A week commences that in one way or another will be marked down as historic. So much energy has been expended to come this far and it cannot be just brushed aside. When the energy thought forms gather strength they become a catalyst for similar energies, and they link these together. It is then that each and everyone projecting energy for changes can tap into the pool that exists. Each person has the potential to carry the sum total of it all. It is as though you are All, and yet One at the same time. In this lays your strength and as you focus on the events that are manifesting, so you help bring them into being.
You can take a lot of credit for the stages that have now been reached. It is your determination and consistent focus on the desired changes that has allowed the emergence of those souls that are leading the way. Your teachings will tell you that when the time is right the Master appears, and so it is. All that is required to see this period through is a continued focus on the outcome. What is happening is the outworking of spiritual Laws of Attraction.
More than ever it is the time when much self control is going to be necessary. As the truth comes out about the activities of the dark, great anger will surface, and it must not be allowed to undo the good work that has been done. To keep matters on a calm footing it needs the Lightworkers to enfold everyone concerned in Love and Light. You are beginning to see that you have much power when there is a concerted effort between you. Although you cannot measure it, you have already been able to still the energies of Hurricane Wilma and the effects will not be as far reaching as the original potential.
Watching from outside of Earth, we have to be vigilant in monitoring what is happening. We see the potential course that all energies are taking, and can measure them so as to determine how the different ones interact, and what the outcome will be. This is when we decide if we can enter the equation, as we have a duty towards you and Mother Earth. There are certain parameters that we can go to, but we must not overreach and alter the karmic outcome. It is a delicate path that we tread but we have total control in our hands. We have our plan which works in co-operation with yours, and we assist you to ensure that you are successful.
What we have all been working for is about to manifest upon Earth, and then we can all get on with the next phase in your evolution. We will be here to guide you and direct your energies into the many projects that will start immediately. All has been well planned for along time and frequently adjusted to take into account minor changes that have occurred. The well being of people is a priority and we can deal with that quite quickly. Illness and malnutrition are high on our list for attention, and we must immediately address the need for adequate accommodation and protection for those who are vulnerable.
The most dramatic change will be an end to war all over the world. When peace is declared the warring factions will be disarmed. If necessary, we can make all weapons of war inoperable. We have already taken such action where attempts have been made to release nuclear bombs. Your authorities and military have been warned about this many times. They know that we monitor all of their bases and equipment. It matters not to us how much concealment takes place, nothing can be hidden from us.
Know at all times that we are behind you, and providing you play your part there is no possibility other than a successful outcome. You cry out for a true leadership that you can trust, and that cry has not gone unheard. You will soon have at your helm people who are known by us to be of the Light, and they will reflect your desires for permanent peace. By their actions you will soon see their honesty and reliability at work, and most importantly that they are trustworthy. It is regrettable that for many, many years your administrations have been corrupt, and working to an agenda that is more for self than the people they have represented.
You need not concern yourselves unduly as to what happens to those who will answer for their treason or other crimes. One way or another they will make retribution for what they have done. There are immutable laws that govern all life, and Man cannot re-write them as they are God given. Everyone, regardless of the nature of their deeds looks back on their actions, and they will look for opportunities to put the wrongs right. It is not imposed upon you for indiscretions or minor errors, but you will always be led to understand how your actions have affected other people. It is through this understanding that you learn and progress in your spiritual evolution.
Soon there will be a great coming together of the people of Earth, and you will be surprised at how easily you will accept each other.
When there is no threat to your well being, and you trust each other love blossoms very quickly. The differences that have been historically perpetuated will disappear, and barriers and borders will no longer be necessary or desired. At heart, you are always ready to accept another being, but through eons of time you have been set against others for reasons of prejudice and hostility. When you enter the new period, there will be no place for old arguments or disputes, these will be set aside.
You face a new way of thinking and acting, as the old will no longer be acceptable. Start to live this concept now, and see how openness and love will pave the way for all of the magnificent changes due to you. You know what to do, and it helps never to lose sight of the fact that You Are All One. Make no exception, for better or worse you are all connected so give of your love without any favor or discrimination.

We are so familiar with your civilization that we already know you well, and we will easily work together. Our time of meeting is so near, and soon we shall all be coming together with our plan to manifest the new order.
