Time shortens as the days speed up in their onward flight to a new paradigm. Eventually nothing will be the same, as the old ways that are Man’s creations will be left behind. People cling to that which is familiar as it gives them comfort and a feeling of security. Change must however precede the new, and you are in the final break up of what was before, and has now served its purpose.

In duality you were destined to face a series of never ending challenges. Peace like war has continually come and gone, but now that time is closing. Already you are bringing much Light to Earth, and it is breaking up the old energies allowing the new to become grounded. You can no longer maintain the old way of life, which has served you well in the course of furthering your evolution. Progress is inevitable, and it has taken place in a condition of duality which is always on the move.

Many doubt that they are the instigators of their own experiences, and feel they are the victims of circumstances beyond their control. Yet every single soul has in some way contributed to the creation of your present day experiences. The Lords of Karma control the way in which the drama of life takes place, and it is carefully orchestrated much the same way as each individual life plan. You set the stage and it is managed by Higher Spiritual Beings who ensure that a balance is kept between the dark and Light.

Without Spirit overseeing your lives, you would soon fall into decadence as there would be no plan or purpose to it. If you look at your various countries and their inhabitants, you will identify many cultures. They have their own way of life, their own beliefs and standards of morality and law. They can be quite different to one another, which is why they experience difficulties integrating into a different country. If you consider that when Spirit places souls into conditions that best serve their needs, they will purposely group together those of a similar spiritual level. You can easily find countries that are virtually lawless and this is largely the reason. Through experiencing with their own kind they daily face a reflection of themselves. Yet with them are spiritual Beings who try to show another way.

Your lives are so much more planned than you imagine, and it in no way takes away your God given freedom of choice. Clearly if life is to be of value and you leave richer in experience than when you started, it will have been successful. Success is not measured by material standards but in the learning of spiritual lessons. When you return to spiritual realms you take nothing with you from Earth, and that includes any titles that you may have acquired. The only meaningful acquisition is that of spiritual experience. It is your level of your Light vibration that determines your place in the higher realms. Unlike Earth, you will find yourselves only with those who resonate with you.

Due to the uniqueness of this period of time, you have another coming together of those who have chosen to rise up into even higher levels through Ascension. It follows that you would not be drawn to it, unless you were ready to make the final preparations that are soon to start. There is a great cleansing underway, and it will become apparent as it has physical repercussions. Again, it is planned and will manifest in a way that causes the least amount of disruption. Some is inevitable as for some time you have disrupted and destroyed much of your beautiful planet. The Earth is everyone’s home, yet it is largely treated without respect or consideration for the multitude of life forms that rely upon it for their existence.

Even what you perceive to be lower forms of life are experiencing all that is around them. Yet they do not have the freewill that Man has and are dependent upon his actions. You are responsible for the conditions created around you, and accordingly you are soon to take part in a great cleansing. The Earth itself has been ready to participate for a long time, and cannot be held back much longer from starting a major restoration. Some recent events will tell you the scale of the changes necessary to restore Earth. Do not however assume that all disruptive or damaging changes are down to Mother Earth, as your dark ones also manipulate its natural energies to induce such happenings.

Do not be dismayed or frightened at the thought of the changes that are to take place. All is carefully thought out and will occur with the full co-operation of the Galactic Federation. They will ensure that people are taken to safe locations when a major cleansing is due. These events will be carefully explained as will all other actions that are needed. Many will be carried out with such speed, that you will be pleasantly surprised as to how quickly your environment will change for the better.

Our greatest joy will be to see the coming together a Humanity that is allowed to freely express itself. Once the last cabal are removed freedom and peace will be restored. Without the oppression and restrictions presently being placed upon you will drop those falsely created barriers that have kept people apart. You may not have taken easily to the coming of “foreigners” to your countries, but it has brought you nearer to each other in understanding and acceptance. You believe “God works in mysterious ways” and to your understanding that is so, but to ours we see the most wonderful compassion and love in action.

Nothing happens by chance, except that it is of no importance in your life. Yet at the same time the most innocent remark or happening can have a marked effect on someone’s life. Now that you are regaining your powers of creation it is becoming more important that you are careful about your thoughts and actions. They do mould your life and create conditions that will ultimately affect others. Now is the time to move out of duality and stay in your Light, but share it with whomever you meet. You can also project it mentally to those parts of your world that are in turmoil, and if sufficient of you do so you will make a difference.

Soon we shall be together and you will see the fruits of all of the preparations you have made for this point in time. Be aware that you have worked towards the end times over many lives. Your evolution has not taken place overnight, and you are to be credited with great willpower and application to reach your present level. The fact that you have been given much help in no way diminishes your achievement. You have literally risen up like the Phoenix, out of the dark and into the glorious Light that you have helped create. It will be a fantastic reunion for many of you are already well known to us, and come from our home planets.

Dear ones, you have an expression about everything being in the melting pot, and this describes exactly where you are just at the moment. It is because so much is happening and changing so quickly, that we are reluctant to give too many indications as to the outcome. However some things are certain such as the end result. It is just a matter of exactly how events manifest themselves as to which one will be the deciding factor.

There are now options open to you that will ensure the last cabal are soon removed. We encourage all approaches as the pressure is already making itself felt. This leads to the frantic actions by the dark, that are taking place to produce levels of fear that will feed their ambitions. The difference now is that many people no longer fall for their tactics, and are wise enough to question what they are told. They also see beyond the false incidents that are perpetrated as part of their plan.

The truth is that the dark already sense defeat, but will press on with their agenda as directed by the Illuminati. There is clearly a lot at stake for them as once they lose their hold upon you there will be no way back. What is also clear, is that many servants of the dark are having second thoughts about the work they are being asked to carry out. Once there is a reluctance to obey orders, it will only be a short time before a complete break up takes place.

There is a simple message to you all, and that is to stay on course and do not be put off by anything else that happens. The consciousness of the people is growing rapidly and this energy cannot just be swept away. It is waking up those who were oblivious to what was happening in front of their very eyes. Now that only a short time remains before the November elections, you must be prepared for many attempts to take your attention away from the real issues. The question arises as to whether you can prevent the present administration from terrorizing people into supporting them.

You know from experience that voting can be corrupted, but can you exercise the type of control that would avoid a third consecutive election decided by false counts. There are many challenging aspects about the coming period, and we are heartened by the courageous efforts of those who are brave enough to stand up and tell how it is. Needless to say these people will have our full support and protection. Reflect on the fact that when you will not bend to fear laden tactics, you can achieve a great deal of success.

Humanity is seeing very clearly what happens when the dark are allowed to run riot. It is a lesson to everyone that shows the degree to which you have as a whole fallen from grace. Never mind about recriminations, these are unnecessary as you came into this dimension to experience duality. It has many times scaled the depths, but the Light has always remained. It cannot in fact be removed or destroyed and will always rise up again.

You are to be the victors and although you cannot yet see how this comes about, keep it in mind and know that what you experience now is short-lived. Look for the changes and concentrate on them, and do not live in fear as a result of the actions of the dark. Rather than succumb to their heinous actions, be determined to confront them in a way that removes their power to adversely affect you. Each of you can do your bit, and the most useful way is through the dissemination of the truth about what has been taking place. To know what has really been going on is to lessen its power to have any hold on you. Many still do not question what they see happening, and would be horrified to learn the truth. Minds need opening to other possibilities so that the shocking truth does not cause a negative reaction.

Discuss matters amongst yourselves, and plant an idea that may grow and reveal the truth to others. The actions of the dark are meant to destroy and destabilize society and make it easier to control. Even at this late hour you can oppose such actions, and “the truth will set you free” to quote your much used expression. Remember that we are together in this experience, and although you often feel ill equipped to deal with the power of the dark, we are much more formidable. We do however as you might say, play by the rules and as representatives of the Lighted forces would not misuse our power.

We do not threaten or harm people, and our way is through projecting the Light onto any situation that is outside of it. Many times we have approached your various leaders and offered peaceful solutions to your problems. Each time we have been turned down, because world peace would have meant relinquishing their personal power. As you still see happening around you, each country desires to be more powerful than their neighbors. Peace cannot evolve in conditions that generate fear, but it is a weapon often used.

I am Atmos of the Galactic Federation, and I can say that peace on Earth is not far away. You are demanding such a change and your prayers will not remain unanswered for much longer. It must come as the final clearing of Karma reaches its conclusion, which is necessary to allow the plan for Ascension to proceed to the next stage. Given the opportunity, humans are at heart most loving and kind, and soon you will be able to fully show this aspect of yourselves. Released from the dark energies, you will become your Godselves once more. Your real selves have been suppressed for so long, that you have denied your own divinity.

You are worthy of all the attention you are getting, and have earnt the right to be here at such a wonderful time. In such a short space of time you have dramatically lifted up your vibrations, and are beginning to realize your true potential. The dark have nothing to match the power of the Light, so go forward with complete confidence and with no fear of them. We salute you and embrace you with our love and admiration for your fortitude. We often remind you of our presence by allowing sightings of our crafts. It is our assurance that we are there for your love and protection.

What is happening before your very eyes is the polarizing of the positive and negative energies. Two paths have been open ever since the cycle of duality commenced, and now each of them are drawing even further apart. This is quite normal, and fully expected at this time as the cycle closes.

You have always had a freewill choice to follow whichever path you desire. As the dark side plumb even lower depths than before, so the division between the Light and dark now widens. Those of the Light have reached a point, where they are assured that the dark can no longer prevent their successful conclusion in achieving Ascension.

It must be evident that without outside help, there will not be a major change in the situation that confronts you on Earth at present. This does not mean that you lack the purpose or desire for change, indeed that is far from the truth. However the task of bringing about the changes yourself would now take too long. There is an agenda that we of the Galactic Federation follow, and it requires that everything is in place for the final few years. This is why we have a deadline that allows us to bring our own forces to bear upon the dark, so that their time is brought to a conclusion beforehand.

Meantime you must press on with enlightening others as to the truth. Not just about earthly matters although they are important, but of the wonderful opportunity to grow in consciousness and understanding of your true selves. Many are still unaware that life is infinite, and that only truth will remove much that worries people who see no real purpose to life. Everlasting life may be seen as a strange concept, and needs to be explained if it is to be understood. Likewise, also the truth about the illusion that is your reality.

Is it not uplifting to know that whatever problems confront you now; they do have an end when the time comes for your transition. Having left your physical body you return to higher realms, where you are no longer bound by any disabilities or illnesses that you had at the time of passing. All of your loved ones that preceded you are also present at some level or another, and will gather to greet your return. You are also released from your Karma until outstanding issues are raised once again prior to your next incarnation. Many unaware of these facts spend much time in unhappiness, believing that their God is unloving and uncaring and ready to hand out punishment, and that is of course untrue.

The purpose of life has not been deliberately hidden from you, but of necessity you are veiled from many truths about yourself. If you were not life would actually become more difficult, as you must fully relate to what you have come to learn. As interesting as knowledge of previous lives is to you, there is a danger that it could take up too much of your time. This can easily happen, where the ego is inflated by the possibility that you were a well known historical character. Each of you have in fact had so many lifetimes in a whole range of different roles. Now you will understand why we often stress that judgement of another is undesirable. You cannot possibly know what karmic responsibilities are at work, any more than you know of your own.

To be enlightened to the truth makes your passage through life so much easier, and enables you to get on with it without being distracted by what others are doing. By all means see life as it is, but try to resist getting involved unless you feel it is part of your contract for this lifetime. You will know what your path is by following your intuition, and if you lose your way your Guides will do their best to see that you get back on track.

These end times present a wonderful opportunity that only comes up at the closing of a cycle. It is a privilege for each and everyone that is here at this time, because I can say with certainty that many souls would love to be in your place. You can fast track to Ascension in a way that is unique to this particular solar cycle. You really will be extremely disappointed if you pass up this wonderful opportunity to progress, and leave these lower realms behind.

Your God, and it matters little what name you use, is the One God. Yet you squabble over who is following the right one, and you are prepared to kill or destroy for your beliefs. God is All Love and if you consider what this means, how can you possibly attribute Man’s ways to the Source of All That Is. It is about time that rigid beliefs were examined, to find out where they do not represent the true teachings. If you persist in wrong thinking, it will simply keep on coming back to you until you can see the Light of Truth.

Free choice is your prerogative, and no one from the higher dimensions will force you to follow any path except of your choosing. You will find that the truth will keep coming up, whilst anything but the truth will gradually fade away. Look for the highest concept that you can understand and try living up to it. The more success you have, you will find it easier to keep the dark influences at a distance. They really cannot touch you unless you allow it to be so, whereas the Light will always have a positive affect upon everyone.

People who continue in denial of the truth are not necessarily being negative. Often they have been drawn into false beliefs over a succession of lifetimes, and they cannot rise up out of them that easily. Even when faced by the truth, they fear that changing their own version of it will leave them floundering and without a recognizable path to follow. For those who have no firm beliefs whatsoever this present reality becomes their life, as they know no other way. As a mass consciousness you affect each other to a greater or lesser degree, now however it is separating out. Those who are rising up are lifting their vibrations too high for lesser ones to stay with them.

I am Ker-On of Venus, and see the higher vibrations giving out a glow of Light and Love not seen on Earth for a long time. This is the power and force that is guiding more souls to reach out and seek the truth of their being. May the great Light enfold you and carry you safely through these end times.

As you realize the focus on Earth is in the West and their involvement in the Middle East. What happens very much dictates the way in which the future arrives, and whether there is a general awakening of humankind. Wherever people are in the world, they cannot fail to be affected by the events that dominate the news. The war can be stopped with goodwill on both sides, but on a broader front it still leaves the unresolved problem of how to ensure that more terrorists are not born of hate or despair.

If you cannot attend to the underlying reasons that bring groups together that indulge in terrorism, it will continue to exist. There are always more people coming up that seek vengeance, and are prepared to risk or give up their life for a cause. What you see now are opportunities to address the real problem, but it requires leaders who are first and foremost concerned for peace.

You may ask wherein lies the answer, since it is clear you have few if any of your Western leaders who talk of peace as their priority. Indeed, there seems to be an emphasis on the war against terrorism, but without a solution as to how you prevent it rising up again. Trust is a scarce commodity and it is vital in any negotiations that may bring an end to war. Sadly, the West is lead by the policies that are directed by the Illuminati and until there hold is broken, there cannot be a major change in the world.

Many ask what can we do as individuals, when our representatives do not listen to our pleas or lack the will to take positive action. Politically you can petition those concerned so that they know your feelings and desire for change. Otherwise if you are a Lightworker or one who is earnest in their prayers, you can help in your own way by sending out love and Light. It may seem ineffectual against the physical might of those determined to participate in war, but know that it draws its strength from the higher dimensions. You are aware of the Law of Attraction, so use it to bring more Light to Earth.

The Light is subtle yet all-powerful and you invoke its power to bring about changes upon Earth. They may not come quick enough for your liking, but be assured that when they do they will overcome any resistance. The Higher Spiritual Councils could make an edict that would lift up everything on Earth and remove all negativity, but as much as so many of you desire such action, it is not yet possible to take such a step. For a long time you have been gradually lead away from the negativity, and onto the path of Light. With it has come many harsh lessons that must first be learnt, otherwise you will not understand how your past actions have brought you to the present period.

It is in some ways you may see it as ironic that having raised your consciousness and taken a path that is leading to Ascension, you are accompanied by the last attempts of the dark to prevent it taking place. However, as you have grown in strength you have been able to take on the karma that you have carried with you for millennia of time. It is a burden that you have all elected to carry, but with it you have the subconsciousness knowing that it can be cleared by you. In the midst of all the chaotic happenings it is perhaps hard to see how the end is brought about, but you are presently successful in curtailing the extent to which it can affect you.

The game of duality is a most serious one, and not to be spoken of lightly yet as you respond in a positive way you are proving your ability to handle it. Whatever action the dark take, it is essential that you maintain your pose and keep your eye on the goal to bring an end to their reign. It will come about and it is just a matter of timing, and be assured that once the Light forces take charge there will a great release of energy that will subdue the dark. Already the positive energy levels are increasing and will continue to do so.

You have yet to understand how much is carried out on your behalf by the forces of Light. They have ensured that whatever level of difficulty you have encountered, that the negative energies are held in check and balance maintained. The Brotherhood of Light comprises of mighty Beings that wield power beyond your present concepts, and they carry out the Creator’s plan for Man. If only you could see the glorious Light being beamed to Earth and realized how it is strengthening your hand, you would not worry about anything else. Of course there is suffering when the dark Ones are let loose, but that is in the nature of their ways. Together we can keep it under control and so far have been successful in doing so.

Start each day with the expectations of great happenings that will lift everything further into the Light. In your thoughts and prayers remember to express in your own words the plea of “let thy will be done”. In so doing you are not just acknowledging the higher powers, but also invoking them to come into your life. Need I also remind you that you are not your body, and you live in Man’s reality which is why we refer to it as an illusion. It is so because it is far removed from the truth of who you really are as your Higher Self.

I am St. Germain and I am with total compassion and love for you all, and I do see the fight that tears at your hearts. Know that there is nothing greater than your ability to overcome the strongest challenge, and you have done it before and will do it again. This is your purpose in coming to Earth, and you achieve so much more by meeting the dark on their level. You are not destined to stay in it for much longer, and you are soon to reap the rewards of eons of hard work and dedication to the Light. You have traveled a long way and are much greater for it, and you shall go forward to even greater heights as you move into the higher dimensions.

You all stand at the door of opportunity, that is opening up the most wonderful paths for your future exploration. The adventure of life is never ending, and you will choose where your next ventures take you. This time it will not be in duality, as that lesson will have been learnt. You will dwell in dimensions of pure Light, and move in the energies of the Creator’s Love for evermore.

As ever, you are confronted with issues that are of Man’s making, and it has revealed the worst aspects when Brother fights Brother. For those of you who have risen above the hatred and passion being generated, it brings sadness that after millennia of time that peaceful intentions seem so far away. Lessons are still being learnt, and great responsibility is upon the shoulders of those who seek an end to hostilities.

Words and political maneuvering are hollow unless they are accompanied with true intent to bring a fair settlement. Eventually all altercations will be brought to an end, but at what cost in human life and misery. Because of your understanding, many can see how the present problems involve those who elected to be part of the unfolding drama. The dark seek to further their own agenda, and those of the Light make sacrifices to bring home the realization of the needless and continual interference in the lives of others.

You cannot turn your back on this problem that has plagued Man for as long as your history recalls. When Man knew no better he genuinely believed in his right to take from others whatever he needed. Even now respect for Man’s sanctity and peaceful existence, is pushed aside in the interests of corporate greed and global control.

You may wonder how you could have succumbed to such a situation, and yet you have not only allowed it to happen but you have also contributed to it. Now you see the outcome and have the opportunity to make good the errors of the past. This is how evolution is achieved, and you cannot move on until you can acknowledge your mistakes, and direct your energy onto another path. You can imagine how much Karma is involved in these end times, and will know that you would not be here at this present time unless it was essential to your progress.

Reflect on what you see happening and in your mind find the answers, and send out thoughts of a personal nature that can quietly and passively help to bring calmness and peace to the Middle East. How you react is very much an indication as to where you are on your own evolutionary path. Many still fail to see that might is not right, and sooner or later those that espouse such a way of life are going to learn some harsh lessons. You are continually writing the next chapter in your life, and for those who fail to see the Light there will be a continuation of experience at this present level.

Those of you who see beyond the posturing and threats, realize that you can pour healing waters upon the fire that burns in the hearts of so many. You are the calming influence that through your words and actions can bring some sense to people who act first and ask questions later. You can see the broader picture and with heartfelt desire can show that love for your fellow man is still possible. Given the chance love will provide a way to overcome the most difficult of problems.

The Earth will not be engulfed with the negative energies that are being created. The Light is sufficiently strong to overcome them, and will not succumb to any attempts to pull more people into the fear-based actions of the few. These are the times when the Light is hard worked, but it will always come out victorious in these battles that take place on many levels.

Your confidence would be boosted if you had our perception and ability to see the outcome of events on Earth. We so often assure you that the Light is superior to the dark, but you still fear the consequences of what you see taking place. The dark cannot make one iota of difference to the Creator’s intention that this cycle should now be concluded with Ascension. What you see is simply put as the outworking of events that have to be played out. They are the cleansing of the negative energies that Man has accumulated over eons of time.

When you understand how the Light and dark operate, the future holds no further fears as the Light will always absorb or transmute the dark. It is therefore only a matter of time before it crumbles and falls away. It has no real base upon which to survive, and is reliant on holding people in perpetual fear. Break the vicious cycle of hatred and you will find that changes can occur quite quickly. The situation calls on all people to rise up and not be subjugated by the dark. Spread your Light into all areas affected by the war, and most importantly visualize peace between the people of all nations.

The battle on Earth is a microcosm of the one that has already been fought in your Universe. You are the last bastion of darkness that is being cleansed so that all is prepared in readiness for the great going through. If you consider the importance of Ascension, you will realize that there is no way that your Earth will be allowed to hold back the greater plan. It will be prepared in time to take its place with all others in that magnificent event that will herald the lifting up of your Universe.

Dear Ones, I am Ag-agria and suggest you keep the greater picture in mind, and it will give you the assurance you seek that all will be well. The Creator has spoken, and no mortal can interfere with the Plan for Man. Let events play out as they must, and bring more and more Light to Earth and you shall yet see the power you have bring about a transformation. The Galactic Federation comprises of Nations that are committed to the Light, and are ready to alight upon Earth as soon as the conditions allow. We are seeing you rise up and the Light is glowing all around Earth. It is a remarkable sight that has suddenly bloomed in the last few years, and your progress has been phenomenal. You wonder how long it will be before a sudden move comes up, that will take you towards recognisable changes that signal the commencement of a major event. Yet many movements are taking place, the net result of which are leading you towards that opening that will clearly indicate that the end times are truly under way. Beyond that we will not detail any particular event that is shaping up, except to say that the removal of the last cabal is still the top of our list.

Our wish to be more open than we are at present cannot be fulfilled until the principal opposition to us is removed. We desire to elevate our allies into positions where they have authority and acceptance, for the many events that we want to get quickly underway. The approval of your people has to be a main factor in our coming, and we do not see that as presenting any problems. Already there are great numbers who believe in our existence and our craft, and it is a relatively small step to show them that we come with your best interests at heart.

Only the most avid followers of our contact with you are conversant with the intended programme of changes that we are to introduce. Many more would see the necessity of what we bring particularly in view of your present energy crisis. The knowledge already exists for more than enough devices that will give you free energy and remove your dependence upon oil. With it comes many benefits, not least of all pollution free methods. For too long you have been denied your natural evolution away from fossil fuels. Those who have previously prevented the introduction of new innovations, will be unable to stop us from revealing the truth of their existence.

As many will be aware, it is not just energy for transport purposes that is a priority, but it powers many industrial applications that leave polluting residues and these must be changed. Clean energy is waiting to be introduced, and power stations such as you are familiar with will no longer be desirable or necessary. The technology that we shall introduce you to will be largely of an individual nature, and make you more self-supporting and independent. It will also easily be introduced into Third World area, that generally lack the basic structure for conventional energy sources.

Almost at a stroke we will lift the quality of life for so many people. What we will bring you is not distributed according to ability to pay, it is for everyone regardless of their financial status. We will not allow our technology to be manipulated and used for vast profit making, otherwise it would defeat the object of the proposed changes and restrict its availability to everyone.
With the fair distribution of the monetary funds that will be set up, the division between the rich and poor will be removed. The wealth held by a small number of people is beyond our understanding, except we do realise that greed is rampant upon Earth, and some levels can only be described as obscene. This disproportionate distribution will be remedied, although some people have simply been successful in using your monetary system quite legally to amass their wealth.

You all have essential needs that can easily be covered by the new financial system that we are setting up. When fairness and equality are seen to work, the degree of unrest and other unsociable activities will cease. Take away your worries and you become different people, with more time to express your true selves. Happiness and contentment will return, with a general coming together of all nations. Even politics will have to change, and a central method of world control will ensure that everything takes place in an evenhanded way.

We come not to dominate you or force our ways upon you. You will be very much involved in all activities, and see for yourself that the changes are for the betterment of your lives and Mother Earth. For too long little consideration has been given to the damage you are causing the planet, and it does not have unlimited resources as you are finding out. It is a living entity that responds to your activities, and has reached a point where if matters do not change they will be forced upon you. Mother Earth will literally take matters into her own hands, and shake off the pollution and cleanse the lands in her own particular way. This development has been curtailed by us but as you see already the cleansing is far reaching, and in your perception is very damaging but unfortunately that is largely unavoidable.

You only have to look around you to see that Man’s ways are destroying the very fabric of your planet. Without a major change of direction you would simply be unable to reverse the damage, and life would become intolerable. With the continuing pollution of your atmosphere, including the deliberate placement of Chemtrails in your skies you are courting all kind of disease and illness. This will also be quickly remedied once we can openly proceed with our plan. We have in fact over many years lessened the effect, and have done so from the time you first introduced nuclear technology. There would have been much more sickness and death amongst you but for our cleansing of your atmosphere.

Understand that you have been given freewill to experiment with the different ways of expressing your ideas of how to co-exist, and also how to relate to your environment and all other life forms. You have learnt much from your mistakes, and each cycle has allowed you another opportunity to express yourselves a different way. Sometimes the lessons to be learnt are presented to you again, and your progress is continually monitored. Not only do the Hierarchy of the higher realms wisely make the plans on behalf of Humanity as a whole, they also determine the potential for every nation.

Nations, families and individuals all experience within a framework of opportunities that challenge you every step of the way. Failure is a word that does not really apply, as the purpose is to bring away with you the result of trying to understand Spirit in matter. All experiences will serve you well, and you will take these with you into the next phase of your journey. Life is never still, and your Universe is forever embroiled in the effects of duality. However, as you lift up ,into the higher dimensions so the negative energies cease to have such an impact upon your life.

I am Ker-On from Venus, and look upon Earth as a beautiful planet, and with the great resources that are held by The Galactic Federation we shall restore it to its original pristine condition. We shall also be with you offering guidance so that you are fully prepared for Ascension. It is a time when much love is expressed towards you in recognition of the great Beings that you are, and your remarkable tenacity and resolve to bring success out of difficult circumstances.

It is your determination to succeed that will help remove the dark from their positions of power. You desire change, and we are there with you boosting and guiding your energies to bring the end into sight. The Light is an immovable force that you have helped anchor upon Earth, and it will manifest your new Earth through the Laws of Attraction. It is all part of the Creator’s Plan to move this sector of the Universe permanently into the Light. All of these actions are carried out with great love and care by multitudes of higher Beings.

These are undoubtedly some of the most intense times you have experienced. With modern weapons that can travel far and wide you no longer feel that you are very far from any areas of confrontation. Speaking from a karmic point of view you would not of course be involved unless there were lessons to be directly learnt. However, you cannot know for certain what involvement you may have and fear is always lurking in the background.

On the other hand, many are making excellent progress along the path to Ascension, enabling you to concentrate on your own needs. At the same time you become aware of the needs of others, and your helpful actions are based on using your Light energy. It really does come down to being of the Earth, but able to stand aside and not be distracted by outer events.

The more that you can focus on bringing the Light to bear upon Earth, the quicker there will be an end to the power of the dark. It is already waning, but cannot again rise up to its previous level. Furthermore they cannot stop the Light from increasing as it gathers pace from one day to the next. Millions of different people all over the world are giving out the Light of Love, and collectively they have set in motion an energy that has its own momentum.

Never doubt that however little you feel that you are contributing, it is important to the whole. Wherever you carry your Light it is evoking a response from others, and can help lift them up. You are a microcosm of what is happening on the higher levels, where great Beings that are Masters in using the Light are also bringing a response from you. The Earth has every attention given it, particularly at this time when much help is needed. You have never been totally left to your own fate, and many Beings both on and off Earth are helping to guide the Human Race.

Somewhere within all of your experiences is your personal plan that you are following, yet it is also part of a greater one that involves each and every person. Your evolution is part of the Creator’s Plan, and that in turn involves your Universe. The plan is magnificent in its scope, and cleverly allows for your free expression while leading you along a path that will give everyone upon Earth the opportunity to ascend. You sometimes feel that you fight your way through life without help. But that is far from the truth, and you have yet to fully understand the special attention you get. There are numerous guides and helpers that come and go according to your needs.

One day not to far in the future, you will have a clear understanding of how you have been guided and protected. Many times you walked a thin line between life and death, and yet you have been kept safe so as to fulfil your life plan. Many of you can recount near death experiences and miraculous escapes. Have you ever considered that you were protected, and circumstances “arranged” to ensure your survival. However, when it comes to the time of life to leave this dimension you will do so, but again be accompanied by your Guides who will ensure that your transition is not traumatic. Immediately you arrive on “the other side” you are met with immense love and many souls who are known to you. If you need rest to recover that is all taken care of, and your new experience is fully explained to you. You have in fact done it hundreds of times, but coming from the lower dimensions you have little or no memory of your previous transitions.

What is special about the coming Ascension is that you will not experience “death” as you understand it. You are to rise up with your physical body, although it will be in an altered state. It will be more refined and cleansed of the lower vibrations. Your consciousness will also have been restored to a level known as superconsciousness. At present you are a pale reflection of the Being that you will become, and you return to your original state of being
If you were to meet your true Self now, you may well be overawed by seeing one of such beauty and Light. At the higher level, there are no imperfections, and all is in its highest expression of perfection. The Light would be overpowering and the Love all encompassing, an experience that would be impossible to put into words.

See that what you are experiencing now is the last vestiges of a cycle that is drawing to a close. It no longer has any place in the future, and it is gradually breaking up and withdrawing. This comes through the transmutation that the Light is bringing about, and why there is the inevitable chaos and confusion. Within all that you see taking place is release from the dark energies that are being played out before you.

The dark cannot harm you unless you are drawn into their emotional war upon your senses. They wish you to be fearful and pull others into the trap that clouds your ability to see the truth. It is the last act of the play that has seen you reach the lowest point of your lives upon Earth, yet able to cling to your Light and find a way out. You have completed your sojourn in duality and it has served its purpose well. You are now much more experienced, and that will not only serve you well but others who are in your future.

Dear Ones, you are great beyond your present understanding, and it is not egotistical to accept that you are all wonderful Beings of immense Light. It is just that you have been unaware of you real Self for so long, you have been unable to recognise your divinity. When you are told that you are gods that is absolutely true, and in the not too distant future all of the attributes associated with that exalted position will once again be yours. For the moment hold on to that knowledge and know what potential power you have, and bring the real you back into being.

Dear Ones, in the Heavens a gathering is taking place of great Beings. They come from many different groups, that are responsible for ensuring that Humanity is the beneficiary of changes that are now far advanced and are appropriate for the time you are in. There is a movement towards exposure of the Illuminati plans for mankind, and the covert actions that have been taking place for a long time. It is essential that you learn of the way you have been manipulated and used, in manifesting the dark agenda that has led you to the edge of a major disaster.

The ones who are coming forward to support the revelations are being given our protection, and we will ensure that the truth shall be given out. The time for concealment has passed, and people must be released from the oppressive yoke placed upon them by the dark. Light is breaking out all over that is proving to be a mighty force that is overpowering moves by the dark to prevent their covers being exposed. Our allies are imbued with the confidence that they can provide the opportunity that will finally bring matters to a head.

We for our part are as ever closely following events, and we will draw the line beyond which the dark can pass. The net is closing in on the principal members of your Government who are responsible for the chaos that has been created. Once their power is removed, you will find that great strides will be made towards their total removal from all matters concerning your future. They have had many chances to pull back and admit their defeat, as they fully know that they cannot now possibly achieve their objective for world domination.

We will play our part in supporting you, until we can make an open declaration of our intent to come to Earth. Our work quietly takes place and we are strengthening your hand to enable progress towards our ultimate goal, which is to release you from the clutches of the dark. You have many wonderful years to come when peace shall have been made between all countries and their people. Those who remain loyal to the dark leaders will have no further say in your future, but they will be invited to come over to the Light, as everyone is encouraged to make such a transition. However, as with all other souls who may choose to remain in the lower vibrations, they will lovingly be removed, to continue their experiences elsewhere.

Feel the energy that accompanies this message, let it inspire you to send your Light out to create an even bigger impulse that will carry everything forward to a speedy conclusion. You should not be surprised if we tell you that you have much more power than you imagine. Believe it because it is true, and know that we need your support just as you need ours. Of course we could come now and force changes, but that is not our way unless it is considered a last resort. We want our joint efforts to stream together and create a firm base from which we can all work.

We call upon you to draw your attention away from the problems that besiege you, because of the issues produced by the war in the Middle East. Concentrate your minds on how to manifest your desire to see matters placed on a different level, one that will result in achieving that elusive peace. It can be done, and is vital as a way of breaking out of the cycle of death and violence.

Man is not naturally a warlike creature, but falls for the hatred whipped up by those who care little about human life. Step aside and see the dark for what they are, and do not allow them to pull you into the emotional trap that fuels death and destruction. We encourage you to be the strong Beings that you really are, standing proud and spreading your Light wherever it is needed. Now is the time to be those great Ones that you always were, Beings of Light that came from higher realms to find your way out of the dark and re-establish the Light upon Earth.

Take care and do not be distracted from your commitment to take charge of events upon Earth. You are part of a mighty force that can determine which way they work out. Many of you came to Earth to play a prominent role in these end times, and you are aware of it. You will find yourselves naturally being drawn to the groups that work with the Light, and will know when you have found your right place. This week is leading to another important period when even more Light is to be beamed to Earth. It will give you additional power and your work will yield more positive results.

Man is being forced by circumstances to establish his rightful place in this present time. It is no longer possible to be non-committal, and if you are of the Light your path is clear. You are important to the Legions of Light that approach ever nearer to you, and there will be a coming together to lift Man up. Let us go forward and provide the solutions that your governments are incapable of providing. You are the silent army of souls that are helping create the new Earth. You carry immense power and now is the time to point the way to Ascension, through your love and service to others.

REASONS TO DOUBT THE OFFICIAL STORY OF SEPTEMBER 11th, 2001

THE DAY ITSELF - EVIDENCE OF COMPLICITY

1) AWOL Chain of Command
a. It is well documented that the officials topping the chain of command for response to a domestic attack - George W. Bush, Donald Rumsfeld, Richard Myers, Montague Winfield - all found reason to do something else during the actual attacks, other than assuming their duties as decision-makers.
b. Who was actually in charge? Dick Cheney, Richard Clarke, Norman Mineta and the 9/11 Commission directly conflict in their accounts of top-level response to the unfolding events, such that several (or all) of them must be lying.

2) Air Defense Failures
a. The US air defense system failed to follow standard procedures for responding to diverted passenger flights.
b. Timelines: The various responsible agencies - NORAD, FAA, Pentagon, USAF, as well as the 9/11 Commission - gave radically different explanations for the failure (in some cases upheld for years), such that several officials must have lied; but none were held accountable.
c. Was there an air defense standdown?

3) Pentagon StrikeHow was it possible the Pentagon was hit 1 hour and 20 minutes after the attacks began? Why was there no response from Andrews Air Force Base, just 10 miles away and home to Air National Guard units charged with defending the skies above the nation's capital? How did Hani Hanjour, a man who failed as a Cessna pilot on his first flight in a Boeing, execute a difficult aerobatic maneuver to strike the Pentagon? Why did the attack strike the just-renovated side, which was largely empty and opposite from the high command?

4) Wargames
a. US military and other authorities planned or actually rehearsed defensive response to all elements of the 9/11 scenario during the year prior to the attack - including multiple hijackings, suicide crashbombings, and a strike on the Pentagon.
b. The multiple military wargames planned long in advance and held on the morning of September 11th included scenarios of a domestic air crisis, a plane crashing into a government building, and a large-scale emergency in New York. If this was only an incredible series of coincidences, why did the official investigations avoid the issue? There is evidence that the wargames created confusion as to whether the unfolding events were "real world or exercise." Did wargames serve as the cover for air defense sabotage, and/or the execution of an "inside job"?

5) Flight 93
Did the Shanksville crash occur at 10:06 (according to a seismic report) or 10:03 (according to the 9/11 Commission)? Does the Commission wish to hide what happened in the last three minutes of the flight, and if so, why? Was Flight 93 shot down, as indicated by the scattering of debris over a trail of several miles?THE DAY - POSSIBLE SMOKING GUNS

6) Did cell phones work at 30,000 feet in 2001? How many hijackings were attempted? How many flights were diverted?

7) Demolition HypothesisWhat caused the collapse of a third skyscraper, WTC 7, which was not hit by a plane? Were the Twin Towers and WTC 7 brought down by explosives? (See "The Case for Demolitions," the websites wtc7.net and 911research.wtc7.net, and the influential article by physicist Steven Jones. See also items no. 16 and 24, below.) FOREKNOWLEDGE & THE ALLEGED HIJACKERS

8) What did officials know? How did they know it?
a. Multiple allied foreign agencies informed the US government of a coming attack in detail, including the manner and likely targets of the attack, the name of the operation (the "Big Wedding"), and the names of certain men later identified as being among the perpetrators.
b. Various individuals came into possession of specific advance knowledge, and some of them tried to warn the US prior to September 11th.
c. Certain prominent persons received warnings not to fly on the week or on the day of September 11th.

9) Able Danger, Plus - Surveillance of Alleged Hijackersa. The men identified as the 9/11 ringleaders were under surveillance for years beforehand, on the suspicion they were terrorists, by a variety of US and allied authorities - including the CIA, the US military's "Able Danger" program, the German authorities, Israeli intelligence and others. b. Two of the alleged ringleaders who were known to be under surveillance by the CIA also lived with an FBI asset in San Diego, but this is supposed to be yet another a coincidence.

10) Obstruction of FBI Investigations prior to 9/11A group of FBI officials in New York systematically suppressed field investigations of potential terrorists that might have uncovered the alleged hijackers - as the Moussaoui case once again showed. The stories of Sibel Edmonds, Robert Wright, Coleen Rowley and Harry Samit, the "Phoenix Memo," David Schippers, the 199i orders restricting investigations, the Bush administration's order to back off the Bin Ladin family, the reaction to the "Bojinka" plot, and John O'Neil do not, when considered in sum, indicate mere incompetence, but high-level corruption and protection of criminal networks, including the network of the alleged 9/11 conspirators. (Nearly all of these examples were omitted from or relegated to fleeting footnotes in The 9/11 Commission Report.)

11) Insider Trading
a. Unknown speculators allegedly used foreknowledge of the Sept. 11th events to profiteer on many markets internationally - including but not limited to "put options" placed to short-sell the two airlines, WTC tenants, and WTC re-insurance companies in Chicago and London.
b. In addition, suspicious monetary transactions worth hundreds of millions were conducted through offices at the Twin Towers during the actual attacks.
c. Initial reports on these trades were suppressed and forgotten, and only years later did the 9/11 Commission and SEC provide a partial, but untenable explanation for only a small number of transactions (covering only the airline put options through the Chicago Board of Exchange).

12) Who were the perpetrators?
a. Much of the evidence establishing who did the crime is dubious and miraculous: bags full of incriminating material that happened to miss the flight or were left in a van; the "magic passport" of an alleged hijacker, found at Ground Zero; documents found at motels where the alleged perpetrators had stayed days and weeks before 9/11.
b. The identities of the alleged hijackers remain unresolved, there are contradictions in official accounts of their actions and travels, and there is evidence several of them had "doubles," all of which is omitted from official investigations.
c. 13) Who Is Osama Bin Ladin?
a. Who judges which of the many conflicting and dubious statements and videos attributed to Osama Bin Ladin are genuine, and which are fake? The most important Osama Bin Ladin video (Nov. 2001), in which he supposedly confesses to masterminding 9/11, appears to be a fake. In any event, the State Department's translation of it is fraudulent.
b. Did Osama Bin Ladin visit Dubai and meet a CIA agent in July 2001 (Le Figaro)? Was he receiving dyalisis in a Pakistani military hospital on the night of September 10, 2001 (CBS)?
c. Whether by Bush or Clinton: Why is Osama always allowed to escape?
d. The terror network associated with Osama, known as the "data base" (al-Qaeda), originated in the CIA-sponsored 1980s anti-Soviet jihad in Afghanistan. When did this network stop serving as an asset to covert operations by US intelligence and allied agencies? What were its operatives doing in Kosovo, Bosnia and Chechnya in the years prior to 9/11?

14) All the Signs of a Systematic 9/11 Cover-up
a. Airplane black boxes were found at Ground Zero, according to two first responders and an unnamed NTSB official, but they were "disappeared" and their existence is denied in The 9/11 Commission Report.
b. US officials consistently suppressed and destroyed evidence (like the tapes recorded by air traffic controllers who handled the New York flights).
c. Whistleblowers (like Sibel Edmonds and Anthony Shaffer) were intimidated, gagged and sanctioned, sending a clear signal to others who might be thinking about speaking out.
d. Officials who "failed" (like Myers and Eberhard, as well as Frasca, Maltbie and Bowman of the FBI) were given promotions.

15) Poisoning New YorkThe White House deliberately pressured the EPA into giving false public assurances that the toxic air at Ground Zero was safe to breathe. This knowingly contributed to an as-yet unknown number of health cases and fatalities, and demonstrates that the administration does consider the lives of American citizens to be expendable on behalf of certain interests.

16) Disposing of the Crime Scene The rapid and illegal scrapping of the WTC ruins at Ground Zero disposed of almost all of the structural steel indispensable to any investigation of the collapse mechanics. (See also item no. 23, below.)

17) AnthraxMailings of weapons-grade anthrax - which caused a practical suspension of the 9/11 investigations - were traced back to US military stock. Soon after the attacks began in October 2001, the FBI approved the destruction of the original samples of the Ames strain, disposing of perhaps the most important evidence in identifying the source of the pathogens used in the mailings. Were the anthrax attacks timed to coincide with the Afghanistan invasion? Why were the letters sent only to media figures and to the leaders of the opposition in the Senate (who had just raised objections to the USA PATRIOT Act)?

18) The Stonewall
a. Colin Powell promised a "white paper" from the State Department to establish the authorship of the attacks by al-Qaeda. This was never forthcoming, and was instead replaced by a paper from Tony Blair, which presented only circumstantial evidence, with very few points actually relating to September 11th.
b. Bush and Cheney pressured the (freshly-anthraxed) leadership of the Congressional opposition into delaying the 9/11 investigation for months. The administration fought against the creation of an independent investigation for more than a year.
c. The White House thereupon attempted to appoint Henry Kissinger as the chief investigator, and acted to underfund and obstruct the 9/11 Commission.

19) A Record of Official Lies
a. "No one could have imagined planes into buildings" - a transparent falsehood upheld repeatedly by Rice, Rumsfeld and Bush.
b. "Iraq was connected to 9/11" - The most "outrageous conspiracy theory" of all, with the most disastrous impact.

20) Pakistani Connection - Congressional Connection
a. The Pakistani intelligence agency ISI, creator of the Taliban and close ally to both the CIA and "al-Qaeda," allegedly wired $100,000 to Mohamed Atta just prior to September 11th, reportedly through the ISI asset Omar Saeed Sheikh (later arrested for the killing of Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl, who was investigating ISI connections to "al-Qaeda.")
b. This was ignored by the congressional 9/11 investigation, although the senator and congressman who ran the probe (Bob Graham and Porter Goss) were meeting with the ISI chief, Mahmud Ahmed, on Capitol Hill on the morning of September 11th.
c. About 25 percent of the report of the Congressional Joint Inquiry was redacted, including long passages regarding how the attack (or the network allegedly behind it) was financed. Graham later said foreign allies were involved in financing the alleged terror network, but that this would only come out in 30 years.

21) Unanswered Questions and the "Final Fraud" of the 9/11 Commission:
a. The September 11th families who fought for and gained an independent investigation (the 9/11 Commission) posed 400-plus questions, which the 9/11 Commission adopted as its roadmap. The vast majority of these questions were completely ignored in the Commission hearings and the final report.
b. The membership and staff of the 9/11 Commission displayed awesome conflicts of interest. The families called for the resignation of Executive Director Philip Zelikow, a Bush administration member and close associate of "star witness" Condoleezza Rice, and were snubbed. Commission member Max Cleland resigned, condemning the entire exercise as a "scam" and "whitewash."
c.The 9/11 Commission Report is notable mainly for its obvious omissions, distortions and outright falsehoods - ignoring anything incompatible with the official story, banishing the issues to footnotes, and even dismissing the still-unresolved question of who financed 9/11 as being "of little practical significance."

22) Crown Witnesses Held at Undisclosed Locations The alleged masterminds of 9/11, Khalid Sheikh Mohamed (KSM) and Ramzi Binalshibh, are reported to have been captured in 2002 and 2003, although one Pakistani newspaper said KSM was killed in an attempted capture. They have been held at undisclosed locations and their supposed testimonies, as provided in transcript form by the government, form much of the basis for The 9/11 Commission Report (although the Commission's request to see them in person was denied). After holding them for years, why doesn't the government produce these men and put them to trial?

23) Spitzer Redux a. Eliot Spitzer, attorney general of New York State, snubbed pleas by New York citizens to open 9/11 as a criminal case (Justicefor911.org). b. Spitzer also refused to allow his employee, former 9/11 Commission staff member Dietrich Snell, to testify to the Congress about his (Snell's) role in keeping "Able Danger" entirely out of The 9/11 Commission Report.

24) NIST OmissionsAfter the destruction of the WTC structural steel, the official Twin Towers collapse investigation was left with almost no forensic evidence, and thus could only provide dubious computer models of ultimately unprovable hypotheses. It failed to even test for the possibility of explosives. (Why not clear this up?)

25) Radio SilenceThe 9/11 Commission and NIST both allowed the continuing cover-up of how Motorola's faulty radios, purchased by the Giuliani administration, caused firefighter deaths at the WTC - once again showing the expendability, even of the first responders.

26) The Legal Catch-22
a. Hush Money - Accepting victims' compensation barred September 11th families from pursuing discovery through litigation.
b. Judge Hallerstein - Those who refused compensation to pursue litigation and discovery had their cases consolidated under the same judge (and as a rule dismissed).

27) Saudi Connections

Abstract

There has been a worldwide suppression of a secret extraterrestrial presence on Earth for at least 50 years from the general public and most elected public officials. The official public disclosure of the extraterrestrial presence has long been speculated to be imminent. The repeated delays have led to much uncertainty over when the secret extraterrestrial presence will eventually be disclosed. Some whistleblowers persuasively argue that once international terrorism fails to be a credible justification for the vast military expenditures by the U.S. military, then military-intelligence agencies will turn to the extraterrestrial presence to justify such expenditure. However, rather than ‘when’ being the critical issue to be decided, it appears that the more difficult issue is ‘how’ the extraterrestrial presence will be disclosed or ‘politically spun’.

The different scenarios of a first contact that have emerged into the public arena by various UFO researchers/whistleblowers point to a competition between and within government agencies for how ‘First Contact’ will be ‘spun’ for world-wide consumption. It appears that there are strong factional rivalries within clandestine organizations that respectively have their own favored contact scenario. It is these rivalries that best explain the long delay in public disclosure of the extraterrestrial presence.

Preparing for ‘First Contact’ is a means of understanding the full extent of the extraterrestrial presence, the accompanying secrecy that has accompanied this, and being ready for a ‘First Contact’ event that firmly transforms human life on Earth. There are, however, a number of contact scenarios that put a particular ‘spin’ on the extraterrestrial presence that would allow clandestine national security agencies to continue to control extraterrestrial affairs in a secret and undemocratic manner. Significant changes in public opinion of extraterrestrials can be attributed not just to alleged extraterrestrial behavior and spontaneous changes in public attitudes, but to a secret competition between different factions of the ‘shadow government’ promoting perceptions that support a particular First Contact scenario that best permits their continued influence and power.

Beginning in the months of October/November 2003, an alternative scenario began circulating on the World Wide Web that has led to the emergence of a new actor in how public opinion is being shaped for a ‘First Contact’ event. This new actor is outside of the mass media system that is largely controlled by a small number of elites associated with management groups of extraterrestrial affairs, and appears to be solely a result of a spontaneous global response to ‘when’ and ‘how’ First Contact should occur. In what follows, I examine three First Contact scenarios that have varying degrees of support and can be considered most likely to occur. Finally, I examine how public opinion is being shaped in ways that promote particular First Contact scenarios, and the respective roles of extraterrestrials, national security agencies, UFO/exopolitics researchers, and the general public.

About the Author

Dr. Michael E. Salla is a pioneer in the development of exopolitics, the scholarly study of the political implications of an extraterrestrial presence that is not acknowledged to the general public, elected officials nor the mass media. His interest in exopolitics evolved out of his investigation of the sources of international conflict and its relationship with the undisclosed extraterrestrial presence.

He cites evidence of as many as sixteen different extraterrestrial races currently interacting with humanity in a variety of ways, with a number of other races simply monitoring the Earth (click to read). His groundbreaking book Exopolitics: Political Implications of the Extraterrestrial Presence (Dandelion Books, 2004) presents the first scholarly framework for understanding the political implications of the extraterrestrial presence.

Dr. Salla is an internationally recognized scholar in international politics, conflict resolution, 'track two diplomacy', US foreign policy, and is the author/editor of an additional four books including The Hero's Journey Toward a Second American Century (Greenwood Press, 2002); Essays on Peace (Central Queensland University Press, 1995); Why the Cold War Ended (Greenwood Press, 1995); and Islamic Radicalism, Muslim Nations and the West (1993).

He has also authored more than seventy articles, chapters, and book reviews on peace, ethnic conflict and conflict resolution. He has held academic appointments in the School of International Service& the Center for Global Peace, American University, Washington DC (1996-2004); the Department of Political Science, Australian National University, Canberra, Australia (1994-96); and the Elliott School of International Affairs, George Washington University, Washington D.C., (2002). He has a PhD in Government from the University of Queensland, Australia, and an MA in Philosophy from the University of Melbourne, Australia.

Dr Salla has conducted research and fieldwork in the ethnic conflicts in East Timor,Kosovo, Macedonia, and Sri Lanka, and organized succesful 'track two diplomacy' and peacemaking initiatives involving mid to high level participants from these conflicts. He combines his experience in 'track two diplomacy' in the interational arena with his exopolitics research to produce a unique set of skills and knowledge base for 'galactic diplomacy' involving private citizens and groups. It is his unique scholarly combination of conflict resolution, 'track two diplomacy', international politics and exopolitics that provides a firm foundation for establishing key principles and practices of ‘track two galactic diplomacy'.

Political Spin and the Extraterrestrial Presence

William Safire defines ‘political spin’ as "a deliberate shading of news perception; attempted control of political reaction." [4] The terms ‘political spin’ and ‘spin doctors’ first came to be used in U.S. Presidential campaigns. [5] The following editorial by the New York Times referred to how ‘political spin’ was professionally handled by President Reagan’s senior advisors shortly before the 1984 elections:

A dozen men in good suits and women in silk dresses will circulate smoothly among the reporters, spouting confident opinions. They won't be just press agents trying to impart a favorable spin to a routine release. They'll be Spin Doctors, senior advisors to the candidates, and they'll be playing for very high stakes. How well they do their work could be as important as how well the candidates do theirs. [6]

Rather than something that pertains solely to the conventional political process, ‘political spin’ has been used in managing the extraterrestrial phenomenon from the 1940’s due to the covert work of military intelligence agencies whose task it has been to cover up the extraterrestrial presence to the general public. Official documents leaked to the general public show that a secrecy policy was initiated as early as 1947 under the Truman administration. [7] The following passage from an ‘alleged official document’ leaked to UFO researchers, describes in stark detail the official secrecy policy as it had evolved by April 1954:

Any encounter with entities known to be of extraterrestrial origin is to be considered to be a matter of national security and therefore classified TOP SECRET. Under no circumstances is the general public or the public press to learn of the existence of these entities. The official government policy is that such creatures do not exist, and that no agency of the federal government is now engaged in any study of extraterrestrials or their artifacts. Any deviation from this stated policy is absolutely forbidden. [8]

The officially sanctioned secrecy policy was supported by military intelligence agencies whose task it has been to deflect public attention away from the extraterrestrial presence. Arguably the single most important achievement in deflecting public attention away was in developing the term ‘UFO’, which was supposedly coined by Captain Edward Ruppelt in 1951 to replace the less scientifically precise term ‘flying saucer’. Ruppelt claimed that “UFO is the official term that I created to replace the words 'flying saucers'." [9] Yet as Dr Steven Greer discovered in his consultations with a range of military-government insiders, the term UFO was not widely used at all by insiders: “They're actually ETV, extraterrestrial vehicle, related. No one uses the word UFO, by the way. UFO was coined after they knew they weren't unidentified.” [10] The term UFO therefore provided a useful cover for the extraterrestrial vehicles that were known rather than unidentified. This piece of word sophistry proved to be invaluable in the succeeding decades for senior officials who might have to occasionally go on the public record. So rather than outright lying, senior government and military officials who knew about the extraterrestrial presence were strictly telling the truth when they could say, for example, ‘that they had seen no evidence supporting the existence of UFOs.’

Such denials of the existence of UFO’s or evidence supporting them was simply military intelligence ‘spin’ based on secret military knowledge of extraterrestrial piloted craft that were ‘identified’, rather than ‘unidentified’. According to John Maynard, a former Defense Intelligence Agency analyst who helped in covering up the extraterrestrial presence this was done through what he described as ‘disinformation’ which has a similar dynamic to political spin:

Disinformation or misinformation: The art of provided information in a form that has a certain amount of truth in the statement to make it a plausible answer to a question or a possible solution to the topic at hand. Yet, if employed correctly will lead the person to believe the opposite of what is correct, in other words, come to the wrong conclusions… [For example] A simple program, say changing the shape of an object, such as flying saucers. State the real fact of what was stated, but add that you 'thought it was saucer-shaped', and suggest that the person who was looking at it from a different angle, saw something like this: "You said it was cigar-shaped, I thought it was more of a saucer shape myself, probably the angle made the difference." If you keep repeating this eventually they will believe it was saucer- shaped. The truth: the person saw a cigar-shaped object. You changed their minds, and that is what will be reported. [11]

So along with disinformation, ‘political spin’ made it possible for senior officials to cover up for decades what they knew, and to allow the general public to remain in the dark about visiting extraterrestrial races. So rather than a new development, ‘political spin’, along with other military intelligence strategies such as disinformation, has been used since the very beginning of the UFO phenomenon to shape public perceptions about the reality of visiting extraterrestrial races and their vehicles. So I now precede to examine two ‘officially sanctioned’ scenarios that are likely to be ‘spun’ to prepare the general public for ‘first contact’ with extraterrestrial races in a way that will assist the long term agenda of national intelligence agencies. Without a doubt this month is one of great importance, and over the next few weeks there will be developments brought to your attention. They will show you signs that open up a path to change as you have expected. There are two directions being clearly opened up, one is more of the same chaos and destruction that you are now experiencing. The other is the intensity of the Light that is now growing more rapidly than at any other previous time.

There is no escaping the choice which is being presented, and it shall continue to be so for the immediate future. Man cannot be of both camps, and the decision has to be made as to which path you will align with that will allow your preparation for what is to come. Great Beings are approaching Earth and very soon they will find the vibrations have been raised sufficiently to allow their full presence. Meantime, they continue to spread their Light amongst you, and are one of many sources helping with your upliftment.

The incoming energies are attracted to you when your Light is shining out, and it is certain that by now many of you are able to notice the effect it has upon you. Your consciousness is expanding and with it comes an understanding of the power of love. You have often been told about it, now you can acknowledge it through your own experiences. Love self, and love all else and you will find a great strength within. It brings peace regardless of what is happening around you, a peace that allows you to experience a beautiful calmness and serenity.

Looking back you must surely see how the changes within have been very subtle. This is a wonderful achievement in the face of the escalating dark energies of war and conflict. Heaven needs every warrior of the Light to stay firm, and know that you are the front line against any attempt of the dark to further their plan. You often ask what you can do as the circumstances seem beyond your capability to make any difference. Know that as a Mass Consciousness you are powerful indeed, and are continuing to grow quicker than ever. It is your collective Light that is gradually lifting up the Earth, and it moves closer to the point where it will become one with the energies that are bringing change.

The coming together of the Light will be the great event that signals your readiness to take the next steps to Ascension. The dark energies cannot follow or even exist at this level and a clear dimensional change will have taken place. You already have one foot in the higher dimension, and this is why you are becoming a Higher Being with all of the attributes that would be expected.

Telepathy is already apparent within many of you who had no such ability just a few years ago. Healing abilities are also on the rise, and you often heal without realizing your new found skill. Try self-healing and see how your body responds to your commands, as you are in charge. You have heard that thoughts are energy, and for this reason they will act upon your body. Direct love and accompany it with a visualization of what it is you require to heal. Your body cells respond to thought, indeed they do so all of the time and you can energize them to do what you want. A positive approach is needed, and should be one that is concluded by the command that “you are healed”. Be patient and the results will manifest in the course of time. You have not yet reached a stage where healing is instantaneous, but you will eventually.

Dear Ones, you are beginning to “feel” the new energies as you take them to yourself. People will notice how serene and gentle you have become, and it is because you have found that elusive inner peace. The great teachers exuded such energy and they personified God incarnate. Do not cloud your energies by allowing them to be affected by the negative ones that presently abound upon Earth. You are much more powerful than they are, and they cannot touch you while your Light remains as your protection.

See the dark and know that it needs transmuting, and as a Lightworker envelope it in your thoughts of love. The reasons for the dark are not important for the purpose of healing, simply know that your Light along with that of other healers will make a difference. If peace breaks out where hitherto there was chaos and destruction, know that your efforts will have played an important part in that achievement.

Healing is such a natural part of your psyche and you do it subconsciously all of the time. Humans can be contrite and difficult, and sometimes display the worst aspects of humanity. However, you still have a soul that carries the spark of Light inside you, and it occasionally flickers back into life. Everyone has the capability to express their love, and this energy is all-powerful when used with purpose and understanding.

In these present times it is more important than never that you keep on track. You cannot take all of the troubles of the world on your shoulders, just see what is happening and try to focus on the positive changes. Too much emphasis on the activities of the dark is distracting at a time when your positive energy and thoughts are required to bring peace to Earth. You are in a period that is utterly confusing and testing, but ride above it in the knowledge that it is soon to pass. Then everyone will see the power of the Light and Love take over.

You need hardly be reminded that you are in the end times, and are seeing a great clear out of the dark energies that have been holding everyone back. It is of necessity that they are dealt with before the next step in your evolution can take place. On the surface matters do appear worse, but it is necessary to bring matters to a head. Many of you as individuals are also in a similar position, and working hard to move out of the lower vibrations.

It is without doubt a most hectic time, yet from out of it all the Phoenix will arise again. Each and every one of you are great Beings of Light, and when you allow yourselves to acknowledge it you can go forward with total faith. To your Light you will fully return, but first the cleansing must be completed. Every opportunity is given for you to lift up, and it is partly self-achieving as the more you can do so, the more you attract the higher energies.

The dark are being engulfed in the mire of their own making. There is no longer a way out, although they arrogantly believe that they can escape the responsibility for their deeds. Universal Law ensures that everyone answers for their actions, and there is no way at all that it can be avoided. For this reason we ask that you bear it in mind, and do not become too concerned about punishment of those who break the law. It is very easy to get caught up in the emotional reactions to what is happening in front of your eyes.

These are times when you can help immensely to bring a degree of calmness to the world. The more of you that concentrate on bringing the Light to Earth, the quicker you will see positive changes begin to take place. Your role in these end times is extremely important, and we can use you to anchor even more Light upon Earth. It is growing all of the time and helps keep a balance that will ensure that the dark are kept in their place. We are aware that many more people are desiring peace on Earth, and a great thought form has developed that will help bring it about, and as always action follows thought.

You see the potential for matters to get out of hand, but we will not allow it. So far you are experiencing the extent to which Karma has dictated the outcome. It is reaching the end, and there will be a cessation of warlike activities. Then will come a period of retrospection, and a peaceful settlement. The problem has been that settlements rarely recognize the rights of other people. It simply means that if they do not they will come up again. Man has to treat people with equality, as until that lesson is learnt there cannot be lasting peace.

You came to Earth to learn many lessons, and now it is considered that you have gone as far as it was intended. The cycle must end very soon, and provisions have been made for every soul to journey onwards onto new pastures. If your lessons are presented to you many times it is inevitable that you eventually achieve success. Heaven wants you to succeed and always help is on hand. It is because time is short that life has become rather hectic, as you are busy clearing Karma. You will find, that the more you lift up, the stronger becomes your ability to succeed.

Humans have a habit of undermining themselves. Part of the problem is that over eons of time they have been led to believe that they are lesser Beings. Levels of intelligence have been allowed to create divisions between people, where lack has been considered as some form of inferiority. This seems to have been linked with the ability to acquire wealth, and yet another division has been created. Spirituality is often not recognized at all except perhaps within religious movements, and even this has created divisions. For historical reasons white skinned people have always been considered as superior to the black, and racism has been fuelled by such beliefs.

Dear Ones, you have created your own problems over millennia of time by choosing to see the differences between you all. With the intermixing of the races a degree of change has occurred, and much more tolerance has been learnt. Modern communications and ability to travel far and wide has also helped to break down barriers. However, some people are still greatly affected by their previous life experiences, and still carry deeply ingrained prejudices.
This is the time to release them and see the Oneness of every living form, and its dependence on all others.

When you want for others what you want for yourself, I would say you have gone a long way down the path of understanding. Let your natural love for life extend to everyone, and try to see all that is positive about those around you. Know that each has a life plan that may include you, and you can help their evolution through correct thought and actions. Remember that karmic links are never accidental, and they are planned and intended to help each individual involved.

Even those who take the negative roles in life are learning lessons, and if it involves you perhaps you can learn one of forgiveness. This of course extends beyond your personal experiences, and the challenge is to forgive those who around you who have not yet stepped onto the path of Light. As we often ask of you, do not allow yourself to make judgments of others. Where you see the dark ones playing out their game, send Love and Light so that their heart center may be opened again. One day, each and every one of them will rise up again and you will have helped.

I am St. Germain, and know that the words “I Forgive” seem to be the hardest ones that people find possible to say. This often arises from some hurt that has been experienced, but I say to you that there was also a lesson in it for you. You come together with others to work out your problems. Even if you cannot fully understand the circumstances, try to make allowance for the reasons you were involved. Forgiveness is not to give succor to the ego, but will allow your Higher Self to express through you as a Being of Light. Be the God that you are, and allow your Love to touch everyone around you.
