. Helena: We believe that everything is now in order and properly progressing for the announcement of the NESARA program as you call it. It will not be long now before this event is announced, then we shall soon make our preparations for our first landings and for our help with your ravaged areas.
