Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 03 October 2005
Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. You are right on schedule. Thanks for your persistence in communicating with me. There is much consternation among your leaders [today]. There has been some kind of a delay in the announcement of the change in the government. Many rumors are flying but there is no solid evidence being transmitted to us as to why there was no announcement that was expected this past week end. You too, I sense, are under the same puzzlement.
Lavar: Yes dear Helena.
Helena: On to another topic, that one will be resolved shortly. There are many of us ready, willing, and able (to use your phrase) to be with you and to help in restoring some new sensibility to your government operations. We are prepared and we shall soon have the barriers to our progress removed and be among you to help usher in a new earth. There is much to be done to help you to clean up the atmosphere and some of the waters that are polluted. We have the technology and you will have the opportunity to learn from and apply that technology to the betterment of the earth and its air and waters. That is our assignment from the Galactic Federation and we shall carry out our assignment as soon as possible. We are most interested in determining what happened to delay the announcement. It is just time [now] in your country to open up offices on the east coast. It will be interesting to learn what has transpired, as soon as some of our communicating persons are able to find out and tell us. You will be having some information inputs later this morning, Lavar. Please let us know what you learn about the delays in the announcement [of the restoration of national government to the earlier constitutional laws].
Lavar: Dear Helena. I shall indeed do that. It was a great surprise to me that the announcement wasn't made. However, the 12 million members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints were, I suppose, pleased that the semi-annual conference that was held yesterday [and in widely broadcast and translated into over 60 languages] was not interrupted by the closing down of the media and the announcement [of government changes] being made. I wonder if that conference had anything to do with the delay of the announcement of the new government.
Helena: We shall soon know. There will be some of our telepathic friends who will soon find out and be communicating with us. Meanwhile, enjoy the day. We shall be with you again tomorrow. Our blessings on you and on all of those who are reading these messages from the Capricorn.
