1) AWOL Chain of Command
a. It is well documented that the officials topping the chain of command for response to a domestic attack - George W. Bush, Donald Rumsfeld, Richard Myers, Montague Winfield - all found reason to do something else during the actual attacks, other than assuming their duties as decision-makers.
b. Who was actually in charge? Dick Cheney, Richard Clarke, Norman Mineta and the 9/11 Commission directly conflict in their accounts of top-level response to the unfolding events, such that several (or all) of them must be lying.

2) Air Defense Failures
a. The US air defense system failed to follow standard procedures for responding to diverted passenger flights.
b. Timelines: The various responsible agencies - NORAD, FAA, Pentagon, USAF, as well as the 9/11 Commission - gave radically different explanations for the failure (in some cases upheld for years), such that several officials must have lied; but none were held accountable.
c. Was there an air defense standdown?

3) Pentagon StrikeHow was it possible the Pentagon was hit 1 hour and 20 minutes after the attacks began? Why was there no response from Andrews Air Force Base, just 10 miles away and home to Air National Guard units charged with defending the skies above the nation's capital? How did Hani Hanjour, a man who failed as a Cessna pilot on his first flight in a Boeing, execute a difficult aerobatic maneuver to strike the Pentagon? Why did the attack strike the just-renovated side, which was largely empty and opposite from the high command?

4) Wargames
a. US military and other authorities planned or actually rehearsed defensive response to all elements of the 9/11 scenario during the year prior to the attack - including multiple hijackings, suicide crashbombings, and a strike on the Pentagon.
b. The multiple military wargames planned long in advance and held on the morning of September 11th included scenarios of a domestic air crisis, a plane crashing into a government building, and a large-scale emergency in New York. If this was only an incredible series of coincidences, why did the official investigations avoid the issue? There is evidence that the wargames created confusion as to whether the unfolding events were "real world or exercise." Did wargames serve as the cover for air defense sabotage, and/or the execution of an "inside job"?

5) Flight 93
Did the Shanksville crash occur at 10:06 (according to a seismic report) or 10:03 (according to the 9/11 Commission)? Does the Commission wish to hide what happened in the last three minutes of the flight, and if so, why? Was Flight 93 shot down, as indicated by the scattering of debris over a trail of several miles?THE DAY - POSSIBLE SMOKING GUNS

6) Did cell phones work at 30,000 feet in 2001? How many hijackings were attempted? How many flights were diverted?

7) Demolition HypothesisWhat caused the collapse of a third skyscraper, WTC 7, which was not hit by a plane? Were the Twin Towers and WTC 7 brought down by explosives? 8) What did officials know? How did they know it?
a. Multiple allied foreign agencies informed the US government of a coming attack in detail, including the manner and likely targets of the attack, the name of the operation (the "Big Wedding"), and the names of certain men later identified as being among the perpetrators.
b. Various individuals came into possession of specific advance knowledge, and some of them tried to warn the US prior to September 11th.
c. Certain prominent persons received warnings not to fly on the week or on the day of September 11th.

9) Able Danger, Plus - Surveillance of Alleged Hijackersa. The men identified as the 9/11 ringleaders were under surveillance for years beforehand, on the suspicion they were terrorists, by a variety of US and allied authorities - including the CIA, the US military's "Able Danger" program, the German authorities, Israeli intelligence and others. b. Two of the alleged ringleaders who were known to be under surveillance by the CIA also lived with an FBI asset in San Diego, but this is supposed to be yet another a coincidence.

10) Obstruction of FBI Investigations prior to 9/11A group of FBI officials in New York systematically suppressed field investigations of potential terrorists that might have uncovered the alleged hijackers - as the Moussaoui case once again showed. The stories of Sibel Edmonds, Robert Wright, Coleen Rowley and Harry Samit, the "Phoenix Memo," David Schippers, the 199i orders restricting investigations, the Bush administration's order to back off the Bin Ladin family, the reaction to the "Bojinka" plot, and John O'Neil do not, when considered in sum, indicate mere incompetence, but high-level corruption and protection of criminal networks, including the network of the alleged 9/11 conspirators. (Nearly all of these examples were omitted from or relegated to fleeting footnotes in The 9/11 Commission Report.)

11) Insider Trading
a. Unknown speculators allegedly used foreknowledge of the Sept. 11th events to profiteer on many markets internationally - including but not limited to "put options" placed to short-sell the two airlines, WTC tenants, and WTC re-insurance companies in Chicago and London.
b. In addition, suspicious monetary transactions worth hundreds of millions were conducted through offices at the Twin Towers during the actual attacks.
c. Initial reports on these trades were suppressed and forgotten, and only years later did the 9/11 Commission and SEC provide a partial, but untenable explanation for only a small number of transactions (covering only the airline put options through the Chicago Board of Exchange).

12) Who were the perpetrators?
a. Much of the evidence establishing who did the crime is dubious and miraculous: bags full of incriminating material that happened to miss the flight or were left in a van; the "magic passport" of an alleged hijacker, found at Ground Zero; documents found at motels where the alleged perpetrators had stayed days and weeks before 9/11.
b. The identities of the alleged hijackers remain unresolved, there are contradictions in official accounts of their actions and travels, and there is evidence several of them had "doubles," all of which is omitted from official investigations.
c. 13) Who Is Osama Bin Ladin?
a. Who judges which of the many conflicting and dubious statements and videos attributed to Osama Bin Ladin are genuine, and which are fake? The most important Osama Bin Ladin video (Nov. 2001), in which he supposedly confesses to masterminding 9/11, appears to be a fake. In any event, the State Department's translation of it is fraudulent.
b. Did Osama Bin Ladin visit Dubai and meet a CIA agent in July 2001 (Le Figaro)? Was he receiving dyalisis in a Pakistani military hospital on the night of September 10, 2001 (CBS)?
c. Whether by Bush or Clinton: Why is Osama always allowed to escape?
d. The terror network associated with Osama, known as the "data base" (al-Qaeda), originated in the CIA-sponsored 1980s anti-Soviet jihad in Afghanistan. When did this network stop serving as an asset to covert operations by US intelligence and allied agencies? What were its operatives doing in Kosovo, Bosnia and Chechnya in the years prior to 9/11?

14) All the Signs of a Systematic 9/11 Cover-up
a. Airplane black boxes were found at Ground Zero, according to two first responders and an unnamed NTSB official, but they were "disappeared" and their existence is denied in The 9/11 Commission Report.
b. US officials consistently suppressed and destroyed evidence (like the tapes recorded by air traffic controllers who handled the New York flights).
c. Whistleblowers (like Sibel Edmonds and Anthony Shaffer) were intimidated, gagged and sanctioned, sending a clear signal to others who might be thinking about speaking out.
d. Officials who "failed" (like Myers and Eberhard, as well as Frasca, Maltbie and Bowman of the FBI) were given promotions.

15) Poisoning New YorkThe White House deliberately pressured the EPA into giving false public assurances that the toxic air at Ground Zero was safe to breathe. This knowingly contributed to an as-yet unknown number of health cases and fatalities, and demonstrates that the administration does consider the lives of American citizens to be expendable on behalf of certain interests.

16) Disposing of the Crime Scene The rapid and illegal scrapping of the WTC ruins at Ground Zero disposed of almost all of the structural steel indispensable to any investigation of the collapse mechanics. (See also item no. 23, below.)

17) AnthraxMailings of weapons-grade anthrax - which caused a practical suspension of the 9/11 investigations - were traced back to US military stock. Soon after the attacks began in October 2001, the FBI approved the destruction of the original samples of the Ames strain, disposing of perhaps the most important evidence in identifying the source of the pathogens used in the mailings. Were the anthrax attacks timed to coincide with the Afghanistan invasion? Why were the letters sent only to media figures and to the leaders of the opposition in the Senate (who had just raised objections to the USA PATRIOT Act)?

18) The Stonewall
a. Colin Powell promised a "white paper" from the State Department to establish the authorship of the attacks by al-Qaeda. This was never forthcoming, and was instead replaced by a paper from Tony Blair, which presented only circumstantial evidence, with very few points actually relating to September 11th.
b. Bush and Cheney pressured the (freshly-anthraxed) leadership of the Congressional opposition into delaying the 9/11 investigation for months. The administration fought against the creation of an independent investigation for more than a year.
c. The White House thereupon attempted to appoint Henry Kissinger as the chief investigator, and acted to underfund and obstruct the 9/11 Commission.

19) A Record of Official Lies
a. "No one could have imagined planes into buildings" - a transparent falsehood upheld repeatedly by Rice, Rumsfeld and Bush.
b. "Iraq was connected to 9/11" - The most "outrageous conspiracy theory" of all, with the most disastrous impact.

20) Pakistani Connection - Congressional Connection
a. The Pakistani intelligence agency ISI, creator of the Taliban and close ally to both the CIA and "al-Qaeda," allegedly wired $100,000 to Mohamed Atta just prior to September 11th, reportedly through the ISI asset Omar Saeed Sheikh (later arrested for the killing of Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl, who was investigating ISI connections to "al-Qaeda.")
b. This was ignored by the congressional 9/11 investigation, although the senator and congressman who ran the probe (Bob Graham and Porter Goss) were meeting with the ISI chief, Mahmud Ahmed, on Capitol Hill on the morning of September 11th.
c. About 25 percent of the report of the Congressional Joint Inquiry was redacted, including long passages regarding how the attack (or the network allegedly behind it) was financed. Graham later said foreign allies were involved in financing the alleged terror network, but that this would only come out in 30 years.

21) Unanswered Questions and the "Final Fraud" of the 9/11 Commission:
a. The September 11th families who fought for and gained an independent investigation (the 9/11 Commission) posed 400-plus questions, which the 9/11 Commission adopted as its roadmap. The vast majority of these questions were completely ignored in the Commission hearings and the final report.
b. The membership and staff of the 9/11 Commission displayed awesome conflicts of interest. The families called for the resignation of Executive Director Philip Zelikow, a Bush administration member and close associate of "star witness" Condoleezza Rice, and were snubbed. Commission member Max Cleland resigned, condemning the entire exercise as a "scam" and "whitewash."
c.The 9/11 Commission Report is notable mainly for its obvious omissions, distortions and outright falsehoods - ignoring anything incompatible with the official story, banishing the issues to footnotes, and even dismissing the still-unresolved question of who financed 9/11 as being "of little practical significance."

22) Crown Witnesses Held at Undisclosed Locations The alleged masterminds of 9/11, Khalid Sheikh Mohamed (KSM) and Ramzi Binalshibh, are reported to have been captured in 2002 and 2003, although one Pakistani newspaper said KSM was killed in an attempted capture. They have been held at undisclosed locations and their supposed testimonies, as provided in transcript form by the government, form much of the basis for The 9/11 Commission Report (although the Commission's request to see them in person was denied). After holding them for years, why doesn't the government produce these men and put them to trial?

23) Spitzer Redux a. Eliot Spitzer, attorney general of New York State, snubbed pleas by New York citizens to open 9/11 as a criminal case (Justicefor911.org). b. Spitzer also refused to allow his employee, former 9/11 Commission staff member Dietrich Snell, to testify to the Congress about his (Snell's) role in keeping "Able Danger" entirely out of The 9/11 Commission Report.

24) NIST OmissionsAfter the destruction of the WTC structural steel, the official Twin Towers collapse investigation was left with almost no forensic evidence, and thus could only provide dubious computer models of ultimately unprovable hypotheses. It failed to even test for the possibility of explosives. (Why not clear this up?)

25) Radio SilenceThe 9/11 Commission and NIST both allowed the continuing cover-up of how Motorola's faulty radios, purchased by the Giuliani administration, caused firefighter deaths at the WTC - once again showing the expendability, even of the first responders.

26) The Legal Catch-22
a. Hush Money - Accepting victims' compensation barred September 11th families from pursuing discovery through litigation.
b. Judge Hallerstein - Those who refused compensation to pursue litigation and discovery had their cases consolidated under the same judge (and as a rule dismissed).

27) Saudi Connections
a. The 9/11 investigations made light of the "Bin Ladin Airlift" during the no-fly period, and ignored the long-standing Bush family business ties to the Bin Ladin family fortune. (A company in which both families held interests, the Carlyle Group, was holding its annual meeting on September 11th, with George Bush Sr., James Baker, and two brothers of Osama Bin Ladin in attendance.)
b. The issue of Ptech.

28) Media Blackout of Prominent DoubtersThe official story has been questioned and many of the above points were raised by members of the US Congress, retired high-ranking officers of the US military, the three leading third-party candidates for President in the 2004 election, a member of the 9/11 Commission who resigned in protest, a former high-ranking adviser to the George W. Bush administration, former ministers to the German, British and Canadian governments, the commander-in-chief of the Russian air force, 100 luminaries who signed the "9/11 Truth Statement," and the presidents of Iran and Venezuela. Not all of these people agree fully with each other, but all would normally be considered newsworthy. Why has the corporate-owned US mass media remained silent about these statements, granting due coverage only to the comments of actor Charlie Sheen? GEOPOLITICS, TIMING AND POSSIBLE MOTIVES

29) "The Great Game" The Afghanistan invasion was ready for Bush's go-ahead on September 9, 2001, with US and UK force deployments to the region already in place or underway. This followed the failure earlier that year of backdoor diplomacy with the Taliban (including payments of $125 million in US government aid to Afghanistan), in an attempt to secure a unity government for that country as a prerequisite to a Central Asian pipeline deal.

30) The Need for a "New Pearl Harbor"Principals in US foreign policy under the current Bush administration (including Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Perle and others) have been instrumental in developing long-running plans for worldwide military hegemony, including an invasion of the Middle East, dating back to the Ford, Reagan and Bush Sr. administrations. They reiterated these plans in the late 1990s as members of the "Project for a New American Century," and stated a clear intent to invade Iraq for the purpose of "regime change." After 9/11, they lost no time in their attempt to tie Iraq to the attacks.

31) Perpetual "War on Terror"9/11 is supposed to provide carte-blanche for an open-ended, global and perpetual "War on Terror," against any enemy, foreign or domestic, that the executive branch chooses to designate, and regardless of whether evidence exists to actually connect these enemies to 9/11.

32) Attacking the Constitutiona. The USA PATRIOT Act was written before 9/11, Homeland Security and the "Shadow Government" were developed long before 9/11, and plans for rounding up dissidents as a means for suppressing civil disturbance have been in the works for decades.b. 9/11 was used as the pretext to create a new, extra-constitutional executive authority to declare anyone an "enemy combatant" (including American citizens), to detain persons indefinitely without habeas corpus, and to "render" such persons to secret prisons where torture is practiced.

33) Legal Trillions9/11 triggers a predictable shift of public spending to war, and boosts public and private spending in the "new" New Economy of "Homeland Security," biometrics, universal surveillance, prisons, civil defense, secured enclaves, security, etc.

34) Plundered Trillions?On September 10, 2001, Donald Rumsfeld announced a "war on waste" after an internal audit found that the Pentagon was "missing" 2.3 trillion dollars in unaccounted assets. On September 11th, this was as good as forgotten.

Abstract

There has been a worldwide suppression of a secret extraterrestrial presence on Earth for at least 50 years from the general public and most elected public officials. The official public disclosure of the extraterrestrial presence has long been speculated to be imminent. The repeated delays have led to much uncertainty over when the secret extraterrestrial presence will eventually be disclosed. Some whistleblowers persuasively argue that once international terrorism fails to be a credible justification for the vast military expenditures by the U.S. military, then military-intelligence agencies will turn to the extraterrestrial presence to justify such expenditure. However, rather than ‘when’ being the critical issue to be decided, it appears that the more difficult issue is ‘how’ the extraterrestrial presence will be disclosed or ‘politically spun’.

The different scenarios of a first contact that have emerged into the public arena by various UFO researchers/whistleblowers point to a competition between and within government agencies for how ‘First Contact’ will be ‘spun’ for world-wide consumption. It appears that there are strong factional rivalries within clandestine organizations that respectively have their own favored contact scenario. It is these rivalries that best explain the long delay in public disclosure of the extraterrestrial presence.

Preparing for ‘First Contact’ is a means of understanding the full extent of the extraterrestrial presence, the accompanying secrecy that has accompanied this, and being ready for a ‘First Contact’ event that firmly transforms human life on Earth. There are, however, a number of contact scenarios that put a particular ‘spin’ on the extraterrestrial presence that would allow clandestine national security agencies to continue to control extraterrestrial affairs in a secret and undemocratic manner. Significant changes in public opinion of extraterrestrials can be attributed not just to alleged extraterrestrial behavior and spontaneous changes in public attitudes, but to a secret competition between different factions of the ‘shadow government’ promoting perceptions that support a particular First Contact scenario that best permits their continued influence and power.

Beginning in the months of October/November 2003, an alternative scenario began circulating on the World Wide Web that has led to the emergence of a new actor in how public opinion is being shaped for a ‘First Contact’ event. This new actor is outside of the mass media system that is largely controlled by a small number of elites associated with management groups of extraterrestrial affairs, and appears to be solely a result of a spontaneous global response to ‘when’ and ‘how’ First Contact should occur. In what follows, I examine three First Contact scenarios that have varying degrees of support and can be considered most likely to occur. Finally, I examine how public opinion is being shaped in ways that promote particular First Contact scenarios, and the respective roles of extraterrestrials, national security agencies, UFO/exopolitics researchers, and the general public.

About the Author

Dr. Michael E. Salla is a pioneer in the development of exopolitics, the scholarly study of the political implications of an extraterrestrial presence that is not acknowledged to the general public, elected officials nor the mass media. His interest in exopolitics evolved out of his investigation of the sources of international conflict and its relationship with the undisclosed extraterrestrial presence.

Political Spin and the Extraterrestrial Presence

William Safire defines ‘political spin’ as "a deliberate shading of news perception; attempted control of political reaction." [4] The terms ‘political spin’ and ‘spin doctors’ first came to be used in U.S. Presidential campaigns. [5] The following editorial by the New York Times referred to how ‘political spin’ was professionally handled by President Reagan’s senior advisors shortly before the 1984 elections:

A dozen men in good suits and women in silk dresses will circulate smoothly among the reporters, spouting confident opinions. They won't be just press agents trying to impart a favorable spin to a routine release. They'll be Spin Doctors, senior advisors to the candidates, and they'll be playing for very high stakes. How well they do their work could be as important as how well the candidates do theirs. [6]

Rather than something that pertains solely to the conventional political process, ‘political spin’ has been used in managing the extraterrestrial phenomenon from the 1940’s due to the covert work of military intelligence agencies whose task it has been to cover up the extraterrestrial presence to the general public. Official documents leaked to the general public show that a secrecy policy was initiated as early as 1947 under the Truman administration. [7] The following passage from an ‘alleged official document’ leaked to UFO researchers, describes in stark detail the official secrecy policy as it had evolved by April 1954:

Any encounter with entities known to be of extraterrestrial origin is to be considered to be a matter of national security and therefore classified TOP SECRET. Under no circumstances is the general public or the public press to learn of the existence of these entities. The official government policy is that such creatures do not exist, and that no agency of the federal government is now engaged in any study of extraterrestrials or their artifacts. Any deviation from this stated policy is absolutely forbidden. [8]

The officially sanctioned secrecy policy was supported by military intelligence agencies whose task it has been to deflect public attention away from the extraterrestrial presence. Arguably the single most important achievement in deflecting public attention away was in developing the term ‘UFO’, which was supposedly coined by Captain Edward Ruppelt in 1951 to replace the less scientifically precise term ‘flying saucer’. Ruppelt claimed that “UFO is the official term that I created to replace the words 'flying saucers'." [9] Yet as Dr Steven Greer discovered in his consultations with a range of military-government insiders, the term UFO was not widely used at all by insiders: “They're actually ETV, extraterrestrial vehicle, related. No one uses the word UFO, by the way. UFO was coined after they knew they weren't unidentified.” [10] The term UFO therefore provided a useful cover for the extraterrestrial vehicles that were known rather than unidentified. This piece of word sophistry proved to be invaluable in the succeeding decades for senior officials who might have to occasionally go on the public record. So rather than outright lying, senior government and military officials who knew about the extraterrestrial presence were strictly telling the truth when they could say, for example, ‘that they had seen no evidence supporting the existence of UFOs.’

Such denials of the existence of UFO’s or evidence supporting them was simply military intelligence ‘spin’ based on secret military knowledge of extraterrestrial piloted craft that were ‘identified’, rather than ‘unidentified’. According to John Maynard, a former Defense Intelligence Agency analyst who helped in covering up the extraterrestrial presence this was done through what he described as ‘disinformation’ which has a similar dynamic to political spin:

Disinformation or misinformation: The art of provided information in a form that has a certain amount of truth in the statement to make it a plausible answer to a question or a possible solution to the topic at hand. Yet, if employed correctly will lead the person to believe the opposite of what is correct, in other words, come to the wrong conclusions… [For example] A simple program, say changing the shape of an object, such as flying saucers. State the real fact of what was stated, but add that you 'thought it was saucer-shaped', and suggest that the person who was looking at it from a different angle, saw something like this: "You said it was cigar-shaped, I thought it was more of a saucer shape myself, probably the angle made the difference." If you keep repeating this eventually they will believe it was saucer- shaped. The truth: the person saw a cigar-shaped object. You changed their minds, and that is what will be reported. [11]

So along with disinformation, ‘political spin’ made it possible for senior officials to cover up for decades what they knew, and to allow the general public to remain in the dark about visiting extraterrestrial races. So rather than a new development, ‘political spin’, along with other military intelligence strategies such as disinformation, has been used since the very beginning of the UFO phenomenon to shape public perceptions about the reality of visiting extraterrestrial races and their vehicles. So I now precede to examine two ‘officially sanctioned’ scenarios that are likely to be ‘spun’ to prepare the general public for ‘first contact’ with extraterrestrial races in a way that will assist the long term agenda of national intelligence agencies. Without a doubt this month is one of great importance, and over the next few weeks there will be developments brought to your attention. They will show you signs that open up a path to change as you have expected. There are two directions being clearly opened up, one is more of the same chaos and destruction that you are now experiencing. The other is the intensity of the Light that is now growing more rapidly than at any other previous time.

There is no escaping the choice which is being presented, and it shall continue to be so for the immediate future. Man cannot be of both camps, and the decision has to be made as to which path you will align with that will allow your preparation for what is to come. Great Beings are approaching Earth and very soon they will find the vibrations have been raised sufficiently to allow their full presence. Meantime, they continue to spread their Light amongst you, and are one of many sources helping with your upliftment.

The incoming energies are attracted to you when your Light is shining out, and it is certain that by now many of you are able to notice the effect it has upon you. Your consciousness is expanding and with it comes an understanding of the power of love. You have often been told about it, now you can acknowledge it through your own experiences. Love self, and love all else and you will find a great strength within. It brings peace regardless of what is happening around you, a peace that allows you to experience a beautiful calmness and serenity.

Looking back you must surely see how the changes within have been very subtle. This is a wonderful achievement in the face of the escalating dark energies of war and conflict. Heaven needs every warrior of the Light to stay firm, and know that you are the front line against any attempt of the dark to further their plan. You often ask what you can do as the circumstances seem beyond your capability to make any difference. Know that as a Mass Consciousness you are powerful indeed, and are continuing to grow quicker than ever. It is your collective Light that is gradually lifting up the Earth, and it moves closer to the point where it will become one with the energies that are bringing change.

The coming together of the Light will be the great event that signals your readiness to take the next steps to Ascension. The dark energies cannot follow or even exist at this level and a clear dimensional change will have taken place. You already have one foot in the higher dimension, and this is why you are becoming a Higher Being with all of the attributes that would be expected.

Telepathy is already apparent within many of you who had no such ability just a few years ago. Healing abilities are also on the rise, and you often heal without realizing your new found skill. Try self-healing and see how your body responds to your commands, as you are in charge. You have heard that thoughts are energy, and for this reason they will act upon your body. Direct love and accompany it with a visualization of what it is you require to heal. Your body cells respond to thought, indeed they do so all of the time and you can energize them to do what you want. A positive approach is needed, and should be one that is concluded by the command that “you are healed”. Be patient and the results will manifest in the course of time. You have not yet reached a stage where healing is instantaneous, but you will eventually.

Dear Ones, you are beginning to “feel” the new energies as you take them to yourself. People will notice how serene and gentle you have become, and it is because you have found that elusive inner peace. The great teachers exuded such energy and they personified God incarnate. Do not cloud your energies by allowing them to be affected by the negative ones that presently abound upon Earth. You are much more powerful than they are, and they cannot touch you while your Light remains as your protection.

See the dark and know that it needs transmuting, and as a Lightworker envelope it in your thoughts of love. The reasons for the dark are not important for the purpose of healing, simply know that your Light along with that of other healers will make a difference. If peace breaks out where hitherto there was chaos and destruction, know that your efforts will have played an important part in that achievement.

Healing is such a natural part of your psyche and you do it subconsciously all of the time. Humans can be contrite and difficult, and sometimes display the worst aspects of humanity. However, you still have a soul that carries the spark of Light inside you, and it occasionally flickers back into life. Everyone has the capability to express their love, and this energy is all-powerful when used with purpose and understanding.

In these present times it is more important than never that you keep on track. You cannot take all of the troubles of the world on your shoulders, just see what is happening and try to focus on the positive changes. Too much emphasis on the activities of the dark is distracting at a time when your positive energy and thoughts are required to bring peace to Earth. You are in a period that is utterly confusing and testing, but ride above it in the knowledge that it is soon to pass. Then everyone will see the power of the Light and Love take over.

You need hardly be reminded that you are in the end times, and are seeing a great clear out of the dark energies that have been holding everyone back. It is of necessity that they are dealt with before the next step in your evolution can take place. On the surface matters do appear worse, but it is necessary to bring matters to a head. Many of you as individuals are also in a similar position, and working hard to move out of the lower vibrations.

It is without doubt a most hectic time, yet from out of it all the Phoenix will arise again. Each and every one of you are great Beings of Light, and when you allow yourselves to acknowledge it you can go forward with total faith. To your Light you will fully return, but first the cleansing must be completed. Every opportunity is given for you to lift up, and it is partly self-achieving as the more you can do so, the more you attract the higher energies.

The dark are being engulfed in the mire of their own making. There is no longer a way out, although they arrogantly believe that they can escape the responsibility for their deeds. Universal Law ensures that everyone answers for their actions, and there is no way at all that it can be avoided. For this reason we ask that you bear it in mind, and do not become too concerned about punishment of those who break the law. It is very easy to get caught up in the emotional reactions to what is happening in front of your eyes.

These are times when you can help immensely to bring a degree of calmness to the world. The more of you that concentrate on bringing the Light to Earth, the quicker you will see positive changes begin to take place. Your role in these end times is extremely important, and we can use you to anchor even more Light upon Earth. It is growing all of the time and helps keep a balance that will ensure that the dark are kept in their place. We are aware that many more people are desiring peace on Earth, and a great thought form has developed that will help bring it about, and as always action follows thought.

You see the potential for matters to get out of hand, but we will not allow it. So far you are experiencing the extent to which Karma has dictated the outcome. It is reaching the end, and there will be a cessation of warlike activities. Then will come a period of retrospection, and a peaceful settlement. The problem has been that settlements rarely recognize the rights of other people. It simply means that if they do not they will come up again. Man has to treat people with equality, as until that lesson is learnt there cannot be lasting peace.

You came to Earth to learn many lessons, and now it is considered that you have gone as far as it was intended. The cycle must end very soon, and provisions have been made for every soul to journey onwards onto new pastures. If your lessons are presented to you many times it is inevitable that you eventually achieve success. Heaven wants you to succeed and always help is on hand. It is because time is short that life has become rather hectic, as you are busy clearing Karma. You will find, that the more you lift up, the stronger becomes your ability to succeed.

Humans have a habit of undermining themselves. Part of the problem is that over eons of time they have been led to believe that they are lesser Beings. Levels of intelligence have been allowed to create divisions between people, where lack has been considered as some form of inferiority. This seems to have been linked with the ability to acquire wealth, and yet another division has been created. Spirituality is often not recognized at all except perhaps within religious movements, and even this has created divisions. For historical reasons white skinned people have always been considered as superior to the black, and racism has been fuelled by such beliefs.

Dear Ones, you have created your own problems over millennia of time by choosing to see the differences between you all. With the intermixing of the races a degree of change has occurred, and much more tolerance has been learnt. Modern communications and ability to travel far and wide has also helped to break down barriers. However, some people are still greatly affected by their previous life experiences, and still carry deeply ingrained prejudices.
This is the time to release them and see the Oneness of every living form, and its dependence on all others.

When you want for others what you want for yourself, I would say you have gone a long way down the path of understanding. Let your natural love for life extend to everyone, and try to see all that is positive about those around you. Know that each has a life plan that may include you, and you can help their evolution through correct thought and actions. Remember that karmic links are never accidental, and they are planned and intended to help each individual involved.

Even those who take the negative roles in life are learning lessons, and if it involves you perhaps you can learn one of forgiveness. This of course extends beyond your personal experiences, and the challenge is to forgive those who around you who have not yet stepped onto the path of Light. As we often ask of you, do not allow yourself to make judgments of others. Where you see the dark ones playing out their game, send Love and Light so that their heart center may be opened again. One day, each and every one of them will rise up again and you will have helped.

I am St. Germain, and know that the words “I Forgive” seem to be the hardest ones that people find possible to say. This often arises from some hurt that has been experienced, but I say to you that there was also a lesson in it for you. You come together with others to work out your problems. The clouds of darkness have covered the Earth for a long time. However, the Light has gradually dispersed them and now it shines through the gloom and despair. Soon it will blaze with all of its glory and no longer will the shadows of darkness remain. It is your destiny to see the last vestiges of a period of darkness disappear from your midst. It is also your privilege to be present and help manifest the new, as the old is completely cleared away.

In your understanding of time, the changes will take place at an astonishing speed. Indeed, you have been experiencing them already and have not always recognized them for what they are. The Light operates very gently yet in a positive way that belies its power to effect change. Everyone has to some extent been lifted up as the incoming energies have grounded. These energies have caused a cleansing to take place that has brought dark energies to the surface for cleansing.

When you came to Earth for this lifetime, you knew the potential that it held for the growth of your consciousness. You were also aware that the baggage you have carried from one life to another would need to be unloaded. The affect of wrong thinking and actions form millennia of time accompany you on this final journey. They do so because you cannot take them with you into the higher dimensions. Some of you will wonder how you can identify these aspects of yourself. I say that anything you do or think about that is not in the interests of your higher good or other people is there to be cleansed.

How often do you play mind games where you imagine your response to some situation? How often is it one where you overcome aspects of your lower self? Herein lies a clue as to what it is you are trying to clear from your consciousness. Your Higher Self knows your human weaknesses and will remind you that you are likely to be challenged on these points. You can become primed to respond in a certain way that will show your strength to overcome them.

Often honesty lies at the heart of many challenges that are presented to you. In a society that has become corrupt from the top downwards, it is too easy to follow the herd and not stand up for your own beliefs. The acquisition of money rather than spiritual knowledge has become the symbol of a civilization that has lost its way. Unfortunately many will sell their soul to the God Mammon, and they care not how they achieve their goals. Money is not in itself evil, but simply the way it is acquired or used.

Since you are subject to a Capitalist system, money is essential to survive and allow for at least the basic requirements. Greed has become so endemic that the wealth of the world is in the hands of a very small majority of people. This imbalance causes many of the problems that exist, and since most of the richest families are allied to the Illuminati it will not change.

There must be many of you that wonder why if money seems to cause so many problems, there should be talk of re-distributing wealth and releasing funds that would greatly increase the amount available. Evenly distributed, money will bring equality that almost at stroke will change people’s outlook. It will release them from the worries of having to exist on less than is required to live in modest comfort. The economy would be revived and criminal activity become unnecessary that involved monetary matters. It would not be eliminated completely, as the mind set of some people would need time to change.

In general, a fair distribution of the monies available would set the scene for a society that would quickly overcome their earlier needs. Money hitherto, has emphasized the differences between one to another, and brought about class distinction. Man is inherently a loving soul, and has the capacity for unlimited love and consideration for all members of the Human Race. You will see a dramatic change in outlook once the new monetary systems are in place. The groundwork has been completed, and it only remains to choose the right moment to introduce them.

For millennia of time you have seen the dark divide nations, and impose restrictions on people causing them to become under privileged and lesser members of the community. Divisions have been perpetuated rather than broken down, and hatred has been fomented that has put people in continual opposition to each other. Clearly these situations cannot continue to exist at a time when there is talk of Ascension, and Man has to get his house in order.

We are at a stage where every opportunity must be given to find a new way of living with each other. The programmes of abundance will gradually eliminate need, but with it there must be an end to hostility and the deliberate alienation of those who are considered different for whatever reason. It is a time for coming together and settling differences for once and for all. A time for understanding that you are one Human Race that is bonded together on your journey through time, and accepting the Oneness of all life.

Many have already lifted up their consciousness and realize that All is One, and work for changes that express the Love that should be freely given. They recognize that without the giving and sharing there will always be conditions arising from lack, which encourages dissatisfaction and animosity. Freedom from want is the first step, but now men of vision must come forward and bring in new concepts that make for permanent peace. To that end we are working hard to direct your efforts into the right channels.

Oh Man of Earth, when will you realize that what you do to others you do to yourself. Each and every one of you is responsible for your actions, and yet you seem not to understand your divinity and ability to express your true self. Let Universal Love dictate your actions, and you will soon see a dramatic change all round. Demand that those who advocate anything less move aside to make way for a new dispensation, one that will show the path to unity and sharing, and bring joy and happiness. Then we can truly say you are ready to meet your Brothers and Sisters from the skies.

What is happening in the world at present is symptomatic of man during hundreds of years of greed for wealth and power. It has now reached its ultimate climax, and what happens next is destined to spell out your future. Without a change of direction you would be on a course that leads to oblivion. It is not however the intended path and for those who have lifted themselves up out of the dark, who have concentrated on their growth in the Light.

Having chosen the Light you have created the opportunity to ascend as the cycle closes. It is the beginning of an adventure that leaves behind the pain and heartache that you have endured for millennia of time. Your endurance has been tested, but the whole object of being tried in duality is to prove that you can hold your Light against the challenge of the dark. This many of you have done most admirably, and having come thus far you are assured of reaching your goal.

Clearly those who cannot recognize their divinity and have lost touch with their Godself, will continue to believe in separation. They will play out their beliefs in a continuation of the 3rd dimensional energies. Even they have limitations as to how much negativity they can withstand. What they see now will forever leave its mark upon their consciousness, and will yet serve a useful purpose in bringing out their Light.

Many worry at the level of violence being seen, and it leaves an indelible impression upon the psyche. It would seem to be escalating out of control to fulfill the time of Armageddon that has always been predicted. Were it not for the intervention of Godly Beings from Higher Realms, that reality may have manifested before this time. It does not take much to inflame the passions of people who fear for their lives.

Man has never really sat down and planned permanent peace for all people. Selfishness has resulted in the all-powerful forcing agreements on to lesser powers, and this is no recipe for lasting peace. However, after the bloodiest century in your history, many now see the futility of war and its endless problems. These people along with the Lightworkers, are bringing the forces of change to bear upon the dark. They will soon tip the scales so that sudden changes can be made, and they will be the forerunners to those who will bring them about.

Do not concern yourselves too much with the details as to how the initial changes will be achieved. There are options open to us at all times, and we shall adapt to whatever opportunities are presented to us. Our prime objective is to remove your Government, and our allies are making sufficient headway for us to believe that this event is near to occurring. You know already that we will at some stage take the lead in bringing it to its conclusion. Our help will be needed, although we prefer to stay in the background until it becomes necessary.

The dark create chaos wherever they can, but they are in a situation that will be their undoing. They will try to create conditions that will incense people further, and hope to find an excuse to follow their agenda leading to total control in the war zone. They will not succeed, even though they use others to carry out their plan.

Remember that we monitor every Government, and their Secret Services. Our methods are far superior to anything you have in the way of listening devices. If necessary, we will make ourselves present at the secret meetings where the war plans are conceived. We are allowed to control events within certain parameters that are laid down for us. Our service is to the Creator who has given the Lords of Karma the plan for these end times, and we are aware that our duties are to ensure they work out accordingly. They will result in the final acts of the dark forces, which will be prevented from interfering with the remainder of this cycle.

We have great sympathy and understanding for those who have come into this period and feel the impact of the dark forces. They were aware before they came of the sacrifice they would be called upon to make. Because of their faith and personal desire to contribute to the Light, they have not only awakened others but also shed their karma. Never again will they have to return to Earth, having risen above the pull of the dark. There is nothing haphazard or accidental about the way your lives work out. You come with a plan, and are accompanied by your Guides who ensure you follow your path. It is difficult for some of you to grasp the idea of karma and re-incarnation, but it is a fact that you will need to face.

Currently so many of you are deeply involved in these end time events, as they give wonderful opportunities to make that final push to Ascension. People of Light increasingly gain in consciousness through being able to overcome the dark energies. Others also evolve even if they are presently involved in the negativity. See how with the outworking of events results in so much being learnt by everyone that is involved.

Look upon the positive aspects of what is taking place, and know that all will be made new again. In reality there is no lasting effect, it is simply an illusion that can no longer fool you because you take away its strength to entrap you. You are already creating the new path, it is real and you will help to co-create it. There is still much to be learnt, and it will enhance your understanding of the Creators intention for all creation.

Whistleblower Testimony on Secret Archive on UFO Information

Aloha all, below is a fascinating interview with a former Aerospace
employee who claims to have worked for six months on a classified project to archive bags of UFO related information brought in by different military agencies.

He discusses the information in files that were unsealed that revealed information about different extraterrestrial civilizations. He says he witnessed files describing 50 extraterrestrial races included those associated with the Roswell Crash and a tall Orange ET race. This figure is
similar to the number described by Clifford Stone in an EBE medical manual he claims to have witnessed. The archivist also mentions Red, Yellow and Blue Books. According to Robert Collins' Exempt from Disclosure, the Red Book is the history of extraterrestrials written by humans, while the Yellow book is written by extraterrestrials themselves. The interviewers are Bill Ryan and Kerry Cassidy who have founded Project Camelot that is creating a database of interviews with whistleblowers.

Something very revealing in the archivist's testimony is that the
archive was located in the building of a large California based aerospace
company. This would allow UFO information to be stored and archived in a way that would remove it from any possible Congressional or public attempts to access such classified information. A corporation is not subject to FOIA, Congressional oversight or other possible mechanisms whereby the information could be accessed or leaked by government employees. Furthermore, corporate employees do not have the kind of whistleblower protections enjoyed by Federal employees. Finall, the archivist was employed for only six months which suggests a rotational system whereby any single person would never learn too much about what was stored in the archive. Another means of maintaining secrecy.

Where his responses are in purple italics, this denotes his current personal opinion as opposed to information he is now reporting, recalled from what he read or saw in his archivist's work over twenty years ago.

What are you willing to share about yourself and your background?

I am in my mid-40s and live on the west coast. I have been in on the west coast most of my life, although I was not born here. I was an honor student in high school and editor of my yearbook. I am very mathematically inclined and scored 798 out of 800 on my math SAT test and was evaluated with an IQ of 165. I have an AA degree in psychology. I am very happily married. I have been in the field of graphic arts my entire life. I have been interested in UFOs and extraterrestrial life since I can remember.

I have had one sighting of an UFO aboard a fishing boat leaving the San Diego harbor, although I wish I would have many more. This sighting was of a silent craft, maybe 60 feet in diameter. It was covered with green lights all around and flew silently by at about 100 feet altitude over the San Diego harbor. No one else on the boat saw it, even though there were others on the deck at the time. I asked several others....."Did you see that?!" Their reply was, "See what?"

I am by no means an expert. I am just telling my experience. I have had a feeling about 2011 and 2012 since I was young. I even contemplated writing my own version of a book of truth long before I was involved in this project. I had concrete thoughts and beliefs about why we were here and how we got here. I could not believe what I was being taught in Sunday School. I thought, "If this is what life is about, why are we even here? This can't be the truth about life...."

Can you tell us anything about the kind of company you worked for?
All I can say is that it was aerospace. A large company at the time.

How did you come to be involved in the archiving job? When was this, and how old were you at the time?

I was about 24 or 25 at the time. This assignment took place in the mid-1980s.

All of the production personnel in my department were asked if they wanted to volunteer for some "special work that would take about 6 months". Several of us (I recall 5 or 6 out of the 30 or so) responded Yes to the question. We didn't hear any more about it for about a month, then two of us were selected for the project. I was talked to by personnel that were not from my department and given instructions by them. They did not have the usual badge that was required for employment where I worked. I was never briefed or debriefed with anyone else, including the other person that was selected for the work. I never approached that person during or after the assignment about the nature of his/her work on the project. My assignment was never talked about to that person or any of my managers or co-workers. My managers and higher-ups never questioned me about the assignment or the duties I performed during the time I was on the special assignment. It was as if I took a leave of absence from my department and returned about 6 months later. It was rather odd that no one in my department asked me where I was. It was as if they were told not to ask.

What was your reaction upon realizing what it was you were being asked to do?

I was never really told the exact nature of what I was to be doing. I was told of the importance of security. It wasn't until I started work that I realized just what I was doing. I had many feelings at that time. First and foremost, I was finally satisfied knowing that my beliefs were validated. I was overjoyed at that. I have always had a feeling that life was more than the church wanted me to believe. I felt that my life had purpose, that life on Earth had a bigger purpose and a bigger history. I felt secure in knowing that my beliefs were the TRUTH. Secondly, I felt privileged to be able to do such work. I was also a bit scared, being told about security from day to day. I did discuss my work with some very close friends, but none that worked with me. I also started reading all the UFO material I could get my hands on. It just solidified my satisfaction with knowing that I was in line with the truth about life. The literature I read, however, didn't always jive with the material I saw.

Some correlative literature that I read that did jive with what I was assigned to file: Majestic by Whitley Streiber, Hangar 18 (the movie), Starseed Messages (the author escapes me right now), various lectures I attended in the mid-1980s through the early 1990s.

What conditions were you working in? What was the nature of the security? Can you describe a typical day? What were the routines and procedures you were required to follow?

I worked in a vault. It was not underground, it was on the third or fourth floor, I can't quite remember. I reported to the front desk, signed in, and went to work. At the end of the day, I was searched, and signed out. I was told of the importance of security at least twice a week, usually upon leaving the room.
A typical day was reporting to my desk in a room that no-one else was allowed in except those that brought my work. I received a bag of materials, almost always documents, and most of them sealed. This was given to me by a person that was not allowed to open the bag. The bags were usually canvas and very heavy and thick. I signed for it and the delivery person left the room. I did receive some film cans, video cassettes (very large ones), and various other materials. I had bins that had a triple lock on them that I was to file these materials into.

When I needed water or a restroom break, I called the front desk, locked up all of the materials in my possession, and got an escort to the restroom or water fountain. I was not permitted to leave the "complex" until the end of my shift. Of my eight hours each day working, I spent about six actually filing. The other hours were spent signing in and out, signing for materials delivered and signing out materials to leave my room in boxes. I also had a lunch break for an hour, and food was brought to me to eat in my room. I did not eat with the others on this assignment. I do not know how many were doing the same thing. I just did my job and went home.

What kind of security clearance were you required to have? What non-disclosure documents were you required to sign? Did they have a limited duration of validity, or were they applicable for the duration of your lifetime?

I only had a Secret clearance, with a few extras attached for other projects I was working on during my duration with the company I worked for. I never had Top Secret, although there were a few in my department at my regular job who did. As far as non-disclosure documents, I only signed two official documents. One at the beginning and one at the end of the assignment. There was no mention of duration on either documents to the best of my recollection.

Can you tell us about your supervisors on the job? What were they like? Did they know what you were dealing with? Did they have higher clearances than yours?

The supervisors were plain clothes types. Very secretive. No badges that I could recognize as being from the company I worked for. I had no idea what clearance they had, but obviously higher than I did. They did not come into my room when I performed my duties. No one else did.

Who were the senior executives in the aerospace company at the time? Do you think they knew what you were doing?

I won't give names, but I do not believe that they knew of the nature of my work. I guess it was contract type work where they just occupied part of the building that was usually used by the company I worked for. Only I knew what I was seeing.

How did the work you were doing affect the overall mission of the company?

I don't think it did at all. We did work on Star Wars technology and other Secret and Top Secret projects, but I was not aware that what I did had anything to do with that. Some of the material I looked at was generated by the company I worked for, though.

Were they reverse-engineering spacecraft or producing any other technological innovations via alien technology? Since you left, have you seen their latest products? If so, does there appear to be any link to alien technology?

I was not aware of any reverse engineering taking place at the company I worked for. I just had a Secret clearance, though. There were many there that held Top Secret and above, and would have seen that kind of activity. I don't know if it happened or not, I just didn't see it.

How long did you do this job for? Do you know why the project ended? What work did you do after that?

The assignment was for about six months, give or take a few weeks. It has been so long I really do not have accurate recollection of the length of time on this assignment. I don't know if the project ended or not. I just know I was no longer asked to perform duties related to it. I resumed my regular duties after the assignment ended, just like it never happened, and no mention of it after that date.

Can you describe what material you saw and handled? What eras were the documents and materials from? What locations?

Reports, photos, media materials (tapes, films, video cassettes) and material from crashed saucers.
The photographs were of sightings. Close-up photographs of saucer shaped crafts. Hundreds of these. Some from space missions labeled NASA and NORAD. Old black and white ones and color ones. Some of ships emerging from (or entering into) water with no splash. Some with military men looking at them in the same pictures. Some cigar-shaped crafts. Some that looked like beams or bars. Most sort of blurry, but some with detail. Most detail shots had ships with no seams or windows. Some with lights and some with no lights. Some in daytime and some at night. Some pictures had crafts at a distance in formation. I could not recognize the scenery in shots that had scenery. I was by no means informed about the world of UFOs at the time.

Then there were documents. Most of them sealed, of course. Labeling included Secret, Top Secret, Top Secret Eyes Only, Confidential, and Unclassified. Some had markings of MJ-12 and MAJIC or Majestic. These were old from the late 1940s and typewritten with rubber stamps for the security markings. A couple even bore Truman's signature. Others were signed by military officials that I didn't recognize at the time. Most of the documents I received were report forms dictated by civilians and typed by research officials. These were labeled unclassified. The forms had no conclusion to the investigation of the sightings they reported, just the facts as told by civilians.

Some documents referred to material recovered at Roswell such as media disks (called something else, but I can't remember). They reported the contents of these disks such as views of star clusters and planets from unknown positions in space. They also indicated landing zones here on Earth. Most of these were nuclear facilities. Remember, this stuff was recovered in 1947, the birth of nuclear weapons development. They contained, as reported, aerial views of weapons facilities and silos where the warheads were stored. Sort of like a photo library of sorts, with symbols on the photos, the same symbols that were found aboard the craft and in the reported Yellow and Blue books.

Other documents referred to metal material that had extremely strong tensile strength. This material resembled "chrome-like foil." It could be crushed easily, but would return to a flat shape and have no creases. It could not be torn, although a nail could be driven through it.

Other documents told of alien biology. They explained that the blood of the aliens recovered had chlorophyll in it and it was probably used for a sort or photosynthesis. Their esophagus came to a point inside their chest, going nowhere. No stomach, but mention of a pancreas that functioned very differently than ours.

The appendix was also mentioned, theirs having a purpose more complex than ours.There was mention of a live alien recovered at the crash, but no mention as to where it was taken or what was done with it. No mention of where the craft parts were taken, either. Just mention of the items they found, including a big chunk of the ship still intact.

There was also some packages that were sealed that I believe contained parts, but I would be speculating as to what the contents were since they were sealed. I did get to see some of the foil mentioned, although a very small piece. I crushed it and it sprung back. The bulky packages were very light for their size. All of them were that way. It could have been mostly padding, but they were extremely light for their size. I could feel hard items inside, some of considerable size. I saw one piece of I-beam material with symbols on it. It was about 5 inches long and 1 inch thick, with no burn marks on it at all. It sounded like plastic when banged (gently) on the side of my desk. I could not scratch it. It was very exciting holding it. I thought to myself, "This is from another planet in another solar system, and I get to touch it!" I felt privileged.

There was several mentions of Zeta Reticuli in the documents about Roswell. I did recognize that from the Betty and Barney Hill story. There were some star maps, but I could not read them. There were also diagrams of the inside of the ship, including panel diagrams, electrical device diagrams and ship compartment diagrams. All of these were sketches. I also saw several pictures of dead and cut-up aliens. I would assume that these were autopsy pictures. There were also some film canisters (16mm size) that contained films. These were sealed except for one. I opened it quickly and looked at the images on the first few frames. The image was just words saying "Autopsy 3." I did not have a means of viewing it, so I put it away. There were no classification markings at all on the film cans.

There were also prints of some sort that seemed to be "screen dumps" of radar tracks. I only saw these one day, but there were quite a few of them. Some of the blips on the papers were circled and labeled "U" or "UFO", and some were several pages with time stamps on them. The stamps were like rubber stamps or stamps made by a time clock. That about sums it up.

Do you have any idea where the material came from, or where it all went to after passing through your hands?

The materials came from everywhere. CIA, Air Force, Navy, Army, DARPA, NORAD, DoD, FBI, and government officials to name most.

I have no idea where it went, but I am inclined to think it ended up in some secret warehouse on a base such as White Sands or Edwards or even Area 51. I think I was one of a few people that were organizing data and other materials for analysis by people in the know at that time. See more below, where I offer my analysis of what I was actually doing.

It was odd how I had to file things. Sometimes it was by type of materials (official letters, films, reports, civilian photos, military photos, NASA photos, etc). Other times it was by year, and everything in a certain time period was to be put in a single file, no matter what it was. The materials were put into boxes that were clearly labeled as to the category (such as "1950-1955" or "documents" or even "other media"). There were NO classification markings on the bags I received or the boxes that went out. The bags were either white (very soiled, I might add) or army green or khaki. I may have run across a few black ones as well. They all had at least two padlocks on them with long-winded combinations, which, I might add, were to be locked into the bags upon completion. Odd that the combos were locked in the bags after I was done. I received the combos at the front desk along with a list of serials for the locks. I had to look at the locks to be able to find the correct combination to open them. The locks were VERY difficult to open.

Please tell us – from the documents you read – about the most important aspects of the UFO/ET story.

Well, this will be a mixture of what I saw and the conclusions I have drawn from it. According to documents, they have been visiting Earth for over 50,000 years. They claim to have created the human as we are today by breeding with earlier versions of homo sapiens that were here before us. In other words, they are the missing link.

They also claim to have created our prophets to come and teach spirituality. The message of various religions have distorted the teachings of these prophets to be little more than a control device for the masses.

Documents told of more than 50 races of them, but the Roswell ones are the ones that make the aforementioned claims. They also claim to be created by a race of tall and skinny orange colored beings about 7 to 8 feet tall. They claim that there purpose is to spread life throughout the universe, and that there are many planets like ours with creatures that can be crossbred or lab-created to inhabit those planets.

I saw no documents that mentioned an alien agenda. The only documents that mentioned our relationship with them stated that we were still questioning why they came here and what they were doing. There were several documents that mentioned the unknown capabilities of the aliens and stating that their capability could be a threat to national security. There was also mention of "foo fighters" being an unknown type of aircraft possibly from one of our adversaries.

No mention of stargates or other time portals of any kind. Most of what I saw about the aliens was from the late 40s.

Project names and codes that I can remember.....MAJIC, MJ-12, Bluebook, Majestic and I believe a project with "shine" in its name. I saw very few project documents. Most of what I saw were first-hand reports of sightings from military and civilian persons.

Nothing about them being from our future, nothing about time travel, and nothing about them being hostile or benign. Just fears of what to do in case they are hostile in the form of questions.

The only locations I can remember are White Sands and Roswell.

Was there any material you handled but were unable to view? If so, do you have any idea what was it was?

Yes, most of what I handled was sealed. I was instructed to leave things that were sealed alone. I would say only 5% of the materials was not sealed or packaged in some way. Most of the sealed things were documents in envelopes. Some were packages and some were boxes, although the largest of the things I handled were those cumbersome video cassettes. Some of the cassettes weighed over 5 pounds and were sealed in metal crates or boxes. Some of the bags I received were in excess of 50 pounds. I saw a particular type of package on a few occasions that was just labeled "craft materials". Usually those packages were sealed and had some bulk to them. Several of them had disks in them the size of today's CDs or DVDs. One was open and I looked at the disks. They were silver like our DVDs and had a rainbow appearance to them, although they looked to be completely of metal and much lighter than our disks. They just had numbers on them and locations like Roswell and Los Alamos or the words "Upper" and "Lower" on their sleeves. The sleeves were made here out of paper. Possibly the location in the crashed disk where they were found, such as upper or lower deck locations. Just a guess on my part. They were always the same size, about 5 inches in diameter and silver, every one of them.

What was the total volume of material you handled throughout the duration of the project?

I would say I filed and categorized hundreds of pounds of material. At least 150 bags, given the minimum of one a day for 6 months. Some days I would go through 5 or even more, depending on the amount of items in them.

What were some of the most interesting things you viewed or handled?

The disks mentioned above and the documents about them. They told of landing in the very near future (2011-2012) and intervening in nuclear conflicts. The documents explained that the disks were viewed either on the ship itself or in a laboratory on a device from the ship. They also contained symbols that flashed across the screen that were not understood. This was mentioned along with a plan to try to decipher the symbols. They were the same or similar symbols that were found on some of the I-beams and other pieces that were found at the crash sites according to the documents.

Another very interesting part of my fact-filing mission was the material on the biology of the spirit or soul and the material on the history of man, including the mention of a Red, Yellow and Blue book. Not Project Bluebook, but a Blue book. The documentation on the ETs' science and beliefs relating to biological bodies was at the least fascinating.

The fact that they do not eat and have chlorophyll in their blood is a tough scenario to swallow, but given the next logical step in evolution, it could very well be a benefit. Imagine not having to grow food and taking nutrients from a sun (or suns) and gathering minerals and material from the atmosphere. Obviously a step toward "pure being" instead of spending our waking hours doing things to nourish and maintain our biological shells. The science of the soul and laboratory generated bodies along with the ability to switch to a new shell when needed is a fascinating concept.

We still forget when we die, and they don't. They do not regard their bodies as sacred or a possession like most human societies do. They do not understand our preservation of self since they really don't have a self. At least if they lose theirs, they can get a new one and no harm done. They regard our spirit or soul as equal to theirs. In fact, it is indicated in several documents that according to them, our spirit is the same as theirs. We just have more physical attachment to our bodies than they do. They also have been noted as saying that we choose to remain as Earth beings and come back life after life because we know our path and that is where we are supposed to be.

I AM DOING THIS TO HELP HUMANITY EVOLVE INTO A PEACEFUL AND ENLIGHTENED SOCIETY.

What kind of atmosphere did you work in? How did your co-workers respond to the "hot" material you were handling? How was your Secret clearance regarded among your co-workers? Did you work with anyone you knew was doing a similar job? If so, do you know who they were? Are you in touch with any of them now?

Only one other person in my department was chosen by the same people. I do not know what he/she did. I never saw them on assignment. My co-workers were not jealous of my Secret clearance, because they all had the same thing. It was required for my line of work. I will not divulge the identity of the other person chosen; that is up to him/her.

Do you have any unusual dreams, missing time, or feel at times you are "being led" in one direction or another in your life?

No, I experience none of the above. I do, however, feel that one of my purposes in life is to make others aware of the extraterrestrial presence in the universe and here on Earth.I do have an unusual amount of ocean-related dreams, though. There are 8-10 places I dream of, and I revisit them from time to time in my dreams. My ocean dreams are always peaceful. The places in my dreams do not exist to the best of my knowledge. In most, the physical makeup of these places are impossible on earth. It's no wonder I love the ocean. I always have.

Have you ever been called in for a psych evaluation either on that job or afterward?

No, I have not. I was evaluated before taking my job at the company (and considered normal) but have not been evaluated since. I live a fairly normal life, except for knowing what I know, but I believe that is "the norm" too.

Have you had the same physician since that time?

Yes, I have.

Are there any indications that the intelligence agencies or military are currently aware of who you are, or want to stop you from telling the story of your experience?

Not that I know of. There are some that are probing around, but that's about it. Someone said that they knew who I was and have spoken to me, but that is just not true. I have never spoken to that particular person making that claim. The only people I have formally spoken to are Jerry Pippin, Bill Ryan and Kerry Cassidy.
I think that there are many more people out there that know and DO more than me. There are others in high ranking jobs and positions that have much more access to what is going on today. I left the assignment in the mid 1980s, and I am just a civilian. I have never served in the military nor do I have a police record (that I know of). I would like to think the government is more interested in preventing terrorism than what I have to say. I'm a nobody.

Do you sometimes wonder if you are being watched or followed? Do you have any old acquaintances from those days that you see from time to time? Do friends or family know your secret?

I don't wonder that at all. I do not see any of my past co-workers nor am I in touch with them. And yes, several of my family members and a select few others know of what I have done and seen.

An interesting side note: There are plenty of people that ask if I believe in UFOs and ETs. When asked if I believe, I reply, "I don't believe, I know." 99% of those people start arguing that what I have seen with my own eyes doesn't exist.

It's a lonely place to be. Being denied your own experiences by others.

I have no proof, nor do I need any. Most people, if offered truth and proof right in their face would have some argument against it. It would be "fake" or (my favorite) "Photoshopped." The subject of ufology is poisoned with skepticism and jealousy because of plants of disinformation. Just look at the forums out there. They sound like immature kids fighting one another because....well, I don't even know the reason. Nor do I care. I know what I saw. I know what I know.

Do you ever feel you may have some submerged memories that might be assisted via hypnosis? Have you ever gone to a hypnotist or regressive therapist to access memories about this time about things you might have seen but don't recall?

No, I have not done that, nor do I feel the need to. I am satisfied with the knowledge that I have, and that others like me have also. I want to help in what ways I can to further humanity's growth to a more peaceful and aware future, but I do not want to go through hypnosis.

What do you think happened to the material after it left your hands? Do you have any idea where it might have gone?

Most likely to a warehouse to be studied or securely stored. I just know it was gone the next day I reported for my assignment. I did not see who took it or what kind of vehicle it was put into or even if it was taken off premises.

Is there anything about what you came across that you are not telling – keeping to yourself because it might be considered too outrageous, might reveal something about you, or might be valuable in case of emergency?

No, there is not. It's really no big secret. Lots of people are coming forward with the same sort of information. I might add: there was some woman that made a comment to Jerry Pippin about me being a "fake" because all the stuff I talk about is on various internet sites. My reply to her: Maybe it's on the internet because so many like me have experienced it.

And there are lots of us. We all have the same sort of story. We have no proof. We are ridiculed. We are denied that we experienced what we experienced. We are crazy, nutcases, insane, kooks....the list goes on and on. There are some in the know that like it that way. PLAUSIBLE DENIABILITY. That is what it's about. Well, we have about six years until everyone will know. The answers will be clear. The truth will be known, and the liars exposed. I just want to help. I applaud all who are out there being honest with their testimony.

Is there anything else we've not asked which you'd like to enlarge on?

Yes: my analysis of what my purpose was.

My conclusion on why I did what I did is this. I believe that I was organizing FACTUAL information only. I filed sighting reports by both the military and civilians. I filed thousands of photos, from all branches of the military, military and defense contractors, civilians, and from NASA space missions. I filed weaponry reports from the military from the 1930s up to the present at that time.

What I did not handle was paperwork or any other matters for alleged projects of cooperation with EBEs or races from other planets. I read memos, but only reporting memos with information on sightings and encounters, not on speculation of their purpose or our government's involvement with them. All the documents and photos and reports and parts from the Roswell craft were FACTUAL.

I just gathered and organized information. I think my purpose was to aid those in speculating and understanding the material gathered and to give those specialists an opportunity to learn from the material I gathered because it was organized. I helped our government to research by organizing the material to be gone through.

That is the only reason why I think I got any access to this material at all. I could recognize security markings since I was in the graphics department and knew the rules pertaining to that. I could easily separate things into categories because part of my regular duties was to file things in my department. We all had to. That is why they asked us to volunteer in the first place. We were already experts on the purpose of the assignment.

They just needed experts in documentation to organize and classify data, and that's what we did...

Why did you wait so long before coming forward to tell your story?

I think the answer is obvious, but since so many are coming forward, I decided to do my part in bringing the truth to the public. Others have made far more spectacular claims in their stories. I am NOT passing judgment on anybody else's claims. My material is down-to-earth relative to others' testimony.

I do believe that others' testimony and stories add to my knowledge because I have had only a slice of the big picture. I believe I was there to gather and arrange the facts and not the speculation, but for the purpose of later speculation and analysis.

What kind of response have you had so far from the public?

This is a tough question because the answer is wide-ranging. For the most part, I have had positive reaction to my initial interviews. There are some that have misunderstood me and think that when I said that there will be many deaths in the years 2011 and 2012, that I meant at the hands of ETs. This is not what I said or what I meant. The deaths will be attributed to war, natural disasters, and panic.

There will be a mass of information released that will shatter most of our core beliefs. Some will panic because their belief system will be shattered. Some will be angry because they have been lied to for so long. Some will think that the end of the world is here. Most will be confused at best about religious issues, since the truth will be told and that truth will shatter ALL religious beliefs. We will learn the true history of man through the ETs and the powers that be. It is inevitable. If the world stays on the track it is on – and I see no reason for it to change! – we will have to be shown the truth. And if those who run the world do not do it, the ETs will.

How has working with this material hands-on changed your worldview? Do you have a different point of view of the future due to the things you have seen?

This is the big one for me.

Yes, my worldview is changed. But my worldview isn't that different than it was before the assignment. I always knew something was not right. Why spend your life struggling to keep a shell alive? That is all we do. Think about it. We work for money. Money for shelter and food and fuel to keep our biological shell alive. We use the fuel to do more work to get more money, and to go and get food, which we spend at least 1/20 of our life eating. We sleep 1/3 of our lives to revitalize this shell. Those of us who are lucky enough to make more than we need can enjoy some pleasure, but for the most part, we all work to live.

ETs do not have a monetary system. We shouldn't either. I would be glad to do my job 8 hours a day for a simple life and transportation to get me to where I need to get to do my job to provide for others. I do not like being controlled by oil or anything else, nor do I like having to destroy the atmosphere to get from point A to point B. We have the technology to provide free energy to the entire world in our hands.......just think about it. What a disservice to the citizens of the globe. Same with religion.....it's all to control us and make us believe we are weaker than we are and have less choices than we do. And that's all religion. I side with NONE.

I believe that the ETs will try to lead us out of the mess we are currently in. I think it's happening already. 2012 is not that far off. We are fighting over what are billed as "religious" and "holy" wars. The earth belongs to nobody, and if we don't take care of it and ourselves as a whole species, we will not survive. That I guarantee. We will not be able to explore all the other worlds that are out there just waiting for us to visit.

The most important thing we can do as a species is to become more spiritually connected with our surroundings. We are powerful beings. We use less than 10 percent of our brains. The other 90% is there for a reason. We need to use it.

I think we are going to have a hard time adjusting to knowing our true history, but in the end, we will be better for it. The universe will be ours, as it is for other beings. We will then learn to spread life through the universe like our ET fathers and mothers did for us to exist. We will meet the tall orange beings that created our ET fathers and mothers, and we will learn from them.

We will see beautiful planets with unusual life on them. We will understand the secrets for generating civilizations where there are none. We will be looked at as gods by other civilizations. In reality, we already are, we just don't know it or act like it. We have a lot to learn before we go on that adventure.
