Who is Ra ? part 6 2/2

The higher self technically exists in our future, Ra tells us.
“The Higher Self seems to exist simultaneously with the mind/body/spirit complex
which it aids. This is not actually simultaneous, for the Higher Self is moving to the
mind/body/spirit complex as needed from a position in development of the entity
which would be considered in the future of the entity.” (1)
The higher self doesn’t actually know the future, because the future is based on an ever-changing, basically rotating set of potentials, we’re told.
Q: “Then the Higher Self operates from the future, as we understand things, and it
would know, as far as I am concerned, what was going to happen. Is this correct?
“This is incorrect, as it would [be] a violation of free will. The Higher Self is aware
of the lessons learned through 6th density. The choices which must be made to
achieve the Higher Self, as it is now, must be made by the mind/spirit/body complex
itself.
“Thus the Higher Self is like a map on which the destination is known and the roads
are shown, and the traveler has already reached the destination in some universe …
maybe this one. The Higher Self, at the destination, looks back on the way that has
been traveled … and assists the traveler in arriving at the goal in an easier way.
“So the Higher Self can program the entity for certain lessons and predisposing
limitations, but the rest is up to the free choice of the entity.” (2)
We’re constantly creating our future, and however dedicated we are to the ascension path, we could veer far off of it and onto a negative timeline if we let ourselves. The higher self is with us to help us remain on the right path, but ultimately, the direction we go in is our choice.
Freewill is unabashedly honored throughout the universe, and we’ll find that no guide – even our higher self – would violate our freewill. It seemed like the freewill of the Martians was violated because of all of the distortion it took to free them from their self-instated collective fear, and an entire quarantine was placed over the earth as a result.
Maybe that gives you an idea of how honored freewill is, and it seems obvious that the higher self wouldn’t do anything that’d entail a violation of our individual or collective freewill.
Apparently, the seventh-density self gifts the sixth-density self with the ‘higher self’ before moving on to greener pastures.
Q: “Is the Higher Self of every entity of a 6th density nature?
“Yes. It is an honor/duty of self to self as one approaches 7th density.
Q: “Does the Higher Self have some type of vehicle or body?
“This is correct.
“The Higher Self is a manifestation given to the late 6th density entity as a gift
from its future selfness. The mid-7th density’s last action before turning towards
the allness of the Creator and gaining spiritual mass is to give the resource of
the Higher Self to the 6th density self.
“This 6th density self offers its living bank of memory of experience to the
Higher Self. Knowing this, you may see your self, your Higher Self, and your
mind/body/spirit totality as one. They are the same being.” (3)
Freewill is required for the higher self to directly help any of its sparks, Ra advises.
“The Higher Self protects when possible and guides when asked, but the force
of free will is paramount.
“The seeming contradictions of determinism and free will melt away when it is
accepted that there is such a thing as true simultaneity. The Higher Self is the
end result of all the development experienced by the mind/body/spirit complex
up to that point (i.e., up to the end of 6th density.)” (4)
The sixth-density self imprints its knowledge and experience into the higher self, and in turn, the higher self guides the third, fourth and fifth-density selves until they reach the sixth density and, I’d imagine, imprint their own knowledge and experience into it.
It’s interesting to think that the higher self could be an ever-changing entity because the third, fourth and fifth density fragments could imprint a new set of knowledge/experience by the time they reach the sixth density.
Perhaps the higher self constantly shifts; has constantly different advice and guidance to offer based on the varying imprints it receives from the aspects of our Self who freshly reach sixth density. One thing’s for sure – a lot of potential confusion fades away when we accept that there can be ‘true simultaneity’, as Ra called it.
Apparently, if we connect with our higher self and have it speak through us (as in the case of channeling or ‘writing’ with the higher self’s influence) it’s important not to keep it around because it has to continue its duty in the sixth density.
“When the magical personality (higher self) is properly invoked, the self has invoked its
Higher Self. Thus a bridge between space/time and time/space is made, and the 6th
density magical personality experiences directly the 3rd density catalyst for the duration
of the working.
“It is most central to deliberately take off the magical personality after the working,
in order that the Higher Self may resume its appropriate function as your Higher
Self operating in many realms, not just in the 3rd density.” (5)
I didn’t know this, but it makes sense. The higher self can’t hang around to experience or work from the third density for too long because of the immense responsibilities it has back in its sphere. Of course, working through the physical temple of one’s godspark is a pretty important responsibility, but it isn’t the only one.
It’s interesting to think that the higher self was created for the sole purpose of assisting us, and the more we tap into them, the more guidance and advice we’ll receive. It’s essential that we let them go after so long, but I’m sure they’re still able to connect for a long ‘time’ before returning fully to the sixth density.
In our final quote, Ra tells us that the higher self can’t be pinned down to a few certain shades or qualities.
Q: “The 3 aspects of the magical personality are stated to be power, love and wisdom.
Are these its only primary aspects? “The magical personality is a being of unity, a
being of 6th density, and the equivalent of what you call your Higher Self, and at the
same time is a personality enormously rich in variety of experience and subtlety of
emotion.” (6)
Our higher self as is infinite as we’re starting to discover we are, and they, like any other higher-dimensional being, can’t be defined by a few simple qualities. Humans aren’t easily defined either, and when you think about it, no conscious being is.
We’re all complex, and our complexity goes far deeper than we realize. Ra and plenty of others seek to illuminate the complexity of our descent away from (and subsequent journey back to) the Source, and as usual, we still have plenty to learn from Ra about various subjects that are relevant to the Law of One and our spiritual evolution.
In our next installment, we’ll venture into part two of the ‘Law of One Study Guide’ that Bob Childers and David Wilcock compiled, which is where I’ve taken the quotes for this series from. We’ll learn about the ‘beginning’ of creation and our aforementioned descent from the Source, and Ra will have plenty of interesting and complex revelations to share with us.
I’ve said plenty of times that I think Ra is one of the purest and most helpful channeled sources out there, and they clearly have a lot to explain about the nature of existence. We’re fortunate to have so much interesting information from so many different, genuine channeled sources, and in time, a lot of the things Ra and plenty of others have told us will be common knowledge.
