Hi everyone: Christ Michael gave me this yesterday afternoon. I will be unavailable to answer mail over the Labor Day weekend. Read on after Christ Michael's portion to discover the reason for the title of this message.

Christ Michael: Dear One and All, it is I Christ Michael. As you may notice we have had a turn of events with the Hurricane in the south of the United States. There were man made manipulations in the flooding that occurred, and past that, for the time being I will say no more, so that I do not give any clues to our BBB&G’s of what we know.
At this time, I am relieving Candace of writing these messages. She has become a huge target to them, and our GF guard service to her has had to be increased. She came under a missile attack recently. She was shielded, and nothing came of seriousness. We have had to provide increased protection around everyone she knows at this moment, and it is advisable to lay low for a while.
She needs a bit of rest and some more healing over this period, and she needs time to do her end of our work, and 24 hours a day, does not provide enough time for her duties. Remember she is an active member of our team, and does a great deal more than answer mail and write messages.
I will not be doing any more public messages at this time for the security of our people on the ground. You are going to have to go into a state of trust at this moment. I will remind you, that anyone posting by the name of Hatonn would not be me. Recently, I was informed, by my star people who check the Internet that Nancy's fake Hatonn issued quite a message shortly after the Hurricane, stating that basically the USA would have been divided into 2 parts, along the Mississippi, had the Hurricane been totally successful. This is a huge exaggeration, but the heavy flooding of the Mississippi was a desired outcome.
The Hurricane was a natural event in its inception, but it was enhanced by BBB&G’s in other realms. As we stated in these messages last spring, HAARP and scalar technologies were totally disabled on the Earth plane, and remain so. The enhancement was more along the lines of mind control. This should show you how powerful mind can be. It was even enhanced somewhat by 3D folks on Earth, in the excitement raised by the media. Many people "willed" the hurricane, for the thrill of it all.
We did what we could. We attempted to divert the hurricane westward, to areas less populated, well west of the Mississippi. We lost a bit there, so we moved it a bit east, by joining our energy with the BBB&G’s energy, who were pushing it east from our desired direction. In the process, the hurricane eye went well east of New Orleans. Not our desired result, but the next best of possibilities. We sucked air out of the western edge, which greatly protected New Orleans.
In the speeding up of the Hurricane, not its winds, but its forward speed, it moved very quickly over land, dropping far less rain that the BBB&G’s wished, so there is not catastrophic flooding in the aftermath. Plus the winds were slowed substantially when it hit landfall. It was around a slow Category 2 at that time.
There is a lesson in this my friends. New Orleans should not be rebuilt, and I would advise the entire world to get over the habit of building residential areas close to the sea. It never has been a good idea. Far less life would have been lost in the Tsunami of last December, had people lived only a mile or two back from the sea, in fact, just 30 feet above sea level where possible. This would apply also to Mississippi region that experienced destruction.
Ye make many mistakes. What will happen in the USA if Mount Rainier went off near Seattle? Now that is a great inland port, sitting on a lovely quiet bay. It is fine to have shipping there, but no residential areas surrounding these. The Indians of the region warned long ago of the probability of Mount St. Helen's and Mount Rainier going off. Even though Mount Vesuvius went off long ago, could it not again? And people in that region plan only to hopefully evacuate again.
You settle on Earth quake faults. San Francisco suffered a great quake close to 100 years ago, and that seems forgotten. Ye try to build buildings resistant to nature, and that is fine, except in these regions. You can have your shipping facilities, but not the housing. You see sadly in New Orleans, what happens if you live in a city below the sea level. As I said in the beginning, there is more that took place than the hurricane, in this sad situation.
Your government has refused help from the whole world. Look at the white and black new buses transferring people to Houston. These are not what they say on them, these are Homeland Security Buses, and they have intentions beyond emergency evacuation in their uses.
Now we are still going to intervene, of that have no doubt, but I cannot openly in this message tell the BBB&G’s what we have planned, so you must go into trust, and not beg of Candace to hear from me or others right now. I am retiring her from this project for her safety, and that of everyone she has in her circle. If we do decide we wish a message, she will then do this service, but only then. She will continue her other works with us, and when the time is right, she will notify you of her plans. WE MUST COME LIKE A THIEF IN THE NIGHT. I AM Christ Michael, Sovereign Son of Nebadon.

Candace: Now I want to say a bit. There is an expression (and I thank the friend who reminded me of it) from the Bible, the sins of the father will be visited upon the sons, even unto the 7th generation. This does not mean, as some have used it violently, that the sin is carried through the blood line.
It means that future generations suffer the errors of those before them. And such is New Orleans, and rest of the Gulf coastline. New Orleans suffered 12 significant hurricanes between 1800 and 1850. There may have been more, to say nothing of tropical storms. Biloxi has been leveled before. New Orleans was a swamp before it was settled. And it is also at the base of a large inland sea, filled with water from a large bay, which is in turn connected to the Gulf. New Orleans has apparently also been settling over the years. The Mississippi River continually remodels the region over time.
Yet the people living there today suffer from the decisions of their fathers, the founders. And yet, why did not the people born in the region try to move away. There is current personal responsibility here also. And then there is the issue of those that drowned in their homes. I realize that not everyone could leave the city, no money, no transportation. But moving to higher ground was a good idea. Some may have returned to their homes after the storm, however, thinking it safe to do so.
As to the storm itself, the Gulf hurricanes blow counter clockwise, so that when the eye hit the region, the western winds would have actually blown the sea away. The eastern winds brought the sea upon the Mississippi coastline. These apparently are always the stronger winds, the eastern winds. And there sits Biloxi, right on the beach, also the gambling casinos.
Had the eye been diverted west word, these very winds would have blown north over New Orleans, and since it sits inland, Lake Pontchartrain would have been blown away from New Orleans.
Had the eye gone over New Orleans, however, the large bay, labeled Lake Borgne on my map, would have been pushed into Lake Pontchartrain and then the western winds, blowing south would have carried the lake down into New Orleans. This was the wish for result by our BBB&G’s. They hoped of course the dikes would be overtopped.
These same winds, as they blew around the circle, would have pushed the Mississippi into New Orleans. Also, the winds change directions, after the eye passes. Actually they don't change direction, they were blowing the opposite direction already, and this event would have created great wind damage to New Orleans. This no doubt created much of the wind destruction on the Mississippi coast line.
All of this has been known forever. You can figure the above yourself, knowing only that the winds flow around the eye, which in the Gulf is counter clockwise. So why do people take an intentional risk. Lord only knows.
I am taking a break for a few days over the weekend, probably for a week. I am working on other portions of my organization, and the website. I plan to open the website in the near future.
I would like at this time to Thank all of the websites who have made this project possible, in publishing the material. I would like to thank Patrick Bellringer especially, as his large world wide influence made this project possible in the first place, and I have appreciated my contacts with him and Anne over these months.
The messages will continue after my break, but differently. I need my own home, this is why I will shortly open the website. This will allow me to post a wide variety of different material. I do intend to finish the work with Buddha after my break. I am not going away, just getting on with my work, as is Sananda at this time, during our continued wait. There are serious plans in the making, and as Christ Michael said, for security, we must not discuss them publicly at this time. Security breeches have been a problem, and there were some recently yet again.
I found the missile attack alarming, because I was aware of it. I listened to the missile sizzle loudly in my shield, which passed through my large willow tree, for at least 10 minutes as it disintegrated. This will forever be my "singing willow tree" story. What horrified me, was not that it was shot at my house, yes that did, but that had it missed, it would have damaged neighbors homes, and any people at home. Even had just my house blown up, the neighbors could have still been harmed.
To the BBB&G’s trying to take me out, please understand I didn't originate NESARA, and you are making yourselves look bad in your games, because they will be exposed. All of them, from long before 911, to New Orleans, are going to come out, and be exposed, by the many involved in doing so. The assorted movements to do so, have been very successful. Time a wave a white flag.
Time to heal the planet, rather than destroy it. Yes, you read these messages, it has been proven by those who track you, and you do not cover your tracks very well in the attempts. I am protected rather well by the Galactic Federation, as you most certainly discovered in the failed attack on my home.
And the source of the order to do so, has been identified. I have not been personally informed of who placed to order, but those that guard me do know. And you are not going to be able to remove them. What would have been the excuse presented by the media for my blown up home? Oh I know, a gas leak, how original. Take care, Candace.

Three of the worst catastrophes in American history have taken place during George W. Bush's watch. Is this a coincidence?
They are Sept. 11, the Iraq War and the devastation of New Orleans.
The purpose is to shock, degrade and demoralize Americans so they will accept the loss of national sovereignty.
The agent of the Illuminati bankers, the Council on Foreign Relations, is demanding "an economic union" of Canada, Mexico and the United States by 2010. This is but a stage in the Illuminati's long-term plan to impose their dictatorship upon the world.
As you know, George W. Bush is a member of one of the Illuminati's oldest chapters in America, the Skull and Bones Society.
Unbeknownst to Americans, the United States belongs to the Illuminati, a satanic secret society directing Freemasonry. Their symbol, the pyramid and "all seeing" eye, is on the U.S. one-dollar bill. So is the year 1776, which refers to May 1, their anniversary, not July 4 as people think. The symbol was put on the dollar by FDR, a 32-degree mason. Most American presidents, cabinet members and congressional leaders are Freemasons and/or members of the CFR.
Foreign bankers sponsor the Illuminati and control us through their monopoly on credit. Our money is created in the form of a debt that the government owes to them, plus interest. Taxpayers are on the hook to the tune of $140,000 for every man, woman and child. Americans are being readied for a debtors' prison i.e. the New World Order.
I appreciate that this sounds outlandish to the uninitiated. However history can be understood in terms of an all-powerful clique based in the City of London that actively seeks the degradation and enslavement of humanity through "revolution," war, sickness, starvation, depression, and now "natural" disaster.
New Orleans
I don't know how the levees were sabotaged but I do know that this fits perfectly into the Illuminati agenda. (Similarly, I didn't know how JFK Jr.'s plane was sabotaged until recently.)
Last weekend, I commented on how an exhibit at the London Zoo encourages people to think of themselves as animals. After the hurricane, Drudge Report referred to New Orleans' residents with this main headline: "Trapped Like Animals."
Everything seems designed to deprive Americans of their sense of entitlement, and their belief in themselves, their country and government.
I'm sure you noticed how the media played up comparisons between the aftermath of devastation and "a third world country." These scenes "resemble refugee camps in Somalia or Iraq," one reporter said.
In an emergency, response speed is of the essence. As you know, help was very slow in coming. Thousands were drowning, stranded, hungry or sick. There were helicopters but remarkably few rescue boats which would have been more effective.
Agent provocateurs may have been planted to shoot at rescuers: Coast Guard Lieutenant Commander Cheri Ben-Iesan said, "there are people just taking pot-shots at police and at helicopters, telling them, 'You better come get my family."'
Why would anyone shoot at potential rescuers? These provocateurs caused rescue efforts to be suspended and provided an excuse to declare martial law.
Governor Kathleen Blanco called them "hoodlums" and issued a warning: Hundreds of National Guard troops hardened on the battlefield in Iraq have landed in New Orleans.
"They have M-16s and they're locked and loaded," she said. "These troops know how to shoot and kill, and they are more than willing to do so, and I expect they will."
Thus, a disaster is turned into a proving ground for martial law.
My Houston correspondent writes: "Houstonians I've spoken with are only concerned that looting may transfer here and affect them personally. People are locking down their houses even tighter, and I've heard at least one man remark, 'I've got my Smith and Wesson .44 in my truck.' Stupid Americans are primed to demand martial law!"
He continues: "My next prediction: burglaries, lootings, shootings, and/or arson incidents will happen in Houston and Atlanta. The media will attribute it to New Orleans refugees, and the "shoot to kill" order will extend to these cities police and special police, if not be accompanied by the arrival of Federal (Storm)Troops."
Looting would have been limited by a strong rescue response. Americans rightly expect to be protected in times of emergency. But even some local police were seen looting or simply quit.
"They indicated that they had lost everything and didn't feel that it was worth them going back to take fire from looters and losing their lives," Colonel Henry Whitehorn said.
Whether it's Iraq, (a gratuitous war America is predestined to lose,) or Sept. 11 or New Orleans, Americans are betrayed by their leaders, abandoned, humiliated and sometimes killed.
This is not an accident. It is part of a relentless process of demoralization designed to make them accept world government.
Hollywood is part of this attack on the American psyche. The scenes of New Orleans resemble those in the film Day After Tomorrow where the country freezes over and Americans storm the Mexican border pleading to be allowed in.
CONCLUSION
Wars, depressions and "natural" disasters are going to continue as long as foreign bankers control America's finances, and with it her political and cultural institutions.
They need to destroy, degrade and demoralize us so we will accept their world government. They have to subjugate us because otherwise we will repudiate the national debt, money (credit) they created out of nothing.
They weaken us by corrupting us. The stock market keeps millions focused on money while the media bombards us with sex, violence, social engineering and propaganda.
America cries out to purge the organized evil that lurks within.
What can we do? Let's make an extra effort to be kind and en-couraging, to treat each other like brothers and sisters.
Nothing aggravates the Illuminati more than Jesus' admonition: "Love thy neighbor."

Germain: Greetings to the Bellringer’s, Patrick and Anne. This is Violinio Germain of the Lighted Realms, Ascended Master and your brother speaking to you at this time. I am most happy to greet you and answer any questions you may have. It is now appropriate that I speak to my brother and sister – for we are all ONE.

Anne: Thank you, Violinio. I am humbled that you are here to answer our questions and give us an update on all situations—NESARA—the Gulf situation and how things are progressing.
Germain: Yes, I hear your prayers and petitions for our interceding in the Gulf situation. We have sent the Angels of mercy to sustain those people who have not been rescued as yet. The human body, as Patrick told you, can survive three days without water and 30 days without food. Some of these people have survived a week without water, and yet as you see them, they are still living, and able to walk around, talk, and pray for rescue. We have not interfered directly at this time because of the response of the entire world and the many prayers that have resulted because of this disaster.
We have sustained ones, but if we were to have all our ships come in and pick ones up, what does that prove? The lies and trickery of the Darkside are being revealed. The prayers of the thousands worldwide have made Earth Shan shine like a star in the heavens, and because of these prayers and offers for help, and of the many people helping one another, the Light has shone more brightly. I know you ones cry for those in need, who are locked in the Astrodome, who are waiting on the bridge with no rescue. The antics of your administration to reluctantly help (esp. the blacks) has revealed to the world their terrible evil.
Many who have died in this disaster died because it was in their contract. Those that died that did not fulfill contracts have been granted mercy by Creator God and have completed their contracts. The Law of Returns is demonstrated by the fact that the city of New Orleans went down---they were below sea level. I know it sounds harsh, but if you want to drown in a hurricane, build your house on the sand below sea level a very short distance from the ocean.
The cries and prayers of many have forced your administration to rescue and they are shocked at that fact that people survived a week (they thought they would be all dead) without water and food or sanitation facilities. Things are gradually progressing—and yes, we are there helping.
We shall soon intervene, as Christ Michael Hatonn told you, and that is momentarily. The kindness shown, the help given and the prayers have pulled Earth Shan to the top of the mountain, and now the NESARA announcement can go forward.
You can feel the frequencies rising, the hopes of people rising after such a traumatic experience. The Darkside did manipulate the hurricane, but all did not go according to their wishes. They had no idea of the positive effects of this terrible tragedy would put them deeper in darkness and bring LIGHT to Mother Earth and her people.
As the days and hours pass, the lies of your dark administration are and will come forth—their manipulation of the storm by mind control, their reluctance in getting help. Their evil plan of letting those horrid black people-useless eaters die, and their mind boggling scheme of paper work before rescue can begin.
If your federal government had not interfered with the rescue, it would have been completed in much less time. If your president had not refused help from all the countries, it would have taken much less time to rescue people. Yes, the evil is being revealed. People are angry with Bush, are disgusted at his lack of caring, and seeing him for what he is – a controlled soulless clone – with no God connection.
I know you await NESARA. Yes, it is here and ready to announce. It is inevitable, and we come like the thief in the night. There is silence from the Lighted Realms about NESARA but plans are made, the preparation is done and the exact moment approaches quickly. I give no date to you ones, but you know that Creator God/Hatonn is in charge and all is in his hands. Do not fear the One World Order or their senseless Homeland Security in which they wish to enslave America first, and then the entire world. They are headed for the hell planet, and the fear and trembling is already among these Dark ones, including your president. They fear for their lives and are trying to stop the ocean of lies from sweeping them off their feet in their death throes.
Earth Shan and her people have endured enough. Contracts have been completed. Prayers have been heard and recorded. Shan’s people want peace. Although there is lack of NESARA knowledge, they shall welcome it. I do not know the numbers of Earth people who have decided at soul level to stay with Mother Earth. I do know that the joy and happiness that awaits all of you is beyond human description as the tragedy of Katrina was also beyond description for you ones.
Do not fear or be hopeless that all is lost and the Darkones have gained a strong foothold. They did not expect such LIGHT as a result of Katrina. Those prayers of you ones—and your prayer on Fourwinds—have made a great leap of hope and Light for mankind. Fourwinds does stand as a Lighthouse for the world, and many have been helped by this website.
Now, know that NESARA is not lost or set back. We are about to directly intervene more than we have been, and you shall know in your heart we are here. As Patrick says, keep hope alive, keep the prayers and Light going. Be prepared for the announcement, the First Contact and Sananda’s glorious coming. You ones have your own God Spirit, and you know that what I say is truth. The funding is ready to come to you ones. …..and yes, the Gold Standard is already in place. Many have received packets, although it has slowed a wee bit since Katrina. It is now picking up speed. Be prepared for that knock on your door.
We have protected Fourwinds from bombardments from the Darkones, and you have no idea how your Guides, Angels and Guards have protected you and your family. Christ Michael, or the We that speak as him, I ask for words I can send. I ask for clarification and I ask for guidance again. I sense a new perspective and I hope for further insight. The events connected with Katrina and the postponed NESARA announcement are steps, I realize, and I ask for more patience and a removal of concern and anxiety. Speak to me today, I ask, if it is good for me to hear.

Jess, this is Christ Michael speaking in the voice you associate with him/me. I ask you to tell others what I say today, for your voice is clear and worth listening to.
This natural event was manufactured beyond any real proportions. The weather indicators were juggled and the intensity of the storm itself was miscalculated for pragmatic purposes. It was intended to be a distraction and a disservice to the industry associated with many other light bearing efforts. It was intended to stop production of oil and it was intended to cause so much damage that the country would fall into martial law. This did not happen. We did not allow these things to come into play.
The stories you have read about cloud manipulation are true. Your government can manipulate as well as any other government. This has served its purpose many times, on many occasions. The hurricanes you have been experiencing are beyond what is naturally occurring. They have been manipulated and staged for effect.
This is coming to an end. There is no more reason or time to justify such manipulation or occurrences. This will stop soon with the announcement that will occur momentarily, according to your sense of time measurement. The scale has been tipped enough to justify this event taking place. The time is still unannounced and will be until you see the event taking place. But I tell you it will be soon— sooner than you expect.

You react with a sense of disbelief, no? I have told you this many times and you have heard others say this, as well. This is a definite event and it is taking place momentarily. What that means is up to me to determine. It is not your responsibility to determine when this is. It is your duty to accept my determination and be joyfully in tune with the decision. You must accept the inevitable vibrational frequency that will occur as a result. It will be a joyous and wonderful event for you to witness. The time will become clear when it is. Wait with patience and anticipation.
This message is what I have to say through you. I will say other things through other speakers. We are all one and my/our voice is the same. Each message is different because the recipients of the message hear in their own way. Look beyond the word choices and grasp the truth being spoken to you.

S: Hello dear! Do you have anything to say before we start the questions?

MATTHEW: Only my greetings to you, dear soul! Let us begin with the questions about hurricane Katrina as that is in everyone’s mind. To start, I’ll answer those who are asking if global warming was responsible for this titanic storm. Global warming isn’t an actuality, but global cleansing is, and that is what originated Katrina. Yes, increasingly obvious aberrant weather occurrences, even entire climate changes, are besetting the planet; however, they are not heading Earth into oblivion but rather paving the way to her Golden Era. All of these unusual occurrences are either releasing kinetic energy, the amassed negativity due to humankind’s brutality to each other, the animals and the planet body, or clearing specific areas where trauma took place, and all of the extremes shortly will swing back toward moderation of temperatures, breezes, and nourishing rainfall.
Now, did weather control technology play any part in this storm’s intensity? Indeed it did! However, Katrina started as Earth’s own effort to rid herself of negativity so that she can continue at her ascension pace, often I have mentioned that geophysical events will continue for a while longer for that reason. Had Mother Nature been left alone, the extent of death and devastation would not have happened, our space family’s technology would have leveled out the hurricane’s forcefulness so that a much wider area, largely over water, would have had stormy weather and the same amount of negativity would have been transmuted.
But Mother Nature was not allowed to pursue her own course. On-planet weather controllers, who intended even more death and destruction than is being discovered, saw and seized the opportunity to cause that. By reducing the wind velocity, ET technology thwarted those intentions to the greatest extent possible, but their efforts to deflect the path of the storm were seriously hampered by the controllers’ determined steering of the hurricane into their desired location. Katrina became a battlefield of technologies, and even though the ET’s technology is more advanced than that developed on-planet, it could not disperse the powerful momentum of that energy so as to prevent the sea inundating low-lying areas.
Some among you are wondering if the death toll and property loss is a matter of personal and/or planetary karma. No. The intervention efforts of our space family could not have been put forth if that were the case. A vital aspect of the planetary cleansing that started several decades past and is enabling Earth’s ascension is the opportunity for souls to complete their third density karma so they can accompany Earth into the higher vibrations where darkness cannot exist. From my current station outside your galaxy, I cannot easily monitor all the details of Katrina’s aftermath, so I can’t tell you the number of souls whose karma was completed prior to transition, but I know from colleagues in Nirvana that many of the souls’ contracts had not been fulfilled. If the families and friends of those whose physical lives were lost could know that through divine grace, all who died have been given full credit for karmic completion and, thus, may reincarnate in a higher density, it could be some measure of comfort for those who understand how significant this spiritual evolutionary step is.
Since Earth’s karma is tied to her residents’, until all of them have achieved balanced experiencing, and that is the purpose of karma, she will be seeking balance.
Mother, don’t bother typing your recurring thought: “Was more negativity incurred by Katrina than gotten rid of?” Thankfully, that answer also is “No.” Because the on-planet weather controllers don’t understand Earth’s need to free herself of negativity through release of kinetic energy, they can’t see how disasters of that storm’s proportions can possibly have any positive effects. But there are. A vast amount of kinetic energy was released, which propelled the planet more rapidly in her chosen direction, and the outpouring of light from a compassionate world is adding to the ever increasing in-beaming from well beyond Earth. Take heart in knowing that the outcome of this diabolical plot to kill masses and destroy far more area than was affected is the opposite of what the planners intended. Even with the personal tragedies affecting so many, Katrina is a severe setback for the darkness.
The release of that amount of negativity means that the need for severe natural geophysical events in your future has been lessened, although not yet eliminated, and ET technology can immediately counter manmade efforts. While that certainly is good news, the primary positive outcome is that the fourth density, or maybe higher, status of those who physically perished means that no longer are they easy prey for the dark overlords’ influence that is the real battle between light and dark forces: Which will attract souls. And there is still another excellent result. I’ll mention that in my reply to a question that I know is coming.

S: OK. Please explain how some souls can jump from third density here to higher than fourth in their next incarnate lifetime.

MATTHEW: I added that for accuracy of my statement because I don’t know if any among the deceased persons already arefourth or higher in soul evolvement.

S: I see. Thank you. Before we go on to the other questions, do you want to say anything else about Katrina?

MATTHEW: I don’t think so, Mother. I replied to the questions on your list and added information, so let’s move on to the next questions that are, in short: What will happen in Iraq? and Will the US invade Iran?
The constitution presented to the Iraqi citizens is a sham of democracy devised by the Illuminati’s puppets put into influential positions in that country. There will be heavy opposition to the puppet government, albeit it attributed only to the machinations of the United States government, not to mention that the three major factions in Iraq have different ideas about who is entitled to rule all, so internal strife and chaotic conditions will continue for some time to come. Pressure on the Bush administration to withdraw US military will continue and, added to the disclosure of evidence proving his and others’ complicity in “9/11” and the true reasons for starting the war in Iraq, that will result in troops’ orderly departure and some easing of tensions within that country. However, peace and cooperation among all Iraqis, and this is true of ALL peoples on Earth will come with the light of the higher frequencies. At that point, if dark influences still are prevailing in some hearts and minds, those souls simply won’t be with the rest of you.
Now I return to the positive results of Katrina. First, I shall tell you frankly, that prior to the advent of this hurricane, momentum in the energy field of potential had reached the point where preventing an invasion of Iran was nearly impossible. Now this cannot go forward as intended, not with the nation’s expectation of adequate assistance to the many thousands who are homeless and in great need. It is not due to any greater respect for life among the prominent members of Bush’s administration, but straightforward logistics and funding that must shelve for the time being their invasion plans. Fomenting the turbulence that of course would result from their use of weather control, yet planning to launch an invasion a short time after wreaking such vast destruction at home shows their desperation-type thinking. With still more intense light generation above, on and within Earth, the delay can be sufficient so that the implicating evidence will become public. Even with disbelievers, and the resonance of the shock will be considerable, the faltering support for troops occupying Iraq, let alone expanding the warfront, will weaken further and then die.

S: Matthew, that turnabout is wonderful! Why didn’t you tell me this before?!

MATTHEW: Mother dear, your thoughts haven’t been of me of late­they’ve been about Susana’s arrival tomorrow and the difficulties your ailing hand have been presenting.

S: But still! Well, OK, Mash. Shall I type another question?

MATTHEW: Yes, please, but select only a few more. When you can type normally again, I’ll answer the others in my next message or reply directly to those who sent them.

S: That will be good. Someone wants your comments on Internet reports about “a major disaster in September” that involves all military being on standby and all leaves cancelled.

MATTHEW: I’d say that September’s non-invasion of Iran alters that! Very likely any able-bodied military personnel in the US will be needed to help rebuild lives and livelihoods of those in Katrina’s destructive path.

S: It would seem so. Is it true that a military coup is planned to remove Bush from office?

MATTHEW: To some extent. This has been considered as the best option to the folly of Bush’s intent on expanding the warfront to Iran, but the logistics of a small unit installing military rule over a population that never has experienced an overthrow of their government­and such a large country to quickly bring under new control­are too formidable for success. This is more than conjecture on my part as an ill-planned, short-lived, and unpublicized attempt met its own folly. What this shows, however, is that the growing dissension within the top ranks of the military is a reflection of the light having reached some of them as well as many within lower ranks, they have lost all former motivation to kill, conquer and occupy homelands of “the enemy.”
Mother, this is part of what I said many months ago about 2005 being pivotal regarding major changes. During the remaining four months of the year you will see not only further crumbling of military resolve, but documented evidence of the lies and corruption within the Bush circle and previous administrations. That will be the hole in the dike, so to speak, and such a mammoth hole that there can be no stopping the exposure of all the other deceitfulness that has controlled life on Earth for millennia. Smaller sums are trickling in for light-service projects, and while major economic changes are lagging, the dark ones cannot hold onto their ill-gotten fortunes much longer.
That said, and now I speak for myriad light beings, staying steadfast in the light will speed the transition from the darkness remaining into the glorious dawn of love and harmony among all peoples. We urge you to send forth the good will of the light to those who still are fearful of it, those who feel safe only in their dark thoughts and schemes. This is in aid of your own journey with Earth along her ascension pathway, too, where the “ticket price” is the same as the destination: LOVE.
Mother, you’re starting to show signs of stress. Please select one more question to wind this up.

S: I’m going to write two sort of related questions because I think they’re a really appealing way to finish your message. An energy healer asked: Is there a universal language of pulsations of color, moving patterns and symbols that the soul speaks to the cells, and are crop circles part of this? The other question is: What role does music play in our ascension process?

MATTHEW: Those are definitely related questions, Mother, and I agree that speaking about them will be an endearing completion. The soul is in constant communication with the entire body, and since souls are inseparable, yes, there is a universal language that serves all. To those mentioned facets of that language, add tone. Tone­or the sounds of the spheres­is a most vital part of healing energy; it is love being expressed via sound manifestations just as surely as through those of light. Tones composed into grand musical compositions on Earth, as throughout the universe, heal and illuminate mind, spirit and body, and the more absorption of tonal energy, the more a soul evolves.
It would be a bit of a stretch to try to snugly fit crop circles into this, although their amazingly intricate and precise patterns are created by moving light beams. The circles have their own purpose­to reassure you who believe in extraterrestrial civilizations that they are this close to you so it must be in friendship, and to wake up the minds that accept explanations only from science or religion. With the increasing frequency and complexity of the circles, those minds cannot much longer deny that there are forces in operation that call for looking beyond traditional sources. We know that some of you want to decipher the exact meaning of each design, but that isn’t necessary for understanding the message of all: We are with you in love and peace.
So are all the rest of us light beings, we who aren’t gracing your fields with phenomenal patterns, but are as near to you as your heartbeat. As soon as your pathway reaches the higher vibrations where you are heading, you will know how beloved by us you are.

Hi everyone. I have several important announcements today, and I would like all receiving this message to post it immediately if possible. You are seeing on TV today, much talk of Hurricane Katrina. Please understand, that a decision had to be made to cancel the NESARA announcement for this weekend, as the media must be used at this time for the protection of the people of the region. This is the largest Category 5 hurricane in recent history of the United States.
Notice that last year, there was a similar hurricane, that was headed for New Orleans. That hurricane's energy was lessened by the Galactic Federation, and it's direction changed, so that New Orleans was not a direct target. These hurricanes are in part the creation of the dark side. You are going to see that HAARP was used, and that IS NOT TRUE this year. It has been shut off.
This hurricane is a natural occurrence. However, it is mind controlled by the BBB&G’s, mostly in 4D, enhancing the hurricane, and its direction. They still want to sink New Orleans. Note however, as you watch it's progress, that it is moving away, to the west of New Orleans. The fact that it is a Category 5 at this point, is the result of the forces of light. In whipping up its strength while over water, it will "poop out" to a great degree before it hits land.
It can't be totally stopped, but it will be mitigated. If you live in the area effected, please do not in the reading of this, assume you will be safe. Please follow the evacuation orders given, as this will still be a hurricane. I would consider moving inland by anyone in its path, please follow common sense. I will discuss something of mind control from 4D later in this message. In the meantime, try to not buy into the fear being generated by the press at this time, in the descriptions being given about what the demise of New Orleans might entail.
Also, Mr. Bush supposedly gave a voice only message from Crawford Ranch today, carried live by CNN and Fox News. Any of you watching this may have noticed background noise and distortion. Then, you may have heard the announcement that after the speech, that there will be a visual done later of the speech. This is because this is not Mr. Bush speaking. It couldn't be filmed for this reason. That is the reason for the background noise. So now, they will use a past film of Mr. Bush, possibly create some computer generated speech to sound more like Mr. Bush, and then put this film before the public. I need not say more at this moment.
Now to the next issue. I have received some very troubling information the past week. Since I did not know how to answer these issues, it was necessary for me to seek out Germain for his advice. I read a number of messages to him. Today he would like to respond personally. I would like also to mention here, I have had a number of people make claims that I am lazy, and then complain that I don't answer every letter. I have been told of comments made on forums, when someone is unhappy the letters are not answered.
I cannot answer all, I get much more than I can attend. This example right now with Germain, shows that as a member of the Second Coming committee, I must attend to a variety of issues requiring my time, including attempts to steal of various funds, and other games being played. This activity takes precedence over the answering of individual email, and at times takes away time from writing messages. I am not answering much email today, because I am writing, and this must go out today.
Germain: Hello everyone, It is I St. Germain. I am needing this day to correct some stories circulating amongst those expecting to receive of the prosperity funds. First, I am going to ask any of you, who have been approached and given misleading information to contact Candace, and give her the name of the person and details of this. I am smelling a huge rat, another plan of the BBB&G’s to collect prosperity funds for themselves, and take the light workers off the lists.
Such was the case with my Humanitarian program recently, when one Sandra MacFarland was playing her little game. Apparently she is now involved in another game. This is for you, Sandra, you are hereby ordered by myself personally to stop of this activity. And I want everyone that Sandra is influencing to refuse to give her names, or even talk to her. She is not working for the light. Ignore her please.
Now to those who know you are part of the various prosperity funds, I am telling you not to follow these various dubious instructions. When you have the courier knocking on your door with your distribution, there will be instructions for you about how your gift should be distributed. In fact, you will receive a detailed booklet, on the rules and some good suggestions for your distribution activities.
NOW HERE ME ON THIS! DO NOT SEND IN ANY NAMES ON YOUR LISTS TO ANYONE AT THIS TIME. Wait until you have the instructions that arrive personally from the distribution banks, and follow these instructions. There is no requirement whatsoever that you have a certain number of names, or that your names have to provide more names, to receive the full benefit of your gifting.
This is because, and get this please, there is an ongoing attempt to collect light workers names and information, and to do them harm down the road after NESARA and the Second Coming. The BBB&G’s plan to survive all of this, by depriving your of your money, and using it themselves. Keep who you wish to gift to yourself, and none other at this time.
There is also a rumor being put out that you cannot receive from both a prosperity program, and the farm claims program. This is not true, they are separate. If you originally participated in more than one fund, you shall be receiving from more than one fund.
There is also an apparent problem of some being told they are in a fund, and these people don't know why, as they never even heard of said fund, nor did they do anything to participate in one. This is very sad, because what is going on, is that these persons are then being used to provide names, along with addresses and phone numbers! The story being, that the address and phone number is required. Yes, it will be required, but again, you will be told with papers from the courier, about how to do this.
I am offering my personal apologies to any who have found themselves victimized into believing they are receiving from a major fund, and they are not. Those of you who are the true recipients, and you know who you are, I encourage you to come to the aid of some of these who have been taken advantage of, in the get the names game.
The farm claims program was invested in by those who participated in those legal actions of many years ago now. If your were part of that lawsuit, you will be receiving the benefits of it. This is totally separate from the prosperity funds. It is also being said, that only the Big O will pay out, and this is not true. There are prosperity funds existing, by my creation, that are not even of the original programs. Everything you are hearing is rubbish. Do not waste you worrying skills, that you have developed so well, on this issue. Shut thy mouths and thy ears please.

I am saddened that some are going to find themselves deceived. However, remember that if you are an American Citizen over the age of 21, you will be receiving of substantial prosperity through the tax and credit rebate program we have discussed before. You will be receiving $75000 a month, until you have received $10 million dollars.
The economy is being restructured, everything being reduced in price, and wage to 10% of current market. So, to put that into perspective, in today's markets, this would have the buying power of $750,000 a month. And with the decrease in prices, if your rent payment is $1000 a month, it will be $100 a month. If you food costs $200 a month, it will cost $20 a month. Remember however that your wages, of say $3000 a month, are going to be $300 a month. It must all be equal.

We have been working to locate those whom Sandra MacFarland and her crowd did deceive in the game played with my Humanitarian Funds. I should also say, that the Humanitarian Funds are different from the Prosperity funds. The prosperity funds, for the most part, were investment instruments. There are some prosperity funds that are of a different sort.
The Humanitarian Funds, are grants that must be applied for. These are to fund Humanitarian works, which do not generate income. They can't be used for business activities that would generate profits. For honest business activities related to the New World, such as retooling factories for new methods, developing new methods of energy, any business that would work in a spiritual manner, can be funded through the prosperity funds, and this is a major use for them.
Also, within a few days after the NESARA announcement, banks will be providing business loans in a totally new manner, without high interest rates. You may apply for those if you have a good business idea. Those of course are loans, but the bank will obtain its money from investing in your business in a different manner than high interest, and other punitive fees. And of course, many funds will simply be given away to those in need, as those of you in the programs are aware. I think I am now finished for this message, I bid you peace and prosperity! I forwarded an email with simple but good advice recently from a lawyer. The advice was in the body of the email I received. I used the forward button to send it on to everyone on my list.
I wrote that if there was an attachment, do not open. Well, the BBB&G’s added an attachment and guess what, several people did open it. Some found the advice, others found nonsense lettering. Some of you might have sick computers now for ignoring my warning. Some received the email exactly as I forwarded it, without an attachment. I sent the message, just once to everyone on the list. I fail to understand why some got the correct forwarding, and others got the attachment. And some simply got my short paragraph, and nothing else. Amazing.
Now, the final topic, 4D influence. Many of you write emails, wondering why the light workers are both ignored, and that life feels so hard. In many cases 4D influence is the reason. Ministers are famous for saying, now don't let Satan get your soul. Then they don't tell their members how Satan operates. We are not talking here about an entity called Satan. We are talking about the bad Anunnaki, the bad Orion's, and the negative souls on the other side in the lower astral realms and the negative thought forms.
These beings can trigger or impulse people in 3D. Often they are not successful in a direct attack on light workers, as the light worker intuits their presence. These being instead trigger those around you, who are not aware of this, to cause you trouble. I imagine this is the issue with me being picked on by my Mobile Home park management. They just came by recently, and mowed down two flower gardens, and then had to audacity to bill me $35 for this experience.
Many of you have family members that can be triggered to some way to make your life miserable. You can go to a hospital, and sense that they might be making you worse. And people can be triggered to tell you, that you are full of "@@@@" if you try to tell them about NESARA, or anything else. Often, when you feel frustrated by others in your life, these others often do not fully realize what they are doing. However, sometimes they do. They ones doing it out of intention, are easier to handle sometimes. It is the confusion caused by the behavior of those that don't realize this. You neighbor, whom you normally get along with, can say something totally outlandish, that is unexpected, and leave you confused.
Your bank can cause you individual trouble, your Doctor can seem to single you out, as can your boss and co workers. This is the final battle between good and evil, and the evil are quite up to the game. They know the Earth is being flooded with star people, and they can't necessarily attack the star person of higher ability and dimension, but they can sure make their lives miserable.
Incarnating star people in this day, have to chose their parents very carefully. They can't incarnate into a family with multiple problems, as these parents can be provoked to hurt them. Such would be my case growing up. My mother was not the nicest of persons, but I watched many a time her fly into a rage, that was totally inappropriate to the situation at hand. I suspect, as I look back at my younger years, that she was triggered. I don't want to spend a lot of time today on this, just a little wake up call. However, help is on the way!
The Second Coming event is going to be much more than just a big show and tell contact event. The Earth's lower astral fields are going to be cleansed of these negative folks in other dimensions in one swoop. Plus there will be the injection of much positive energy into the magnetic fields, ley lines and other energy systems of the Earth.
As the result of this activity, nightmares are going to decrease greatly. People are not going to see shadowy characters in the mist anymore. And those around you, if they create havoc in your life, they will be the creators of this havoc, not a 4D entity stimulating them. You are not going to find icky thought forms stuck in your aura's, nor will there be any strange entities sharing your body, sort of like a possession. No more demons. All this stuff goes away.
This will, in a short time improve your life a good deal. You should be able to better identify who you trust and who you do not. It will be a simpler case of, "by their fruits you shall know them." I need to point out, at this time, this removal is not of those incarnate. There will not be millions upon millions leaving the Earth plane overnight. I don't know myself how the Second Coming event will feel, physically and spiritually as it happens, but I suspect the Earth is going to feel substantially lighter, the day after.
I am telling you this, because I know we are going to feel the energy change as it happens, over a 24 hour period, and I don't want you to fear it, because you don't know what is going on. The reason for the comment of the 24 hours period, is that the cleansing will all be in one area, and as the Earth turns over the 24 hour period, all of it will be cleansed. You should not feel of this for a whole 24 hours. We will feel something, because we are energy beings.
Your health should improve from this greatly. Depression should decrease also. It will be easier to maintain your energy fields. In fact, it should be easier for you to participate in your own healing. The time is now, to stop letting people manipulate you. There is much new age nonsense that says you have to have these thoroughly icky experiences for your growth, or that you have been programmed before birth to experience.
Buddha, in the second message by him, will be addressing common, mistaken beliefs around karma, and pre life determination. Those in New Age are being controlled by the mistaken belief systems present, just as are those in organized religion. Earth is just a mass of belief systems. Most of the matrix is enabled by belief systems, rather than by force.
These are in education, our work environment, our family controls, and on and on. When I asked my list members a couple months ago for matrix stories, I didn't get many really good stories, and I think this is because most people are totally unaware of the matrix. If one's life seems more or less OK, the matrix is not seen, even by those who have been told of its existence.
The next message, which is nearly finished will talk about co creation, and is a continuation of the previous Buddha message. Buddha will not be in this next one, but the one after. This message today is necessary because of the hurricane and the problems people are facing in the prosperity funds. Helena: Good morning. You are to be commended for being able to survive until the funding [for your laboratory] is obtained. We sense that there is a dramatic change that will soon provide you with the funds that have been long expected. Our most dramatic mental inputs are coming from the pleas and thoughts of the many who have been trapped by the high waters in and around your big city of New Orleans. That is a terrible disaster and would have been worse had we not helped to reduce the serverity of the hurricane. We shall soon be able to help. If the telepathic inputs we have received are correct, there will be the announcement of the restoration of your constitutional government very soon, perhaps this week end. Then peace will soon be declared and the standing order for the shooting down of any of our shuttles will be rescinded. Then we can come and help. Back to our usual discussion with you. It is time for us to be about our assignment from the Galactic Federation. Mother Earth must be cleaned up, from her polluted air, and some of the polluted waters. We shall soon be there and help you develop the means by which the burning of fossil fuels can be replaced with clean technology that will still provide the energy that you need for travel, heating, cooling, and illumination. There is no longer any question of the fact that the increase in carbon dioxide in earth's atmosphere has caused a global warming causing the decrease in northern fields of ice and in changes to the weather. Some of that change will occur as the earth is slowly aligned with a more vertical position with repecst to the plane of the planet's rotation about the sun. There are reasons for this arighting of the axis of spin. The weather patterns will change somewhat and there will be more habitable land where more food can be grown for the increasing population of the earth. There will be some alleviation of the desert areas in some parts of the world. The climate will become more stable without the dramatic changes between winter and summer. However, that is another topic to be pursued at a future time. The important issue now is that we shall do all we can to help but we must have a change in the orders for the Air Force jets to chase and try to destroy our shuttles. Therefore, the announcement of the NESARA program will be most welcome to us. It has been delayed for several years to the harm of the world. That is my message for you this morning. Any questions?

Helena: That might help. However, it may be that you have to get rid of the current military leaders first. However, that effort [of writing to senators and representatives] will help.

There is clearly more to be said about the result of Hurricane Katrina, and like the events that have preceded it people are becoming more questioning. The suspicion that your Government and military are involved in directing events for maximum effect is becoming stronger. Natural events bring natural responses, yet as with 9/11 you quickly see evidence of deliberate interference. In this case you see a lack of urgency allowing a situation to almost get out of hand. Considering the degree of forewarning, you could be excused for thinking that your emergency services would have been primed and ready to go into action.

I do not intend to go into detail about the shortcomings of those in authority. All of that information will slowly come into the public domain. You will notice a reluctant media that is being forced to address these issues, and is daring to raise some pertinent questions. You will see this growing and soon the cat will be out of the bag, and it will free up your Press. The clamor for truth is putting pressure on the authorities, and keeping a tight lip is becoming untenable.

It is a hard and difficult path that leads to the truth, when for eons of time you have been fed only what was considered sufficient to keep you quiet. However, because of the time you are in and the raising of the vibrations, you the people are becoming more aware and demanding answers. You are not so easily fooled or lulled into a false sense of security, and you are beginning to understand how events are manipulated. Knowledge of the covert operations of your Government is becoming more widespread, and people talk, and as a result many take up the challenge to do something about it.

Your leaders are somewhat insular, and do not appreciate the extent of the groundswell against them. This will be part of their undoing as in their self belief they cannot contemplate the people turning against them. If they remove anyone, another two will take their place and they will find they have released a time bomb that is about to explode. People are becoming discerning about the speeches of your President and his aides, and are able to see the repetitive use of phrases that are meant to impinge upon your consciousness in sublime conditioning. Now, the opposite effect is taking place, and you are awake sufficiently to see the warning signs.

There is an avalanche of opinion that is about to engulf the last cabal, and they will not know which way to turn. This is when they are at their most dangerous, and there may yet have to be more direct intervention from the forces of good. We allow the final outworking of karma, but there is a point beyond which the line has been drawn and we will take a firm hand if necessary. It may seem strange to you that in all that is happening we find so much to be encouraged by but you are responding magnificently, and great compassion and help is going out to the victims of Katrina. Like 9/11 it has placed a challenge on your doorstep and you have risen to the occasion. You are acknowledging the Oneness of all life, and in the wake of the hurricane you see your brothers and sisters, and not color, religion or politics.

The sanctity of life is such, that no caring person would dream of passing on the other side of the road to avoid what is the unavoidable. The divisions and devious actions that have previously driven you apart are being healed, and a great energy of Love is growing exponentially upon Earth. It matters no more that people are on the other side of the Earth. They see what is happening through their satellite television and although far removed from the scene, their compassion sends out loving thoughts that brings response from those able to directly help. Caring and compassion are aspects of Love that will yet see New Orleans rise like a phoenix out of the sea of misery and despair.

Dear Ones, look upon what is happening as bringing people together in a single purpose, to see changes that will once and for all put an end to the oppression under the dark cabal. They wish for you to become despondent and trapped in the mire of chaotic events of their making. They hope you will lose your willpower to overcome the reality they have created, and succumb to their control. I tell you that they have vastly underestimated your determination and intention to rise above what is being thrown at you. The dark have created a monster that will turn upon them, and devour the very ones who sought protection behind it. Never fear that justice will have its day, the Children of the Light are not easily deflected from their path.

In the gloom, I see a wonderful Light that is growing by the second and helping so many overcome their feelings of hopelessness. It is giving a lift to those who are the most needy, and strength to those who are in the front line of aid to all victims whatever the circumstances. I feel a new determination to bring the changes into being that will finally manifest the new beginning. You will succeed, and events are bringing everything to head. Something has to give very shortly, and it will be the people who will be victorious. Oh what a release of Love, that will immediately lift you all including Mother Earth. You have set your path out and its promise will carry you forward in glory and triumph, the battle will have been won.

At my level in the higher dimensions I am privileged to be in a beauteous expression of the Creators perfection. One of great harmony and color beyond your present understanding. The Light and consciousness of all abounds in ways that you have not yet touched upon. The consciousness of all living forms interact, and each acknowledges the existence of the other. There is a wonderful feeling of Oneness and joy in everything that takes place.

How I wish that I could bring you into these dimensions so that you could experience these things first hand. However, it will not be long before you too will have risen to dimensions in which the expression will be very much like our own. The difference will only exist because where ever you are, you create your own existence. Creation will become natural to you, and your personal abode will reflect your own desires and vision of perfection.

The greatest sights are the amazing gardens that are thought into existence, that do not rely on conditions such as you understand them. There can be all manner of beautiful flowers, bushes, trees and additionally small streams and other features that truly reveal a Garden of Eden. Can you envisage all of this, and not only is it perpetually at its peak of bloom and color, it requires no labors to keep it that way. There are of course flowers and fauna that you have not seen before, and some are so enormous compared to those on Earth. The growth underneath foot is lush and soft and as you consciously connect with whatever you see and it acknowledges your presence. The aliveness of everything is a marvelous uplifting energy and it seems to be part of you. There is constant light and no variation, and weather does not exist as such.

There are other forms of life, again not exactly as you have been used to but recognizable as small animals and birds. What will please you all is that insects have no place at these levels, and there is no necessity for them. On your Earth they are all part of the grand interplay within nature as everything contributes to the whole. It might occur to you that birds need them for food, but again there is no need for them. All living forms “feed” off the energies that are all around, and that includes us. Also, when we create form we use light and mould it through the power of thought. Where you have sunlight, we have perpetual light from the source of All That Is.

We have buildings, but again whilst they are not unlike some on Earth, we incorporate harmony into their design and there is not the sharpness or edges that you are familiar to you. We love the curves in structures such as domed ceilings, and colors that blend together that are most aesthetic and everything glows with its own light. It creates conditions where there are no shadows, and you would find that immediately noticeable. We have our temples and other places where people can meet and these too are created in wonderful designs that make good use of the crystal. The whole effect is one that is most pleasing to the eye and most enjoyable to be in. At the higher levels only such perfection can exist and you will experience this when you enter your own Golden Age.

If you can for one moment imagine what it is like to exist in the higher dimensions, you will be glimpsing your own future. You really know of these beauties but have simply forgotten them in your veiled condition upon Earth. You toil each day for the means to exist and are continually under the pressures of providing for your self and family. These conditions will cease, and are only found in the physical levels of existence. Even now some of you are lifting your consciousness to the higher levels, and in your minds eye you can visual the wonders that are beginning to manifest. There is a stepping stone that has been offered that many of you will take, that is called Ascension. At present you are beginning to grasp its significance and you will see how the changes that are about to happen upon Earth reflect it.

We suggest you prepare to put aside your old concepts of how things should be, because there will be a quantum leap forward that will take your breath away. It is not simply a matter of leaving the dark energies behind, but the acquiring of a new consciousness that is more expansive than you have at present. Already you are beginning to move in this direction, and you are becoming powerful individuals. Although you may not realize it yet, your power of creation is increasing and it is Lightworkers that are now achieving so much that is contributing to bringing about change. Have you not been often told of how powerful you are, and know that you cannot have that taken away from you. There was a time when you were unaware of your ability to create your future, but now you are waking up and using your power to move out of duality.

I am Ela and I have told you a little more about Arcturus my home planet. The energy that is carried in the words will enable your visualization to be enhanced by it. Sit back and still yourself and let your imagination run free, and you will lift your consciousness into the higher levels and the pictures in your mind will become real. Some of you already have the ability to recall your out of the body experiences, but for most of you there is little recollection at all. This has all been for a purpose so as not to distract you from your earthly responsibilities. Now however, those veils are being broken down and you are encouraged to see that which is all around you.

I leave you with the Love and Light of Arcturus that is linking with you and helping you rise up. It is just one of many energies that now flow to Earth and nothing will prevent them from being grounded and assisting you to ascend. Let the Divine Light of our Creator open up your hearts, and gather you in the Oneness of All That Is.

Had we not been kept from landing by your government orders to shoot us down, or try to, this catastrophe would not have occurred. We did what we could to lessen the strength of the hurricane and were successful in lowering it from your 5 to a 3. However, the sea wall was breached and that allowed the ocean to pour into the city which caused great additional damage. As soon as we are allowed to land, we will be pleased and most willing to help in any way that we can. Your government has to make that decision. Selamat Jarin! We return, dear Hearts, with more to discuss with you! In our last few messages, we gave you some insight into the natural symbiosis that exists between planetary guardians and their home world. We expanded this to include the caring for an entire solar system. Such guardian groups lie at the heart of how Heaven cares for these great physical Beings (planets, suns, et cetera). Your additional life mission is to come together with the other guardian groups in this sector of physicality. This includes not only the rest of this galaxy, but also a plethora of other nearby galaxies. As physical Angels, you lovingly and graciously bless and assist these enormous life forms in keeping their optimum state of health and well-being. Suns and their solar systems are clustered in immense numbers throughout this galaxy and in over 15,000 galaxies close to ours. Each one of them deeply appreciates the care given to them by you and your brethren. The matrix that forms this sector of physicality has produced galaxies similar in their makeup, but also quite different in shape.
Despite minor differences, a great kinship formed eons ago between these many galaxies. Each sentient life form, as it developed its own society and technologies, learned of the importance to their societies of this fundamental stewardship. While each of us has unique historical precedents, we all share this great Love of helping our home solar systems and strive to unite our respective galaxies using harmony, sovereignty, and creative self-expression. This purpose has forged many societal models and numerous galaxy-wide umbrella organizations. We all possess a cornucopia of knowledge and wisdom to pass on to each other. This ever-growing union has enriched us all; it has vastly expanded our knowledge of physicality and taught us the unique lessons provided by each galaxy. It is this wisdom that has largely helped us to better understand what each of you is presently going through. The process of ascending from a troubled limited consciousness realm to a fully conscious one is never an easy task. And in your case, this ascension is happening in a world long ruled by the dark.
This process of moving your world out of its many millennia of enforced slavery and lower life vibration is rarely done in this galaxy. In fact, we now believe that Anchara, the dark creator Being of this galaxy, only decreed galactic peace because of the immense success of your ascension in spite of all that was stacked against it. Hence, we see you as the great harbinger that is to end millions upon millions of years of seemingly unending warfare. For this reason, we deeply believe in you and completely support what you, with the help of Heaven, are currently accomplishing. This operation has reached a point where the final aspects of this ascension can begin. Our task is to ensure that you have those things long promised you by Heaven. These include prosperity, freedom, global peace, and a much-needed cooperation. To boot, there is the prerequisite to end the power of the dark and to bring forth a huge amount of hitherto concealed technology. Most of these devices were given to the dark by an empire in the former Anchara Alliance. Now these devices are to be shared worldwide and we intend to ensure that this does happen.
In our last message, we described to you how we intend to complete this first contact mission. This particular first contact has been a much prolonged and quite unique process. Since the late 1990s, we have worked with a number of different groups that have the same objective, namely, the end of your enslavement. As this developed, we gained a valuable education in the methods of the dark to ingrain fear, distrust, and doubt in all of you. These emotions have surfaced in all our interactions with you, be they diplomatic negotiations or the sharing of general information with individuals. We have, over time, surmounted this xenophobia and gained the trust of our Earth allies. During these interactions, we made an inventory of all the inventions, formulas, and exchange technologies that your various secret governments have kept so long suppressed. It is to these that we alluded in this message. Trust us; the time for the rule of the dark is coming to an end.
First contact and your ascension have developed a symbiosis of their own. Each day brings us more proof of how these two closely interact. Around your planet are the final destructive workings of the dark; hatred, strife, and war are still rampant. Everywhere, there is subtle enslavement that frequently becomes more overt. Too many children are daily denied the chance to grow gracefully into adulthood. This is coupled with senseless violence and a highly abusive misuse of adult sexuality. We greatly deplore these circumstances and are working diligently to end these vile situations. Yet, we have been cautioned by Heaven to do so according to the prescriptions of the divine plan. Only you, as a global society, can act to end these distortions so long used by the dark and its minions to sustain the crazy reality that you have endured for such millennia.
The new society, to be formed after the changes of government, is to give you the time to show your sincere Love for Mother Earth and for each other. The abuses of your planet and a large part of your population need to cease. The ecology you long for requires that you treat Mother Earth and each other with equality. Love and caring are qualities latent within all of you, and so is the ability to manifest what you truly feel. The fear, doubt, and mistrust within needs to be healed. The time has come to heal the Earth, heal your society, and above all, to heal yourselves. In this, we can only watch. This process is your responsibility! You need to come together as a people and as dedicated individuals to solve this creatively. Remember, Heaven has lovingly given you both the inner and outer means to do this effectively.
Our role is to remove those elements of oppression that have until now restricted you. We intend that these new governments support the formation of problem-solving forums, both large and small. We want you to experience how creative and solution-oriented you truly are and to understand the vastness of your individual and collective potential. Bear in mind that you are so much more than you believe you are. Each of you is a gifted Being capable of working miracles when necessary. The cultural differences found in your global society can be used to stimulate a "quiet revolution" within you that can spread like lightning around the planet. This "revolution" can easily transform both your society and your planet in an instant! The foundation stone for this is to remove the fetters from your unlimited innate potential.
True freedom and liberty have been denied you for millennia. Although what we have talked about may seem daunting and even rather frightening, remember that this fear comes from the many deep schisms laid on you for eons by your former masters. When these fears and doubts are allowed to relax, your reticence will evaporate and you will become a dedicated advocate for your dearest dreams and desires. In this environment, where long pent-up concepts and deeply cherished ideals are released, all challenges are solved. All manner of age-old divisions rapidly melt. In their place, a new realm of Love and mutual support bursts forth. In this world, all you long to accomplish can swiftly become a reality! In this world, all the tasks for restoring Mother Earth can be quickly done. And in this world, you can at last be truly Victorious!

As many of you already know, members of the Galactic Federation have been with you for thousands of years. Their presence has been more of a watchful eye and much of their work has been as you would say, behind the scenes. Periodically you have often seen our craft in your skies, but when it was time to make our presence more obvious, you saw us on a daily basis. The beginning of this period was some 60 years ago and coincided with your ventures into the Nuclear Age. Another milestone was from the mid-nineties when you were admitted as members of the Galactic Federation. After the Millennium our activities were also intensified as part of First Contact and the coming changes leading towards Ascension.

This knowledge has been known by your authorities, and although we have never engaged in warlike activities, we are treated as invaders. Our peaceful presence and discreet interplay with you has at times helped both you and the planet. We have averted some catastrophes and lessened the affect of others. We have often met with your people, and our messages have been re-assuring and confirmed our peaceful intentions. In spite of this, we have not been officially acknowledged and our help at times of danger has been rejected. We do not have to answer to your Governments, but are directed by the High Councils of the Spiritual Brotherhood and pursue our aim to prepare you for First Contact.

Your leaders over a long period of time have set themselves against us, whilst they have plotted the complete subjugation of your people. Carried out their grand plan for the total control and domination of the world, and in their quest for power have deliberately started wars. There is nothing new in this agenda, and the illegal and unnecessary war on Iraq is just the latest one that has been contrived by setting up a false scenario. We have to stand back as much as we would have liked to intervene, and are not allowed to alter the course of your evolution. We help our allies upon Earth, but any action has to come from you and by your hand.

We could stop your warring in an instance, and prevent weapons of war being used, and given the authority to do so may yet be called upon to act. It saddens us to know of your current problems and we dearly wish we could alleviate your suffering. We do however understand that it is mankind that has brought this about, and that the results of his actions have to be seen and dealt with by you. There are lessons to be learnt that are repeatedly presented to you, and we are pleased to say that in most recent times there has been much progress. We realize why you are going through this period of upheaval, and we see that the old ways of confrontation are now no longer acceptable to vast numbers of you.

The collective energies for peace are continually gaining momentum, and are not only balancing the negative energies but are becoming the dominant force. What you are beginning to realize, is that it is you that set the pattern of events and this achieved through your power of thought. It is on this level that the real battle is taking place, and you have the most powerful weapon on your side, which is Love. You are becoming aware of the need for the control of your emotions, as any negativity on your part simply fuels the dark energies. It is true that you are being boosted by incoming energies from higher sources, and this is in order as you invite them through your positive actions and desires.

We are aware of the great progress you have made in just a few years, and your success has meant that First Contact is nearer to taking place than at any stage before. Your Governments fight against our coming, because the revelations that will come with us will show how they have failed to carry out their responsibilities towards you. Indeed, you have been used as slaves to their whims and fancies, and sometimes absolutely heinous plans. They do not want you to know the truth, and would still mount even further actions against you to increase their control.

There was a time when you trusted your leaders and believed they worked in your interests, but in truth most of them have only worked for their own. Corruption has always been endemic in places of high authority, and greed and power will be the epitaph of many who are to be removed from their positions of power. It is time for you to receive all that has been available to you, but been suppressed. Your period of experience in duality is about to end, and you will rightfully now claim that which is yours by rights. The dark night is ending its illusion, and the Light is streaming in to every place on Earth and the transmutation gathers pace. We see the moment rapidly approaching when we shall at last be able to arrange for First Contact.

As we become bolder and show ourselves more frequently, so your military still tries to use force against us and provoke an incident. Do not worry, we are fully aware of their intentions and we shall not be fooled by them. Their toy weapons are no match for our craft, and we can deflect their attempts to bring us down. Bear in mind, that we use nothing but evasive action and thus avoid any form of confrontation. We are here by divine decree, and are you representatives on the councils associated with the Galactic Federation. Soon you shall take your own place upon them and you will be chosen for your spiritual understanding. Unlike Earth, you cannot buy or illegally gain such positions of great authority and responsibility.

I am Ag-agria and I welcome this opportunity to make an appraisal of your situation. We are nearer to you than ever before, but often you do not see us as we cloak ourselves in invisibility. This has proved to be one of our most efficient ways of keeping in touch with events on Earth, which gives us an immense advantage over those who would prevent our coming. The guns of war have to be silenced before we openly arrive, and that will happen before very long. We will first allow the dark to fall into the hole they have dug, as people also need to see the futility of war.

I wish you all of the blessings that stream to you from us, and we wholeheartedly support you who are the frontline in the attempts to change things on Earth. Be assured that you shall succeed and we shall be fully behind you. We have some wonderful times ahead of us, and I see so much joy and happiness as you are released from the millstone of ages past. Another day, and another opportunity for many people to come together and use their motivation to bring the truth out into the open. The many sources of news are becoming great centers of attraction, and are doing a wonderful job in getting their information out. More and more people talk together and so the energy for change grows even stronger. Naturally some will find it hard to accept what is staring them in the face, and it will not be much longer before a general consensus of opinion will rule.

The energy that promotes events upon Earth initially comes from you. As you reach out so it also has the power to attract further energy to itself from the higher levels. Eventually a force exists that must complete its outworking upon Earth. When it concerns the Light then good things occur, but equally when negative energies are produced it powers the dark. Your whole life is about the perpetual movement and integration of energies. You have a saying that “birds of a feather flock together” and in human terms it is people of a like vibration that attract each other. You gravitate to what you feel comfortable with and that is the like vibration.

When you are deciding to re-incarnate you are placed in a country and an environment that will further your experiences. You will be brought up in a culture, family and religion that imposes certain beliefs upon you. As you already carry the totality of your consciousness with you, it may not be in harmony with your inner self. As you grow up, that which does not harmonize with your thinking is usually set aside and eventually you are likely to reject it. Often this is how changes are introduced, and when a push is needed the “right” person will have incarnated, and become a leader of that movement.

What we are conveying to you is that there are people for all occasions. For example, when a country has the energy for war a suitable leader will appear, and garner that energy into a great force that will come into being and expressed accordingly. Equally, when the energy is for peace leaders will emerge that will take over at the right opportunity. At present you are between “leaders” as the energies of war are becoming muted in spite of the outward appearance. Those beings that are emerging and carry the energies of peace for you, are ready but their emergence has to coincide with the removal of the present cabal.

The way of peaceful revolution is not one of using force, but opportunity. That time is almost here, and with our help the changes will occur smoothly and without causing resentment amongst you. There will always be some of you who will resist change as it takes you out of your comfort zone. Others will see changes as releasing you from the hold of the negative forces that have held back your evolution. By your very thoughts and desires you are bringing changes into being the whole time,single and these cannot be prevented from manifesting.

There is a great Light growing upon the Earth and its intensity is such that it is transmuting the dark energies and therefore taking away their power. The dark energies no longer have the degree of control that they would wish, and see the futility of continuing their aim of world dominance. However, those in control rarely go willingly, and an attitude prevails that says if I cannot have my way, you will not have yours. This is where the higher forces come in, because they have been given authority to intervene in earthly matters. This is to ensure that there is a working out of that which has been decreed for you and is in accord with your desires.

The reality that you are creating must leave the dark behind. It is a parting of the ways and as the dark are becoming devoid of their power, so the Light is triumphant and creates a pathway to the time of Ascension. Although you may not see much evidence of changes, we know that many of you have a sensitivity to the energies around you and “feel” what is taking place. You cannot escape the new energies as these permeate the Earth, but they do not impinge upon you unless they are in harmony with you. You can either attract the energies or reject them. Those who are at ease and feel comfortable in the newer vibrations, will find that they able to put themselves beyond the affect of the dark which they will leave behind.

The events upon Earth are coming in quick succession, some are natural and some are not. Such a time is causing much confusion and consternation except for those who understand the processes at work. There is a coming together of two realities, one that you have created and one that concerns Mother Earth. Both are uplifting the consciousness upon Earth until there is a single path to Ascension that will take over. See the bigger picture and keep your sights on the ultimate “going through” and let those energies that are not part of it go their own way. The turmoil and chaos are soon to end and at last you will take on your true mantle as Beings of Light. In the scheme of things there is little more to be done in preparation as the final curtain is coming down.

I am St. Germain and come this time to emphasize that all is proceeding satisfactorily. Do not worry too much about the detail and know that all that we have promised you will soon manifest. Behind all change are far greater powers than on Earth and nothing will stop the ordained ending of this cycle. Just relax and continue spreading the Light and Love, and you will help steady those who do not have your understanding. You have all come a long way to reach this point, and soon it will be plain sailing. The path is already lined with a multitude of beautiful beings who are welcoming you home. Feel their loving embrace as they beckon you onwards, and hear their words of encouragement.
