Light Partners with Nature Greetings. I am Commander Sharman speaking to you from our Starships. I say, “Starships” because there are many of us now who are maintaining a constant connection with Gaia within the higher fourth and fifth dimensional versions of Her reality.

 Humans have adapted a belief, or prejudice, that only third dimensional humans are alive, and everything else goes under the category of “nature,” as if the 'human’ category was more important than the category of nature.

 The fact is that nature could, and did, survive and thrive much better before humans became “civilized.” In reality the non-civilized humans were much more in tune with, and in cohesion with nature, than what has been called “the modern man.”

 The modern man has created untold damage and destruction to all forms of nature, such as the trees, mountains, animals, fish, birds, insects, as well as the cycles of unity with all life. The cycle of unity with all life begins at the birth of any of the elements of nature and continues to include the entire planet.

 It is the now for humanity to remember what they innately knew as children but forgot when they grew up, which is EVERYTHING IS ALIVE. Even the “things” that humans use in their daily life are surrounded by the living auras of every being that has ever touched them. Do you know that you leave the fingerprint of your energy field on every thing or person that you ever touch?

 As long as one is ignorant of that fact they can behave as if they do not have that power. However, you all do have that power and every human affects your reality with a single thought, touch, emotion, or interaction. That is why humans were once called the “Keepers of the Land.”’ 

Unfortunately, to an alarming extent, humanity did not “keep” the land. Instead, they destroyed it. In fact, humanity also destroyed the air, which diminished the Sun’s power to transmute your reality. 

Instead of transmuting Earth into a higher frequency, the great beings of the Sun needed to heal the harm that humanity had inflicted on Gaia. Humanity has also tainted the water, which is vital for all life to grow into its strongest potential and treated the earth element as if it were “dirt.”

 Humanity created so much smog that many of the Suns higher rays of light have been screened out. Furthermore, humans have tainted the water with the waste material of the many “things” that they create.

 But NOW that era is ending. NOW mother Gaia is to be recognized as the home on which that every one of Her children were born to protect and maintain. But first Gaia’s children need to grow up into responsible adults.

 Within this now a new era is dawning. This is the era where humanity will learn to seek IN rather than to seek ABOVE. They will no longer have an invisible God who is somewhere up in the sky, in fact, up in the very sky that humanity tainted by choosing profit over ecology.

 The pathway to God is not determined by the physical destinations of up, over around or under. God is within each and every human, even the ones who have fallen into, or been forced into darkness, such as children of the Illuminati.

 Each and every human is a portal through which “Heaven” can manifest on Earth. But what is Heaven? Heaven is the freedom of the combined qualities of Wisdom, Power, and Love working as ONE.

 Infinite Wisdom, Multidimensional Power, and Unconditional Love are the qualities to which humanity is returning as they re-embrace their fifth dimensional and above expressions of Infinite Wisdom, Multidimensional Power, and Unconditional Love.

 “Where do I find these qualities?” many ask. The answer is that you find these qualities within your own earth vessel, within your own High Heart, which will assist you to connect your earth vessel self into your own fully awakened Lightbody, which is within your own physical body self.

 “How do I make this connection?” you ask. The answer is that you were born with that connection. However, the hardships and challenges of a third dimensional life made you forget. You also forgot because of safety issues. Those who remembered and tried to share the truth were often taunted, ignored, harmed, or even killed.

 Fortunately, that experience is coming to a conclusion. When the third dimension was the primary dimension of habitation, the polarities of such a low frequency created separation and limitation from your own Higher Self and from the planet on which your earth vessel was born.

 You chose to take a vessel of the same frequency and elements as Earth to assist with Gaia’s planetary ascension. Many humans talk about their personal ascension, but all of you are already ascended. The “multidimensional you” already lives in the higher dimensions.

 All of these versions of your Multidimensional SELF 

wear a form that resonates to the frequency of each of those dimensions. 

 Humanity came to Earth again and again to heal the wounds that you left on Gaia’s Earth, in Her air and water, as well as Her land. Because you had not “cleaned up your room.” you could not “play in the fifth dimension” until you had completed the cycle of your third dimensional life.

 To complete the cycle of your third dimensional life, you are called on to transmute all the residue of all your third/fourth dimensional incarnations on Earth. Unfortunately, you could not clear your incarnational residue until you are awake enough in your physical form to call on your innate multidimensional qualities.

 Once aware of your own multidimensional qualities, you are able to do on Earth what you had promised to do for Earth before you took your Earth vessel. Unfortunately, far too many of you got lost in the allure of individuality.

 Therefore, you forgot that individuality was not a toy to play with. Individuality was, and is, a focus point. Individuality is “the tip of a pen” through which you write your individual statements. Individuality is the focus point of what you see, hear, smell, touch, and therefore, perceive as your reality.

 However, each individual has their own reality and their own personal experience of life in the third dimension. Once you are living within your third dimensional expression of SELF, you are bound to Earth’s third-dimensional Law of Cause and Effect that governs that frequency of Gaia’s reality.

 If you wish to leave that frequency of Gaia’s multidimensional planet, just like a hiker, you need to pack out your trash. In order for you to exit your third dimensional experience you need to collect your “trash,” put it in to your backpack and leave Gaia exactly as you found Her. In fact, please leave Gaia better than you found Her.

 Within this NOW of Gaia’s ascension process, you need to leave Gaia in BETTER shape than She was when you entered your present incarnation. Much like the hiker, you must make sure that you have collected all of the trash that you have ever left from any and all of your former “hikes/incarnations” into the third dimension.

 In fact, you are being called on to pack out all the trash that has ever been left by anyone who has ever “taken a hike” into the third dimension. You see, the third dimensional trails are now under construction and will be closed due to roadwork. Only the members of the cleanup team are coming to Gaia now.

 The reason for this is because those who still function under the 3D HABIT of “me first” will not be allowed to enter into this “ascension game.” This ascension game has reached a point of “critical shift,” and those whose focus is on the darkness and/or power-over others will no longer be allowed to play there.

 The ones who have not yet learned that “energy out is energy back” or “how to live within and share the energy field of Unconditional Love” are being redirected to another third/fourth dimensional planet.

 Gaia is now “under construction” to become a fifth dimensional planet. She is happily accepting souls who wish to participate in her reconstruction, but will NOT allow those who wish to have “power over others,” as their birth plan.

 In fact, even those who have left their residue of darkness on Gaia, and wish to transmute that energy, will be redirected to the fourth dimensional frequency of Gaia, which will remain opened until the construction of the fifth dimensional Gaia is complete.

 Within the fourth dimensional frequency of Gaia’s aura, energy out is instantly returned as energy back. Therefore, if one’s third dimensional experiences have not been completed by taking full responsibility for their “energy out,” and then by transmuting their own darkness/fear into light/unconditional love, they will be redirected to another third dimensional planet.

 Therefore, as there is less and less negative energy left on Gaia’s planetary body by irresponsible humans, Gaia will more easily be able to transmute and rebirth into her fifth dimensional octave of self. In fact, within your NOW, many Higher Beings from the galaxy are surrounding Earth.

 Some of the inhabitants of these Ships are sharing their consciousness with the awakened human, who are often third dimensional expressions of their own Multidimensional SELF. Because of the long “growing up process” on Earth, most of these Higher Beings are sharing with adults who have expanded their consciousness into the higher fourth or fifth dimension.

 However, there are more and more children and adolescents who are able to consciously accept and share the information that is being sent to them via their higher dimensional expressions of SELF. All of these humans can accept the higher frequency without needing to leave their Earth Vessel.

 It is for this reason that so many humans are eating better, meditating, exercising and doing all that is necessary to raise their resonance so that their higher frequency of SELF can inter-mingle with their human form without harming it.

 Just as only the highest frequency of rocks, which are crystals, can accept and use the higher dimensions of light, only your fifth dimensional body can fully accept and use the highest frequencies of light.

 Fortunately your “Lightbody” is nestled within your Kundalini, which is surrounded by your spinal column. If you are aware of your innate Lightbody, and aware of the giant crystals within the core of Gaia, you likely know that once you capture that Higher Light, you will share it with Gaia.

 As you allow this Higher Light into your vessel, be sure to surround it with Unconditional Love to protect your fragile third-dimensional body. Also, be sure to:

· Send that Higher Light down through the passageway 

of your own latent inter-dimensional Lightbody SELF… ·

 AND down into Gaia’s Core and 

Cornerstone Crystals in the Center of Her planetary form. 

 “But what will this do to our own fragile third dimensional body?” we hear you ask. Remember the primary operating systems of Gaia’s third dimensional body is energy out returns as energy back. Therefore, as you offer your own physical body to serve as a passageway for the higher light to enter Gaia’s core, that light also enters your core.

 Just as Gaia’s core is already innately fifth dimensional and awaiting the NOW to transmute into her fifth dimensional Light Planet, your kundalini core is innately fifth dimensional and awaiting the NOW to transmute into your fifth dimensional Light Body.

 “What you give will return to you,” is an important component of Gaia’s “3D Operating System of “Cause and “Effect.” Therefore, as you give away the Higher Light that you have collected within your own Earth Vessel, it WILL return to you from every person, place, situation and thing to which you have sent it.

 Oh the glory of the Great Harvest when all the Higher Light that you have captured and shared with all life returns to you. It is within that NOW that you will become what you have collected and shared.

Within that NOW, You will become LIGHT!

Changes are occurring thick and fast on Earth as more and more of you become aware that you have been seriously misled by those in positions of authority for a very long time. You have a saying, credited to the Englishman, Sir John Dalberg-Acton, “Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Great men are almost always bad men.” The truth of this statement becomes more apparent daily, as whistle-blowers disclose ever more corruption in governments and multi-national corporations worldwide. It is shocking for many of you to realize that so many of those whom you relied upon to be honest have betrayed that trust.

 However, that kind of betrayal has been endemic within the illusion for eons, and it needs to be seen so that humanity will move out of its blind acceptance of statements by authority figures that are made to confuse and frighten you into accepting them as honest individuals with your best interests at heart. You now see that this is not so! Many individuals who have been in the public eye presenting themselves as sane and balanced leaders are now seen to be utterly ego-driven as they struggle to destroy others who are competing with them for worldly positions of power and influence. Truly this is a moment of awakening for humanity worldwide. Do not close your eyes or turn away!

 You are not being asked to judge or condemn anyone! Just be aware of the utter insanity of so much human behavior and recognize that Love is your nature, the true nature of all life forms, and engage lovingly with life. You cannot and will not solve the issues facing humanity if you continue to behave in the ways that have caused so much suffering to so many for eons. There is a much better way, it has been demonstrated by wise and loving holy ones throughout your history, and yet you have continued to conspire, to cheat, and to manipulate one another because in your egoic state of awareness you believe that your way is the best way, the right way, despite the fact that again and again you are proved wrong! Then you go into denial and blame someone else for errors that you have made.

 This is the time for change, for you to return home to your real selves, the beings of Love that you have hidden beneath the veil of fears that your egos have woven, and open your hearts to one another so that trust returns to human relationships and the desire to win, as others lose, dissolves. Then you will cooperate in divine harmony to create wonders beyond your wildest dreams. You can do this, and you will do this when you make the choice to engage lovingly in every interaction with others. You are those others, so it only demonstrates fear and insanity, both unreal aspects of the illusion, when when you set yourselves apart and withdraw into distrust and anxiety. It is truly distrust of and anxiety about yourselves, your value as a human being. But of course your true value is infinite because you are all the beloved children of God.

 Trust is found by exercising it, by engaging with love instead of with fear. In times gone by that idea seemed insane because then dishonest self-centeredness was the way in which almost everyone behaved. That is no longer the case. The Tsunami of Love that is now sweeping continuously back and forth across the planet has changed the energy fields of every one of you, and within everyone there is now an awareness that change of an enormous magnitude is essential if you are to bring peace and abundance to all on Earth. It is also quite apparent that honesty, integrity, trust, and the acceptance in others of different life styles, philosophies, physical appearance, and religious persuasions are all aspects of the divine creative impulse within you all. Honor one another regardless of all these differences, then these differences can be put to work together in a harmonious expansion of all your your creative abilities so that you can resolve the issues that have been so divisive on Earth for so long.

 Truly, the opportunities now presenting themselves to humanity offer incredible prospects to bring peace and abundance to all on Earth. Flow with them, discuss them, engage with them because that is why they are presenting now. The present moment is the ideal moment in which to establish a system of interaction at every level of human exchange that benefits all without exception. Providing care and security for those who are presently in the most dire circumstances, and at the same time honoring the abilities and competences of every human. There is no one on Earth without some ability and competence, it is just that in your presently extremely competitive way of living and working those of lesser abilities are bypassed and then blamed for being a drain on the tax payers. Remember, all are one! Bypassing or ignoring anyone is doing it to yourselves, and that is why your present societal systems are crashing down around you.

 Love – which is what you all are – takes divine care of all its members without exception. You see it demonstrated where parents lovingly care for their sick, disabled or mentally challenged children, where the younger among you take care of the old, the sick, and the disabled, where loving volunteers visit and care for those without friends or families and those imprisoned. When you all truly care for one another without making judgments, then human society will blossom as its true potential is brought to light.

 As I have said so often before “Treat all others lovingly, honor and respect them, and observe how your own individual lives become more satisfying, more inspiring, and more enjoyable.” Life is not about others and how they have failed you, deceive, you, or betrayed you, it is about you and how you have done this to yourselves.

 Honor and respect yourselves and behave in ways that live up to that honor and respect. As you do you will meet others doing likewise. Many are already doing this and the world is changing for the better because of it. Just know that even alone each one of you makes an enormous difference, and honor that responsibility. When you do you will find more joy and satisfaction in life than you presently believe is possible.

 Your individual task on Earth in this age of enormous change remains what it always has been, namely to be Love in action, that is to be Yourselves, the magnificent beings God created. Love lies firmly anchored at the core of your being. You access it by taking time out from your daily activities and entering that quiet and sublime inner space, the holy sanctuary from which Love never departs. It is always there, waiting patiently for the moment when you choose to enter It’s Presence so that It may embrace you. And everyone without exception will enter that holy space eventually, so why delay when the joy you seek awaits you there in every moment? Go within and rejoice, then you will shine with joy and Love as you magnificently assist in humanity’s awakening process which is unstoppable.

  With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. Earth’s energy field of potential is teeming with activity that reflects ever-rising vibrations, and if we were asked to describe in one word what we are observing, it would be thrilling. Upheavals will continue for a while as the Illuminati make last gasp efforts to retain their slim toehold, but the intensifying light spells their doom and is paving the way for changes that can be welcomed by a chorus of hallelujahs.

 If we could answer your questions about election results for regional, state and national offices, referendums or proposals, we would do so happily, but we won’t know until those decisions are made. What we do know is, the high vibrations are supporting outcomes in the light, thus any attempts to manipulate vote count cannot long stand and any intentional digressions along the way to benevolent outcomes for the peoples cannot be permanent. As for global reset, action swings this way, then that, and in the moment at hand, it could be said that the entire economic system is quietly simmering.

 Concerns about countries developing, modernizing or expanding nuclear capabilities have prompted questions about our assurance that there won’t be a nuclear war—if not by intention, what about a rash reaction to faulty communication or some accident? The assurance we gave, which covers the realm of possibilities, comes from Creator. Souls have been damaged by nuclear explosions in space, and in decreeing that never again will that happen, Creator made this sole exception to Its gift of free will: Anyone who attempts such an explosion will be prevented from succeeding. In this universe God authorized all spiritually and technologically advanced civilizations to cause detonation failure of nuclear warheads on launched missiles, and on behalf of Earth alone, this has been accomplished about a dozen times.

 Some readers have asked why God lets abhorrent situations continue and others want us or our colleagues to end all such situations. Other than the aforementioned exception, neither God nor any soul in physical or spirit worlds is permitted to interfere with anyone’s use of free will. Dear ones, this is with sound reason. Interference would deny countless souls the karmic experiencing they chose so they can evolve, and evolvement is the goal of every soul in every lifetime. What God and all of His emissaries are permitted to do is send all souls love-light, the most powerful force in the cosmos, to open hearts and minds, give solace to the grieving, courage to the faltering, hope to the struggling, momentum to the newly awakened. Spiritually evolved beings continuously beam light throughout this universe and God’s infinite love for each and every soul is everlasting.

 Also we have been asked to denounce specific procedures, policies, attitudes or cultural traditions that are deemed counterproductive to societal progress. It is not within our province to denounce anything in your world, nor would we want to. Earth is a schoolhouse, and an excellent one it is! It provides all of the lesson elements that a third-density populace needs to grow spiritually and consciously, and part of that growth is realizing what is detrimental to their wellbeing and their homeland planet’s and taking responsibility to bring those to a halt. In this, lightworkers’ contribution is evident. You are “bringing to light” what is adversely affecting life on Earth, and your endeavors toward change are motivating others to “see the light” and join forces with you. Not all people will. Those who choose to stay within third density limitations will ridicule or scorn you, some will actively work against you; but the light of your perseverance will continue spreading throughout the world until all peoples are living peaceably, cooperatively, prosperously and in harmony with Nature. 

Readers in the United States have requested that we speak about the series of mass shootings in their country. Some incidents have been in accordance with pre-birth agreements for the purpose of emboldening the leaders and the public to take necessary steps to stop these massacres. When agreements were not involved, persons whose lives were cut short are completing contract provisions in Nirvana and advancing in soul growth; grieving families and friends have been bolstered by intensified light to strengthen the spirit and facilitate swifter evolvement. Depending on the mental condition of shooters who died, either they received customized healing in Nirvana and spiritual assistance during their lifeprint review, followed by remedial learning sessions; or they entered Nirvana’s lowest layer, (1) endured a very painful lifeprint review and will experience severe harshness in one or more other lifetimes. The same procedures await perpetrators who were caught. 

The heartening aspect of the shooting incidents is that love, not hate or bitterness, has unified the personally-affected people, their communities and the nation. It is so that there is a national anger, too, that efforts to curtail the ease with which individuals can purchase military-style weapons and ammunition have been futile. The perspective that these incidents are “false flags,” staged events so the government can disarm the citizenry and make them defenseless in a tyrannical takeover, comes from fear rooted in third density mentality. Forcibly taking over that country was just one part of the Illuminati’s diabolical plan for your entire world, a plan that never could have come to fruition because the destiny of Earth and her humankind is in the light of joy, peace and freedom. The unequaled power of light that has rent the Illuminati’s global network into tattered fragments also is undergirding planetary and personal ascension into the fullness of Earth’s Golden Age.

 To those who want us to identify individuals who have initiated or perpetuated circumstances with darkness at the core, we say, be mindful that every person is a part of God, every person is inextricably connected at soul level with all others, and God loves each and every one unconditionally. When those who have done humanity an egregious disservice do become publicly known, please see them “through God’s eyes.” This doesn’t mean condoning their actions or wanting them to forego justice by your standards; it means that you will uplift yourselves and the world by sending light to those individuals rather than desiring their punishment. The impartial, nonjudgmental—and unavoidable—laws of the universe will mete justice to them in a spirit world where the energy matches their deeds.

 As energy streamers with violent attachments are running out their course, events of that nature are being emphasized by the controlled mainstream media and evoking comments such as these: “The terrorism, desperate refugees, bigotry, all the children who are suffering deeply saddens me. I know others feel the same way. If we stop watching the news, we could feel more optimistic about the future and be more effective lightworkers. Can Matthew please comment on this?”

 We empathize with those sentiments, which are shared by caring people around the world, yet we cannot recommend being unaware of what is happening. You don’t remember this, but when you eagerly volunteered to go to Earth, you knew what you would encounter and that you would be well fortified with spiritual strength and wisdom to accomplish your mission: to help the peoples awaken from third-density consciousness and in so doing, further your own evolvement. Your effectiveness in both would be limited if you don’t know what is going on. And, you cannot “unknow” what is known. It is likely that thoughts and feelings would arise about those situations that indeed are saddening, and without subsequent reports, you would forfeit hearing about encouraging developments that are forthcoming.

 Understanding that most people in heart-wrenching circumstances are completing karmic lessons so they can evolve will let you feel compassion for them, respect their choices, and accept that individuals who create the circumstances are playing necessary roles in the universal evolutionary process. Some persons accepted unusually difficult experiences to reduce the karmic load of souls with whom they share love bonds, others are dealing with more difficulties than they chose in their contracts—in both cases, those souls are making a grand leap forward on their spiritual pathway.

We know it is not easy to think of suffering people in karmic terms, which seem cold and apathetic, and to refrain from condemning those who are causing grief and dire hardships. All of us have had lifetimes in the midst of warring, unjustness and deprivation in one world or another, and our “past” lives are happening simultaneously with our “present” one. The high vibrations at this station shield us from feeling anew the heartaches in those other lives, but our clear memories let us relate to your feelings about happenings on Earth. Further, we who have love bonds with persons there who are struggling experience momentarily exactly what they are feeling.

 In every moment, God feels the collective pain of Earth’s peoples, animals, Devic and plant kingdoms and all other life forms throughout this universe. That is unimaginable to you, as it is to us. We hasten to add that God also feels the love, joyousness, gratitude and peacefulness that collectively His children and other creations do, and the light you radiate and the light continuously beamed from all high stations lighten His painful burden.

 Beloved brothers and sisters, NEVER doubt your effectiveness as lightworkers—your world is incomparably better because you are there! Few of you are in official positions of influence, most are not, and that is as it needs to be. Your invaluable influence is the light—LOVE—you send forth by living in godly ways. Not only is this greatly benefiting your world, but what happens on Earth affects everything else in this universe; thus the ripple effects of your light are immeasurable.

 It is natural to want to feel optimistic about the future, and thoughts about progress to date will let you look ahead with excitement. There are promising developments in clean energy, healthcare, transportation and environmental protection and restoration, for instance, and dedicated efforts on behalf of animals’ rights and fairness in judicial systems are making headway. Small enterprises are raising living standards in communities around the world, cities are restoring blighted areas, education and training programs are becoming available for new kinds of employment, and innovations are making inroads in other significant areas. For example, the arts are being made more accessible to young people—all art forms are expressions from the soul, and what the participating instructors and youngsters are doing is important now and for all generations to come.

 Lightworkers have been indispensable in helping society move this far along the bumpy road of progress. Indeed, much more must be accomplished worldwide and shall be! Change starts at grassroots level and moves upward until it reaches the top, where closed-door discussions are underway to resolve conflicts and reform political and financial systems. The pace is steady or picking up steam in some vital areas and lagging or zigzagging where Illuminati still have a say, but their time is running out—the indomitable spirit of peoples who want peace and justness and for all to share in the world’s abundance shall prevail.

 “I have friends whose rational abilities have ‘suddenly’ disappeared down the rabbit hole, as it were, almost as if they’re under a kind of spell by the Illuminati. Is there anything I can do to help them ‘wake up’ and take back their own thinking?” The reader was referring to friends who had become “ political zealots ,” but our reply refers to any persons whom you consider close-minded to views that differ from their own, and this brings us back to free will. Every soul has the choice to embrace or oppose whatever is afoot, and no one has the responsibility—or the divine right—to convince another to “wake up” about any issue. Moreover, arguing or proselytizing doesn’t convince; it alienates, so please act upon your convictions and values and honor the right of all others to act in accordance with theirs. Eventually everyone in your society will be on the same page, so to say.

 “Can love-light be sent to people who lived 500 years ago? I mean can these people be helped that way in the year 2016?” Indeed this is a loving thought, but that energy would be better directed to helping people living on Earth. Although your concept of calendar years is NOW in the timeless continuum, the people who lived in your 1500s no longer are at that stage of evolvement. They have had other personage lifetimes with different soul contract choices, different experiences, and they have sown and reaped karma accordingly. But if love-light were sent to them or any others whose Earth lifetimes were long ago, it would not be wasted—that energy reaches the all-powerful source that always is limitlessly available to all souls.

 Lighted beings throughout this universe are cheering you ever onward and are forever with you in unconditional love.

Stop Underestimating Who You Are!

Sacred is your life. You are here as the unique expression of your mission and purpose, your unique expression of the Mother, Father, One – and you. How could you not honour all of your being? How could you not love all of your being? That is my reminder this day.

Mary Magdalene: Greetings, I am Mary.

 Suzi: Welcome.

 Mary Magdalene: And welcome to you, beloved sister of my heart, beloved sisters of my heart, beloved family of my heart, beloved Gaians. And that is how I come to you – the Magdalena, yes; fellow traveller, journeyer, adventurer, yes; mother and sister, ally and friend.

 And I come to speak to you of the acknowledgement, the appreciation, the understanding and the letting-go of your sacred contract, your sacred mission, your purpose, your reason for existence throughout this and every lifetime you have ever inhabited. I beg you – stop underestimating who you are!

 I had the gift and the privilege, the delight of being married and in relationship of the most satisfying kind with our beloved Jesus Sananda. And yes, he has turned into rather a notorious person, has he not! [Laughter] But in that, and in my knowing of the rightness of our union, which was an absolute choice – yes, of course, our love for one another, our understanding of who we are you might say, placed us beyond choice – but never was it truly not a choice.

 It was a decision point, it was a pathway that both of us chose. But in that, regardless of the beliefs, the legends, the myths of how history assigned me, never did I shy away from my own mission and purpose, the recognition and the knowing of my own pattern, my own design, my own purpose, my own path. We were as One – and as two, for that is truly what sacred union but also the fulfilment of mission and purpose is about.

 And that is particularly true – and always has been by the way – true about the journey upon Gaia, this beautiful Archangel Gaia who is, although many think of her as a being of green and blue, is in fact a mighty angel of pink. So it is not even a coincidence that your divinity, as hers, is of the pink diamond. But I digress.

 Even before I met Yeshua, I was a channel and what you can think of as a Sacred Keeper of Ritual, of Rite. Now, there are many of you who do not adhere to ritual any longer, or do not fully understand or recognise a ritual can be weeks, days, months long or it can be 30 seconds, even within the Mother’s New Time. But this was my speciality and I never veered away from that. In fact, in many ways it sustained me, it sustained our family, it sustained the disciples, the apostles, our circle of love often.

 When you take a moment at the beginning of your day to give thanksgiving and to ask for help, that is a ritual. When you give thanks and transmute the food and water that you drink, that is a ritual; that is a sacred rite. So this was an area of my expertise.

 But there was another area of my expertise as well and it is called, in your terminology, what you think of as not only creating sacred space which I did through ritual and prayer, sometimes channelling, but it was the creation and the holding of sacred space.

 And yes, Suzi, that is exactly what you do when you are in your car, your vehicle, your home. It is what all of you do because sacred space is necessary to exist upon the planet, and certainly to exist during this time of unfoldment, of ascension, of shift upon this planet – and particularly now as you are being literally bombarded.

 Yes, we know others would be gentler and say “penetrated”, “infiltrated”, but I am saying “bombarded” because I know what it feels like. You are being bombarded with the energies and the love of the entire Company of Heaven. Dearest hearts, at moments it is profoundly amazing that you are still standing, sitting or sleeping even a wink!

 Now in that, in the fulfilment of your unique mission and purpose – which is only the outer expression of your divine pattern – in that, sacred space and holding of space for yourself and for others is absolutely necessary. And it is even more necessary, more critical for those of you whose decision and choices and fulfilment, as you see it, of your mission and purpose is to foray out into that chaos, whether it is as a nurse, a doctor, a teacher or a neighbour – it matters not, because what you do is you carry that sacred space with you.

 Yes, you are shielded, you are protected, but that flows outward. But you also invite others into that sacred space, and you also respect and honour the sacred space of others. You never invade; you never rape and pillage. You simply hold and honour. And you say, “Yes, but what if, when someone is doing something that is going awry?” You honour their sacred soul, their pathway and their divine brilliance, that regardless of scenic detours they will arrive where they need to be.

 Now, I honoured Yeshi’s mission and purpose and it was very global, and in fact universal. That does not mean that at times I wished he would simply turn away, turn it down, stay home more. And even in that, there were times for both of us where we simply wanted more quiet time together. And we honoured that need for our time together – do not get me wrong.

 But when you are in love and relationship and you know that time is limited – which is ironic because everybody’s time is limited – we wanted more as woman, as mother, as apostle, as friend; I wanted more. Not because it necessarily contributed to my mission and purpose, but simply because of love. I wanted the quality, the time together to be bigger, broader, deeper.

 But in that, as we travelled together, whether it was in the village or on the road, part of my mission and purpose was to hold the sacred space. So whether there were 10 of us or 100 or 1,000s – yes, there were 1,000s even then – I would create and do ritual, seen and unseen, that would hold the space of our group and let the energy flow out so that we could be in that sacred union space; so that not only the ears could hear, but that the heart could receive and that the beingness come to know, not just the messages of love that my husband shared so profoundly, but that people would come to know that they were love.

 Now, there were those who thought, “Well, what does she do? She sits on the edge of the group and she just does nothing. Really, the main attraction, the star of the show, is Yeshua.” And that was exactly what it was meant to be. I did not choose. It was not my place to be front and centre. My role was different, and I would say, equally of value, equally important, equally essential.

 Now, I do not say this to give myself undue credit – I have much credit and it is not an issue! I am beloved by so many. I say this to remind each of you – there are times when you are front and centre, and there are times when you are at the edge. You cannot have a centre if you do not have a boundary and an edge.

 So all pieces of all of your missions of all of your undertakings, known and unknown – because you don’t always need to know – are vitally important. In that time, I knew what lay ahead for our family, for our children, for Yeshua and I, and I knew it would be difficult and heartbreaking. At moments, I also knew of many of the rumours of me as harlot and whore; I knew of the jealousies of some, that as woman I had such access to the beloved prophet.

 I did not know how I would be dismissed and denigrated and hidden, put aside by many churches and religions, but that did not matter because my legacy all these years later is not only intact, it re-emerges. You see, my mission and purpose did not change and it still hasn’t.

 My mission of carrying, yes, the Divine Feminine, but also the beauty, the sensuality, the sacred nature of both what people thought of as my sacred work and my family work, my love affair – all of these were my mission and purpose. You cannot deny one piece of yourself or say, “Well this is my mission and purpose, and this part, this is just my personal life.” You cannot be fragmented, my beloved ones, and you cannot deny a piece of yourself.

 There is deep trust, not only in your sacred self but in the Mother, of knowing that what you are doing, if your heart is open and pure – and it is – that you cannot go awry, that you are where the Mother is placing you. And what that means is you are aligned with the love. You may consult the mental body, you may compliment the ego, but it is never led by ego or simply by the mind without reference to the heart.

 So that everything you do – everything – and let me tell you, cooking and the preparation of meals for beloved family and friends is sacred work. Everything is mission and purpose. It is not a separate piece. In your society and the way that things have grown throughout the various ages, you have often come to think of your job as something that you do for 8-10-12 hours a day – and then there is you and your life.

 It is even more unfortunate when I observe that people think they are the job and have forgotten about the rest. Such fragmentation is incorrect. There cannot be several you, now especially as you bring in and anchor all of your aspects. Do you have millions of faces? Yes. But they are all you. There is only one you – and you are magnificent!

 So why I have come this day is a very simple plea: do not underestimate who you are. Do not dismiss or denigrate, not only the very large swath of actions or behaviours that you take, but the minute ones as well. In your form, love is the expression and experience of love. And that includes primarily how you treat and consider and think of and love your sacred self, all parts of you.

 It is not about the division of saint and sinner. I have spoken in other times and conversations with you about the importance of body, of sexuality, of intimacy, of union. That is not separate than going to the temple and doing ritual, sacred in its nature. All things are sacred – one of the things like your job that has gotten fragmented or segmented away. ‘Sacred’ has become the term used for certain types of rituals like going to church or praying.

 Sacred is your life. You are here as the unique expression of your mission and purpose, your unique expression of the Mother, Father, One – and you. How could you not honour all of your being? How could you not love all of your being? That is my reminder this day.

 Dearest Suzi, where do you wish to begin?

 Suzi: Well, I wish to begin by saying thank you for joining us. It’s always a joy to have these conversations. Jesus lived his life showing us our own potential, and together you have given us a wonderful model for sacred partnership. Is it so that one of the goals for incarnation this time around is to join in sacred partnership?

 Mary Magdalene: Yes. Now let me tell you, sacred partnership also begins with your beloved self. But when the Mother created this planet of play, this planet of love, it was to know love in physical form – interdimensional, but in physical reality.

 There are a few of you who did not come to join in what we would call “the external expression of sacred union”, meaning that you did not choose to be in partnership. And let us extend that: in family, in community. Otherwise, dearest heart, you would have come to a planet by yourself.

 But how do you know love in the physical reality, even when it is just between you and I? It is an experience, an expression, a feeling, a knowing. So you don’t get that unless you are in interaction. And first it begins with yourself, but with that comes the push to experience it with others, to share it. The Mother has said to you at one point: “She wants you to fall in love with everybody on Earth!” 

Suzi: Yes. I’m just wondering, specifically a romantic kind of relationship? I know we have sacred partnership with ourselves and with everything around us.

 Mary Magdalene: Well, let me talk to you as girlfriend to girlfriend – the answer is yes. Boyfriend to boyfriend – yes. Man to woman – yes. Woman to man – yes. You came during this time to live the pattern, not only set by Yeshua and I, but set by the Mother and Father, One. That is the experience. 

So romantic love, sacred union, partnership – is that part of your path?
The answer is yes!

 Suzi: Well, that’s good to know. It’ll happen sometime. No need to chase it, worry about it. It’ll be. 

Mary Magdalene: The more you chase it, the more you worry about it, the more you get overheated and concerned about it, the more you push it away. Think of the feminine in particular. You are a magnet; you bring the masculine energy into you through sex. You hold the child that you are birthing inside of you, then you birth the creation onto the planet. So you pull things to you.

 Now, does the Law of Attraction explain everything? Of course not. There are many Universal Laws. But you do not need to play seek and find. It is not a game of hide-and-seek. It is a game of receive. 

Suzi: Well, that’s beautiful and I would love to have more of this conversation. Would you come back and talk to us please about how that looks in the future? You talk about magnetising and the penetration, and I’m just wondering if the sexual act is the same on the higher dimensions? I can imagine there are differences that we can’t even imagine at this point?

 Mary Magdalene: There are differences and I would be overjoyed to come and speak of this with you, with all of you!

 Suzi: Yay! Thank you so much for joining us today. If you have anything in closing, I would love to hear it.

 Mary Magdalene: Honour yourself. Stop this sense of fragmentation. Stop this sense of worry and concern. By being upon sweet Gaia at this time, you are fulfilling your mission and purpose. You are doing so by a very complex act called breathing! Go with my love and go with my blessings. Farewell.

 Be Love by Living Lovingly Whatever Arises

 Do you sometimes wonder: “What on earth am I on Earth for, what is my purpose, if any?” Well, you are on Earth because you chose to be here to hold the energy field of Love. To strengthen and intensify the Tsunami of Love by your compassionate intent to offer comfort to all in pain, and by your intent to be a powerful healing field for all who are suffering through injury, illness, or emotional distress.

 Just by being You you are having an enormously positive effect on humanity’s awakening process. Just by your presence you are helping humanity to achieve its collective intent to awaken from the dark nightmare in which it has been immersed for so long. No one but you can do this, and you are highly honored in the spiritual realms where the effects of your presence on Earth at this time are clearly, in fact, brilliantly visible.

 Your presence on Earth at this point in the collective awakening process is absolutely essential to its divinely assured success. You truly have no idea of the power that your loving intent carries or how it effects everyone with whom you interact in any way at all, from your warm smile offered to the cashier at the store to the loving kindness with which you assist someone who is feeling lost, hurt, or alone.

 The Love that you so willingly share and extend is healing the world. Do not underestimate your importance as an influential and loving presence in the midst of the chaos and confusion that is disturbing and unsettling so many of those who, like you, are on Earth to assist in the awakening process.

 Many of you grew up attempting to please and satisfy your parents, caregivers, and teachers, because only when you pleased these others did they offer you love and acceptance. You learned to dishonor or disparage yourselves in order not to displease others whose love and acceptance you desperately wanted. You grew up experiencing separation and disempowerment! Of course everyone who chooses to experience the illusion as a human has chosen to experience separation, and because doing that is so painful those experienced feelings have to be very deeply buried if you are to survive your childhood.

 Now the awakening process is causing those deeply buried feelings and emotions to break into your awareness so that you can release them and forgive those who caused them. It helps to remind yourselves that people who hurt others intentionally are, themselves, experiencing intense inner pain that they have yet to acknowledge.

 When you acknowledge and feel the suffering that lies hidden and buried within you, instead of hiding from it or dismissing it, you can comfort your inner child who is still feeling that hurt, and bring healing to her, to yourselves, and to all on the planet, anywhere, who are suffering. Then you can truly forgive those who have hurt you because your compassion flows through you freely and abundantly when you comfort and heal your inner child.

 As you well know, your true nature is Love because you are One with God from Whom you have never been separated. But, as humans, you have felt an intense need to hide that nature because it seems that you are enveloped in an environment that does not and cannot recognize it, an environment that constantly offers threats and fear.

 However, demonstrating Love by living lovingly strengthens you and strengthens those with whom you interact. Love is powerful! There is nothing more powerful, so be Yourselves . . . always. Be Love by living lovingly regardless of what arises. Doing so is your path and your task, although to love is hardly a task, it is a delight.

 You are a human on Earth at this moment because you chose to be here now. You are in the process of awakening yourself from the dream in which it seems that you have forgotten who you are, and you are also assisting many, many others to rediscover themselves, to remember that they, like you, are never alone, but are always One with Source.

 Because you have the courage to drop your egoic masks and be yourselves in the company of anyone at all, others then find that they, too, can indeed be themselves, and so the collective awakening unfolds.

 When you go within daily, no matter what your practice, religious persuasion, or philosophy for living on Earth as a human happens to be, you expand and intensify the Tsunami of Love that is flowing gloriously and powerfully all across the world.

 All are One with Source, and yet there are infinite individual energy fields, not at all separated but intermingling, that present themselves in infinite but very different creative and harmonious ways, for the delight and enjoyment of all.

 Part of the confusion and fear that humans experience arises because they see differences as threats and possible dangers that need to be avoided or defended against instead of as opportunities for creative engagement. And those who would maintain the status quo, the established system that enslaves the majority for the benefit of a tiny, self-appointed elite, encourage that fear in order to maintain control over you.

 But the Tsunami of Love is dissolving fear as more and more of humanity chooses to engage with It and experience the knowing that It is Reality. Fear, on the other hand, is unreal, it is just an imaginary state with which the illusion, through your egos, presents you to attract your attention and distract you from remembering that you are eternally One with God.

 It is essential that you go within daily, therefore, to remind yourselves of your true nature, and to open your hearts to the Love that resides there and that waits patiently to embrace you when you allow It to do so.

 You are all Love incarnate, but have lost sight of this eternal truth because of the veil or cloak that you collectively chose to place between yourselves and Reality. That veil or cloak is also illusory, and to disperse it all you have to do is choose and then intend to discard the egoic masks you present to yourselves and to the world in order to disguise your sense of inadequacy or even worthlessness. 

Your worth is infinite, utterly beyond any value you could place upon it because God has already valued You as beyond price. There is no other possibility because You are Real, One eternally with your Creator. Come out from your hiding places behind the flimsy masks you have made and be seen as the divine and wondrous loving beings that you truly are.

 That is how you will best help humanity to awaken, because those with whom you interact will recognize themselves in you as you mirror back to them their divine perfection.

Dear Ascending Ones,

 As you continue your process of returning to your Multidimensional SELF, you will be releasing the components of your self that are no longer needed. Simultaneously, you will be placing more and more of your intention onto the SELF you are becoming. As you continue your metamorphosis the small voice of the inner child will call out, “Take me with you.”

 We remind you to remember to welcome your Child Self into your High Heart. Your “child” is your Divine Child who became the one you identified as yourself before you began your Ascension process. As you collect your Divine Child into your heart, you release your attachment to the third/fourth dimensional Wheel of Life and Death.

 Your Divine Child represents your first eight cells that are stored in your ATMA of the Three Fold Flame of your High Heart. Within these first eight cells is all that you have learned from your many incarnations on physical Earth. These eight cells also hold the pattern of lives in which you returned to SELF – ascended – in your other incarnations.

 When you died, you returned to the Wheel of Life and Death in the fourth dimensional aura of planet Earth. On the other hand, when you ascended you returned to your fifth dimensional Lightbody. It is your Lightbody, which carries you across the Great Void between the fourth dimension and fifth dimension and beyond.

 During this era of planetary transformation, many Ascending Ones will be gathering their Divine Child into their High Heart in order to break all connection with the Wheel of Life and Death. Many of you who could return to much higher dimensions are choosing to connect with the fifth dimensional threshold world to assist with the creation of New Earth.

 Please remember that in every version of the fifth dimension and beyond there is NO time. Therefore, you are entering a reality that has always existed and is simultaneously in the process of creation.

 In fact, whenever you travel interdimensionally, you blend your great Multidimensional Essence with a reality, which resets your essence, as well as the entire reality. This reset creates new options and opportunities that did not exist before your entry.

 In this manner, you enter a reality that has existed beyond time, as your presence simultaneously creates change within that world. Do you see dear Ascending Ones how much power you have within you? You have the ability to alter an entire reality simply by blending your essence with that reality. 

In fact, even within your time-bound Earth vessel you influence the Collective and Planetary Consciousness with your every out breath. Furthermore, you inhale the Collective and Planetary Consciousness with your every in breath. Did you know that your breath had such power?

 Your first breath at birth indicated that you were alive (logged into the 3D Game) and your last breath at death indicates that you are dead (logged out of the 3D Game). In other words, your Spiritual Essence enters your form at birth and leaves your form at death.

 However, since you are your Spiritual Essence, you are not born, nor do you die. It is your form that is born and your form that dies. Remember that in order to enter into a form-based reality, you must first create a body based on the molecular resonance and configuration of that reality.

 Then, when your body is fully formed, your Spirit enters that form. When you enter a reality that is beyond form you merely calibrate your consciousness to the frequency of that reality and blend your consciousness with that reality.

 New Earth resonates to the threshold between the third/fourth dimensions of form and the higher sub-planes of the fifth dimension in which form is an option and no longer an indication of being alive or dead.

 In preparation for your journey across the void between the third/fourth and fifth dimension, your physical form is in the process of transmuting into Lightbody. However, as your form transmutes into a higher frequency of expression, so does your entire reality, because planet Earth is also ascending. 

Hence, both people and planet are recalibrating their form to higher and higher frequencies. Since your form/body is comprised of the elements of the reality you are experiencing, when your reality transmutes into frequencies, you must match that frequency shift to remain within that reality.

 Therefore, your consciousness is constantly recalibrating to higher and higher frequencies of Light, and your body must recalibrate itself, as well. If your state of consciousness becomes too much higher than your body, you will “die,” as your consciousness is too high to be contained in that lower frequency vessel.

 Your Earth vessel is comprised of the third dimensional expressions of earth, air, fire, water and spirit/fire. The fourth dimensional expressions of these elements of your body are known as Elementals. Earth Elementals are titled Gnomes, Air Elementals are titled Sylphs, Fire Elementals are Salamanders, Water Elementals are Undines. and Etheric Elementals represent the living Spirit within all form.

 The fourth dimensional Elementals hold the breath of Gaia within them and share Her essence with you via your in-breath.

 With your every in-breath, the Elementals bring in the higher frequency of Gaia’s form into the Body (Earth Elemental), Breath (Air Elemental), Neural Synapses (Fire Elemental), Blood and Cerebrospinal Fluid (Water Elemental) and Consciousness (Etheric Elemental) of your Earth vessel. 

Then you breathe out your higher expression of consciousness to contribute to the transmutation of Gaia, just as She has shared Her transmutation with you.

 In this manner, your transmuting form (Earth) aligns with the transmuting form of Gaia – land.

Your transmuting breath (Air) aligns with the transmuting atmosphere of Gaia.

Your transmuting nervous system (Fire) aligns with the transmuting synaptic junctions within Gaia’s “electrical” system.

The transmutation of all your bodily fluids (Water) aligns with Gaia’s transmuting waterways and massive oceans.

As your Consciousness transmutes from etheric (fourth dimensional) into Spiritual (fifth dimensional), your personal consciousness aligns with the planetary consciousness, which is transmuting from third/fourth dimensional to fifth dimensional.

The physical representation of Gaia is the third/fourth dimensional Earth and the fifth dimensional representation of Gaia is New Earth.

 As you, the Ascending Ones, entrain your personal consciousness with the planetary consciousness of Gaia, as well as with ALL Her inhabitants, you contribute greatly to the planetary Ascension. 

Simultaneously, the great mass of Gaia’s ascending body contributes to your personal Ascension. You also gain the additional benefit of a peaceful transition into New Earth because you are surrounded and protected by the entire ascending planet.

 The challenge with this configuration of Ascension – as there are many versions of Ascension – is that you could easily doubt that you are ascending because you are not leaving anything. If you ascended beyond the planet, you would pull away from that reality and feel as though you are leaving Earth. Then you would have physical evidence of your Ascension.

 However, depending on physical evidence is not consistent with Ascension. Instead, it is best to release your ego need for proof, and trust your inner knowing that, since you and Gaia are ONE, you are both ascending together. In this manner, THE RETURN involves both people and planet.

 What Is Lightbody?

Lightbody is the YOU that resides within the light of every synaptic junction of your neurological system, and within the core of the 97% “junk DNA.” Your Lightbody has a neurological system much like your physical body, but instead of resonating to the third and fourth dimension, your Lightbody resonates to the fifth dimension and beyond.

 Your Lightbody is what keeps you “alive,” and your High Heart and Third Eye rule it. Your physical heart and your physical brain rule your physical body. Your etheric body of your fourth dimensional self serves as the frequency interface between physical body and your Lightbody.

 As your “junk DNA” comes online, which it is doing day-by-day, more and more of your Lightbody will be revealed to your third-dimensional consciousness. Those of you who have meditated to the extent that you can consciously connect with your gamma wave consciousness have had fleeting experiences of “being Lightbody.”

 These experiences are fleeting because you have made a pre-birth contract that you would not flash into your Personal Lightbody until there was enough Unity Consciousness of humanity to “time” that flash into your personal Lightbody with Gaia’s flash into Planetary Lightbody.

 It is important that you all unite your transmutation into Lightbody with Gaia’s transmutation into Lightplanet. The reason for this is that most of you who are receiving this transmission are aware you are already fifth dimensional Lightbody in your fifth dimensional self.

 Therefore, you do not “create” your Lightbody, but you “return” to your Lightbody. You, the ones who took an earth vessel to assist with Planetary Ascension, are remembering that this “return to your innate Lightbody self” was planned before you took this incarnation.

 In fact, you volunteered to take this, particular and very important, incarnation because you knew that Gaia had the Possible Reality of flashing into a fifth-dimensional “Light Planet.” All of Gaia’s kingdoms are ready for frequency shift, except for humanity.

 The very evolutionary cycle that made humans the “dominant species” of planet Earth, also attracted many beings who wanted to “hitch a ride” on the ascending planet. However, because some of these “others” have selfish, and too often “power over others” states of consciousness, they have actually served as a breaking mechanism.

 This “breaking mechanism” has greatly delayed Gaia ascension, which was the intention of the Power Over Others members of humanity. This, “one bad apple” does NOT spoil the bunch, but they have greatly delayed the process of Planetary Ascension. Their energy field of “power over” has dominated Earth for far too long.

 However, “power-over-others” can only rule by fear. Hence, once the ascending ones can send these lost ones the antidote of Unconditional Love and the Violet Fire, not only will the lost ones lose their power-over, but some of them will, and have, returned back into their own “Core of Light.”

 The Core of Light resonates to the core of your Three Fold Flame. Your Three Fold Flame is within your High Heart and the Atma is within that Three Fold Flame.

 This Three Fold Flame provides every one who is wearing an earth vessel the ability to remember and activate their innate flames of Unconditional Love, Infinite Wisdom, and Multidimensional Power.

 It is the activation of the inner Three Fold Flame that directly activates the “Flash into Lightbody.” We say “flash,” as you will likely perceive your transmutation into Lightbody as a flash.

 You will feel like you have experienced a flash. The flash is actually that you have lost “space-time” and go into the “no time” of the fifth dimensional Now.

 Much as you may see a “flash” in the sky, which is often accompanied by a loud sound, when a flying object “leaves the time barrier,” your transition from your time-bound earth vessel will “flash” as it leaves the third dimensional time barrier to return to the NOW of the ONE.

 Once your consciousness and form resonates to the timeless NOW of fifth-dimension and beyond, your clay vessel instantly transmutes into a vessel of light. Remember, dear emissaries to Earth, you will not “become Lightbody.” You will “return to Lightbody.”

 Many of you, our emissaries to third/fourth dimensional Earth, are beginning to consciously perceive sensations within your physical form and higher dimensional perceptions of the ever-changing reality in which you live.

 These experiences tell you that your mission progresses, but they often make you “home sick” for your fifth dimensional home. Some of you joined Earth from your higher dimensional planet and others joined Gaia from your higher dimensional Starship.

 ALL of you volunteered for this mission. However, when we say “all of you” we mean those who arrived on Earth from a “power within” society. There are also many beings wearing human vessels who arrived on Earth from a “power over” society.

 These people were largely “refugees” from the Great Galactic War, which raged long before your could measure via your earth time. Earth was much younger then and Gaia had not yet experienced the dark intentions of “power over others.”

 She had completed the wonderful cycle of Pan, to be followed by Lemuria and Atlantis. However, as all those primarily fourth dimensional and beyond worlds collapsed, Gaia spun downwards into the lowest sub-plane of the resonance of the third dimension. She has been “stuck” in that frequency for a very long “time.”

 Fortunately, Gaia has completed Her darkest hours and is preparing to return to the higher frequencies of reality. However, those who cannot transmute their third dimensional clay vessels will not be able to join Gaia in her expression of Fifth dimensional Earth.

 Gaia, with her great dedication to her human inhabitants, has waited as long as She can. Her physical form has been too wounded, mostly by humanity, and she must return to Her fifth dimensional expression to heal.

 However, since the fifth dimension has “no time,” those who are only attached to the third dimensional frequency of Earth may not be aware of the great shift. Because their consciousness resonates to the third and lower fourth dimensional resonance, they are only able to focus on the third dimensional matrix in which they reside.

 This matrix is that which creates the holographic projection of life on third dimensional Earth. Therefore, since they have are not incarnated on the actual body of the planet, their holographic projection of reality will be continued on another planet or realm.

 Since time is an illusion of the third and fourth dimension, we have chosen to release all plans of where this projection will be until the NOW of our ONE. Please remember that our NOW has no “time.” as you know it on your third dimensional planet.

 However, our volunteers lowered their frequency into the third dimensional frequency of Earth to take an earth vessel. They chose this sacrifice to assist Gaia to remember and return to their true multidimensional nature. These volunteers are NOW allowing themselves to awaken to the inter-dimensional memories that have been stored in their High Heart and Third Eye.

 These two multidimensional aspects of EVERY human are only accessible to those who have expanded and/or returned their consciousness into their innate Multidimensional SELF. It is this expanded consciousness that directly precedes your flash into Lightbody.

 When we say, “flash,” we do not mean that you will be surprised or unprepared.  we say “flash,” please think of our preceding analogy of a plane leaving the time barrier. As we have said, it is the leaving of third/fourth dimensional time that allows you to enter into the NOW of the ONE.

 We will expand on this information later in your “time,” as we wish to complete this transmission with some symptoms of transition that we perceive many of our earthbound ones experiencing:

 1. As we have stated, the increasing confusion around time is greatly accelerating.

 2. Distaste for that which is bound by sequential time is becoming increasingly arduous and even boring.

 3. Duties that require the logical, sequential, and regimented responsibilities and duties are becoming increasingly tedious.

 4. Frequent “day dreaming” of another place and/or reality that is just beyond your full, conscious memory.

 5. The increasing movement towards perceiving all reality as “alive.” Hence, there is an increasing focus on animal rights, ecology, and return to nature.

 6. Multidimensional perceptions are coming online, not just in meditation but also in daily life.

 7. A need for and dedication to meditation. The inner focus on mediation makes their body “feel” different.

 8. Your perceptions expand beyond that which is “just physical.”

 9. Your Clairaudience, hearing inter-dimensional communications, Clairvoyance, seeing higher dimensional beings, situations and realities, and Clairsentience, physically feeling higher frequencies of reality, are increasingly coming “on-line” during your daily life.

 All of the above inter-dimensional abilities, and more, are becoming increasingly common.

Best of all, more and more people are beginning to follow their inner urges and document that which they are experiencing. Best of all, like you, they are sharing these experiences with others.

 Beings who have ascended beyond the third dimension often briefly return to the physical world to show others that a transition into Lightbody is possible. Perhaps YOU will be one of those beings. Perhaps, you already are!

What Does it Mean to  Love Unconditionally

The Arcturians Love is an energy field, a resonance, a frequency, which functions as a carrier wave to deliver all our messages to our self, others and to the planet. 

Unconditional Love is a silent language. 

 We are all familiar with fear as a carrier wave, as well as anger, for when we come into the energy, frequency and emotion of fear, our hair stands up on the back of our necks, adrenalin rushes through our system, and we become hyper-vigilant to find the source.

 We feel fear as a shout because it activates our fight/flight response and puts us on alert. On the other hand, unconditional love is a whisper, a soft cool breeze, a feeling of peace, and a sense of wellbeing.

Everything in our body alerts us to fear in order to prepare our biological systems for battle, but what prepares us for love? It is understandable why we are afraid of fear, but why are so many of us afraid of love?

 In fact, why is our reality so filled with fear, whereas love, especially unconditional love, is far too rare? The answer is “survival.” In our long sojourn through our third dimensional realities, we have learned that if we do not attend to fear, our lives can be endangered.

 But who wants to live a life without love? Unfortunately, for many, love is fleeting at best. That is because it is often human, conditional love. Conditional love is filled with fear, anger, sorrow, and judgment.

 These “conditions” for love arise from those that feel like they are trapped in the separation and limitation of the third dimension. On the other hand, Unconditional Love resonates to the frequency of the fifth dimension and beyond. Therefore, Unconditional Love is beyond the third dimensional limitations.

 Unconditional Love is a gentle wind on a clear day and a warm breeze.

 Unconditional Love is a resonance of multidimensional frequencies that can adhere to any person, place, situation, or thing in any dimension in all the Cosmos.

 Unconditional Love is the glue that holds all form together.

 Unconditional Love is the healing force of Multiverse. Most important, Unconditional Love is the silent language that can be shared with our self, others, and our planet to create calm, peace, unity, and knowing.

 Unconditional Love can heal any communication and solve any problem. When we love ourselves unconditionally we are so filled with joy and peace that we can easily love others unconditionally. Furthermore, we can love our planet unconditionally.

 Remembering that love is a verb, ask your self,
“What can I DO with unconditional love?”

 “Simple!” You share it. You share your Unconditional Love by attaching it to your every thought and emotion. “You share your Unconditional Love by attaching it to our every “problem” and concern. 

Then, you can just relax in the glow of Unconditional Love and observe how unconditional love heals you, repairs you, and expands your ability to BE and CREATE all that you love UNCONDITIONALLY.

 The Rose is a symbol for love.

 The transition of our love from conditional to unconditional is much like the opening of a Rose. For many eons we have placed our love on the outside of the Rose. The Core of the Rose was a mystery to us. Therefore, it became sacred.

 From the outside of the Rose, we prayed to the Sacred Center. Some of us even thought that this Sacred Center was deep inside the earth or far above us in the sky. We had not yet remembered that the Center was not above or below. 

The Center was within. The Center of the Rose, the Center of our SELF, was distant and apart from us, as the world was cruel and distrustful. Therefore, we had to be sure that we protected ourselves from outside forces that we believed were “separate.”

 After all, if we were separate from our SELF, then everything else must also be separate. But then… 
                   
                     We were lonely.
                                        We were isolated.
                                                       We felt unloved and unloving.


 Fortunately, this loneliness and need for love drove us to go “inside” to see what lay within the “Center of the Rose.” And so we began the long journey to the center of the Rose - the center of our SELF. At first, this journey was frightening because we were accustomed to thinking of ourselves as being outside of the Rose, outside of our SELF.

 The trek inside seemed long and lonely.
 If we were separate on the outside of the Rose, wouldn’t we be more separate on the inside the Rose?

But, gradually, we discovered that we were not alone inside the Rose. We came to realize that an entire world existed there, in fact, many worlds. It was our own special reality. But was it really just ours?

 Eventually, we became aware that, from the Center of the Rose, the center of our SELF, we could contact the essence of every other Rose that ever was, or ever would be.

                          We found that, in the Center of the Rose, there was no time.
                                                          In the center of the Rose, there was no space.
                                                                            We were not alone!
                                                                                         We were not separate!

 We knew that we were also on the outside of the Rose, but we kept our SELF on the inside, where life was safe and love was unconditional.

 And then it began to happen.

 There was a great change on the outside of the Rose. It occurred slowly at first, and then the change became faster and faster. The petals that had been so soft, yet firm, were beginning to change. They were not as solid anymore, nor were they as separate. The outside petals of the Rose were moving away from the Core and pulling the other petals with them.

 Now, we could not hide as easily within the Core of the Rose. The outside petals were becoming very unsteady. They were threatening to all fall from the Rose and land far, far away from the Core, away from the Rose, and away from the Core of Ourselves.

 We could not stop the petals from falling. And, if we became attached to them, we, too, would fall away from our Core. Now everyone had to journey to the Center of the Rose because the changes outside were happening faster and faster.

 But we were safe deep within ourselves. We were no longer alone. We were with everyone else who had found their way to the Center of their Core, the Core of their Rose.

 But were we protected from the outside?
 Could we really hide from what was happening outside of us?

 All the petals were falling away now, and we were no longer protected from the “outside” because there was no ”outside.”

 As each petal fell from our Rose, our Essence, our SELF, we began preparing ourselves for the “new world” that awaited us.

                             In this NEW world
                                             There were NO petals,
                                                                There was NO outside,
                                                                          There was NO separation.


 And then, all the petals were gone.

                                          We were no longer IN the Center.
                                                                   We WERE the Center.

 There was no longer a place to hide, nor was there a reason because there was NO separation. There was no OUTSIDE or ABOVE or BELOW or WITHIN because there was NO measure of distance or space. There was no fearful future or sorrowful past because there was NO time.
 There was NO core because there was NO exterior.

                                             There was only NOW.
                                                               There was only HERE.

 As we looked around us, we could see that there were still Roses that appeared to be independent from us. However, when we placed our attention upon them, they lovingly and willingly opened their Core to us, as we did to them.

                                                There were no secrets,
                                                                 There was no fear,
                                                                            There was only Unity and Unconditional Love.

                                                                       We were HOME within
                                                       The core of our true, Inter-dimensional SELF!

The illusory world, the world in which you experience life as humans, does appear to be undergoing an upsurge in violence, suffering, and conflict. Your mainstream media are taking full advantage of these events to encourage you to engage with an increasing sense of fear. Doing so just drags you deeper into the nightmare that is the illusion.

 Focus, therefore, on the “now moment,” this actual moment in which all your needs in this moment are met. Doing that brings you inwards to your holy inner space where the Light of God’s Love for you burns inextinguishably. Then you will feel the warmth of the confirmation that you are eternally held lovingly in the divine Embrace. Feeling that your energy fields expand and Love flows through you, out into the world, where it is so sorely needed to help bring people to their inevitable awakening.

 You all chose to incarnate as humans at this point in your evolutionary journey because you knew that your services were needed, and because you could envision how effective your service as humans would be. You are all extremely effective in every moment in which you intend to share and extend Love to those in need and suffering, whether they be the flood of migrants camping out in harsh weather conditions on the borders of European countries, or those suffering oppression and persecution in their home countries, or those experiencing intense poverty in your own localities. 

What is presently occurring is making it very difficult for anyone to ignore or be unaware of the desperate need of so many impoverished ones across the planet. And you know there is no need for this state of affairs. The problems of poverty can be solved, but the main political focus worldwide tends in fact to be very localized – “what need I do to be re-elected?” – and is of course fear-based. Fear is a severe drain on your energy fields, and feeds those who would control or oppress you. Focus on Love, knowing, as you do, that Love is Real and that anything not in alignment with It is unreal. 

When you do this you strengthen and empower yourselves and you drop the fearful egoic masks that you have been presenting to the world, replacing them with the vision of the loving being that you truly are and eternally remain. Your appearance then changes to align with your loving intent, the stress and agelines of your faces become far less prominent, and others then see an utterly non-threatening being whose loving energy field interacts with their own creating a space of peace and trust between you.

 As you have so often been told “You are eternal spiritual beings having a temporary physical experience.” It is your inevitable and unavoidable destiny to awaken into Reality, into the Presence of God, into Heaven, because there is absolutely nowhere else! You have never left that holy and wondrous state, you have just shut down your memories of it to enable you to engage with the illusion and the sense of separation it provides. It is your collective will that maintains it, but you have recently changed your collective will, and as a result the illusion is disintegrating in preparation for your awakening.

 What appears to be happening, in what most see as the real world, are the activities of the executives and minions of those who have for so long enslaved and oppressed humanity, as they desperately seek to retain their grasp on power. By bringing about events and instances of violence and conflict that are apparently moving the world towards division, and even anarchy, they are attempting to arouse intense fear so that people will seek a return to the status quo, to the apparent stability they remember of previous times, by supporting wholeheartedly the system that has caused all these problems in the first place.

 Do not be misled by the false promises of those whose concerns are not and never have been in the best interests of humanity, for if you allow that to happen you will be very disappointed indeed. Taking sides, supporting one side – nation, religion, political party – against another has never worked, it is divisive and always leads to further conflict. Many of your sporting activities encourage this most enthusiastically, and many of you have come to believe that it is the normal way to engage with one another. Competition is thought to lead to improvements and advances in most of your fields of human endeavor, but the cost in terms of human suffering is enormous! And the truth of that is demonstrated wherever you choose to focus your attention.

 Once more I am encouraging to you focus on being loving in every moment, regardless of the situations in which you find yourselves. It has been clearly shown throughout the eons of the illusion that conflict never resolves issues, it only escalates the troubles and establishes a larger area of conflict, as people feel obliged to take sides and make disingenuous judgments to support their opinions for doing so.

 Love does not enlist support against, instead It offers space in which harmonious cooperation can peacefully resolve issues to the benefit of all involved. With Love there are no losers!

 First, forgive yourselves for whatever you feel is unworthy of you in thought, word or deed. Having done that, then accept yourselves as you are with unconditional love. When you cease your own internal wars and make peace with yourselves you can then offer forgiveness to others. And because of the personal changes you have made within yourselves by making this intent and holding to it, others will see you differently and will respond differently to you. You can only change yourself, as you all know, but all across the world people are changing themselves, and in doing so opening their hearts to Love.

 Look for Love everywhere, It is endemic, so expect to find It by offering nothing else. Initially you will be surprised by what you find, then you will come to expect It as you naturally share It. Your nature is and always has been Love, and now many are realizing this and removing the inner cloaks or veils that have kept It hidden. This is the time of humanity’s awakening, it is an awakening into Love, so be your true and natural selves, be loving! That is all that is asked of you, and you have the ability and the desire to do it perfectly!
