"We come in peace. We are assigned by the Galactic Federation to help clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere"
Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 30 September 2005
Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. You are nearing the end of an era in your beautiful world. It will not be long now and we shall be with you to help change the way the world produces and distributes energy: your [group's] long-cherished goal. We are pleased at the final distribution of the funds that are a necessary prelude to the change in your government that will change the Air Force order to try to shoot down any of our shuttles. New topic: We are pleased with your aid and assistance during these several months. You and your good friend Michael have given us a voice to your world over your marvelous world-wide Internet. We are not sure how we would have announced our presence were it not for the thousands that are now aware of us and will be expecting to hear of our landings and the messages that we have: We come in peace. We are assigned by the Galactic Federation to help clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere and some of the contaminated waters. In addition, we can provide additional assistance, where we are asked, provided that it is for peaceful purposes. Those are the important messages that we have to bring to the world. Soon we shall be able to be among you, uncloaked, with our shuttles after our [first] show-and-go landings. Then, when our presence is more accepted, we shall be landing at places where we are welcomed and do our best to help you improve the earth's atmosphere and waters. Again, I, as commander of the Starship Capricorn, wish to again thank you. We look forward to a more close working relationship with you very soon. Any question for me this morning?
Lavar: Dear Helena, thank you for such a great message. I have not, as yet today, received the latest word on the distribution of the bank documents, however, it is supposed to be culminated today so that the [NESARA] announcement can come on the beginning of a month and the beginning of a new fiscal quarter. Do you have any suggestions for the method by which the war can be ended and peace be properly handled in Iraq?
Helena: That is a perceived problem. However, if the other motherships are asked to help, there can be considerable help in ensuring that there is no longer any war behavior in Iraq. It appears that it is important for peace to be declared [first] and the troops to be withdrawn.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. May the choicest blessings be provided to you and your crew.
