Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. It is with pleasure that I welcome you again. We, here on the Capricorn, after many years of waiting, are soon to be able to land and have fly-over without having to worry about being chased by U.S. Air Force jets. Of course, we are anticipating, the order has not been withdrawn yet, however, according to information we have received, this will, finally, (as you would express) be the week for the announcement of the NESARA program. Our telepathic sources do not anticipate any more contrived delays that have held up this important announcement for over two years.
New topic for you: We are privileged to be the first, of the many shuttles from other starships to land and show ourselves, then our landing will be followed by similar landings and flyovers in various parts of the world. We are not the only mothership that has been assigned to help clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere. However, we are the first because your country is the most polluted with so many gas-guzzling automobiles and trucks. However, that is our assignment, to help reduce the burning of fossil fuels. Again, we are pleased that your group has already been working on that same problem. It will not be long now and we will be there to help you. That is my main message for you today. Any questions?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. We will rejoice with you at your coming. Do you have any firm telepathic contacts with someone who can assure you of the date of the NESARA program announcement?
Helena: We have been told that the funds will be distributed Tuesday and Wednesday. Apparently there are those who will make the final decision as to the timing of the NESARA announcement. It could be as early as Wednesday, November 16, 2005. However, we are not privy to those decision makers who can change the dates of deliveries and of the announcement.
