Remember that your reality is referred to as an illusion, because you created it yourself. As has happened in earlier civilizations, you could have reached a peak of spiritual advancement resulting in a different path for Mankind. Following the collapse of Atlantis, you were left to pick up the pieces which is why in many areas a caveman existence was all you experienced. Naturally highly spiritual communities grew up here and there such as the Essenes, but there was too much opposition for them to continue for very long. The negative energy was powerfully embedded in the Earth, and you have struggled to overcome it. Consequently as shown by your history, life has been a series of experiences brought about by the lack of spiritual direction.

However, what has been happening in more recent times is that a divine plan has been formulated to bring more Light to Earth. It has been a slow process as many factors are involved. You had to be allowed to expand your consciousness, at a rate where it could be gradually assimilated without becoming too overbearing. It has proved to have been a most successful plan, witnessed by the great strides forward that you have made within the last century. As you will understand, you are fulfilling your destiny to ascend as the cycle of duality in your dimension is coming to a close. It could have turned out differently, but for the great input of higher energies that have lifted you up. Also with our authority to protect you and help you onto the path of Ascension, we have supported those of you who by your freewill choice have chosen it as your next evolutionary step forward. If you had instead dropped lower into the darker realms, we could not have intervened without interfering with your freewill.

So you can see that it is you have decided your future, and although Ascension would seem to be such a wonderful opportunity to leave duality, there are still many souls that are unprepared for such a great leap forward. Their lives will continue as before in the 3rd. dimension, and they will not lose any advances in their consciousness levels by doing so. It is always ongoing, and those souls that have lost all sense of their true selves, will eventually find their way back home to the Light. That was a promise made to you when as higher souls you took on the challenge of entering the cycle of duality. Do you not often hear other people say, that there must be something better than what you are experiencing? Although you created it, it was never meant to be a permanent condition and you now approach its final days.

The Galactic Federation has many member civilizations that some of you initially came from, and most likely you will choose to return to them. All along brave souls have incarnated to bring Light into your lives, and at times it has been a dangerous situation to be in. The dark Ones have always sought to prevent you from learning the truth, and put to death many Lighted Ones including Jesus. However, their mere presence always leaves an energy that can continue to influence others. In spite of centuries of persecution, those following a path of Light have managed to leave their messages behind, and it has helped the expansion of your consciousness. As we look down on you we fully understand what you are going through, and know that you have the strength to withstand the last attempts of the dark Ones to take you from your path.

Your task to lift up is in our opinion made more easy by living now to the highest expression of yourself. By so doing you can become centered and focused upon the future, thus preventing any distractions from taking your attention away from your goal. It does not come easy as for so long you have been conditioned to act in certain ways, and accept what you are told. You are also continually bombarded by the media and other sources, to believe you are subservient to the dictates of the dark Ones. We remind you that you are sovereign Beings and have rights that have been denied you, and will be returned to you in the not too distant future. In fact you are entitled to be honored and revered for your faith and love for God. It has held fast regardless of the attempts of the dark Ones to separate you from God. Some souls may not yet have found God within, but all have that godspark that can be re-ignited.

You are in the last throes of domination by the dark Ones, and their power and authority is rapidly diminishing. It cannot hold good as the Light reveals what has been happening, and is transmuting the lower energies. All proceeds well, in spite of the calamities that are affecting a number of countries now. With your heartfelt responses and compassion the effects will slowly be addressed. It comes with realizing the Oneness of all Life, and how dependent you are on each other. As we view what is occurring, we can tell you that there is really nothing to fear. You are destined to overcome all problems quite quickly, and of course we will have a big hand in helping you. Look on the bright side and you will be doing all that can be asked of you.

Some will say it is easy for us and of course it is, but that is because we have long moved beyond the need to experience the lower energies that are held in your dimension. However, that does not affect our love and concern for you all. It is our delight and joy to help where we can, given that we have chosen to adhere to Universal Law. The dark Ones have no such observance of them, but they are nevertheless bound by them and they will be answerable for their actions. They are naïve and believe they get away with their heinous activities, but the records of every ones lives exist in the higher dimensions. This must be so as if not you would be unable to review your lives when you return to them. You will note that we have said that it is “you” who reviews each life, and there is no one else that does so. It is for you to decide how it will affect any subsequent life, although your Guides and Angelic Beings are with you to advise you if you wish. Because you are on the outside looking in, you can be non-judgmental where yourself and others are concerned. Each soul will do the same, and sometimes you decide to come together again with those who have shared your lives before.

" Your understanding also allows for the acceptance of all souls "

We refer to Ascension often, because it is the most important issue that you will have to decide. We have mentioned that once you decide to ascend, you are creating a pathway to it. The point we wish to emphasize is that many paths lead to it, so you need not be concerned if others follow one different to yours. You will find that they all lead to a moment in time, when there are great changes involving Mother Earth. Where you go from there depends on whether your vibrations are such that you can be lifted up. If they are not at a level where you can, then clearly you will continue at the same one as before. That means you were not ready for Ascension, and indeed the higher vibrations would not suit you and would make you feel uncomfortable. Fortunately you cannot but advance to a level until you are ready, and that is Universal Law.

Some people have such a rigid mindset that although they find greater truths around them, they find it very difficult to move on. They have become bound by the chains of their beliefs, they will be amongst those who will continue to experience in this existing dimension. Fear plays a part and they cannot contemplate that they are in a state of denial, yet they invariably have their personal doubts in connection with their beliefs. As we do where all souls are concerned, we place the truth in front of them and it is up to them how they deal with it. When you have found the true path, there is no conflict within as you are at peace with all life. Your understanding also allows for the acceptance of all souls, because you see them as an equally important part of the whole. You are one mighty group soul, and all contribute to the mass consciousness. Due to the efforts of the Lightworkers, it is continually expanding and is helping bring others out of the darkness that engulfs them.

Levels of consciousness have reached a point, where further upliftment is going to occur at an even quicker rate. Almost every month there are configurations of some kind that are bringing it about. It is extremely good news as the higher you can take your consciousness, it will help manifest the new paradigm. You cannot have a vacuum, and as soon as the old is removed the new is waiting to take its place. The Divine Plan for your release from duality is well established, and all stands in readiness for the first time conditions allow it to proceed. Our allies make steady progress, and have established a strong front against any attempts to prevent the ultimate changes from going ahead. It is not a question of whether they will, they MUST- to fulfill the needs of the people. Also the cleansing must take place to enable the Earth to be restored, and these are all stepping-stones on the path to Ascension.

We of the Galactic Federation have long ago learnt to curb our desires to rush matters, as we are moved by our strong love for other souls who are suffering. We would dearly love to appear on Earth now, and put a stop to all of the actions being taken that are not in your interests. However, as you surely know by now, we obey the higher principles of Universal Law that prevents us from doing so. What is wonderful is to see is your own response as more of you reach a greater state of awareness. You are putting your energies into use and are taking your own action, and believe us it is having a positive affect.

So much more is known about us and other Space Beings in general. The subject is increasingly becoming spoken of in public, and no longer is there any stigma attached to having a belief in our existence. The proof of our existence is no longer a matter for speculation, and only the most skeptic amongst you could deny it. It allows us to be bolder in our presence around you in your skies, and also on your Earth. So much is known about us, it will almost be just a formality when Disclosure is announced. However, what it will do is allow the hidden truth to come out about our long-standing relationship with you. You will also learn about our many operations on your behalf, to prevent the dark Ones from destroying you and Mother Earth. After the destruction of Maldek in your Solar System, God decreed that such an act would never be allowed again, and we are charged with ensuring that it is observed. If allowed, such an act would have seriously put back your evolution, and would have also interfered with other civilizations. That could not be tolerated, as this particular cycle was planned eons of time ago to end with Ascension.

Now you stand in the midst of the chaos, that is a sure sign that the old is breaking up. For some it is an extra painful experience, but understand you are all where you are supposed to be for the end times. The nightmare is real enough, but you have the power to change it through your power of thought. You are creating the way the final days work out, and it can be joyful and exciting or fearful and depressing depending on how you view it. Lightworkers know that it is best to stay calm and centered at all times, and not allow fear to creep in. All life is infinite and whatever happens you will be looked after by Beings of a high vibration, that have the power to bring you Love and Light. We count ourselves amongst them, and our actions are never ones to cause you harm. Even when we have to deal with the dark Ones, we do it from a position of loving all souls. Whatever levels they are at their Light cannot be extinguished, and we bless them for being part of the great experiment that you all agreed to take part in. We are not here to judge anyone, and we know that very soul will one day fully return to the Light.

To be in the higher dimensions will be dreamlike compared to what you are experiencing now. There is absolutely no comparison and that is why words are so inadequate. To be in an energy that is all embracing and is so peaceful and joyful is your right, and for too long you have been held back by those who have lost their ability to love themselves, let alone others. They are souls who have become so separated from God, they have lost their compassion and love for all other souls. It is the Light and Love that will eventually lift them up, and in their own way they need it more than those who have already become aware of their Godself.

" you rise up in consciousness "

More of you are opening up your psychic centres, and you are beginning to sense or experience futuristic events. This is quite normal as you rise up in consciousness, and you may glimpse well into the future beyond the immediate period leading to Ascension. This happens for the same reason that time travel is possible, because everything exists in the Now. Whilst it serves as confirmation of what you have been given, it can also be confusing as you cannot necessarily put it into a time frame. As time passes these experiences will increase in frequency, along with the development of extra sensory perception and telepathic abilities. It is all part of your return to a higher dimensional Being, and for this reason you will handle these developments without any difficulty.

Have you not been told on numerous occasions, that you are a far greater Being than you believe? You have been unaware of it simply because eons of time ago you have dropped into the lower dimensions, where your full powers have been unable to manifest. Also, there was a time when your DNA was interfered with, so that you were reduced to virtually a sub-human Being. You have climbed your way back to present levels, and will soon take a quantum leap forward allowing you to re-claim lost abilities. It will be crowned by your total transformation into Galactic Beings, and it is not that far away. Subconsciously you know this to be true, and it will not seem strange at all to eventually become a Being with superconsciousness.

It is the uniqueness of Ascension that is providing you with the opportunity to rise up so rapidly. It will be some time before another occasion of such importance to you comes up. Hence there are Lightworkers both on and off Earth who are here to enable every soul the chance to ascend. Knowledge will open doors for you, but progress is linked to the development of your consciousness. It is through an appreciation that you are all One, and being able to treat every other soul as you would be treated yourself. You do not need to belong to any group as such, although humans do like to gather together where they have an affinity with each other. All that you need to do comes from within, and is often quite simple and need not be complicated. Love everyone as yourself, and if you can meet that challenge you will have planted your feet firmly on the path to Ascension. It will be a one that means you will have to change your ways from years of being part of the old mindset. It is breaking out of the mould that your parents and peers have placed you in, and becoming the new you.

Your tasks are made easier by the continual help you get, which is largely unseen. The Lightworkers carry out their important work on Earth, and it helps open your awareness to other possibilities. Once you announce your intent to take the path to Ascension, you will find that your experiences will direct you to people and information that will lead you in the right direction. We would add that if you attracted to messages such as ours, then you are undoubtedly already on the path to freedom and greater awareness. Furthermore you are assured of reaching your gaol to ascend, and will have already lifted your level of consciousness.

In the long term life is about raising your consciousness levels, and each life you have is planned with that in mind. Knowing this may enable you to find the answers to many challenges you have had to face up to and wondered why. Most will relate to your earlier lives, where opportunities may have been missed and return to give you another chance to succeed. When you look back at your experiences in this lifetime you may see that what was considered unwelcome, as an event that caused you to change something in your life. That may have proved to be a turning point for your wellbeing, and it is often how you are moved onto your correct path. We say that in the context of someone who has strayed off the path they chose before incarnating. There is so much more attention paid to each individuals life plan than perhaps you realise, and those charged with keeping you to it accompany you through your life. We are referring to your Guides, and any higher Being whose presence you might have invoked.

There will always be people who will deny there are Spirit Beings with them, but they will be there regardless of what they believe. What they will
not do is interfere with your freewill, and will not impose their will upon you. If for example you have planned to see out your life to old age,
they will prevent you where possible from accidentally shortening your life. For example, instead of dying in an accident your life will be saved,
and sometimes the circumstances of your survival are looked upon as miraculous. Your Angelic Keepers can do what you would see as
impossible, and many lives have been saved by them. They are not bound by linear time, and can go backwards or forwards in it to alter your
experience.

Your lives are far from what you may call ordinary or simple, because it does not matter whether it is meant to be action packed or not, you all have key moments that are very important to you. We know you can recount many “coincidences” that have brought two people together, who were meant to meet because it was part of their life plan. Now the attention given you is more constant, as anyone who is awakening needs every help to keep rising up. Have faith whatever your circumstances, and know that nothing you are experiencing now will last too long. A wonderful future awaits you, and we of the Galactic Federation are just part of a great assembly of Beings here to ensure your success. Once we can get started in an open manner, you will soon see that pressing matters will be sorted quite quickly. There is so much to do to put right the wrongs that have taken place over a very long period.

" release yourself from old ties "

These are times when you are dealing with personal battles within. Old beliefs and knowledge that do not carry the new higher vibrations are surfacing for clearing, but sometimes it is hard to let go. You are entering a period of intense changes and the old is breaking down, and the new energies bring truth and all that you require to forge ahead on the pathway to the Golden Age. It will be quite a revelation as you realize the immensity of the changes to self, as your old mindset is easily replaced by all that is pure and wholesome. Indeed, as you progress it becomes easier to move further along the path of Ascension. Making those first positive moves are the hardest, as you will be reluctant to leave your old established ways behind. Sometimes it involves family and friends, and the new you seems somewhat strange to them. You may even experience opposition or direct rejection, as your psyche changes. We would say that it is important to stay your path and not be held back by emotional re-actions. All souls at this time have to decide whether they are going to take the opportunity to ascend, and those that do not are bound to proceed on a different path.

Most likely when the changes commence, a lot of interest will be generated by them. For those souls that are still awakening it may just be the nudge that lifts them up, and gives them the impetus to open up to the truth. We know that the most reluctant souls will be those who have placed their complete faith in religious orders. They will find it difficult to accept that they could have erred in their understanding, or have even been deliberately mislead. For some the challenge will be too much, and they will prefer to hold onto their existing beliefs. That is of course accepted as a show of their freewill choice, and it will be honored. Since you are infinite souls and in reality there is no such thing as time because it is all in the Now, you can spend as much time as you desire at any one level. So Dear Ones do not be too concerned if those souls close to you appear to be content where they stand at present. Certainly if their lessons have not yet been completed, they will want to do so before they move on.

A soul can at anytime ascend if they are ready, but as you know by now the end of this Solar Cycle allows for everyone to ascend. It is a special time when great effort is made by Beings all through the higher dimensions, to get you prepared for it. Say the word and your guides are with you in an instant, and the Angels will oversee your progress. For your part acknowledge their presence and ask for guidance, as without your approval it will be looked upon as interference. That may sound harsh but nothing is allowed to be imposed upon you by others. You may feel that many of your experiences are uncalled for, but we assure you that they are all connected with your life plan. Have you not been made aware that there is no such thing as coincidence, and that is the reason why they are so important to you? Naturally some coincidences appear of no real significance, and may be of minor importance. However, where you experience the harsh reality of life, it is for your spiritual understanding and development.

The difference from where you are now in the present dimension and the higher ones is most substantial, and there you will be living a completely different type of life. Gone will be the drudgery and drag of life as you know it, and if you have any concept of what paradise is like you may have just an impression of what it is like. To live it is almost too difficult to put into words, but you could say it is heavenly, idyllic and enfolds you in its beautiful vibration of Light. How often do you feel tired in your physical body, or suffer pain and disability, well let us say that all of it will be put behind you when you rise up. Such conditions will never be repeated again, as none of the physical problems can relate to your Light body. Its vibrations are so high that nothing can manifest except it is in its perfect expression. When times get hard remind yourself of how short lived they will be, and how in next to no time they will become just distant memories.

The cleansing of Earth moves on and inevitably there will be the passing of many souls as a result. They will be received in the higher dimensions with great love and understanding, and for their part it is something of a release from what is often a very poor standard of living. For those that remain in areas where the worst effects are felt, it is a cry to Humanity to find out whether they can find love and compassion for their own kind. Can you ignore their plight, or are you able to see in others yourself. It is not unusual that in the end times a civilization is tested to see how far they have traveled their spiritual paths. We see a great change for the better than even the early years following the Millennium, when your consciousness levels had already risen up. You are in times when you must reach for your own destiny and allow others to do the same. There are many different paths to the future that have opened up, which is why not everyone’s reality is identical.

In some ways you are in a most peculiar time, as you are looking to release yourself from old ties yet they travel along beside you. The cauldron of life bubbles over, and it is a rare mixture of possibilities. However, live your own path and concentrate on what you have envisaged will take you onto Ascension. As you do so the dark energies will be unable to affect you, and a successful conclusion to this life will be assured. There will be more and more distractions, and they are but the final attempts of the dark forces to confuse you. By now you should have learnt how to deal with them, so do not let them concern you or take your focus off your own goal. They are often accompanied by the energies of fear, which is a deliberate ploy to attract your attention. We are most pleased to find that as people wake up to the truth, they are less inclined to fall for the lies and contrived events, that denigrate those who are of the Light and lead people out of duality.

The bubble is about burst, and we are urging allies to seize the opportunity to bring an end to the control of the dark Ones. " Your mere presence is helping uplift others "

We encourage you, as always to participate in bringing the changes about that are so near to commencing. Through the Law of Attraction whatever you are focusing upon you will bring nearer to manifestation. You have already successfully moved beyond past times that were heading for a different result to Ascension, and now it only remains to, as you would say, to get the ball rolling. Your mere presence is helping uplift others, and by your example you are doing far more to help them than you realize. You are helping create the ideal conditions for the end times, that in reality have been slowly coalescing for some 40 years. Since the turn of this century you have taken a great leap forward, that has ensured that the end times bring you victory over the dark Ones.

Matters are certainly coming to a head, and our allies are very near to achieving a major success. The dark ones continue with their attempts to foil progress, but it is now impossible for them to stop the Divine Plan. They are somewhat of a nuisance, but before long their power will be completely taken from them. Your consciousness levels are perpetually rising and with it comes the realization, that you have been deliberately held back from understanding that it is your destiny to ascend. You have always had every right to decide your own future, and you each have the power to walk the path of your choosing. Each life you have had has been deliberately planned to awaken you to your true self, and allow progress by overcoming the lower energies. For so long you have been led to believe that you are some inferior Being without rights, and made beholden to the draconian laws intended to keep you in the dark. Now more of you are awakening, and the picture has changed so much that it is you who are dictating the course of Mankind.

The finishing line has been in sight for some time now and as the changes in your solar system begin to bite, those of you who have a higher state of awareness are feeling the powerful energies around you. They are bringing peace in times that outwardly continue to be chaotic, but providing your focus is on Ascension they will not unduly affect your well-being. Naturally Earth changes will impinge themselves upon you depending on where you live. Be assured however, we are fully aware of the likely results and are always present to lessen damage to life and limb. However, Mother Earth like you has a cleansing to carry out, and it is inevitable that some of you will get caught up in it. You will be found where it is intended that you be for the end-times, and you will have known this before you incarnated. Experience is what you are on Earth for, and it has been your choice as to how much you have taken on. Many have seized this last opportunity, to clear much of the baggage that has been with them for a long time. It is why this particular period has been full of incidents, and testing that has given you hard times. Remember however that it has all been a part of your evolutionary path, as you have returned to the Light.

Everyone has been given the same opportunity to lift their vibrations, and much of this is decided by your choice of life style. Some will not give up the lower vibrations, and are clearly unready for the changes required to overcome them. There is no judgment about such choices, as it is your life and you are entitled to experience it as you desire. With it as always comes responsibility for your actions, and anything that harms another will later be a lesson to be learnt. In these times it can rebound on you quite quickly, and that is to your advantage if you are intent on returning to the Light and ascending. Love is the key to all situations as you will eventually find out.

We notice there are more situations arising that are bringing about confrontations, both at a personal level and on a nation wide basis. This is a symptom of the times you are in, where energies that need clearing are surfacing so that they can be transmuted. It poses a question of how best to deal with it, and your power to do so lies with your ability to use your Light and you will then be successful. Nothing can withstand the powerful love energy, and as you have limitations whilst in a physical body it is an exercise in control and focus. Do you not hear of instant healing, and wonder how that can be when sometimes a malignant growth can be totaled changed by such energy. When we tell you that you are more powerful than you realize, it is a truth that you will soon understand. When you ascend it will increase tenfold, and you will rise up to such levels that people would think you a god.

It is what happened in your ancient times when the Annunaki allowed the people to hold them in awe, because of their seeming ability to perform miracles. As you will realize not every advanced Being is necessarily spiritually advanced. It is possible for you to learn how to make an assessment of people through intuitive thinking, and feeling the energy they emit. However, some people can be very charming and deceitful at the same time. Life is one challenge after another, and this is why physical incarnations can speed up your evolution. To live on the Earth is in fact an attraction for that reason, and why you have returned time and time again. Now you have come to the end of your journey, and are set upon making good any karma you may have outstanding. To put it simply, it is rectifying your mistakes and learning the lessons that you choose to experience.

Think upon it Dear Ones, if you are to become Galactic Beings and serve others making their way along their spiritual path, you will have first had to prove yourself in the darkness of Earth and its lower energies. To rise up from it whilst you continually face adversity and so many distractions is an amazing accomplishment. Now we see the Light growing exponentially, and it is telling us that so many of you are now ready to ascend, and so shall the numbers rapidly increase as you enter the final period. There are so many higher souls excitedly waiting for the opportunity to accompany you through it. They bide their time, and wait for the chance to come into your dimension and meet you.

" Everything has a degree of consciousness "

As one individual you can at times feel your presence extending far beyond your physical body. It can be so powerful that you can link with nature and understand its song. It is the desire and belief that it is possible that opens you up in that way. Certainly nature loves to communicate with you, and it can shift from a level of simply feeling, to one of direct contact at a conscious level. There are no boundaries where it is concerned, and some of you will know that there are Beings who can for example communicate with Mother Earth. Everything has a degree of consciousness, and it is not uncommon for some people to talk with trees or plants. Have they not reported that when it is done with love, that there is a response? To others without that experience or belief, it is not understood and even looked upon as silly.

When you ascend such matters will be fully understood, and you will be able to communicate with all life around you. Once you can accept that you have such capabilities try using them, and in time you are sure to get results. Could it be that your gardeners who have so called “green fingers” love what they do, and love their plants? Think about it, and realize that every soul is seeking love and is uplifted by it. Some feel unloved and believe that they are separated from God, yet it cannot be so as you are always enfolded in Unconditional Love. You have an expression that “love makes the world go round” and this could not be truer. Love is Light and it is lifting up every soul and also Mother Earth. It is the powerful energy that is breaking down the lower vibrations, as they cannot continue to exist in its presence.

Love is really all you should be concerned about, and the more you can create together the quicker you will progress to Ascension. As has often been stated, Love is the glue of the Universe, Love is God, Love is the Creator. The lack of Love allows the darkness to creep in, and causes separation and eventually the breakdown of matter. It reaches a point where it can no longer hold its form and disintegrates. If you have ever heard reports of what it is like in the lowest astral levels, you will know that the vibrations are so low that it is almost completely devoid of Light. More to the point matter is unable to hold its form and tends to fall apart. Imagine being a soul who has dropped to this level through their lack of Light. It is a miserable existence and is their Hell, because they have allowed their godsparks to become so dim. For those of you who are concerned about what happens to such souls, we can assure you that Angelic beings wait for them to express the desire to return to the Light. It is then that every assistance can be given to help them climb that steep hill that faces them on their journey back to it. Remember Dear Ones, no soul is left to flounder or without guidance no matter how far they have fallen.

Entering the end times everyone one of you has some attachments to clear up, and these will come to you at some stage for cleansing. You will know when it happens, and if you accept what it is you will be able to transmute them. They might be wayward thoughts that impinge on your consciousness, and no longer serve you. Dispatch them with thanks, and tell them that they no longer have a place in the new life you are building. In fact when you look back you may well find that you have already dramatically changed. After all, your preset life has been purposefully planned for your upliftment, It has included testing periods when you have been challenged to show, that you have put the attraction of the lower energies behind you.

We do not want to paint a bleak picture of events occurring on Earth at present, but it is our duty to present it as it is. Clearly we cannot always give you the complete picture, as sometimes our knowledge of events is best kept quiet to protect people involved in them. Furthermore with our advanced methods of collecting information we know far more than the dark Ones are aware. We do not want to alert them to exactly what that is, so we work with a degree of necessary secrecy. When you also consider that we have computers that have a great deal of accuracy in predicting the future, we have to be guarded as to what we give out. Our allies are aware of this and by and large they too operate this way, and it would not do to identify them. In fact, just at present there are some disturbing possibilities that give us concern, but having said that they are closely followed by us. We will step in where it is allowed, and will always lessen the outcome of actions that threaten your safety.

For the majority of people in your world, life will seem to be moving ever onwards much as it always has. It is the greater picture that shows the changes taking place, and your media is often reluctant to mention them. For example your Sun is changing and that is having a big impact upon your Earth. It may well reach a peak very soon where your electrical equipment may malfunction. There are powerful energies striking the Earth and communication channels may suffer. Eventually there will be such profound changes of this nature, that electrical systems based upon your present knowledge will no longer function at all. Be assured however that in anticipating this change, we will have provided you with alternative sources of power. It will of course bring changes in nearly every type of communication and transport you presently use. These will be much more to your liking and be totally environmentally friendly and clean.

The positive aspects of your Sun are many, and it acts as a conduit to channel the higher energies coming to you from outside of your solar system. It will play its most important part when there is a powerful alignment with the Central Sun of your Universe, and you know this as your Winter Solstice of 2012. It is the point at which a quantum leap forward takes place, and propels you into the higher dimensions. It will truly signal the end of your cycle in duality, and by then you will have been fully prepared for such an upliftment. It is what you have been excitedly waiting for, and will be the crowning glory of your present life.

The sands of time have nearly run out, and unlike when you prepare to go on vacation and sort out what you want to take with you, Ascension is quite the opposite. You are instead sorting out what you cannot take with you, but of course we do not mean physical objects. It comes down to any attachments that are of the lower vibrations, that cannot exist in the higher vibrations. As part of your life plan, you have arranged that they present themselves to you for cleansing. Many of you have come into life with a dark side, but that should not dismay you as you will have every opportunity to deal with it. Reflect on what it is that does not serve your higher good, and move it out of your life. Let us take the example of pornography because it feeds your lower instincts. Instead of seeing people as objects to satisfy your lust, you could try seeing them as fellow travelers on a journey like yours, and focus on all that is of beauty and love. Clearly this is only one area of life that will prevent you from uplifting your vibrations, and if you are serious in your intentions to ascend you must cleanse yourself of such energies.

Other problems may be relatively easy to deal with, and many arise from disrespect for others. An aggressive attitude is one, and the longer it persists the longer you will attract like situations to yourself. Perhaps being judgmental is a more general problem, because it is looked upon as quite normal and promoted by the media in many different ways. Let us say that having an opinion is one thing, because it does not necessarily carry emotional energy with it. However, when it does you are projecting it to the object of your attention and far from helping, it actually adds more negative energy to it. There is an exception where someone is well advanced and has evolved into the Light, as it serves as their protection and will simply return negative energy to the sender.

The battle is often between you and your ego, that can rule your life if you let it. It does it with your permission, because it is you who has put that mindset into place. It represents what you believe you are, and often relates to you in terms of how much “respect” you demand from other people. You probably know someone like that who is inflated with his or her own importance, and expects it to be acknowledged. The seven deadly sins summed it up very well, and they give you an indication of what may be holding you back from evolving. If you have the desire to ascend and move into the dimensions of Light, then clearly you must begin to live your life as one who wishes to emulate on Earth, what you believe it is to be an ascended Being. We do not mean you have to reach a level of perfection as that would be extremely difficult, but with the intent to do so you will attract the higher energies to yourself and make progress. Once you understand where you need to bring changes into your life, you will focus upon them and can expect to be successful. On this subject, let us finally tell you that if you live as a Being of Light you will have no such problems, because your life will be one that is a true expression of your love for all.

Dear Ones, we do not want to make your tasks sound too difficult, as they are helped considerably by the incoming energies being beamed to Earth. As you attract them to yourself, so your vibrations lift up. There would eventually come a point where the lower energies could not touch you, and would become transmuted. Imagine millions of souls that have reached such levels and how they would carry others forward with them, because you would be influenced by the energies around you. Let us say that you enter a den of iniquity, the higher your vibrations the more you would “feel” the lower energies, and they would seem not only coarse and heavy but also very unpleasant. You are reacting in this way wherever you go, but it is only in the extremes that it has a pronounced affect upon you, as normally you do not notice it. Our energies are quite high and refined, which is why when you come into our presence you become very aware of them.

At a time when Ascension is uppermost in many people’s thoughts, there are many distractions. They do not necessarily have to occupy your time, but do see what is happening around you as signs of the changes that must take place. As always keep your vision on the future and you will cut your ties with all that is of the old paradigm. You cannot continue as it was before and indeed we doubt that many of you would, as the new times promise all that offers a totally harmonious and happy life. You ask us to free you from the designs of the dark Ones, and that call is being answered. Together we are going to establish the new paradigm with all of the attributes of a Golden Age. No more shall you be kept from your divine heritage, and your freedom will be returned so that every soul has an equal opportunity to ascend.

The saber rattling between the U.S. and North Korea is symptomatic of countries that interfere with progress of others, and their confrontational postures are dangerous and unproductive if it is meant to keep the peace. It is the lack of intent to seriously approach the desire for a peaceful co-existence, that has kept you in a constant state of readiness for war. It is of course welcomed by those who stand to gain from them, and very profitable for those dealing in arms and other equipment. However, as we have often informed you, we will not allow nuclear weapons to be used. The time is approaching when peace will be declared, and all types of armaments will be banned. Furthermore we will also monitor, Earth and prevent any attempts to falsely start wars of whatever nature.

In your terminology, it is probably more accurate to call us Galactic Trouble Shooters. At the heart of our operations is the desire to see all civilizations join us, so that all can become One in the Love and Light. Life does not have to continue as you experience it, and we will ensure that you leave it behind with the coming of the end times. The solar cycle is ending and cannot be prolonged, and will not result in the destruction of the Earth. A new Earth is to arise with all souls that are ascending with it.

You are that near to 2012 that you can almost touch it, and because time has speeded up so dramatically it will be upon you before you know what has happened. We know many get worried as we race through 2010, but be assured that we are aware of the reasons behind the present delays. They will not drag on too long, and there will still be ample time for us to complete our mission. Life at present for you is like being on the Big Dipper, it can be frightening as you are experiencing a series of ups and downs. However, the path is going to straighten out, and your final period on Earth will be smooth and exhilarating. It will help immensely when you have been fully made aware of what it entails, and everyone will know before Ascension takes place. Even now there are many souls quite unaware as to what is happening, that is causing so much upheaval upon Earth. We must change that situation and indeed that will be quite quickly carried out, through incorporating your communications system with our technology. Unlike now it will not be controlled by those who limit your freedom of expression. However, it carries with it a responsibility to use it wisely and for the good of all.

But for our coming, you would have eventually found yourselves virtual prisoners in your own lands. Even now the Illuminati still look for the means of restricting your freedom further, but it will be pointless as they will be removed before it can benefit them. Their insidious plans played out for many, many years have crept up on you without your realization, and have relied on creating an false enemy that could be blamed for all of your problems. Dear Ones the enemy has always been within, and have been masquerading as your benevolent friends and carers. With the help of people who have risked their lives and sometimes paid for it that way, you have gradually learnt the truth of how you have been fooled. The battle has not however just been on the physical level, but also for the capture of your souls and to prevent you ascending. You may ask how can they do it, and we will tell you that it is by keeping you trapped in the lower vibrational levels. Fortunately, the Lightworkers have been waking up many souls, and through their work have helped create a powerful grid of Light around the Earth. Through it is fed more Light coming into it from points out in Space, and it has acted as your Wayshower. You attract it to yourself, and everyone benefits as it is grounded upon Earth.

Your battles at the higher level are simply between the Light and dark, and it goes on with the vast majority of souls having little awareness of it. The dark influences are attracted from without the Earth, and move around and through the Universe looking for a similar vibration. Equally, now that you are lifting up your consciousness levels the Light energies will find you. Your Solar System approaches a high energy point that will lift you even higher, and that will be a gain that will stay with you. The greater plans that control what is happening on a Universal scale are God’s answer to every soul that desires to ascend and are your assurance of success. We see that in the midst of your troubles and concerns it is easy to overlook the greater picture, but it is there for you as well as all other dimensions. Ascension is not complete without you, and in that respect you are as important as any other civilization in the Universe.

Our allies are forging ahead with their plans, and as they do more people who are sympathetic to their aims are joining them. It means that they are becoming stronger and when the time comes to get moving, there is plenty of support. The dark Ones felt they had it all to themselves, but that has never been the case as the plan of God allowed for the Light to also develop to keep them in check. It started a long time ago in the higher realms, and has gradually manifested on Earth in time to thwart their final thrust for complete world control. In a manner of speaking we have crept up on them unnoticed, and it is too late for them to recover. Like the wounded animal they are, they lash out at all around them but they fight for a lost cause. Our approach is one of caution in the certainty that when we strike, it will be the precise moment that will bring us success. As you know we do not use force, and can defend ourselves without being involved in altercations. Our defense is being able to disarm our aggressors without being involved in confrontations, and they have no answer to such technologies.

Meanwhile back on the Earth you wait with some trepidation to find out if the Gulf Oil spill has in fact been stopped, and whether the effects of it will be spread much further when the hurricane season starts. Unfortunately it is inevitable, but however far it extends we will help you clear that up. For a complete recovery, you will have to wait until we are officially invited to do so. We are working on that, and it must happen with prior announcements from your President Obama. We choose this moment to re-assure you that he is the right man, to lead you out of the era that has all but destroyed democracy. However. Like us he is unable to progress until the rogue government is removed, and he has a free hand to implement the real plan for your rescue. There are bad laws to be repealed, freedom to be restored and the Constitution to be dusted down and presented to you once more. The world waits for such a lead, and it will come in the course of the cleansing that is taking place.

As the days go by so the path for Man to take becomes clearer. The past must be buried and looked upon as a failed attempt to corrupt you, and take away all of your rights. You are all much greater and wiser for it, and it has tested your ability to still lift out of it into the Light. In that respect you have won hands down, but only in the last century when it could have easily gone the other way. What is important now is to complete the victory, by moving as swiftly as possible on to the path to Ascension and clearing away all that no longer serves you. We are with you all of the way, sharing our Love and Light with you. It will be wondrous and fulfilling to feel the happiness with which we will be greeted, and your sigh of relief that the hard times are nearly over.

Pride has its place in life and there is certainly nothing wrong with being proud of your achievements. In fact where some individuals are concerned it comes from the desire to be cleansed on all levels, as part of becoming more of the Light. Cleanliness and tidiness is a sign of a mindset that desires to present that person as looking to bring perfection into their life. It is caring about self and having respect for the temple that you call your body, which is your physical vehicle throughout life. Thought as always is a creative power, and as you envision yourself so you manifest what you want to be. When you begin to live in the Light you draw harmony and balance into your life, and it is part of your transition to a higher level of expression. However, it does not mean that those who carry no such aspirations are without spiritual understanding. Seeking upliftment is a stage that you go through when you do not feel at ease in the lower vibrations, and it will come to all in good time. You cannot really avoid it as the energies being beamed to Earth, are raising your level of consciousness higher than before. With it comes a desire for beauty and harmony in both a spiritual and physical sense.

In the course of the changes coming to Earth, the mass consciousness will dramatically change and people will see what is around them in a different light. For example you will move into a preference for new designs particularly in building, and the traditional square shapes will give way to those that are circular. Materials used will be more natural, and you will advance to organic materials such as we normally use. Of course you do use natural materials, but you also cover large areas of the Mothers Earth’s surface with concrete, and it stops her from breathing. You will know already that we build our Spacecraft with organic materials, and they are programmed with levels of consciousness that makes them self-proficient. Visitors to our craft have noted how the crews can interact with them to a very high degree. Naturally when we can move amongst you, we shall share such knowledge with you so that your advancement will speed ahead.

There is much for you to learn that needs revising in light of the truth we shall bring. It is to be expected that some of your beliefs and theories are inaccurate, and what we shall do is enable you to make a quantum leap into the future. There is as you might say a lot of catching up to do, and also the development of many good ideas you have already been working on. Nanotechnology is one example of what you have seen as a desirable advancement, and it will come into being. It is unfortunate that so many advancements that could have benefited Mankind, have been deliberately hidden away to keep the status quo where profit is put before your well-being. Yet massive amounts of your money have been invested in new technologies for military power. While these policies are followed, you are clearly not going to see peace come to your world. However, that is soon to all change and the war machine will grind to a halt and be dismantled. We shall bring you peace and ensure that all weaponry is neutralized by our higher technologies. We are coming not to perpetuate the old life style, but introduce you to an easier and more satisfying way that will restore your sovereignty. You are to become free to have more time to follow your own pursuits, and the drudgery of life will be removed and replaced with more acceptable conditions that allow time for it.

The changes are lined up and in a well advanced state, that means once we can commence events will move forward quite quickly to say the least. You can sense that the dark Ones are losing their grip on you, and as they do so they will be unable to re-claim lost ground. We are blocking any moves they may make to establish any major threat, having already averted the potential of a serious incident. We are here to lead you on to a successful conclusion in your quest for Ascension. That result is beyond doubt and is already written in the annals of time. You may therefore set your sights fully upon ascending, and the plan is being supported by many Councils and individuals who are also helping you go forward. You would undoubtedly be surprised if you knew how many of them were with you at this time.

There are times when you feel that you need extra support, and in such instances it is as well to remember that you can contact your Higher Self. We often mention about allowing time for yourself and this is one of those occasions. If you have the names of your Guides then use them to make a contact, and if you have attached yourself to one of the great Angelic Beings such as Archangel Michael even better. Your prayers or petitions will be heard, and the answers may come in unexpected ways, such as through another source. You are indeed never alone, and in your times of need your Guides draw closer to you and welcome contact with you.

The Solar Cycle draws to a close and we the Galactic Federation are with you to experience the final days. This time unlike Atlantis you have avoided destroying yourselves, and rightly deserve the opportunity of Ascension. In its time Atlantis was a great spiritual civilization, but then the darkness descended upon them and they spiraled out of control down the path to oblivion. So many of you now on Earth were there in its demise, and subconsciously you still carry memories of that time. It is why perhaps you have felt fear at the possibility of another collapse leading to extinction. However, the signs are positive and as we mentioned, you are picking it up and it is helping you overcome your doubts. There are however a number of different predictions for the end times, and if you find that confusing rely on your intuitive feelings.

Victory is already with the Light, but the final days need to be enacted out for the sake of every soul on Earth. The fact that it is not just the end of a Solar Cycle, but one affecting the complete Universe makes it all the more important to you, and indeed also to us.

Over eons of time you have given your power to those who would lead you, and some have been true to their spiritual beliefs. Most have usurped power for their own gain, and established law and order to ensure they keep it. In more recent times you were placed under the rule of Kings and Queens, who declared they were appointed by God or indeed were gods, and the right of succession was born. Along with the Church your freedom of choice was taken away, and since then you have rarely had a true Government of the people. Increasingly, power has since been seized by those who control almost every aspect of your lives, and it is power and money that has taken over. This brings you right back to the Illuminati and the wealthy banking families, that set up a system that has denied you your sovereignty, and your God given rights to live in peace and happiness. As a result your reality is in dire need of change, and not just because of the problems deliberately set up by the Illuminati.

As promised. within the provisions of NESARA are virtually all of the steps necessary to reverse the established systems that have held you back. These are necessarily far reaching and indicate the direction in which Humanity should have progressed. The changes that we have participated in that are awaiting an opportunity to be introduced, are those very same benefits and they are close to becoming part of your new reality. In part you have created it by showing your intent to manifest changes for the good of all. That indeed is the key, and has the backing of the Spiritual Hierarchy and God, and has been the flag that St. Germain has carried for you. The present period of time was foreseen millennia ago, but even so you still had the freewill to determine how it worked out. The Light has never been far away and battled with the dark Ones for supremacy. However, as you slipped into the lower vibrations, you forgot who you were and fell victim to them.

Now you stand tall and know where you are going, and fear has been replaced with the certain knowledge that you are safe within the Light. It is your shield, sword and suit of amour, and cannot be assailed by the dark energies. You the Lighted Ones are the Knights in Amour that have arrived on Earth to win the final battle, and we tell you that it is already won. The emphasis of power has switched to you, and the Light is now so well established on Earth it cannot be extinguished. In fact it continues to grow exponentially, and is opening up the path to Ascension for all to see. More souls are awakening to their true self, with the knowledge of 2012 and its significance. As always the choice is yours as to whether you accept this unique opportunity to ascend.

Our mission has been to not only assist in your awakening, but ensure that the dark Ones were unable to interfere with your evolution. Where you have accepted their rule, that has been your free choice and it was not for us to intervene. However, many of you have expressed your intent to move forward into the Light, and because of that decision we will protect for you. Being of the Light is a state that you work towards, and every aspect is embraced by Love and your ability to express it in all you do. It is being gentle, compassionate, kind, considerate and most importantly non-judgmental. It comes from understanding that all life has its source in the Creator, and therefore you are All One. What you do to One you do to All, and that is expressed in the saying “that no Man is an Island”. Whatever you do effects everything else, and creates energy levels that can powerfully influence other souls.

We come to you not to preach but there are conditions created upon Earth that must be changed, if you are to be prepared for Ascension. So many of you look for guidance and that is what we give, but you must find what satisfies your search for the truth, and yet even so it will most certainly change as your consciousness expands. This is why the path of another soul will not necessarily be for you, but you should have no difficulty in finding yours. If it feels right it will serve you at the time, but do not fall into the trap of becoming too rigid in your beliefs, and leave space for change. You will find that knowledge and understanding, is far more expansive than you could possibly believe whilst you are still held in the lower vibrations. Allow for the fact that it will be a long time before you can possibly know everything there is.

You might ask where do we stand as far as evolution is concerned, and we would reply that we as member civilizations of the Galactic Federation have already ascended. We continue to evolve, and will do so until we find ourselves at One with the Source of All That Is. No matter who you are or how you view life, or what your beliefs are you will still evolve through the experiences each life provides you. You may go in all directions at various times, but the fact is that the net result will see you progress towards the Light. You may choose to stay in your present dimension, and that does not mean you are not evolving. You can return to any level you desire in the interests of gaining the experience you need. It is not usually a decision you make alone, and your mentors and Guides will assist you in making it.

In reality life is quite orderly inasmuch that every individual has his or her own plan, yet it still interacts with the whole. The Laws of the Universe apply to each one of you, and you are very much affected by the Law of Attraction. You may not knowingly use it, but if you do it can be very beneficial. Cause and Effect are real and that is why you take responsibility for all of your actions. Indeed you are also responsible for your thoughts and words, which carry energy according to what you intend. Be careful Dear Ones, and think before you act and simply check that you are not about to harm another soul in any way. It sounds rather hard to be in control as you are prone to act first without thinking, but you can if you put your mind to it. Live from the heart and love will accompany all you do and say.

In times such as now the pressures are upon people, and those who are not so well informed or spiritually advanced will often blame God for them. They believe that if God were All Love he would not allow the present conditions to exist. However, as we have informed you previously and it is sometimes necessary to repeat it, you have collectively created your own reality. Whilst it is true you are in duality and that means experiencing both the Light, and the lack of Light, it is still you who determine how your life experiences work out. You can just as easily attract the Light as the lower vibrations. The further you drop into the dense vibrations the quicker you lose your connection to the Light, and it allows entities of a similar vibration to incarnate on Earth. Looked at from a higher perspective the more you attract the Light to Earth, you create the conditions that enables Higher Beings to come to you.

Now we ask you, how can God who gave you freedom of choice, be responsible for your choices? You knew the challenge would be very trying, but you were promised that however low you fell you would be helped to find your way back. In fact you knew that this cycle would end with Ascension. So we might also ask you, why should you expect God to interfere with the reality you have created for your experience? Even so, the Higher Beings have drawn the line at allowing you to destroy the Earth, which was in danger of happening. It is one thing to put yourselves at risk, but your actions cannot be allowed to impinge on others outside of Earth. For quite a long time you have been edging towards total annihilation, but when it comes to Mother Earth as fully conscious Being, she must be allowed to ascend as you will do.

Is it not reasonable to expect that if you make a mess that you should be expected to clear it up, as otherwise you would not appreciate the full consequences of your actions. Our comments are prompted by your feelings about the Gulf Oil spill, and we do not lack compassion for those of you directly affected by what is happening. We would remind you that our allies are near to achieving the conditions which will result in the official announcement of our presence. That will allow us to liaise with your authorities and put into being a clean up operation, that will rapidly return your lands and waterways to their original condition. However, until the Illuminati and their minions are removed the specter of more problems hangs over you, as they still believe they are in control. The fact is that they have little power left, and events are closing in on them that will see them collapse.

You will have to wait a little longer to see some firm indications of what is occurring, but victory over the dark Ones is drawing closer. Without help you could not have removed them, and we will be aiding our allies when they go into action. We have no desire for fuss, or intentions of retribution against those concerned, we simply want them safely out of the way so that our projects can proceed without interference. We know that when the truth comes out there will be an angry response from large sections of the public. It cannot be allowed to create more negativity, and the law will be seen to be applied justly and fairly.

Being on the Earth at such an important time offers you first hand experience of the end times, and how there is progression from one cycle to the next. Some of you are already participating in the transmutation of the negative energies that have accumulated in the Earth, whilst others are bringing in the Light that will lift it up. It is indeed a remarkable time that you are privileged to witness and be part of. Each of you that are Lightworkers contribute to the cleansing that is taking place, and when we can join you the whole process will be greatly speeded up. Computers handle much of our technology, and also robots that can go where Man would experience difficulties. Your aptitude to change is very good and you readily adapt to new ideas and technologies. It will be an exciting time for us all and we want you to keep your vision on the future, which promises more than you can really understand without our help. We are the bridge between the old and new, and your guardians and mentors, who will ensure you get all of the assistance you need. The goal is Ascension and all efforts will be to achieve a happy ending to this cycle. You need not dwell upon the negativity around you on Earth; it will not remain for much longer as the Light is lifting everything up.

The truth about many hidden agendas of the dark Ones is coming to be known. Many brave souls have decided it is time to step forward and reveal what they know. It will encourage others to do likewise, and it will surely have a snowball affect that will soon see the floodgates open. Having been mislead over many matters, people are understandably very suspicious about what they hear. Sometimes the truth will shock you into a state of disbelief. However, we intend to give you absolute undeniable proof, where major events are concerned such as 9/11. These matters have to be cleared up so as to allow people time to put them into perspective, and overcome their shock and pain. At some stage you must move on and place your focus on your bright future, and leave your sorrow and grief behind you. Many souls of Light gave their lives, to bring into being a focus that could be placed upon the terror and fear created by the dark Ones. By bringing 9/11 out into the open they ensured that it was given worldwide attention, and that the truth would be sought and the perpetrators identified and held to account.

The catalogue of crimes against Humanity is immense, and it covers the world all over. You will not see every criminal brought to justice in your time, but if necessary they will be totally removed from Earth. They are no exception to anyone else, as all of you review your lives once you return to the dimensions of Spirit. The dark Ones think they are clever and get away with their actions but everything is recorded to confront them, as only the truth exists. It cannot be manipulated or distorted to avoid the truth, and it will remain in your consciousness. It may sound frightening to some of you, but there is no punishment involved and it is you who decide what lessons you need to learn.

Do you feel calm in the midst of what is going on all around you, because they are very trying times? Yet if you can rise above them, it is the best way to cope with the pressures they bring. Unlike years gone by whatever happens will have only a passing impact upon you, as it will quickly be surpassed by the more positive actions that will be taken. There clearly has to be a crossover point when the Light once again becomes the dominant force upon Earth. You Dear Ones are bringing more Light to Earth, that is speeding up the path to completion and all of the changes it entails. We can hardly fail to mention the Gulf Oil Spill that is a major concern to very many of you. It may threaten your coastlines, and in the context of the size of the Earth may appear a relatively small incident. However, as a newsworthy item it has traveled the whole world, and its impact has impinged upon many, many people. It has highlighted the dangers of Man’s actions, and the crying need to stop raping and polluting the Earth. It often takes a threat of this nature to awaken people, to the impending possibility that the “fall out” of such a spill could spread far and wide.

The more people power is used to promote changes, the more likely it is to succeed in getting action. Your leaders are aware that there is a changing mood throughout most countries, and that the people realize it is time to get them to act in their interests. Therefore a new type of leader will step forward who has them at heart, and the dark Ones will be unable to stop them from being elected. Fair and honest elections will be demanded, and steps taken to eliminate fraudulent voting. You will learn that most of them of late have been rigged, to ensure the puppets of the dark Ones are elected. That will all change of necessity as a start to a new period in Man’s life, leading to more honesty and open handed dealing. Spirituality must be expressed in all facets of your lives, if you are to have societies that treat each other with love and respect.

What you give your power to will blossom and bear fruit, and if your intent is to experience a new way of life that is joyful and happy, it will manifest. That is indeed what is happening now, as so many souls have lifted up into the Light and are bringing down the necessary energies to achieve it. So you find yourselves virtually living in two worlds at once, the one that no longer serves your desires, and the other one that is touching your hearts with its promise of all you could wish for. You choose which one opens up before you, and every effort is being made to awaken those who are struggling to bring the Light into their lives. Believe us because there is not one soul who is condemned to remain in the lower vibrations. Opportunities to rise up are there for you all, but if you should walk past them that is your personal choice.

As Humans your courage against adversity is legend, and your history is known throughout the Universe. The Earth is very special in this respect having presented challenges so foreboding, yet brave souls have stood their ground and learnt how to overcome whatever has faced them. With your ongoing series of lives, your experiences have made you into warriors who have become unbeatable. Your shields have been the Light you carried, and the sword of freedom in your hands. It is why we can quite positively tell you that you have already won the battle between the dark and Light. Therefore you can strike out towards Ascension, as the final days of the dark Ones are numbered and they can no longer stop your onward march. Try they may but without success, and you shall brush them aside. We of the Galactic Federation shall be with you all of the way home, and our presence will give you every encouragement to cut your ties with all that belongs in the past. You are creating a new paradigm, which will ensure a smooth flow from one to the other. Changes often unsettle people but what is coming will delight you and fulfill the promises that have been made to you.

You are certainly sensing the speeding up of time more than ever before, and it is becoming obvious that the transition to the higher dimensions is rapidly approaching. Your Ascension is the most important event of all, and what is taking place is specifically intended to hasten your progress towards it. Simply put we must get rid of the old to make way for the new, and our involvement will become more apparent as the weeks go by. Much happens behind the scenes, and we are not always in a position to be able to release information about it. It is sufficient to say that we closely monitor all that is happening on Earth, and as always will play our part to contain the dark Ones.

As with individuals who have their own life plan, so the Human Race has one that arises from the collective consciousness created over millennia of time. With your freewill it could have directed you onto a different path to what you are now on. As with your earlier civilizations, you could have slipped further down the dark road to destruction. However, with the will to lift yourselves up you have averted what could easily have been another disaster. Now the forces of Light are so well established upon Earth, there cannot be a return to darkness that covered it.

Heavenly Beings of mighty power know of your future and guide you to it, and it is one of traveling the dimensions of Light. Life on Earth left you isolated from contact with other civilizations, until the latter part of this cycle. Now you are beginning to understand that the Universe is teeming with life. You have gradually been introduced to those like us, who have traveled with you on your journey. It has been a planned program of acquainting you with our craft, and allowing for your natural curiosity to seek knowledge of the intelligence behind them. It has not been easy to guide you to the truth about us, as your sources of information have clouded the issue by giving out disinformation. Fortunately your minds have awoken the vastness of space and life beyond Earth. Your moon and Mars are now known to have carried life as you understand it, and are in fact still used as bases for a number of different extraterrestrials. You shall learn much more about these matters, and proof of the truth as it is already known will be released for you.

Our present mission of enlightenment will eventually come to an end in this form of communication, and will be superseded by one that addresses all alike. In the initial period we shall speak with you through your existing outlets such as television. However in time there will be a more personal form of contact, similar to your mobile telephones except that it will be based upon a different technology. It will enable you to converse with anyone, regardless of where they are around the world. Your present system emits harmful radiation, like many other appliances you use on a daily basis. The changes to the type of energies you use will be far reaching, until all of them come from free energy sources that are safe to use and non-polluting.

Naturally such changes must include the different forms of transport you currently use, that are creating massive pollution and are harmful to all life forms. Many of your illnesses result from it, not to mention the affect upon your Earth that has become seriously poisoned as a result. Your scientists and specialists in such matters have been well aware of the dangers, but their recommendations are ignored to protect the companies who are responsible. You have been unnecessarily held back, from what should have been natural progress towards the use of clean energy which could have already been widely used. As we have mentioned previously, the condemnation of your government is that they have kept these advancements for their own use. Their underground military bases use every conceivable advancement, which could have greatly benefited your quality of life.

Our mission will still proceed to accompany you to Ascension, but it also requires us to bring you into the modern age of free energy and all of its benefits. In fact we shall be together for a long time, well beyond your immediate needs and shall become as One. Your destiny is to travel the Cosmos which is open to you once you have ascended and live from your higher consciousness. Many of you have already acquired such a level, and your presence on Earth is awakening others to the power of Light and Love. It is the goal that you should be aiming for and it is achievable, which is why you are given so much help and encouragement. In fact your levels of consciousness are continuing to increase very rapidly, and if you are committed to Ascension you will be successful. As your bodies inevitably change so you will notice a more gentle energy present, and be of a much healthier disposition. Illness and disease is unheard of in the higher dimensions, and it is only prevalent in the lower ones such as yours.

Your future is assured, and even if you are not amongst those who do aspire to ascend. Those who oversee the progress of Humanity plan your evolution, and many times it has fallen into the lower dimensions. On each occasion it has been given the chance to rise up again, with a careful plan for your upliftment. The cycle you are just closing is one such example, and although you have had to find your own way back you have been helped at every turn. When it is seen that the Light is returning, you attract the attention of those Teachers who serve you. They incarnate into the more spiritually developed countries, and help to establish conditions for greater progress.

It may seem that you are at the mercy of events beyond your control, but in fact you collectively have the power to change them. You have for example contributed to the changes that are now taking place and have re-directed the focus of Man from the old paradigm, by seeing its inadequacies into a new vision that is bringing freedom and peace. Yes, it may take time but once the seeds are set they will come to fruition, and you are just beginning to see new ideas being examined that will bring you long awaited changes. Because it starts from the bottom upwards, you have much more influence than you imagine. Fear as always is to be avoided at all cost, as it feeds the very source that has kept you under its control for eons of time. It is the Love and Light that will transmute it and against which the dark Ones have no defense.

Your patience will be sorely tested in the immediate future, as matters will seem to be becoming more serious. However, the answers are with us and together with our allies, we shall reverse the threatening trends that you see now. We want to meet you with due ceremony befitting of such an occasion, and cannot just arrive without first approaching your leaders. The only exception would be where we were give divine permission to do so. You will understand that the Galactic Federation is not some marauding group of Space Beings, we are organized to police the Universe helping young civilizations evolve without interference. We carry out the bidding of those who have the ear of God, and carry out his plans for evolution.

Even in your lowest moments of despair, Beings of Light are with you and try to ease your worries. They help you pick up the pieces, and lift you into the Light so that you may find hope and new inspiration. You are never alone regardless of what position you are in, and your Guides will influence you for your good if you will but listen. Sometimes you need to create a quiet moment so that they can get through to you. Inspired thoughts are often a result of such contact, and unlike your ego will not lead you astray. Indeed, it is your ego that often controls your life, and imposes upon you the image you have built for yourself. Go within Dear Ones and listen to your Higher Self to understand who you truly are and what you are capable of. Your ego sometimes will limit your ability to change from the mindset you have created.

We are not the only ones here to help you open your eyes to the marvelous opportunities ahead of you. There are teachers and helpers at all different levels. They come to Earth with a variety of skills and experience, and often specialize in one subject to which they are fully dedicated. They come from many different planets as we do, and have volunteered for tasks that demand their full co-operation. Their lives are not your usual incarnations as they have already ascended, and normally would have no need of further earthly experiences. They come out of love for you, recognizing your godspark and acknowledging your final spell in duality.

Ever since the Millennium commenced you have been tossed one way or the other, by events that have been contrived to place you under firm control. Situations have been engineered to force issues concerning your future, not to release you from constraints but to take away your last vestiges of freedom. When it seemed that you were close to becoming prisoners in your own lands, a revolution of the mind occurred and the grand awakening commenced. It increased exponentially until the energy for change become so powerful as to halt its progress. Consciousness levels rose substantially, and opposition to the dark Ones became more open. Today you stand at the door to victory over them, and their ambitions have been trampled upon by your resistance to their plans for your incarceration.

Your natural inclinations move towards peace for all, and given true representation at government level you would achieve it. It is therefore important that such changes occur without delay. Together with our allies we are plotting the downfall of many corrupt groups, and their replacements are chosen for their proven support for you. You have sent up an ever-increasing plea for your release from the dark Ones, and it has empowered us to act in response. The suddenness of changes will undoubtedly surprise you, and so they shall continue until your freedom is fully restored.

Do you sometimes wonder what is about the Human Race that gets so much attention, particularly at this time, and why it is that every soul has many Guides, whether you are aware of them or not? Firstly your evolution is extremely important, and it must where possible reach a level that makes Ascension possible. Also, your protection is necessary as there are Beings in the lower astral regions, and even Earth bound entities that would “attack” you and interfere with your life plan, unless they were prevented. However, your Angelic doorkeeper is there to keep them away, and normally you have no knowledge of it. Possession and psychic attacks do sometimes take place, in spite of attempts to prevent them, but it can be part of your intended experience. Countless people can relate to the presence of Angels, and many of what you call miracles are carried out by them. Often what you call a lucky escape from danger is due to their intervention, and indeed the nature of your “luck” cannot be explained any other way. Talk with them, and call for them if you are in need, and they are more than willing to help you with even quite mundane requests. Their service for you is their love for you, and it is totally unconditional.

Living in duality your experiences are so different to those of the higher dimensions. Every step you take now could bring up another challenge, and many are in direct contention with the dark Ones. You have to be continually on your guard, as you never know when you might slip up in spite of your Guides helping you along. The wrong decision could temporarily put back your evolution, but fortunately it can often be corrected in the same lifetime. Life is about learning lessons, so that you do not have to face them again. It is about awakening you to your true Self as a Being of Love and Light, and acknowledging your god spark within. Knowing that in reality you have unlimited power to decide your own future. These messages are getting through to people, and together you are creating the pathway out of the darkness and walking into the Light of All That Is.

God cradles you as a Mother would her baby, watching over you and helping you every step of the way home. God picks you up when you fall, and is ever present wherever you go. God whispers in your ear if you but listen, and answers your prayers. Indeed as we have often told you, you are very special and we say that not to feed your ego, but to tell you how it is. You are Spiritual Beings first and foremost; the Sons and Daughters of God, and we are no exception. All life has its immutable link with God, regardless of what form it takes. It is all evolving ever onwards and upwards as you are now. Such an understanding should enable you to overcome any doubts about Beings from other planets that are unlike your selves in appearance. Only those that have risen to the higher levels will be able to visit you on Earth, and you will readily accept them once you have experienced their peaceful emanations.

You may recall that it is our expressed intention, to first introduce to you those members of the Galactic Federation that are the most humanlike. As it happens, they will include many of those who have had a hand in your evolution and are your true family. In time memories of your links with them will return, which were only blanked out to allow you to move through duality without distraction. We know that most of you are fascinated by the possibility that you are Space Beings, and in time you will meet us. There will be many re-unions and celebrations, and more than a few tears of joy. Doesn’t all of this lift you up and make you realize that your future is assured, and give you more strength to sail through the remainder of the cycle of duality. It is merely a passing phase of change that will lead you to Ascension.

The Gulf oil spill is naturally still uppermost in your minds, and will remain the focus of attention for quite some time to come. It will go a long way to moving you out of your reliance on fossil fuels, and already alternatives are being prepared for announcement and production. It will quickly move on to more general applications that will go worldwide. It takes a disaster of the magnitude of this oil spill; to wake people up to such dangerous and unnecessary practices, when clean and safe alternatives are already known and secretly being used. Have no doubt Dear Ones, the changes are going to happen and once more your beautiful Earth will be restored.

We are ready to move into action when our presence is needed, and be assured that the desired outcome will be quickly achieved.
