It is becoming clear now, regarding the energies of this year of 2012, that we have reached the critical point in our evolution.

We all have been waiting for this time.

This is our time.

As old souls, incarnated and still ones un-manifested in this physical reality, we come at these precarious junction points, at the end/beginning of ages, because we absolutely love it.

Now you that are already in physical form are having to deal with your rapidly morphing DNA and beyond that, adjust to the actual laws of nature that are changing right under your feet. You will feel like the carpet has been ripped out from under your feet. But remember . . . this is your time, and you came here for this time.

SO MANY have come to experience this rapid evolution and rebooting of an entire system. Your body IS going with you. This has been the plan for eons. Atlantis was only a dress rehearsal, and we know that it didn’t go so well. But you have all learned and grown through this age, and this time . . . is your time.

We can see from NO TIME, and we can see that you have completed the job. You are victorious, and you are celebrating in the most extraordinary style. Hold this dream of victory as you pass through this year with all of its tidal waves of energy that are coming.

There is no doubt that your body will feel rocked and surprised by this year’s energies. But your heart and inner truths are unshakable now. Rely on this inner truth when your body is telling you differently. No one will be immune to this process. There are going to be a lot of mixed signals in the outer world. Don’t listen to them.

There will be medical experts out there telling you to drug yourself with anti-anxiety and anti-depressants meds. This won’t help you as you are going to reboot anyway. Fighting the process will only make it less joyful. There will be well-meaning alternative healers as well who will tell you to eat this, or do that. Again don’t listen to them unless your heart is in full resonance with their suggestions.

Everyone has a unique past that comes from your spiritual ancestors. We are not talking about your genetics; like who are you parents or grandparents. We are talking about your spiritual past. This is an akashic past that is much more potent than that of your genetic past. Listen to your heart, your core, your inner constant. This is your orientation point in a world that is wobbling like an out of control gyroscope. Fighting the transformation at this point will only make it harder and less joyful. There is no escape. If you are in a body, you will re-boot and re-celebrate.

Remember . . . this is great fun for you, spirit and soul. This is why you came here.

In these coming waves, you are going to feel out of sorts and your body is going to give you weird issues that seem to come and go. You might feel like you need to hunker down and lay low for these shifts and changes; but we do not suggest this, although it is your free will to do whatever you want. Let us explain . . . You know when you sit in a chair too long, you get stiff. This is what will happen if you don’t KEEP MOVING while these waves wash over you. You will not find the answers you need while hiding in your home praying for solutions. The world is moving into a unified field of collective manifesting. You cannot do this by yourself. Pieces of your solution to this transformation are out in the world with other like-minded souls. All the pieces to this transformation are spread out among all of you. This is why you need like-minded ones around you. These waves are too large to surf alone. You must do this together.

There are going to be a lot of huge waves in 2012 that we will be surfing together. This is a good time to gather with like-minded soul family that live in a place that is centered in the heart and not from fear. Surround yourself with FEARLESS beings. We love the logo “NO FEAR” that you wear, because this is what we are asking you to BE now; FEARLESS and full of LOVE, TRUST, and a deep knowing that the big celebration is nearly upon you all.

The following are some of the energy waves that, at this point in our no time perspective, we expect may come to you. This does not mean that it will happen as we say here. The future is not real and can change at any moment as you evolve. There may be other waves that are coming as well that we do not see today as Aluna transcribes this for you.

The first wave will be on your Equinox. GATHER TOGETHER and celebrate this beginning wave of your great transformation. Equinox will bring a much needed balance in your world that will be necessary for what comes after this date. Balance yourselves in preparation as you will need this later. We can’t say this strong enough. Please hear this, and do as your heart calls. This ballance will be essential in the days to come.

From Aluna . . . On March 21st, we will enter the Maya year of 2 KAN (Kiche long count) and 10 EB (Yucatan Haab count). 2 KAN is about balancing duality, but Kan can also bring up survival issues. I think this is why the Star Elders are speaking strongly about gathering together with like-minded souls, so your collective positive intent will soften the duality and the body issues that might raise survival issues. Negative and fearful friends and family, etc… will be toxic to you now.

The year of 10 EB is about the awakened human finally arriving and anchoring. We are finally going to put our feet down on a new foundation to a new world. 10 is all about manifesting in a real physical dimension. EB is about exuding outer peace, but inside there can be inner turmoil. The outer peace is our heart knowing and truth. The inner turmoil, fear, etc… that we have inside is the last of the old programming fading away. If we do not feed it, it will starve. Feed the Love, starve the fear.

The next large wave we see that you might experience profoundly is a total solar eclipse on May 20th.

In the path of this total solar eclipse, your dimension will begin an entire reboot of its operating system on your Earth. As the sun is blocked so perfectly by your moon, in this very still, no-time place, a new operation system will be created and uploaded into your body as well as your world, solar system and universe. Remember that this is a universal shift and recalibration . . . not just a planetary one. We are shifting with you, as well as Ascended Masters and Angelic Realms. We are all transforming together as ONE in unity. If you are in the path of the shadow of this eclipse, the download will be quicker, more complete and graceful. You will become the living messengers for this new download for the rest of the world that did not have the luxury to travel into the eclipse path. This new operating system will begin to spread across the Earth over some time (a month or two). Again we strongly say, gather with fearless ones on the days surrounding this reboot. Gather with ones that come from the inner knowledge of Love, trust and truth that this transformation of our reality is already victorious.

Another large wave we see that you might experience profoundly is the June 6th Venus transit. For the last 8 years, your collective consciousness has been building a model for a unified, universal heart. This process began on the last Venus transit on June 8th, 2004. This new unified, universal heart model will be downloaded into the new operating system. The collective unified heart will be anchored. Any place where there is not love expressed, it will be shaken to its core.

This will cover everything including your personal relationships all the way to global governmental systems. This new down load will make selfish acts nearly impossible to achieve. In other words, we will begin to think, act and live in the knowing that there is no separation and all life is connected. We will not be able to make a choice without considering the whole and future generations. This new heart model will take several weeks before it is fully anchored. The universe is loving and kind and will allow this heart transformation download slowly so you can readjust with each daily heart pulse. Breathe . . . surround yourself with loving, positive, like-minded souls. This will make your heart transformation a joyful experience instead of a painful one. But we see that this will be somewhat uncomfortable for everyone to a certain extent, as this new heart program has never been experienced in a human form before. This program has been long awaited by so many of you that already consider your actions and the future reproductions of these actions. Thank you for holding this space open for this program to down load. You are and will be successful.

The next big wave we see will be on November 13th . . . the second total solar eclipse.

Now that the heart model has been fully anchored into your new heart, as well as into your world and our universe, this eclipse will be quite important and very potent as it makes necessary adjustments based on our collective consciousness. This will make the universe self-justifying. What we are saying here is that anything that is still not in alignment with unified love will be reprogrammed to make adjustments for human error. This is not a judgment on humanity. But we know that holding a perfect love space in your wobbling world will be hard to accomplish 100% of the time.

So the universe is giving you a break for any mis-qualified energy you may have anchored. We also tell you this to be easy on yourself. It is difficult to hold perfect space in a radically morphing world. Relax and just be your truth as much as you can. The universe will clean up anything you might have done that came from anything but love. In this eclipse path, there will be a temporary no-time space in which to reboot all the upgrades. This eclipse will be quite intense, and we are glad that most of the passage of this eclipse is over the ocean to soften its impact. During this time, we can see that there is going to be a lot of upgrading. Stay in a place of peace and neutrality as the reboot washes across the Earth. Now you are running on a fully upgraded and re-calibrated system. It is time to give this new world a test run. You have been ready for this for eons.

The next wave will come in mid-December on 12/12/12 which also falls on an important celebration day for the Maya 8 BATZ. For the Maya, this day is a recalibration of their sacred calendar, and it will set off an explosion that will light the fire under the new programming that we have helped download this entire year. Essentially the Maya Elders will be plugging it ALL in. This comes almost 2 weeks before the December 21, 2012 date that so many of you are aware of.

The last wave of the year comes on December 21, 2012. All you old souls will be celebrating in love and peace. Any that have not allowed this recalibration to take place, and were strong enough to hold it off , will hit an extreme crisis point. Your job is to anchor love and positive intent in celebration, and THIS ACTION will bring these last hold outs into alignment with the new program. This is not a judgment for these souls. They were the last hold outs to keep the old world running up to the very last second, and they did this for us. This was a very hard job for them. ALL souls on your Earth are pieces of God. So don’t forget this.

So, with this said, we suggest and hope that you will gather in HUGE numbers on December 21, 2012 around the Earth to celebrate no matter what the outer world is doing. Remember that you are living in the no-fear all-love zone. You are opening portals to your heart, the Earth and the universe. Be out on Mother Earth and under Father Sun. Go to your sacred sites, celebrate and be in love with all your soul family. This is your time. You have waited and prepared for a long time. So allow yourself to celebrate this victory and revel in the glory of the shining God that is in YOU and now anchored in the world and universe.

Beloved Ones,

Each of you is caught up in the cleansing and clearing process which is making some of you feel that you will be stuck in this metamorphosis stage forever. Take heart, Dear Ones, for you are not alone. This is a mass clearing that is now taking place and there is no one upon the face of this Planet who is exempt from it. The higher frequency now manifesting in the atmosphere of the Earth is initiating great changes within every structure upon your Planet. Continue in your efforts to become in harmony with these energies in order to experience more grace and ease within your bodies and your daily lives.

Know that you are always surrounded with a myriad of Angelic helpers who assist you with great joy and dedication. You have but to ask and we come forth. We can do much when requested by you in the clearing and taking away of your old paradigm programs and mental patterns that needs removal. Make your requests and then sit quietly visualizing your Angel teams pulling the old habit and mental patterns out of your crown chakra with a vacuum and replacing the energy vacuum this procedure created with greater Light, golden white Light. We see that many of you find it hard to remember from day to day the intent of diligent practice from the previous day. Do not beat yourselves up about your perceived failure to do so…just rest and be open and receptive to the new programming and templates that are being given.

Those of you who have done the work and persevered throughout all these cleansing activities will be finding your Path opening up into more happier and joyful activities which will lead you to your Divine purpose and mission. The activity of anchoring your Light into the crystalline core of Mother Earth is helping her to adjust and recalibrate. She is ever so grateful to each Beloved Human who takes the time each day to set this intention and anchor in the Greater Light from the cosmos. As with each Human, the changes begin within her and then spread across her entire energetic structures. Expect the unexpected and stay in equilibrium no matter what transpires. You are ready - you have great strength to stay balanced in every situation.

Many of you are finding in fact, that the time between creation and manifestation is much shorter than used to be. You are actually seeing the results of your visioning efforts take place before your eyes. It is now such a time upon the Earth, where you as a co-creator with the Source are employing the power at your disposal and seeing how benevolent and supportive it can be in its response. Every time you speak your truth and stand in the Light that you are, the new energies support you so that now it is a most opportune time to create magnificence both within and without your Being. All the good that should have been coming to you throughout the course of this lifetime and didn’t is now coming back to you unhindered by its opposite polarity. This might take some getting used to for some of you until you realize how wonderful your lives are truly becoming and that this is your Divine right as a child of the Creator of All.

Continue in your efforts and your observations of the workings of the new laws that are making your lives better in all ways. This will require your faith and belief until you recognize this working within your daily experience. Be in joy with it, Beloved Ones, accept this new way and become the walking Ambassadors of this new way of Being. Let your every action, word and deed reflect this godliness as you daily labor.

There are many worlds where there exists intelligent life that make up the higher dimensional universe. Earth is a 3rd dimensional world, and it will soon be raised up into the higher realms along with her children to once again join her brothers and sisters of the higher dimensions.

Your planet at one time was a higher dimensional world, but she fell down through the dimensions due to the actions of her children. She now wishes, as a conscious being, to ascend into her rightful place within the Heavenly Realms.

It was her children that plunged her deep within the dimensional layers, and it is her children that will now assist her to reclaim her position within the higher realms.

How you will achieve this is through love. It was your collective decision to turn your backs on love that allowed your mother planet to begin her descent down through the vibrational layers, and it is love that will once again lift her up where she rightfully belongs.

Your planet was once a jewel of the higher realms, rich in her majestic beauty and sparkling purity. Many of you still see the beauty that she possesses, but what you do not see is how beautiful she once was. You will again see this. This is the plan, and this is your purpose here.

Many tasks of this overall mission are being attended to each and every day with one goal in mind; to allow your planet to raise her frequency sufficiently to allow her to ascend up and out of the lower third dimension where she descended to.

Each of you has been hand-picked to be here at this time, do not allow yourselves to believe otherwise, as many beings expressed a desire to journey here for this experience and an opportunity to experience what it is like to ride with a planet through ascension. Not everyone’s desire could be accommodated.

You are one of the fortunate souls that were chosen to come here, and you were selected because there were those who believed you could get the job done. Many believed in you, and still believe in you today. We know that together you can get the job done, and together you will accomplish what you set out to do.

At this very moment, your task at hand is to see to it that as many of your world as possible become informed as to the life-changing proceedings that are about to affect each and every soul incarnate in your world. These changes will be quite startling for many of your people, and what we are attempting to accomplish is to prepare as many as possible for these changes.

It is not as easy for some to have their entire lives changed so abruptly as it may be for others, and you, our Lightworkers, are more equipped to deal with events such as these as many of you come from higher dimensional worlds and have also experienced just this sort of radical change before. Many of your world though, have not ever before experienced this kind of change, and it is the task of those with greater experience to see to it that your fellow brothers and sisters are cared for and their experience through these changes proceeds as smoothly as is possible.

All of you reading these words now have been trained in one specific area or even several areas to be able to lend your expertise to these proceedings. At this time, many of you have discovered, or are in the process of discovering just what it is you do best. All of you reading these words have found your way to this message, and that should tell you something about yourself and what you are capable of. There are so many fields that are required at this time to assist your planet and her people in their time of ascension, and each of you has received training in at least one, if not more of these fields. If you are not sure that you have found your calling yet, just try to follow your intuition and do what comes naturally to you. If you are finding difficulty in a particular area, perhaps this is not the field where you have received prior training. It is always acceptable to move on to another field and find if it better suits your individual talents, and it is okay to experience many fields until you find what suits you more comfortably. If you look hard enough and allow your intuition to guide you along, you will be led to your natural calling and you will know it when you have arrived there.

Looking at the progress you are all contributing to in your own ways, we see you making tremendous strides as you work together as a team. Obstacles that were once stubborn and formidable are now being removed easily and quickly as you steadfastly approach your desired outcome. You will succeed, this is without question, and we see you reaching great milestones just up ahead as you push onwards and upwards. Do not ease up on your efforts as your momentum has reached such force that nothing or no one can stop you now, and all you have hoped for is clearly in reach.

We, the Galactic Federation of Light, will continue to assist you where we feel our talents are most needed, and our members too have trained extensively to offer their services in our joint mission. Trust us as we continue on with our operations and extend to us the same level of confidence that we have for you. We understand that it is difficult for you to be able to see what we are accomplishing on our end of our mission, and this is one of the reasons we supply you with daily updates to these proceedings.

Trust these words shared with you that we too are making great strides in removing the obstacles between us. Do you think that we would have it any other way? Do you think that we would settle for ineffectual progress on any of our fronts throughout this campaign? You can be assured that we are adhering perfectly according to our prearranged schedule and all is proceeding smoothly and efficiently.

We inch closer to our shared goals each and every moment of each and every day, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Please remain as patient as you can be at this time and remain focused on your tasks at hand. Together we are almost at a point when we can begin working more personally with you and it will not be necessary for you to receive updates in this manner, as you will have firsthand knowledge of the day-to-day operations of our mission.

We are here for you. Backing you up and assisting you in the areas we feel you can benefit from our experience. We are also protecting you as best as we can from any harm, and we wish you to know that although you cannot yet see us, we are there with you as you proceed with your areas of our combined mission. We are in this together, and together we shall achieve victory. This is the only way we will achieve victory, and that is together.

We rely on each other and support each other in more ways than you can understand at this time, but always know that our mission depends upon each other and how well we can work together. So far we are working together very well as one team, though for the moment, separated by the limits of your physical senses. This obstacle is being removed as well, and this is another area where we must work together as one to reach our desired outcome. We will come together as one in the near days ahead and continue on in our mission of service as one, as no limitations will any longer divide us.

As we have said, there are many fronts to our campaign, and each day is filled with the work each area of our campaign demands. Each day is also greeted with more success, and that is why we say to you to remain ever confident, as there will come a day when no longer will there be work to be done to bring us together again. We see this day approaching quickly, and we will do all we can to hasten its arrival.

We are tremendously encouraged by what we see from you, our Lightworkers in the field, and we say to you that we see the momentum of our drive beginning to gain great strength. Continue to push ever forward and let nothing stop you or slow you or cast doubt for one moment that all you have been assured of will soon be yours. You are already doing everything it takes to make your collective vision a reality and it will come to you, as nothing new will be required of you to receive the manifestation of your dream. Continue on unrelenting, and very soon you will be rewarded what you richly deserve.

We see so many of you coming together and doing your part to spread the news of the imminent arrests of those of your criminal Cabal and of our reunion with you, our family, and we are very heart warmed with your efforts to bring forth what is that you desire.

This has been an important area that we have spoken of and even stressed on many occasions. One of your tasks here on Earth was to reach the understanding that nothing comes to you that you do not bring to yourself. This universe has been designed that way, and it pleases us so to say that we see so many of you have reached this understanding and that you are also making efforts to allow others to reach this understanding as well.

We do see those who have yet to reap the rewards of your efforts and who are waiting for the changes they wish to see come to them, but we also see a day when they too will tire of waiting and join in the efforts to make your collective dream become a reality. Continue on in your efforts to demonstrate for those who yet to see how your chosen reality is made manifest. Show them it is not only desire and intention, but that action is also a very necessary component of this process and that when applied sufficiently, it is then that what you desire is made manifest.

We see many of you applying this technique and creating the better world in which you wish to live in and we applaud your efforts and tell you that what you desire is coming to you, and gets closer to you each day. You do not have long to wait to begin to reap the rewards of all your efforts, and we do see evidence of the beginning to surface through your news media in the form of legal proceedings against those of your criminal Cabal.

We see these news reports continuing to grow in frequency, and we also see these proceedings being reported to also grow in scope and importance as the days press on. Continue your efforts to share these reports as far and as wide as you can as the importance of these events are incalculable, and it is important that as many of your world as is possible benefit as much as possible from these proceedings. As we have said, we wish for these arrests to be the undeniable signal to all of your world that your new day has begun and that the cause of so much of your hardship and struggle has been permanently removed from your path.

It is our intention to utilize these arrests to their utmost potential as a wakeup call to so many of your world who have yet to begin to open their eyes to their new world that is dawning before them. All will awaken to this new day, you can be assured of this, and use this knowledge to strengthen your confidence in your work and that you are very much succeeding to make a difference in your world.

It was not very long ago that many of you were not yet awakened yourselves, and just look at how far you have come today. Just think what tomorrow may bring for your brothers and sisters who have yet to join you in the light of your newly blossoming day.

Continue to act as a beacon for your brothers and sisters as they shake off their long slumber, as they will seek others and search for answers to questions they yet possess, and you will be there for them, to welcome them to their new lives removed from the darkness of the long night.

With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. There is such diverse and fervent activity in your world, even lightworkers may find it difficult to connect all the dots that show the light is subverting the dark ones’ efforts at every turn. It is heartening that many of you have correctly discerned that the Illuminati are using the only tactic left in their arsenal: fear. The talks about preemptive strikes against Iran to prevent that country’s possibility of producing a nuclear weapon; the possibility of a terrorist attack on New York City; the possibility of another devastating earthquake in Japan; the possibility that North Korea may become sufficiently menacing to cause war in Southeast Asia.

From our vantage point that permits viewing the collective consciousness, we know that few are buying into those scenarios, none of which is part of Earth’s destiny. Even those who still are slumbering insofar as understanding that these moments at hand are fast leading to Earth’s Golden Age are aiding the light by refusing to live in fear of “possibilities.”

Nevertheless, let us insert at this point a reader’s question: “Fear can be directed positively, so why do you keep saying that we must stay out of fear?” We say “stay out of fear” because its magnified energy prevents light from reaching consciousness, thereby keeping individuals mired in third density, unable to evolve spiritually and intellectually. Fear precludes sound reasoning, common sense, logical questioning and the will to rise up against tyranny and corruption—that is why puppets of the dark forces were able to control the peoples of Earth for many millennia. The dark ones “feed” on the energy of fear—without it, they cannot exist!

It is with elation that we see fear subsiding in the collective consciousness, but it’s as potent as ever on an individual basis. Through the universal law of attraction, the energy of fearful individuals goes out into the universe and attracts matching energy; like a boomerang it returns and brings with it still more fearful circumstances for the person to deal with. Anyone who is “courting” fear in the belief that it can be directed positively is playing with fire. It would be confusing that powerful negative energy with its more powerful opposite: the positivity of living steadfastly in the light, which gives rise to the self-confidence, spiritual strength, courage, wise judgment and determination that can overcome hardships encountered.

It is true that billions are living in fearful conditions that are harsher or of longer duration than they needed to complete those aspects of their soul contracts. It is in these instances that contracts are amended at soul level so those persons can leave Earth lifetimes before finishing other karmic provisions, and by divine grace, they are credited with full completion of third density karma. In other instances, the original contract calls for a short lifetime in those dire circumstances—that is enough to balance other lifetimes, and the souls move forward in spiritual evolvement. In both cases, the dual benefits are that the fear energy formerly on the planet is gone and those souls are beaming their light from Nirvana to Earth.

During this unprecedented time in the universe, still another means of divine grace is being offered. Evolved souls are volunteering to take on part of weaker souls’ hardest karmic experiencing, thereby letting them complete other contract provisions; at soul level they move in concert so the weaker ones become strengthened and can evolve out of third density. It is customary for spiritually evolved physical civilizations to assist weaker ones who ask for help—this is exactly what many of them nearby and far distant have been doing for Earth and you! However, in this unique era, that soul-level cooperation also is available for spiritual growth—yet another example of the boundless love within lighted beings.

Now then, through meticulous arrangements to assure that all is in accordance with your laws, the top echelon of Illuminati in the banking and lending industry have been removed from their positions and will face legal prosecution. “Feeling the heat,” others are leaving voluntarily, and retrieval of the Illuminati’s stolen fortunes is underway. Military leaders are cooperating with the light forces to impede aggression by troops still in the Illuminati camp, and the destruction of some of their cavernous underground areas has halted heinous experiments and other covert activities.

Within the months ahead, governmental shake-ups will weed out Illuminati members or those acting under their control, and persons with moral and spiritual integrity will step in. The nascent governments born in “Arab spring” will become stabilized and tyrannical regimes will fall. Rampant corruption in multinational corporations will meet its well-deserved end; directors who serve the interests of the populace will remain, those who are greedy and self-serving will go. National economies in bankrupt status will not be successfully revived; the global economy will reach rock bottom and an honorable system will start operating worldwide. Wars, violence, deception, oppression and media censorship will cease incrementally as the dark hearts and minds among you leave the planet.

It can be no other way—simply, this is the physics that governs life in this universe. As Earth continues apace into successively higher planes, nothing with low vibrations in any form—physical bodies, subversive plans, theft, dishonesty, unjust laws and imprisonment, bigotry, cruel customs and deeds—can survive.

Moving on, no, it will not be quite like religions being “totally discarded and replaced by universal laws in the Golden Age.” When the truths come forth that science and spirit are one and the same and that religious dogmas were originated by early leaders of church and state to control the masses, people whose consciousness has risen beyond the constraints of third density will adhere to the spiritual aspects of their respective religions and the devised, controlling aspects will fall by the wayside.

One of the truths to come forth is that Zionism, which by dark intent has been made synonymous with Judaism, actually is a bellicose political movement within the Illuminati, and its aim for more than six decades has been to create conflict and instability in the entire Middle East. Zionists, who have wielded powerful influence within and behind major governments and their military forces, do NOT represent the Jewish peoples in Israel or anywhere else. And, like all other Illuminati factions, they have been committed to that cabal’s goal of global domination.

Although Semites are of diverse national origins and religions, the Zionists have been successful in convincing many that “anti-Semitic” is exclusively prejudice against the Jewish peoples and opposition to Israel’s right to defend itself from its “enemies.” By means of that blatant distortion, they obtained not only world sympathy, but also massive defense funding from Israel’s allies, most especially the United States, all of which served to increase the Illuminati’s vast profits from their industrial-military machine.

In addition to controlling the masses through dogmatic teachings, religions have served the dark purpose of divisiveness to such an extent that it resulted in centuries of trauma and bloodshed. Witness the Crusades, wars between Catholics and Protestants, pogroms against Jews, executions of “blasphemous” individuals who refused to “recant.”

Divisiveness has long been an effective tool of the dark ones. Not content to divide the peoples only through religions, they have separated you into other conflicting camps by attaching labels to social strata, ideologies and philosophies, types of governing and political parties, and by labeling as a “conspiracy theorist” anyone who disputes official claims about any situation or event. These separations have kept duality flourishing down through the generations, thus miring the population in third density mentality. Rejoice with us that duality is acting out the final scene of its very long play on the planet!

Will insects harmful to humans and animals be in fourth density? No. Indeed all life in this universe derives from God via the love-light essence of Creator and thus is a soul; however, the darkness contaminated the energy streamers of many life forms so they would become harmful to third density civilizations. Earth life as a slug, minute aquatic form or harmful insect may be a step up the evolutionary ladder for persons who once had intelligence and reasoning ability, but whose free will choices during physical lifetimes became so dark that they devolved into first density’s primitive existence.

Do black people have some special karma? No, nor do people of any other race on Earth. All of you have had lifetimes in different races, genders, body form and features, relationships, aptitudes, intelligence levels, beliefs and locations in this universe; and along the way each of you has made soul contracts to achieve balanced experiencing. The selection every one of you made for this lifetime is as unique as each of you is.

How can I hold fast to the light when members of my family are in deepest darkness? Your thoughts, beliefs and heartfelt feelings are known only to you, and therein you can hold your light steady. It may help significantly to silently “endow” darkly inclined family members with light qualities you wish they had. “Seeing” them in the light can negate your feelings of being held back by their dark aspects.

Please remember that a family agreement is made with all souls’ unconditional love for each other. Because the agreement is designed to benefit every participant, some are the “heavies” for their own balancing, which enables the others to experience what they need to achieve balance, and all can move forward in soul growth. None of the participants consciously knows the role he or she chose and all are responsible only for their personal decisions and actions. You cannot control the actions of the family members you feel are in darkness, but you can control your reactions—reacting within the light lets lightheartedness flow within and radiate outward to all around you.

How will people rationalize greater numbers of deaths as the planet nears fourth density? Very likely people who are stuck in third density consciousness will attribute the deaths to the obvious causes and not speculate on the possibility that any “higher purpose” is involved, and people whose awareness has been raised by the light will understand what is transpiring. It is natural to grieve when beloved persons die, but envisioning them living in Nirvana’s glories also will allow feelings of happiness for them.

What can we tell young children whose parents choose to die rather than change their religious beliefs, and who will care for all the children who are orphaned? The choice about when to leave this lifetime is made at soul level in original or amended contracts, and no one knows even his own contract, much less anyone else’s. All you can know about someone’s death is that the cause was a vehicle crash, for example, or cancer, heart failure, aneurism or any other medical diagnosis. So it is foolhardy to think, much less assume, that religiously devout people who die when their children are young chose to do that rather alter their beliefs.

Overt devotion to religion is not the same as what is in one’s heart and mind. Persons you may think never would believe anything that conflicts with teachings of their church may be listening to soul-level messages; conversely, some of the darkest individuals among you attend church services or even hold high offices. Please do not place any individual in any of the “choice-for-leaving” categories we have mentioned in previous messages.

If both parents die, their children will be cared for by the same family members, friends or legal guardians who would step in just as happens now. With consciousness increasing just as vibratory levels are, children are much more aware and resilient than you may think, and when telepathic connections open, they and their parents may discuss whatever they wish.

Let us speak now about families who are grieving the death of a child. Recently a friend of my mother’s asked if I could offer comforting words to the family of four-year old Philip, who valiantly fought leukemia until his frail little body gave out. Esmeralda, whom you could call my goddaughter, manages the care of children in Nirvana, and it was most appropriate that we grant her request to give a message for Philip’s family. His mother gave permission to share Esmeralda’s words so they can give a measure of comfort to all families whose children are living in Earth’s spirit world.

Hello, my dear grandmother on Earth. It is a joy to speak with you and give a message for Philip's family. I went to meet him—what a beautiful little boy! It was a short welcome visit at the gentle care area where nurturing souls are with him constantly while his body strengthens from the long sickness. Already Philip is smiling and laughing and his eyes sparkle!

Soon he will be with me and we will look at the many types of homes so he can choose where he wants to live in the beginning. The homes differ in size, the colors and styles inside and out, and the landscaping differs too, although all of it is beautiful. He can choose to live in a tropical setting or one with pastures for horses, cows and other animals, or one of the homes by a lake or one in mountains—whatever environment most pleases him. I'll let Philip choose how we travel around on our house-hunting tour—by bus, car, train, or we can take a side trip on a boat or even an airplane ride.

I must tell you that there are two primary groups of children who come—youngsters like Philip who were dearly loved and cared for and others whose lives were in dreadful conditions like war zones, refugee camps, or "forgotten people" who are sick and starving. The ones in the second group live in a different area at first, where each child is given such an abundance of love and attention that soon all sadness and memories of horrible conditions fade. Then those children join the ones in the first group and embark upon a healthy, happy, active life.

Both groups are divided by age for a while so they receive the care, attentiveness and teaching appropriate for the age. For instance, the infants and toddlers need specialized care and many kinds of frequent attention that children of Philip's age and older don't need, but they do require many other types of circumstances and instructions to nurture their interests and aptitudes. Every child is treated as the unique being he or she is—nothing of rigidity or expectations of conformance is part of life here.

All foods are in keeping with what you call "discarnate," but our bodies certainly are visible to all of us! We have many kinds of delicious fruits, vegetables and grains—no meat, but there are plants that produce meat flavors—and lovely juices and many kinds of soup with different seasonings.

In all homes except the nurseries, the caretakers preside over Family Hour where each child has a turn to talk about his or her Earth family. The extent of their individual love bonds is evident, and in cases where little affection and attention were given, the child is encouraged to understand and feel forgiveness. You would call part of Family Hour prayer.

All schooling is according to age and comprehension. Philip will start in classes with children his age, and he can progress in studies as quickly as he likes and choose subjects of interest to him.

There are many forms of age-suitable entertainment—plays, music festivals, films, comedy shows and a variety of games indoors and out, and sports like swimming, tennis, hiking and skating. Often the older children teach the younger ones and also teach them good manners and other courtesies, how to dress themselves and tie shoes, build things with blocks, fly kites, build model ships and airplanes, and read them stories—it is the very same as big brothers and sisters on Earth! But specially trained supervisors always are aware of everyone's activities, so please do not think that the children are left to decide for themselves what is appropriate and what isn't!

Everyone can communicate telepathically, but especially youngsters enjoy speaking, and what a joy it is to hear them laughing about the sounds of words in their different languages!

Looking ahead, Philip will grow in stature and knowledge more quickly than children on Earth, and as he does, gradually he will remember other lifetimes of his cumulative soul. But always he will be only Philip! He will become far wiser and more intelligent, more knowledgeable and spiritually aware than he would have in a long Earth lifetime, but his love bonds with his Earth family never will change.

My dear grandmother, thank you for recording my description of life here so Philip's family can easily picture him in those circumstances I explained.

Live each day as it comes, as you never know what to expect when so many changes are on the verge of taking place. There can be little doubt that our allies are achieving great progress on many fronts, and that soon you can look forward to a period of explosive happenings. Already you are seeing how extensive our probes have been to remove corrupt individuals form the banking fraternity, and that has not yet finished. So as you can see, not only has the corruption been uncovered, but also those responsible. Once these disclosures gather steam, you would be surprised at how many people are coming forward with more information. The breakthrough has uncovered plots that have involved trillions of dollars, and the most outrageous and audacious acts to steal from their rightful owners. We intend that such monies are returned to them providing they were legally acquired in the first place. Much money that has been misused has come from the public purse, and in fact astronomical amounts are involved.

Is it no wonder that you have been denied sufficient for your needs when it has been diverted to private accounts, and black operations. We have been putting an end to such criminal acts so that wars can be considered something of the past, and world peace declared. To do all of this we must have the backing of the major governments, but only when they have been purged of those who do not have your full interests at heart. That is being worked upon and the case against them is being prepared. It is often a matter of whether each member has been true to their oath, and regretfully very few have.

So Dear Ones, we obviously know what is required to push on, but sometimes the task is so big it does take a great deal of negotiations. When we and our allies strike, you can be certain that we have covered all of the possibilities and are going to be successful. For some years we have planned well for this time, and our plentiful resources will ensure we achieve our goal. One of our biggest assets is our ability to go wherever we wish without being detected. It means we know the dark Ones plan, but does not mean we can always interfere. There are Universal Laws that govern all acts, and we have to observe your right to make your own freewill decisions. Although that may be hard to understand, that also includes the dark Ones. What often happens is that you give away your freewill, by not opposing what they have indicated they are to do. Duality is more of a game than you imagine, and quite a serious one at that. However, you can now begin to relax as the cabal and their organization have suffered a great loss of power due to our actions.

The Light which is growing all of the time is touching the hearts of more and more souls, and the awakening is spreading across the world. In every country without exception people are insisting upon being told the truth, and demanding that their representatives do so. Excuses or failure to respond is no longer being accepted, and action is expected. As you have seen already in some countries, it has resulted in massive demonstrations. The people have spoken and they will be listened to in future. In fact, politics as you know them now will never return, as in the New Age those who are of the Light will be identified and appointed for their allegiance to the Creator and all life.

There will be a more spiritual approach to all manner of things that affect the quality of life. Even religion will have to re-appraise its methods and teachings, so that it can been seen as unscrupulously honest and true to the Light. Many religions have set out to use their position to have power and control over their followers, and regretfully used fear to keep them in the fold. The fact is that you do not need outside help to understand the truth, as it is all held within. However, you follow your own path and sometimes it takes you to someone who has travelled further than you have, who can give you guidance. All decisions made by you can be checked out intuitively, so find a way of being able to take a quite moment or two to do it. The problem is that sometimes people ignore their intuition if it does not confirm what they would really like to do.

You will have a lot to learn in the short space of time left before Ascension. However, it will be most enjoyable as you absorb the new understanding of the purpose of life, and realize that it is meant to be a happy and joyful experience. Not only that, you will move onto a new path that introduces you to what you may expect after you ascend. It is after all your intent to return to the higher realms, that you have worked so hard to achieve. It comes quite naturally as it is familiar to you from the time you travelled through it, to drop into the 3rd. dimension. You are worthy souls that have proved yourselves powerful, and with the ability to overcome the darkness.

The Galactic Federation is so pleased that finally you are getting the evidence of change, in such a way that there is no denying that it is taking place. With our intent to allow you to see our craft more frequently, it has eased the suspicion that some of you have held that we are potential invaders. We have shown for many years that even when provoked, we are able to deal with it without any aggression or wanton actions. Our approach has always been in recognition of the sacredness of life which we honor and worship, as each one is a part of the Creator. The same applies where the Illuminati are concerned, as for all of their wickedness we are obliged to see them as souls of Light as everyone else. Their Light may be dim, but nevertheless it is still possible to grow from that position back to full Light. Their fate will be decided on Earth, but from a spiritual perspective, and it means that they will be shown mercy and compassion.

If anyone doubted that time has speeded up, you have only to consider the speed at which the first two months have passed, and so it shall continue right through to Ascension. The call for freedom from your oppressors has been answered and their ability to cause further problems has been addressed, and they no longer have the powerful bases that maintained their hold over you. They may seek to change matters, but it is now beyond their scope to reverse the affect of the actions against them. Their roles have been reduced to ones of only a nuisance value, and soon their activities will have all but evaporated as their power structure is taken apart. Having come thus far it only remains for us to remove the Illuminati, and a major part of our mission will have been completed.

Our allies with our help are doing all they can to push the media to return to true and factual reporting, and to remove the gags and censorship that has been used to hide the truth from you. With so much going on we would like to see them bring you up to date reports of the worldwide resignations, and arrests of top people involved in criminal acts. Such information will serve to give others the confidence to come forward, and help cleanse banking and politics from the immoral and unscrupulous activities of those who only work for self. You can expect some astonishing events very soon that will show without doubt, that the old paradigm has been shattered never to rise once again.

Be assured that as the old is being dismantled, so its replacements are ready to fill the vacuum. It has been planned so that the inconvenience to you is kept to a minimum. There will be short periods of difficulty, as the changes are massive and something of a challenge even for us. However, as with every other aspect of our mission the object is to quickly introduce you to the new technologies, and provide you with the necessary means to become self sufficient. We want to make you as free as possible to enjoy what we have brought you, that will lift you up into the next level of experience. By then we will have made full contact with you, and we shall have established a good working relationship together. Life will change for the better in such a short time, and waves of happiness will sweep across the world.

For now Dear Ones, live life with full expectations of what is to come, as there will no disappointments and our promises fulfilled. We will welcome the opportunity to meet you and detail what lies ahead, as there are in some instances confusion over what you may expect. However, there is absolutely no doubt that however much your paths may wander, you will have the opportunity to ascend. Be under no illusion about the end times, as it is the end of an era that has seen you tested and tried to the limits, all in the interests of acquiring experience of duality. Your service has been one of extreme sacrifice, having left the comfort and beauty of the higher realms to step into the unknown. It is no wonder that each soul is viewed with such great admiration and love.

Matters have reached a point where you can almost expect some great gains on a weekly basis, as many changes have advanced so rapidly. It is a question as to whether such developments can be relayed to you through one of the news outlets. Certainly the Internet is more open and free, but you have to search to find such sources. Eventually, and sooner rather than later, there will be a clamor to report factual accounts of what is going on, as otherwise certain agencies will be left behind. So we do not have too much concern in this connection, as the truth will be too good to miss and make sensational headlines. Too few people have controlled the media for a very long time, but it has become harder for the cabal to promote the lies that have been thrust before you. You have for some time now awakened to the manner in which you have been led by those with their own agenda. In the near future it will all change and you will finally be able to trust what you are told.

These are powerful times when you can visualize what you desire from life, and it will become your creation. So think positively and do not allow any fear laden messages to deflect you from your path. Certainly there will be areas where the affects of the changes will impinge upon people, but help will be at hand particularly now many of you are bonding together. It will grow, and with our coming and your release from the dark Ones, and those differences that have been played upon to keep you apart will disappear. At last you will realize that you are One and work with each other for the betterment of all.
Without the imposition of poverty and the denial of your rights, Humanity would long ago have united, because at heart you are of a group conscious level that seeks unity amongst all people.

Now is the time to release any baggage you carry from this and earlier lives. With consciousness levels rising, you will be able to identify and cut off links with that which has no place with your ascended self. Indeed, what was acceptable in recent times may now be found to be out of place, as you raise your vibrations. The new you is rising up out of the ashes of the old you, and you are creating an embodiment that is appropriate for Ascension that you will know as your crystalline body. That in itself will assure you of having a healthy life, that is free from the illnesses and disease associated with the low vibrations of the 3rd. dimension.

You are witnessing the beginning of the end of all that has held you back, so that you can take the quantum leap forward that comes with Ascension. It has taken a long time to get to this exact moment, to enjoy the success of all ours and your endeavours. It was inevitable regardless of what the dark Ones did to stop our progress, and in the end they laid themselves open to defeat because of their immense greed and arrogance. Not even money can buy them their way out of the collapse of their empire, which is now about to come apart. It obviously has not gone unnoticed, and it is giving confidence to people who have stories to tell that will reveal the truth. Changes have suddenly started to speed up, and you can expect them to continue from hereon. Sometimes you might pinch yourself to make sure it is really happening, as they will take your breath away. Always look for the positive aspects of change, which are often more in the way of "clearing the decks" ready for the new to come in.

Now that the sorting out of people who are not fit to serve you has begun, it will extend to all areas of life. Politicians are by and large unreliable and prone to break their oath to serve you the people. They are already under scrutiny and will soon be subject to removal where they have committed criminal acts. Provisional governments will be put in place where necessary, and control will be given to those who have proved worthy of such responsibility. We do not expect much resistance to the changes, as we have the absolute proof we need to go ahead and there can be no argument about it. If necessary, we can go back in time to prove a point, so you will realise why we can be so confident. It means that we do not have to resort to force to accomplish our gaols.

The financial situation is still very fluid, but lurches from one problem to another. Whatever is done there will no way of returning to the old ways, and certain currencies will collapse forcing changes that will be welcomed. It will all be part of the end of old systems that allowed much fraudulent activity, and obscene profits made. Profit is not as you might say "a dirty word", but it should reflect a fair reward for services given. A small number of people have acquired most of the wealth of the world, leaving millions poor and many on less than survival wages. Do not doubt for one moment that it will remain as such because abundance is coming, and the standards of living will be greatly increased. Sharing will be the order of the day, and with ever increasing levels of consciousness people will easily change their approach to one another. Deep within you are loving Beings, that will quickly sweep away the present dogmas, and false differences that have been keeping you apart.

See everyone as like yourself and accept that it should not be any different, as you all originally came from the Source of All That Is. Each of you have had many lives living according to different creeds and religious orders. You have moved between many different cultures, and that has been part of your necessary experience to bring you back into the Light. It is best to acknowledge the beauty that lies in the differences, that lead to so many varied experiences that are the building bricks of your consciousness. Indeed, you might consider that there would be no point in living with duality unless it presented you with all manner of challenges for your growth.

Over millennia of time Humans have created so much anger and hatred amongst themselves, that subconsciousness memories of the reasons are still very much held by them. This has led to racial tension and the cabal have played upon it to keep you at one another's throats. Often the black man has been looked upon as a lesser Being and as illiterate, yet that was intended by the dark Ones as they deliberately denied him real educational opportunities. They knew that it would make them more easier to take into slavery, and for hundreds of years exploited that situation. Your enthusiasm for sports has however partly overcome the problem, as you have what you call "an equal playing field" where the black man has excelled in them. It has helped people to accept the rights of all races to be treated equally.

Even in this closing period of duality everyone can still learn a lot, as the circumstances will still throw up challenges to test your resolve to be as one who is living the Light. With so many revelations coming out you need to be on your guard, as it would be only too easy to be judgmental. By all means speak about matters, but do it from an impersonal angle without empowering it with your emotional energy. Remember as we have informed you on a number of times, you do not know another souls life plan or why they have chosen their experiences. In the higher Spirit worlds souls are of a vibration that gives no energy to judgement or condemnation, they hold the love vibration and it is not in their way of thinking.

Dear Ones, you gone through a lot throughout the cycle of duality, and it is now time to rise above it and dissolve any links you have with it. Move firmly into the Light and live it by being compassionate and loving where all life is concerned. It is not as difficult as you may think, and many of you do it without really giving it any thought. When it becomes second nature to you, you will know you are well on the way to completion and Ascension. You will become more like the Being you were, before you stepped down into the lower vibrations. That should feel natural to you as it is your true state of being, as a spiritual Being. As such you may find that you experience a lightness as though you are walking on air, and a peace and calmness that is bliss.

The Galactic Federation draws closer and is in readiness to allow more sightings of their craft. Certain events indicate that you are rapidly growing more accepting of our presence, and are encouraged by seeing our craft. Before very long, we will be everywhere and sightings will become commonplace. We will be coming and going with the business of helping you with the advent of new technologies, that will lift your standard of life and remove long lasting problems. We wish you to be happy and at peace before you reach the important point and wonderful conclusion to duality this year.

I was reading this excerpt this morning, from a book by Cyndi Dale, I don't know her, but the link between physics and spirituality is my little pet subject so I thought it might be of interest here too... so here it is.

Everything in this world, from sunlight to cupcakes, is made of energy.

Energy is simply information that vibrates or moves. Some energy, such as the energy composing a table or a chair, moves slowly. You can see, touch, discuss, and prove the existence of these slow-energy objects. But most of the energy in this world can’t be seen, heard, or touched through our typical five senses. It moves so fast that we can’t perceive it; usually, we can notice only its effects. Is the energy transmitted by your car radio any less real than the energy that makes up the book on your coffee table? How about the microwaves that zap your food or the satellite transmissions that zip e-mails your way?

You know these energies exist, even though you can’t see them, yet they are vital to your life.

Trillions upon trillions of bits of energetic data are zinging around us 24/7, and our energetic boundaries, themselves composed of fastmoving, unseen energy, keep us from being overwhelmed by them all. Energy also composes our feelings, thoughts, and needs, as well as our inherent beliefs and spiritual essence.

Throughout history and across all cultures, intuitives, healers, visionaries, and shamans have been able to perceive the energetic fields that science is only now coming to comprehend and study. In fact, they have been able to see and work with the three systems that link our physical and spiritual energies and interact to form our overall energetic anatomy: the channels,also called the meridians; the centers, the most well known of which are the chakras; and the fields, one of which is the auric field. Other types of fields include various types of magnetic fields, morphogenetic or species-based fields, miasmic or disease-creating fields, and all sorts of other fields that link our inner self with the outer world.

The meridians spread energy throughout our body. The chakras are energy receptors or holders, located mainly inside of the body. The fields, expanding bubbles or circles of light, are found outside of our body, emanating from our skin to several feet away. These fields compose our energetic boundaries. They listen to the data in our chakras and other energy centers to determine which information to bring from outside to inside of us. The fields also communicate messages from us to the outer world. There are actually dozens, maybe even hundreds or thousands of layers or energy boundaries extending from your body. Some hover upon your skin like a butterfly kiss; others are similar to madcap children, dashing in all directions. Some of these fields perform specific activities, ranging from protecting us from dangers to attracting people to us. The most well-known field is the auric field. Many believe that our auric field is the same as our electromagnetic field, a continually emerging and fluctuating field of energy produced by the electrical currents in our bodies. Every cell in our body pulses with electricity. Electricity produces magnetism, which means that every cell and organ, as well as the entirety of your body, generates energy fields. Kirlian photography, a scientific tool in use since the 1930s, employs a special type of film to illuminate the life energy, or auric field, around plants, animals, and people. Kirlian images reveal that all living beings emanate a set of electromagnetic fields.

These fields are interactive; they both take in and emit energy. That’s why you can sense people, or even get a read on their personalities, when they walk into your space. Our energetic fields respond to trauma and healing energies. They also react to emotions and love; when two people interrelate, their energy fields blur and merge. Science can locate the heart field from at least four to six feet away from the body, which means we’re able to exchange energy with others near us, but we can also swap energy with people hundreds of miles away. As quantum physics is proving, once two particles or people have met, they remain connected forever. That’s how you know what’s happening to your best friend who you haven’t talked with for months or how you sense the exact moment a faraway loved one dies.

Even more startling, human energetic fields invite energy-information exchanges between people who have never met, between the living and the dead, and between people from the future and present day. And this process isn’t limited to people. We can also converse energetically with plants, animals, and even inanimate objects.

No matter which scientific instruments we employ, we can take pictures of only a few of the many known energetic fields. Dozens of other scientifically proven energies, such as high-level infrared, ultraviolet, and gamma waves, as well as microwaves, expand farther than and stretch under visible light, the tiny spectrum of color we’re used to working with. Every physical cell and organ actually generates its own magnetic or auric field. Furthermore, your body is 70 percent water, and each water molecule in your body spawns its own energetic field, because water molecules have north and south poles and conduct electricity. With so many individual components of our body generating their own energetic fields, it’s almost impossible to figure out how many energy fields each of us actually has.

Most images of the auric fields depict them as rippling bands of light. This is because electromagnetic energy is light. The electromagnetic spectrum is really a band of different speeds and temperatures of radiating energy or light. At the measurable end of this spectrum are radio waves, which, with their long wavelengths and low frequencies, are considered low energy, or not very powerful. On the other end are gamma rays, which feature short wavelengths and high frequencies, and are high in energy, or very intense. Somewhere in the middle is the relatively small band of energy called visible light, the range of rainbow colors we’re actually able to see.

These various electromagnetic energies are not really different from each other. They are all made of photons, the unit of energy that creates light. This means that everything composed of electromagnetic energy is light, including your energetic fields-and you yourself. Research such as that conducted by Hal Puthoff, and discussed by Lynne McTaggart in her bookThe Field, is showing that we are actually made of and surrounded by photons. Our DNA is, in fact, a biophoton machine, a mechanism responding to the light outside and inside of us.

Not only are we made of light, but we also generate light. That personal, literal light radiates from deep within our bodies. It also streams right through from outside to the inside of us, not stopping for skin or clothing. Because we consist of light, our energetic boundaries are nothing more or less than light.

Our auric field actually consists of twelve different bands of light.










Each band operates at a different frequency in the electromagnetic spectrum. For instance, most intuitives and Kirlian photographers see the band closest to our skin as red. We are born with each layer intact, but each becomes active at different points in our lives, from conception all the way to our elder years. The bands become colored in, or tuned to a specific frequency, with our life experiences.












Measuring the Miracles of your Energy Field

Decades ago, only mystics and madmen believed that there was an energy field around all living beings. Now science has actually proven that series of fields exists and that the sum total is much stronger and more potent than ever imagined. In fact, research done on this field is yielding a rich base for everything from diagnosing illness to enhancing food to creating prosperity.

The new science started in 1963, when Gerhard Baule and Richard McFee of Syracuse University detected a biomagnetic field around the human heart. The prefix bio stands for biology, or the chemical processes that create life. Magnetism is the energy produced by electricity, although it can also generate on its own under certain conditions. In the 1970s, researcher David Cohen of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) used a SQUID (superconducting quantum interference device) magnetometer, a means of measuring magnetism, to confirm Baule and McFee’s results and measure the magnetic fields surrounding the human head and produced by brain activities.

Science has since started using the magnetocardiogram and magnetoencephalogram to measure magnetism from the heart and head, respectively. The magnetic fields detected by these instruments are so strong that we can analyze them for signs of disease before disease shows up in traditional medical tests. Illness alters the biomagnetic field, and the “sick area” of a field can be tracked to the related part of the body. Even more importantly, changing the biomagnetic field changes the body, which means that pulsing magnetic fields into the body can stimulate healing.

For almost five centuries, healers across the world have used the energy of their own bodies to help others heal, to detect events before they happen, and to transform physical matter. Eastern medicine is based on these concepts, as are most shamanic methods from the Western world. It’s pretty amazing that science is now showing how these practices work in physical reality, and research is revealing the potential of these long revered, ancient practices.

For instance, in 1992, Japanese researchers studied practitioners of various martial arts and healing practices. Many of these systems are based on the idea that a natural energy called qi (chi), prana, mana, orgone, life energy, kundalini, or other names flows through the body and regulates health. These researchers discovered that the qi emission from hands is so powerful that it can be detected with a simple magnetometer consisting of two coils with 80,000 turns of wire. Since then, a number of studies of qi gong, a well-respected energy-balancing method, have measured the sound, light, and thermal fields emitted by its practitioners.

Particularly important is that the frequencies of these emanations, which often pulse, vary from moment to moment. Medical researchers creating pulsating magnetic- field therapies are discovering that these same frequencies can actually initiate healing in soft and hard tissues, even in patients who have gone unhealed for as long as forty years.

Other research is just as exciting. Bioengineering professor Henry Lai of the University of Washington, along with three colleagues, used weak magnetic fields to eliminate and heal malaria bacteria. In the study of magnetism, researchers found 33 to 70 percent fewer parasites in the exposed versus unexposed samples.

These dances into the scientific prove what ancient wisdom has already known: if you paint your world with every color of the rainbow, the world will smile back.

You hunger for the truth as you come to realize that for eons of time it has been kept from you, and that much you view as your history has been fabricated to suit the aims of those involved. Perhaps the most important omission is evidence of our visitations to Earth, and the contacts we have made. However, through archeology for those who eyes to see, there is evidence going back thousands of years. Some of it is undeniable, even to the point of showing that craft were in your skies long before you took to the air. If it had already been accepted that we were constant visitors to your Earth, and had meaningful contacts when we imparted knowledge to you, it would have been so much easier to make Disclosure. In fact, in some ways it might not have even been necessary to do it at all, as our link to you would have been understood, and our visits would have already been openly taking place.

So it is now left to our Allies to create such pressure on your Government, that they will ultimately have to give in to your request for the truth to be acknowledged where we are concerned. Both your Government and Military are well aware that in one way or another, our presence will soon be made known if only because we are in conflict with those who refuse to make peace, and instead create war. It can commence as soon as the media decide to allow the truth to be put into print, and that outright lies and false information are rejected. There are some moves towards such changes but it is not fast enough for us, so strong pressure will be applied until the breakthrough occurs. We along with you have waited patiently for a long time to see the dark Ones move aside and allow the New Age to begin. The Galactic Federation will consider direct action if the impasse remains much longer. They know that we have already done where their underground bases are concerned, and that we mean business when we decide to act. Furthermore, they do not have the means to thwart our plans any longer, as the Light is formidable when used for the good of all.

Like you, we want to see quick progress and not continual delays, and we intend to make sure things begin to happen that everyone will be aware of. There is much in progress and it is creating openings for our allies, and we are encouraging them to step in and take them. Be assured that results are going to come to your notice, and it will be the time when you will absolutely know the countdown to Ascension has started. That you have a date for the completion of this cycle is wonderful, as it means you have something to set your sights upon as you count the days that remain. The people that front the freedom movements that press for release from the old ways of dictatorship, are really the pioneers that have set the scene for even greater achievements. All changes have to commence somewhere and sometime, and from small beginnings the Light shall take over from the dark and deliver the promises made to you.

Sit tight yet not in tension as all is well and you will find that all of a sudden a whole series of events will take place, clearly showing you that your expectations are being fulfilled. We protect you and Mother Earth and have done so for millennia of time, and shall continue to do so. It will be more obvious when we can finally meet with you openly, and when we can it should be a most enjoyable change of direction for you. To know that you are finally safe from the attentions of the last cabal will bring a rush of joy and excitement, and a great time acting out the final plan for your Ascension. For some time now whether or not you have personally realized it, your consciousness levels have grown and that process is speeding up until you acquire full consciousness. It is another area of development that we shall help you with as soon as it is possible.

When you think of what is planned for you, we hope it lifts up your hearts and you spread the feeling of happiness it should bring you. Naturally those souls that have remained with closed eyes and ears where Ascension is concerned, will be the ones confused and even frightened of the changes for which they have not made preparations. They deserve the same attention and help as anyone else, so that they may also leave duality on Earth in the knowledge of where their future lies. This experience will achieve much in time, as it will remain in their subconscious memory until it can serve them again. They certainly will not have to start at the bottom of the ladder again. Like any other soul they will progress because it is impossible to stand still, as even if it is not perceptible, everything is in state of change and is the one constant in the Universe.

In the future you will have much more knowledge and understanding of the Universal Laws, and with full consciousness you will have no problem in adhering to them. It can all be summed up by living from a point of Unconditional Love, and although a great challenge in your present circumstances it will become easier as you ascend. Dear Ones try to live to your highest understanding of what it is to be an ascended being, and you will soon find out how far you have progressed. Bear in mind that All Is One and that should help you overcome most difficulties you are likely to encounter. We say that because many you of you have been brought up to think of people, in little boxes that have labels on them rather than see one complete Human Family. You are not expected to reach perfection now, indeed that would be extremely difficult until you reach a much higher level of consciousness.

For those of you who like to keep abreast of what the different sources are reporting, you might have noticed that there is slowly a convergence of information taking place. That is a sure sign that the time lines are beginning to come together, but you will still find some that are more extreme than others. Those who uphold religious beliefs tend to be on their own, as they feel bound by the apocalyptic prophesies of their ancient teachings. Many are no longer applicable as they were given at a time when they seemed possible, but events since have changed the outcome. This year will sorely test their beliefs, but obviously like anyone else they have a future of their own creation.

" the last months of duality "

You the people have achieved the seemingly impossible, by reversing the fortunes of the Illuminati. You have done so by focusing upon the Light, and bringing into being a great grid of Light that now surrounds the Earth. No longer do they have the negative energies to feed upon, that have enabled them to come close to taking over the world. Wherever the lower vibrations exist, they are being transmuted and taking away their ability to superimpose their will upon yours. You have spoken out loud and demanded beneficial changes that are now taking place, and so shall they continue until those of the Light take complete charge. Although the cleansing has only just begun, you are to be congratulated for your unyielding support, and you will soon see some tangible evidence of your success.

Each one of you has spent many lifetimes working towards this final year in the cycle of duality. There are some that are best forgotten, yet they have been part of the plan for your return to the Light. At all times God has been present and God's assurance of the power of the Light to overcome the dark, has carried you through the darkest period in Humanity's history. It may have felt at times that God had deserted you, but that was because you lost contact with the Source. Separation was as a real experience, yet at no time could you ever be truly separated. You and God are One, and you and all other life are One, and it cannot be otherwise. As you lift upwards so you become more of the Light, and with Ascension will shed the heaviness of the physical body. To be free is quite an exhilarating experience, and you will be literally re-born.

We ask you the Lightworkers to walk tall and consciously spread your Light wherever you go, so that when you come across a disturbance you can apply healing by simply being there. Be assured that your presence is uplifting to others, and you may notice that young children in particular can feel it, They often respond in a way that confirms their awareness. Your energy is of a healing nature, and no doubt some of you are regular healers in service to others.

With an ear to the ground, many of you are aware that banking fraternity are answering for their corrupt financial dealings. It is the commencement of more far reaching actions, that shall ultimately remove the cancer that they have brought into your society. In trying to control the world's wealth, they have unwittingly brought about their own demise. It has also led back to political persons who have benefitted from their crimes, and they also will be removed. Have no doubt that they will pay the price for what they have done, and coming governmental changes will ensure that your future representatives are above such acts, and are true and honest.

Until you learn how you have been manipulated and used by the dark Ones, you will have little idea of how far their tentacles reached. Even some judges who you may have thought were beyond bribery and corruption are involved. None shall escape as we know exactly who has been guilty, and have all the evidence that will convict them. Your societies will become cleansed and start again with people you know you can trust. They will be responsible for implementing new laws, and revival of the Constitution that upholds your rights. You will be freed from the many unjust laws that the dark Ones have brought in, and people unfairly imprisoned will be released. It sounds like a lot of time will be needed to bring it all about, but you shall be astonished at how quickly matters will move. We come nearer to that time when it shall commence in such a way, that you will know for certain what is taking place.

The Galactic Federation has had much experience in helping civilizations to pass through Ascension, although yours is a bigger challenge. Never before have both the people and the Earth ascended together, but there is absolute confidence that it will successfully take place. You should feel quite pleased to be the ones who are on Earth at such a wonderful occasion. The significance of it all will not be lost on anyone, as to have such an experience is quite unique. We shall be eagerly watching the whole process, ready welcome the latest members of the Galactic Society.

There is no going back unless of course you choose to do so, and some souls will want to keep their links with those who are staying in the lower dimension, although they could have gone through. From hereon it is all gain, and a continual outpouring of Light will continue to guide you ever onwards and upwards. Because of your experience you will be in demand to help those who are still in the 3D vibrations. Your place would be similar to what ours is to you now, and that is how it works when you desire to be of service to others. Be assured there is never a dull moment and think upon the size of your Galaxy, and the millions of suns and planets teeming with life.

Think positively as you move through the last months of duality, and do not concern yourselves too much with the fate of the dark Ones. They will be treated with full justice and be given every opportunity to make amends, and every help to find a path back to the Light. Know that every soul will end up exactly where they are meant to be, which is at a level that will allow for the next stage of their evolution. That Dear Ones is what it is all about, and it is the same for everyone even if they are unaware of it. No path is walked alone, and the Creator is ever sending out the Love and Light that is the milk of life.

In this present time you are beginning to hear about our actions carried out on your behalf. We have ever increasing authority to intervene on any attempts to start a Third World War, and you need not fear the threats that are being uttered by those who have such an agenda. Peace has been called for by you and peace is what you will get, as it is time to move on from the darkness of the souls who have controlled you and your Earth for so long. Keep going and do not be distracted by the fear that some dark Ones are trying to generate, through their desire to start another conflict. It will not be allowed under any circumstances.
